Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan interdependensi holistik dan terintegrasi dalam rancangan human resources strategy dan teori marketing strategy. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan dari hasil penelitian Hermawati dan Puji Suci (2017) strategi pengembangan kinerja organisasi berbasis metode Importance Performance Analysis dan Analytic Hierarcical Process (AHP). Tujuan penelitian ini menguji pengaruh dan memperoleh bukti empiris, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan sejauh mana aspek SDM terintegrasi berfungsi dalam optimalkan kinerja SDM UMKM sektor Pariwisata untuk daya saing pariwisata berkelanjutan di Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian dengan, pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian melibatkan 200 karyawan UMKM sektor pariwisata. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah, GSCA dengan pendekatan Sobel Test. Hasil penelitian, terdapat kontribusi yang berarti Kinerja SDM Terintegrasi terhadap Kinerja SDM UMKM Pariwisata. Artinya, semakin tinggi Kinerja SDM Terintegrasi, akan mengakibatkan semakin tingginya Kinerja SDM UMKM Pariwisata.

Abstract

Sebagai mitra, dalam Propenmas ini adalah Bengkel Las Maestro milik M Basori yang berlokasi di Joyo Asri, RW 08 Kelurahan Merjosari, Kota Malang. Usahanya M Basori ini produksinya berbahan dasar besi dan logam. Mengutamakan pemberdayaan tenaga kerja masyarakat setempat, sehingga berkontribusi membantu dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat yang terlibat. UKM Bengkel Las Maestro teridentifikasi, produktivitas kurang maksimal sehingga perkembangan usahanya lambat. Kuantitas pesanan cukup dinamis dan bervariasi, namun perolehan profit belum maksimal dan belum sesuai target yang diharapan. Tim memetakan fenomena berfokus pada aspek manajemen dan keuangan. Temuan fenomena, belum mampu menyusun laporan keuangan, sehingga menyebabkan belum faham menyusun budget saving usaha, belum optimal pengelolaan kuantitas modal usaha, belum mampu menyusun rencana anggaran penjualan. Pada akhirnya berdampak, belum mampu melakukan perencanaan keuangan dalam bentuk budgeting, controlling, auditing dan reporting. Sehingga belum memenuhi standar keuangan usaha yang sehat. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk penguatan usaha, melalui peningkatan pengetahuan bidang manajemen dan keuangan. Program ini dilakukan dengan implementasi: 1) Pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana, 2) Pelatihan memahami alur aliran uang kas dalam organisasi usaha dan memahami pembiayaan (biaya dan bukan biaya), 3) Pelatihan manajemen keuangan tersistematis berstandart siklus akuntansi UKM. Adapun luaran untuk masyarakat/mitra: 1) Memahami alur aliran uang kas, 2) Memahami pembiayaan, biaya dan bukan biaya, 3) Memahami dan menyusun neraca, pos-pos dalam neraca, 4) Mampu membuat laporan laba rugi, 5) Mampu mengetahui sebuah usaha mengalami laba atau rugi, 6) Mengetahui cara menyusun laporan perubahan modal kerja, analisa sumber dan penggunaan dana modal kerja.

Abstract

Paradigma baru, strategi berbasis human resource merupakan aspek penting sebagai nilai tambah yang mutlak dibutuhkan SDM seperti UMKM. Penelitian ini merupakan keberlanjutan dari hasil penelitian tahun 2017. Menggunakan model komparatif antara UMKM di Malang Raya, dengan UMKM yang berkembang diwilayah Jawa Timur berbasis kinerja karyawan UMKM. Populasi penelitian 2.790 karyawan UMKM yang berkembang pada wilayah tertentu di Jawa Timur. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin pada presisi 5%. Perhitungan dalam area sampling ini ditetapkan yaitu 846 orang karyawan UMKM. Metode analisis data, GSCA Multi-Group. Hasil penelitian, bahwa kebijakan untuk pengembangan kinerja UMKM di Malang Raya faktor QWL dan keterlibatan pekerjaan secara fisik dan psikologis sangat mempengaruhi. Sementara hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa karyawan UMKM merasa aman, nyaman dan puas karena dioptimalkan untuk berpartisipasi dalam UMKM tempat bekerja, selalu dikembangkan, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, karyawan merasa dilibatkan pada kebijakan UMKM untuk mencapai kesuksesan UMKM. Dampak lebih lanjut, bahwa karyawan UMKM merasa percaya diri dengan pekerjaannya.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan pada UMKM di Malang Raya telah tertuang dalam RENSTRA Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Malang Raya. Upaya Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Malang Raya, mendorong terwujudnya UMKM sebagai kekuatan perekonomian yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menganalisa tingkatan prioritas berdasarkan bobot prioritas dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Adapun kriteria yang digunakan adalah transglobal leadership, quality of work life (QWL), keterlibatan pekerjaan dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bobot kriteria tertinggi terdapat pada “Kepemimpinan Transglobal” dengan pelaku (aktor) yang paling tinggi bobotnya adalah “Masyarakat”, sehingga perlu memberikan dukungan pada masyarakat guna memperluas UMKM dalam capaian global. Perlu pula dibentuk adanya lembaga sarana bantuan pengembangan usaha utamanya pada UMKM, agar strategi pemberdayaan UMKM berkembang.

Abstract

This research uses explanatory research. The variables of this research are competence (X1), organizational communication (X2), work motivation (Z), and performance of health workers (Y). The research subjects or units of analysis were all health personnel of the Griya Husada Hospital as well as the population of this study, with a sample of 57 health workers. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data which is the data from the questionnaire. Data analysis used inferential statistical analysis and analysis. The results showed that organizational competence and communication have an influence on work motivation. Organizational communication and work motivation have an influence on performance. Competence does not affect the performance of health workers. Work motivation is able to mediate the relationship of organizational communication to performance. And, work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between the performance of health workers at Griya Husada Hospital.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions. The research sample in this study is prospective buyers of Griya Citra Perdana Malang Housing. In answering the aim of this study, we used 40 respondents and constructed a simple model based on path analysis. The model built shows that personal selling has no significant effect on purchasing decisions; digital marketing significantly affects purchasing decisions; service quality has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that the three independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to recommend a policy model as the base in making strategies to improve the performance and sustainable competitiveness of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tourism sector. Variables used by this research are role, actor, and priority. These variables are measured by weighing them against human resource performance. Method of research involves quantitative and qualitative approaches. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research results comprise three findings, which all refer to the results of assessment done by the employees of MSMEs regarding the relationship between variables and MSMEs performance. First, transglobal leadership is the most needed criterion to improve performance. The second is that Community is the actor whose role is most needed to improve performance. Finally, the third is productivity and professionality as a priority.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the opportunities and challenges in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach and uses the literature study method. This study indicates that the opportunities in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are in the industrial ecosystem, which is increasingly open, and the challenges are focused on the readiness of human resources. This study formulates that to prepare competitive human resources in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, learning in tertiary institutions must be oriented towards a) inter-multi discipline; b) problem solving oriented; c) interpersonal skills, and d) innovation based on technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leader-member exchange and organizational climate on organizational commitment mediated by work performance. This study is explanatory research, and the sample analysis of this research is the military personnel of the 30th maintenance department, Abdul Rachman Saleh Malang Airbase. In this study, the researchers set a sample size of 100 respondents and tested the research’s model by the Partial Least Square approach. This study shows that organizational climate can directly encourage organizational commitment while leader-member exchange has a positive effect when mediated by work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the behavior of housing buyers. The data collected in this study use a survey method, using the purposive sampling technique to generate 40 respondents. Structural equation modeling (SEM) showed that service quality innovation did not improve purchasing decisions but purchasing intention mediating service innovation and purchasing decision.
