Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja, serta peran work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi dengan melakukan studi pada Personil Depo Pemeliharaan 30 Lanud Abdulrachman Saleh Malang, mencakup Tamtama, Bintara, dan Perwira yang berjumlah 250 personel. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Proportional Random Sampling. Ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan rumus slovin yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden. Berdasarkan data mentah atau data primer yang terkumpul dari responden, selanjutnya diproses melalui software:1) SPSS for windows yang menghasilkan informasi atau data untuk keperluan analisis karakteristik responden dan statistik deskriptif, dan 2) Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) yang menghasilkan data untuk keperluan pengujian instrumen penelitian (outer model) dan analisis statistik inferensial berupa analisis jalur (inner model), dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan work engagement. Iklim organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan work engagement. Leader member exchange yang semakin baik tidak mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Iklim organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja. Work engagement yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Leader member exchange yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan kinerja yang dimediasi work engagement. Iklim Organisasi yang semakin baik mampu meningkatkan Kinerja yang dimediasi work engagement.Kata Kunci: Leader Member Exchange, Iklim Organisasi, Work Engagement, Kinerja.Abstract The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of Leader-Member Exchange and organizational climate on performance, as well as the role of work engagement as a mediating variable by conducting a study on the Personnel of the Maintenance Depo 30 Abdulrachman Saleh Malang Air Force Base, including enlisted personnel, non-commissioned officers, and officers totaling 250 personnel. The sample size was determined by the slovin formula, which was rounded up to 100 respondents. Based on raw data or primary data collected from respondents, then processed through software: 1) SPSS for windows which produces information or data to analyze respondent characteristics and descriptive statistics, and 2) Smart Partial Least Square (PLS), which produces data to test research instruments (outer model) and inferential statistical analysis in the form of path analysis (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results showed that a better Leader-Member Exchange could increase work engagement. A better organizational climate can increase work engagement. Leader-Member Exchange that is getting better is not able to improve performance. A better corporate environment can improve performance. Better work engagement can improve performance. Better leader-member exchange can improve performance mediated by work engagement. Better organizational climate can improve performance mediated by work engagement.Keywords: Leader Member Exchange, organizational climate, work engagement, performance.

Abstract

Sumur resapan biopori jumbo merupakan lubang resapan yang dibuat di dalam tanah dengan tujuan untuk menyerap air di permukaan tanah baik karena banjir maupun genangan air. Sumur resapan biopori jumbo juga juga bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif pembuatan kompos organik yaitu dengan adanya mikroorganisme yang bisa menguraikan sampah menjadi kompos organik. Bentukbiopori menyerupai liang (terowongan kecil) di dalam tanah dan bercabang-cabang dan sangat efektif untuk menyalurkan air dan udara ke dalam tanah. Di kompleks pemukiman padat penduduk seperti di Kelurahan Sumur Pacing Kecamatan Karawaci Kota Tangerang Banten keberadaan sumur resapan biopori jumbo sangantlah dibutuhkan karena kurangnya resapan air di musim hujan. Pengabdiankepada masyarakat ini diharapkan bisa mengatasi permasalahan banjir di area genangan air di musim hujan. Adapaun manfaat sumur resapan biopori jumbo yang bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat kelurahan Sumur Pacing Karawaci Kota Tangerang antara lain; mengurangi genangan air akibat banjir, menambah cadangan air dalam tanah, mengurangi volume sampah organik, dan sebagai pembuatankompos organik.

Abstract

Mural adalah gambar atau lukisan di atas media dinding atau media luas lainnya yang bersifat permanen. Mural yang berupa Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Kecamatan Karawaci, Kota Tangerang bertujuan untuk membantu pemerintah Kota Tangerang dalam sosialisasi bagi warga masyarakat Kota Tangerang supaya berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat kali ini memanfaatkan dinding rumah warga untuk melukis mural yang dapat dijadikan sarana sosialisasi dengan cara mengingatkan warga masyarakat untuk hidup bersih dan sehat. Selain itu, mural juga dapat digunakan untuk spot swafoto atau rekreasi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Triggered by the organizational restructuring of PT Indoperta Jawa Timur, this is a study of the influence of employee commitment, competence and work motivation on job satisfaction and employee performance. Uses an explanatory approach with quantitative and qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS applications. The results obtained are there positive and significant influence between employee commitment variables on employee job satisfaction. That employee competence shows a positive direct effect on employee job satisfaction. That employee work motivation shows a positive but not significant direct effect on job satisfaction. That employee commitment shows a significant positive direct effect on employee performance. However, employee commitment is not a parameter in measuring employee performance through job satisfaction variables. That the competency variable shows a negative and insignificant direct effect on employee performance. This is the indirect effect through job satisfaction. Work motivation shows a positive and insignificant direct effect on employee performance. Likewise, the indirect influence through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive direct effect but not significant on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to obtain empirical evidence of personality abilities and work motivation in encouraging the improvement of organizational culture and organizational performance, so besides obtaining empirical evidence it is necessary to increase the mediating ability of organizational culture. The writing uses quantitative methods, and the method used is the SEM-PLS program. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees of KPP Pratama Bitung. Empirical evidence obtained in the form of personality and high motivation and able to encourage increased strengthening of organizational culture and organizational performance. In addition, it was also found that organizational culture is able to act as a strong mediation. Accurate and careful work results in the attention to detail indicator, obeying regulations even though they are not monitored in the aggressiveness indicator, and employee careers are considered by the organization in the stability indicator are items from each indicator that strongly support the creation of a strong organizational culture at KPP Pratama Bitung. This finding is supported by descriptive statistics the four research variables that get respondents' responses are high on average, characterized by sympathy for others, fluid and non-rigid working relationships, obeying the rules even though they are not supervised, as well as the percentage of realized tax revenues.

Abstract

This writing analyzes the effect of workload and competence on employee performance, either directly or indirectly through the mediation of work stress. Quantitative method using the SEM-PLS program. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire which was distributed to 90 actors in the procurement of goods/services in Pasuruan Regency. Empirical evidence obtained is that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly, but is not mediated by work stress, competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly, but is not mediated by work stress. So even though there are demands for the needs of the environment, the organization and the individual employees concerned, as well as demands for mastery of knowledge, skills and work attitudes, these things cannot increase/decrease the results of performance achievements, benefits and employee behavior or not achieve work targets. This is because the actors in the procurement of goods/services are able to turn it into eustress, which is the result of a healthy, positive, and constructive (constructive) response to stress.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of work lifequality on the teachers’ performance, the relation between the role of school principal’s management and the teachers’ emotional intelligence affecting the quality of work life. The research was carried out by using a quantitative approach and was through survey method which was based on the structural questionnaire. There were 33 Senior High School teachers of Adventist Colleges in East Java interviewed to obtain variables in answeringthe research objectives. Data were collected in the ordinal form of the Likert scale, described and worked out by using path analysis method based on the framework model formulated.  The results show that the quality of work life plays an important role in maximizing or supporting teachers’ performance.  It was also found that the school principal’s management competency and the teachers’ emotional intelligence have a great contribution to theteachers’ performance. The quality of work life further functions significantly as the intervening variable effect of the school principal’s management competency and the teachers’ emotional intelligence on teachers’ performance.  JEL Classification: I29, J24, M54

Nurses have a vital position in providing health services in the community in district areas. Their work situation needs to be considered in order to provide optimal service. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work environment on nurse performance and study work stress as a mediating variable on nurse performance.  This research was carried out by using the survey approach to nurses working in Puskesmas in Tumpang district working area. Path analysis was applied to obtain the relationship between the variables studied. The results show that if high works are handled by a small number of human resources, it will only result in high workloads and then increase work stress. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja. Teknik sampel adalah sensus, yakni 25 orang pegawai UPTD Diknas Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari. Setelah dilakukan analisis regresi berganda, maka  diperoleh hasil bahwa Motivasi dan Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Pegawai UPTD Diknas Kecamatan Baruga Kota Kendari, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh dominan dibandingkan dengan Pengalaman Kerja.Hasil ini juga didukung oleh kategori penilaian statistik deskriptif yang rata-rata tinggi.
