Abstract

Keberhasilan usaha budidaya ikan air tawar tergantung pada kualitas air yang digunakan. Wisata agrowisata ekologis terletak di Desa Tumbudadio Kecamatan Tirawuta Kabupaten Kolaka Timur memiliki sumber mata air yang tidak pernah kering. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas budidaya ikan air tawar menjadi objek wisata pemancingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Universitas Halu Oleo terdiri dari observasi, tahap koordinasi dan pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan untuk menarik wisatawan berkunjung di agrowisata ekologis Desa Tumbudadio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh fenomena yang sering terjadi di masa kini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran tripusat pendidikan terhadap kesehatan mental anak. Sesuai dengan namanya, tripusat pendidikan terbagi menjadi 3 bagian. Yaitu keluarga, sekolah, dan lingkungan masyarakat. pengertian dari kesehatan mental sendiri adalah kondisi psikologis dan dimana seseorang bisa mengontrol emosi dan menggunakan pikirannya dengan baik. Sedangkan gangguan mental merupakan kondisi kesehatan yang merusak pikiran, tingkah laku, perasaan, dan suasana hati. Alasan penulis mengambil judul ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mental dan mengedukasi kepada pembaca agar peduli terhadap kesehatan mental seorang anak. Maka dari itu, kita harus bisa menjaga kesehatan mental dengan berbagai cara yang bisa dilakukan seperti memilih tempat hidup yang nyaman. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah sekunder dan primer. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang kami lakukan yaitu dengan menggunakan study pustaka dan observasi.Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling. Non-Probability sampling adalah setiap sampel yang dipilih sudah mewakili dari populasi dan tidak ada kesempatan untuk terambilnya sampel yang sama. Peran tri pusat pendidikan sangatlah berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan mental seorang anak, dikarenakan lingkungan tersebut tidak bisa luput dari kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Jika tri pusat pendidikan memiliki dampak yang positif maka pertumbuhan seorang anak juga baik, begitupun sebaliknya jika selalu diberikan tekanan oleh keluarga, sekolah maupun masyarakat akan mengakibatkan perkembangan anak tersebut kurang baik dan pada akhirnya mereka tidak bisa mengontrol emosinya dengan baik

Abstract

Good management of goods is needed so that the inventory activities of a business can run smoothly as the part of supply chain management which aims to monitor the flow of stock of goods from the purchasing process, and storage to the point of sale. In terms of inventory or supplies of pharmaceutical goods, conditions such as shortages or stockouts must also be considered which are a matter of control, management, and security. In this study, an inventory model is formulated with deterioration or damage to pharmaceutical goods that occurs due to the length of time when the goods are stored with a linear demand level. In the optimal solution, the inventory time occurs when it reaches the zero point (t1) of 0.34 and the cycle length (T1) of 0.83 with an average minimum total cost (TC) of $445.25 per cycle which is completed by WolframAlpha software. Sensitivity analysis changes the value results in the value of (TC) which that increases for all parameters. In increasing the linear function variables (a and b), it produces t1 and T1 stable values. An increase in the cost of each item damage (DC) and constant damage rate (theta) produces a t1 stable value, but the value of T1 increases. The increase in storage costs (h) results in a decrease in the value of t1 and T1. An increase in the cost of shortages (s) results in an increase in the value of t1 and a decrease in the value of T1.

Abstract

Apakah dengan pelatihan penyusunan pelatihan penyusunan program pembelajaran model pembelajaran Abad 21 dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dalam Pembelajaran Abad 21 yang digunakan mengajar di TK? Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: Meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) dalam Pembelajaran Abad 21 yang digunakan mengajar di TK. Pemecahan masalah dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan melaksanakan kegiatan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat melalui pelatihan Model Pembelajaran Abad 21 yang diikuti para guru TK Dharma Wanita Propinsi Bengkulu. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah seluruh guru TK Dharma Wanita Propinsi Bengkulu berjumlah 13 orang guru. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: Metode Ceramah; Metode Tanya-jawab, Penugasan (latihan) tentang penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dalam Pembelajaran Abad 21. Hasil kegiatan penyusunan rencana pembelajaran Abad 21 di TK Dharma Wanita Propinsi Bengkulu, dan setelah dilakukan evaluasi dan penilaian serta balikan dari peserta disimpulkan kegiatan berjalan dengan baik sesuai tujuan. Hasil penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dibuat oleh guru berada pada kriteria baik artinya seluruh komponen rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dalam Pembelajaran Abad 21 sudah dilakukan dengan lengkap dan baik. Saran setelah kegiatan hendaknya perlu pelatihan untuk memberikan tentang komponen dan indikator atau kriteria-kriteria penyusunan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran Abad 21.

Abstract

Autoassociative Memory (AM) is one of the artificial neural network methods and is a special of Heteroassociative Memory network. AM saving one or more vectors using matrics by the training process. Vectors that have been stored can be recognized by computing the weight matrix and in the activation process this method can be done very easily because it does not require calculation of the target value like other artificial neural network methods. The target is identical to the input so that if the input is identical to the output then the input is a pattern is a recognized object. AM ability to recognize patterns can be used for User and Password Authentication in an information system, so as to increase security in applications. The application of AM on a website-based application can reduce direct interaction between the database on the system and users who are not authorized, because the authentication process only involves a weight matrix. To apply the AM method, combine user and password then converted into binary to making a vector to using AM processed. In this research, AM ability to recognize user and password is 88% with a total of 100 data and is able to recognize users and passwords by 60% with an entropy value of 0.29, it can be concluded that the AM method can be used in the authentication process but has not optimal because it has not correct 100%.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the many benefits of moral messages contained in the fir family film. This study aims to determine the benefits of moral messages from fir family films in social life using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis method. This encourages researchers to find out how moral messages and benefits are in the scope of social life. The result of this study is the togetherness between families who support each other, do not leave each other under any circumstances and still maintain family harmony and integrity. Simplicity is also an important point in living life, living with gratitude for the blessings given by the almighty. Third, friendship is the most important part of friendship, so we will create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Last is never give up, with never give up we can achieve what we want and we can survive in any condition. The approach used in this study is qualitative research, using observational and documentation research methods. This study also examines the denotative meaning and connotative meaning, that is, with dialogue / sound shown in the film then associated with moral messages that are useful in social life. Abstract

Transforming employee performance through the implementation of efficient management information systems has become a major focus in modern management literature. The literature study highlights the importance of efficient integration of management information systems in increasing employee productivity and performance. Previous research shows that the implementation of efficient management information systems can provide significant benefits, such as increased data accessibility, faster decision making, and improved coordination between business units. In addition, the literature also highlights the important role of information technology in facilitating the employee performance transformation process. With the adoption of the right technology, organizations can improve business processes, reduce the time required for administrative tasks, and increase overall operational efficiency. In this context, the literature study emphasizes the importance of integrating management information systems with existing business strategies to achieve optimal results. However, research also highlights some of the challenges that may be faced in implementing an efficient management information system, including resistance to change, high implementation costs, and a lack of understanding of its benefits. Therefore, a good understanding of organizational needs, support from leadership, and appropriate training for employees are key factors in the successful implementation of an efficient management information system. Overall, the literature study confirms the importance of implementing efficient management information systems in improving employee performance and providing competitive advantages for organizations in this digital era. With a good understanding of the benefits, challenges and effective implementation strategies, organizations can harness the full potential of employee performance transformation through the implementation of efficient management information systems.

Abstract

This study (1) examines how the Gallery Walk methodology helps class X students at SMA Negeri 1 Makassar write explanatory texts. (2) to evaluate the gallery walk model's effects on class X SMA Negeri 1 Makassar students' exposition writing activities and learning outcomes. The study is quasi-experimental. The study population is SMA Negeri 1 Makassar class X pupils. Study sample This sampled intentionally The designation is 52 person student. The experiment class has 34 students and the control class has 18. Research instruments These include interview instructions, sample observation sheets, student learning exercises, and tests. The Lilliefors test, Levene test, and independent sample t-test were employed to test data normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis. Hypothesis testing for student learning effectiveness yielded t counts > t tables (7.505 > 2.012) and significance 0.000 < 0.05, while student learning outcomes yielded t counts > t tables (6.699 > 2.012) and significance 0.000 < 0.05. Data shows that the gallery walk model improves writing exposition texts in class X pupils at SMA Negeri 1 Makassar better than the conventional model.

Abstract

One of the definitions of film is moving images. Movies are often grouped together under the umbrella term "cinema", which comes from the Greek word for motion, kinematics. There's a lot of different kinds of movie genres as well. A variety of genres, including but not limited to: acting, comedy, drama, thriller, and horror. The term "journalist professionalism" refers to a set of professional standards that are shared and recognized for journalists to be followed while working. Using Ferdinand De Sauussure's semiotic theory in relation to the signifier and signified in the film The Bang-bang Club, this study aims to understand how a professional journalist performs his duties both within and outside the scope of his work. Different by significant, consisting of the ideas, functions, and values transmitted by the signifier, the first is physically present and can be seen with the naked eye. Methods such as documentation studies, library studies, and online data searches are used for data collection. In the movie The Bang-bang Club, the protagonist serves as an object of analysis. Using six scenes from the movie The Bang-Bang Club, the object depicts the professionalism of film journalists.

Abstract

Radio Suara Indah Persada FM is a local radio station in Banyuasin since 2008. The presence of Radio Suara Indah Persada FM as a local radio that is able to maintain the existence of radio and its local language until now is not easy. There are many external and internal factors that affect the existence of Suara Indah Persada FM radio. This makes Radio Suara Indah Persada FM must have strategies in order to continue to maintain its existence, by always maintaining the Banyuasin regional language. Through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin (RTB) program, which received a KPI award as the best cultural Feature category in 2014. This research aims to find out what are the factors that affect the existence of radio and local languages in the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, and to find out how the strategies carried out by Radio Suara Indah Persada FM in maintaining the existence of local languages through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, using Dimmick and Rothenbuhler's media ecology theory, they argue that to maintain its existence, the media needs three main sources of existence, namely capital (advertising revenue), type of content (type of media content) and type of audience (type of target audience). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documents related to the research. The results showed that the factors that influence the existence of radio and local languages come from supporting factors and internal and external inhibiting factors. Radio Suara Indah Persada FM in maintaining the existence of radio and local languages through the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program, namely: 1) Carry out planning, production and purchase of programs, execution and supervision of the Rampai Talang Banyuasin program. 2) conducting segmentation, targeting, and posiotoning in capturing the audience market on Rampai Talang Banyuasin. 3) Marketing strategy in marketing Rampai Talang Banyuasin program.
