Diabetes melitus (DM) merupakan penyakit endokrin yang umum ditemui dengan beban yang signifikan pada pasien, sistem pelayanan kesehatan dan komunitas. Terdapat beberapa manifestasi kulit yang berhubungan dengan DM dan sedikitnya 30% pasien DM memiliki kelainan kulit selama perjalanan kronis penyakitnya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang manifestasi kulit pada DM agar dapat meningkatkan prognosis penyakit melalui diagnosis dan terapi sedini mungkin. Tinjauan literatur ini dilakukan melalui penelusuran elektronik menggunakan PubMed dan Google Scholar. Digunakan kata kunci menggunakan kosakata MeSH (Medical Subject Headings) dan tidak terdapat pembatasan artikel berdasarkan tahun publikasi. Hasil penelitian dari total 46 artikel penelusuran awal, hanya 20 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria. Artikel yang tidak menyediakan informasi yang cukup dan tidak terdapat akses terhadap teks penuh tidak diikutsertakan. Semua artikel ini dipublikasikan dalam jurnal bahasa Inggris. Artikel terdiri dari 11 artikel review, 5 studi prevalensi dan 4 studi observasi. Kesimpulan penelitian Diabetes melitus berhubungan dengan kondisi dermatologis yang luas. Literatur yang ada saat ini untuk menggambarkan perubahan kutaneus yang berhubungan dengan diabetes melitus ini telah kuno sehingga perlu dibutuhkan studi yang lebih besar dengan perangkat analisis yang lebih modern untuk memahami patofisiologinya.

Price is one of the most important marketing factors and prices also influence consumer purchasing decisions. However, the importance of this factor is meaningless if companies do not understand how price influences consumer purchasing decisions and its role in creating competitive advantage. The discussion in this study aims to analyze the effect of prices and consumer income on the demand for basic commodities in the city of Medan. This study uses a literature review by collecting the theoretical basis of the relationship between demand and price in determining consumer income from the existing literature and analyzing the literature. The findings of the study show that there is a positive relationship between the price and demand variables on the income variable, so that in order to increase a seller, the price and demand must be increased. However, in the relationship between price and demand variables there is a positive relationship where the greater the price, the smaller the demand.Keywords: Price, Income and Demand for Basic Materials

Sawi merupakan jenis sayuran yang digemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia sehingga permintaan sayuran ini selalu mengalami kenaikan. Bila ditinjau dari aspek teknis, ekonomi dan sosial, tanaman sawi sangat prospektif untuk diusahakan ka rena masa panen yang singkat dan pasar yang terbuka luas, disamping itu harga jual tanaman ini relatif stabil dan mudah diusahakan. Salah satu varietas sawi yang memiliki harga dan minat konsumsi yang tinggi dari masyarakat adalah sawi pagoda (Brassica narinosa ). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam serta interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi pagoda. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap Faktorial (RAL) dengan dua faktor yang diteliti yaitu jenis pupuk organik cair (J) terdiri dari 2 taraf dan media tanam (M) terdiri dari 4 taraf, terdapat 8 kombinasi perlakuan dan diulang 3 kali sehingga dapat 24 satuan percobaan.Susunan kombinasi perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ternyata bahwa jenis pupuk organik cair tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi hidroponik, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda, jumlah daun, panjang akar dan berat brangkasan. Sedangkan media tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata dan nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 15 hari dan berat berangkasan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pH larutan nutrisi, tinggi tanaman sawi pagoda umur 25 dan 35 hari, jumlah daun pada semua umur pengamatan dan panjang akar.Ccocopeat merupaka media terbaik dari sejmlah media yang dipakai. Tidak terdapat interaksi yang nyata antara jenis pupuk organik cair dan media tanam terhadap semua peubah yang diamatiKata kunci : Hidrofonik, Media, Organik, Pupuk, Sawi

The study aims to determine the potential of Cosmos caudatus Kunth leaf flour as feed ingredients to improve the physical quality of quail eggs (Cortunix cortunix Japonicum) which are stored for 1 week at room temperature. The study was carried out at the Integrated Animal Husbandry Laboratory of Muhammmadiyah University, Purworejo. 120 female quails were placed in 24 enclosures. The ingredients used are Cosmos caudatus Kunth leaf flour (TDK) and commercial quail feed. Seals were taken as many as 48 eggs. The treatments given were S0 (0%), S1 (5%), S2 (10%), S3 (15%), S4 (20%) and S5 (25%). The method uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. The parameters taken were egg yolk color, egg white index value, egg yolk index value, white pH value, and egg yolk. The results showed that giving Cosmos caudatus Kunth leaf flour had no significant effect (P <0.05) on the yolk color score of 7.88; 7.50; 7,12; 7.25; 7.38 and 7.25. The index value of egg white did not significantly affect (P <0.05) of 0.037; 0.034; 0.037; 0.034; 0.033 and 0.029. Yolk index value had no significant effect (P <0.05) of 0.39; 0.43; 0.48; 0.45; 0.48 and 0.43. Egg yolk pH value had no significant effect (P <0.05) of 6.13; 5.50; 5.56; 5.56; 5.44 and 5.63. The pH value of egg white significantly affected (P> 0.05) with a value of 9.19; 8.81; 8.75; 9.25; 9.50 and 9.56. Supplementation with Cosmos caudatus Kunth up to a dose of 25% cannot improve the physical quality of quail eggs (Coturnix-coturnix Japonicum) which are stored for 1 week at room temperature. Further research on Cosmos caudatus Kunth leaf flour needs to be done.

This research discusses about broiler chickens which are given turmeric herbs by giving through feed and drinking water. The chickens used were 96 Cobb DOC strains, 8 for each experimental unit. The study used 3 treatment and 4 repeat. The treatment is: T0 = basal feed, T1 = basal feed + 2% turmeric from the amount of feed consumption and T2 = basal feed + 2% turmeric from the amount of drinking water consumption. The parameters discussed in this study are the performance of broilers consisting of feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion, mortality and income over feed and chicken costs. Feed consumption, drinking water consumption, body weight gain, final body weight, feed conversion and mortality are not supported by significant maintenance (P> 0.05). The highest income from feed and chicken costs in T2 training is Rp. 11,582. The conclusion of this research is the application of turmeric is more optimal if applied through drinking water at a level of 2%.

Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran dengan kriteria yang valid, praktis dan efektif dalam bentuk game edukasi yang berjudul “Math Space Adventure” dengan sasaran kelas IV SD pada materi pecahan. Game dikembangkan melalui aplikasi construct 2 dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan (RnD) dengan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi untuk ahli media, lembar validasi untuk ahli materi, angket respon guru, pretest dan posttest hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian secara umum menggambarkan bahwa game Math Space Adventure telah memenuhi kriteria valid, efektif dan praktis sebagai media pembelajaran materi pecahan bagi siswa kelas IV di MIN 2 Kediri. Hasil uji kevalidan adalah media masuk dalam kategori valid berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil nilai pretest dan posttest, penerapan game Math Space Adventure dapat meningkatkan presentase hasil belajar sebesar 32,79% sehingga dikatakan efektif. Berdasarkan hasil analisa angket kepraktisan guru diperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat kepraktisan produk mendapatkan skor 80,9% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa game edukasi “Math Space Adventure” layak dijadikan media pembelajaran karena memenuhi aspek keefektifan, kevalidan, kepraktisan dan dapat meningkatkan ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa.

Pemanfaatan teknologi seperti alat pengering pada gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao belum digunakan oleh petani di dataran tinggi Gayo, sehingga ketika musim hujan petani sulit mengeringkan hasil panennya, karena menjemur gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao hingga berhari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeringkan gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao menggunakan sensor SHT11 dan Arduino uno dan membantu para petani di daerah Gayo untuk mengeringkan dan mengetahui jumlah kadar air pada gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao sehingga memiliki kualitas yang tinggi. Prinsip kerja alat ini yaitu sensor mendeteksi kadar air setiap sampel, apabila samapel masih basah maka elemen pemanas akan aktif. Perancangan alat ini memiliki dua tahapan yaitu perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perancangan perangkat keras dirancang dengan menggabungkan beberapa sistem rangkaian elektronik yang tergabung dalam papan PCB sehingga peralatan akan bekerja secara bersama. Perancangan perangkat lunak dalam alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan software IDE. Hasil pengukuran kadar air pada sampel setelah dikeringkan akan ditampilkan pada Liquid Crytal Display (LCD). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao yang telah dilakukan, kadar air awal gabah kopi 78,4%, kadar air akhir 49,0 dengan suhu 44,8oC, kadar air awal pinang 65,4%, kadar air akhir 47,2% dengan suhu 50,3%, kadar air awal kakao 66,9%, kadar air akhir 51,6% dengan suhu 53,3oC. Humans are social creatures who need a good relationship with other people, and have the urge to relate to other people and other impulses such as curiosity, self-actualization, and so on, it will be discarded by communicating with each other. Because humans can always develop and be able to carry out community life, of course, with communication, which can be done at any time, when, by whom and with anyone. Likewise with communication for a child in a family who has work to be used in the community. Parents in a family become a figure for children in the form of the same thing, behavior, speech words formed by parents of parents. The key pattern of communication in the family that is built will affect the parenting style of the children. With good communication patterns will create good parenting patterns, the formation of children in the family form as an effort of parents for the virtue of behaving that must be done early is the basis of education. The formation of awareness as the basis of education is a manifestation of the formation of a child's personality.

This study discusses the religious guidance of the elderly in PSTW Budi Sejahtera house South Kalimantan, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Research results show that: (1) the religious guidance in the house is the process of guiding the elderly, (2) the activity of religious guidance of the elderly in the house includes mental guidance, reading yasin, tahlil and shalawat rituals, are adequate in terms of quantity but not of quality, (3) inhibiting factors are the age of the elderly causing a lack of physical ability and memory, inadequate educational background, and mental disorder, especially among the elderly with social problems

AbstractPurpose –This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, temporary syirkah funds and profitability to the performance of maqasid sharia that occurs in Islamic banks registered as sharia commercial banks within a period of five years with purposive sampling methodMethodology - This research type is quantitative research to get the data and information that the authors obtained from several Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012- 2016. Findings - The results showed that temporary syirkah funds had an effect on the performance of maqasid sharia. The research from publications that have appeared in journals that are indexed by Google Scholar served as the foundation for the article data used in this study. A reference manager tool called Publish or Perish is used to gather research data. A literature review on the subject we chose was done with the help of the program Publish or Perish. Findings - The results showed that temporary syirkah funds had an effect on the performance of maqasid sharia. While Good Corporate Governance (independent board of commissioners, syariah supervisory board, DPS positions, audit committee), and profitability do not affect the performance of maqasid sharia.The results show that research on Financial Technology in Islamic Capital Market is separated into 3 terms: Financial Technology, Islamic, Capital Market. The term "Financial Technology" is associated with 168 links with a total link strength of 581. The term "Islamic" has 191 links with a total link strength of 661. The term "Capital Market" has 219 links with a total link strength of 840. While the popular Islamic capital market research was carried out in 2019, namely 134 studies. Novelty – There have been many studies on bibliometric analysis, including bibliometric analysis in the field of economics, bibliometric analysis in Islamic economic research. However, research on financial technology and Islamic capital markets bibliometric analysis of published data specifically to determine research development has not been carried out. Research Limitation This study focuses on the financial technology in Islamic Capital Market in the last 10 years due to time constraint.Research Implication- The study presents how many articles have been published on financial technology in Islamic capital market and its relation to problem areas using VOSviewer.This review can be a basis for further research.
