Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi seperti alat pengering pada gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao belum digunakan oleh petani di dataran tinggi Gayo, sehingga ketika musim hujan petani sulit mengeringkan hasil panennya, karena menjemur gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao hingga berhari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeringkan gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao menggunakan sensor SHT11 dan Arduino uno dan membantu para petani di daerah Gayo untuk mengeringkan dan mengetahui jumlah kadar air pada gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao sehingga memiliki kualitas yang tinggi. Prinsip kerja alat ini yaitu sensor mendeteksi kadar air setiap sampel, apabila samapel masih basah maka elemen pemanas akan aktif. Perancangan alat ini memiliki dua tahapan yaitu perancangan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perancangan perangkat keras dirancang dengan menggabungkan beberapa sistem rangkaian elektronik yang tergabung dalam papan PCB sehingga peralatan akan bekerja secara bersama. Perancangan perangkat lunak dalam alat ini dibuat dengan menggunakan software IDE. Hasil pengukuran kadar air pada sampel setelah dikeringkan akan ditampilkan pada Liquid Crytal Display (LCD). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari gabah kopi, pinang dan kakao yang telah dilakukan, kadar air awal gabah kopi 78,4%, kadar air akhir 49,0 dengan suhu 44,8oC, kadar air awal pinang 65,4%, kadar air akhir 47,2% dengan suhu 50,3%, kadar air awal kakao 66,9%, kadar air akhir 51,6% dengan suhu 53,3oC. Kata Kunci : Arduino Uno, SHT11, Elemen Pemanas

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need a good relationship with other people, and have the urge to relate to other people and other impulses such as curiosity, self-actualization, and so on, it will be discarded by communicating with each other. Because humans can always develop and be able to carry out community life, of course, with communication, which can be done at any time, when, by whom and with anyone. Likewise with communication for a child in a family who has work to be used in the community. Parents in a family become a figure for children in the form of the same thing, behavior, speech words formed by parents of parents. The key pattern of communication in the family that is built will affect the parenting style of the children. With good communication patterns will create good parenting patterns, the formation of children in the family form as an effort of parents for the virtue of behaving that must be done early is the basis of education. The formation of awareness as the basis of education is a manifestation of the formation of a child's personality.

Abstract

This study discusses the religious guidance of the elderly in PSTW Budi Sejahtera house South Kalimantan, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. Research results show that: (1) the religious guidance in the house is the process of guiding the elderly, (2) the activity of religious guidance of the elderly in the house includes mental guidance, reading yasin, tahlil and shalawat rituals, are adequate in terms of quantity but not of quality, (3) inhibiting factors are the age of the elderly causing a lack of physical ability and memory, inadequate educational background, and mental disorder, especially among the elderly with social problems

AbstractPurpose –This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, temporary syirkah funds and profitability to the performance of maqasid sharia that occurs in Islamic banks registered as sharia commercial banks within a period of five years with purposive sampling methodMethodology - This research type is quantitative research to get the data and information that the authors obtained from several Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012- 2016. Findings - The results showed that temporary syirkah funds had an effect on the performance of maqasid sharia. While Good Corporate Governance (independent board of commissioners, syariah supervisory board, DPS positions, audit committee), and profitability do not affect the performance of maqasid sharia.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, independent board of commissioner, syariah supervisory board, DPS positions, audit committee, temporary syirkah fund, profitability, maqasid sharia. AbstractPurpose –This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance, temporary syirkah funds and profitability to the performance of maqasid sharia that occurs in Islamic banks registered as sharia commercial banks within a period of five years with purposive sampling method This study aims to explore and categorize research literature on Financial Technology in Islamic Capital Market systematically by mapping and visualizing it through bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer.Methodology - This research type is quantitative research to get the data and information that the authors obtained from several Islamic Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012- 2016. The research from publications that have appeared in journals that are indexed by Google Scholar served as the foundation for the article data used in this study. A reference manager tool called Publish or Perish is used to gather research data. A literature review on the subject we chose was done with the help of the program Publish or Perish.  Findings - The results showed that temporary syirkah funds had an effect on the performance of maqasid sharia. While Good Corporate Governance (independent board of commissioners, syariah supervisory board, DPS positions, audit committee), and profitability do not affect the performance of maqasid sharia.The results show that research on Financial Technology in Islamic Capital Market is separated into 3 terms: Financial Technology, Islamic, Capital Market. The term "Financial Technology" is associated with 168 links with a total link strength of 581. The term "Islamic" has 191 links with a total link strength of 661. The term "Capital Market" has 219 links with a total link strength of 840. While the popular Islamic capital market research was carried out in 2019, namely 134 studies. Novelty – There have been many studies on bibliometric analysis, including bibliometric analysis in the field of economics, bibliometric analysis in Islamic economic research. However, research on financial technology and Islamic capital markets bibliometric analysis of published data specifically to determine research development has not been carried out. Research Limitation This study focuses on the financial technology in Islamic Capital Market in the last 10 years due to time constraint.Research Implication- The study presents how many articles have been published on financial technology in Islamic capital market and its relation to problem areas using VOSviewer.This review can be a basis for further research. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, independent board of commissioner, syariah supervisory board, DPS positions, audit committee, temporary syirkah fund, profitability, maqasid sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a training held by the USU community service team in a program for the Implementation of Pantun Cards (Kartu Pantun) as a technique to train students at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Sinar Serdang to create pantuns. There were two results of the training. Firstly, the training enriched the comprehensiveness of students’ insight on Malay culture especially in pantun creation. Secondly, through the simulation and role-play technique by using Pantun Cards, students and teachers activated their soft skill, especially in producing Malay Pantun. It can be concluded that the use of Pantun Cards and pictures as a teaching and training media has resulted on quite successful learning process. The implementation of simulation and role-play techniques by using Pantun Cards create a harmonious of teaching-learning situation and a strategic ways for the teachers and students to communicate and exchange pantuns.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu organisasi/perusahaan salah satunya dapat diukur dariadanya kinerja karyawan yang selalu meningkat dari waktu ke waktu. Peningkatankinerja karyawan akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja organisasi yang padaakhirnya akan mengakibatkan berkembangnya suatu organisasi. Naiknya kinerjakaryawan tidak lepas dari beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya, diantaranyamotivasi kerja.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Karyawan PT. Mas Sumbiri bagiansewing mempunyai motivasi kerja sangat tinggi sebesar 60 % dan motivasi kerjatinggi sebesar 40 %. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya pemberian upah/kompensasiyang baik, lingkungan kerja yang baik dan fasilitas yang baik pula. Sedangkankinerja karyawan juga masuk kategori sangat baik sebesar 34 % dan 66 % kinerjanyabaik. Hal ini disebabkan adanya kerjasama yang baik antara pimpinan dan sesamakaryawan, adanya supervisi yang baik serta tingkat kehadiran yang baik pula.Dan hasil akhir penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan motivasi kerja dengankinerja karyawan bagian Sewing PT Mas Sumbiri adalah sebesar 34 % kinerjakaryawan sangat baik karena motivasi kerjanya sangat tinggi. 26 % kinerja karyawanbaik karena motivasi kerjanya sangat tinggi dan 40 % kinerja karyawan baik karenamotivasi kerja tinggi.Key word : motivasi kerja, kinerja

Abstract

Corona Virus Disease 2019 atau COVID-19 adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh SARS-CoV-2, salah satu jenis koronavirus.Infeksi dari penyakit ini akan menyebar dari satu orang ke orang lain melaluipercikan (droplet) dari saluran pernapasan yang sering dihasilkan saat batuk ataubersin. Droplet bisa menempel di benda, namun tidak akan bertahan lama diudara. Universitas Pandanaran Semarang yang terletak di jalan Banjarsari BaratNo.1 Tembalang, Semarang, merupakan salah satu universitas swasta yang ada di Kota Semarang yang juga sangat memperhatikan protokol kesehatansehingga perhatiannya pada sivitas akademika cukup besar. Universitas Pandanaran memiliki sejumlah mahasiswa, pegawai dandosen yang melakukan aktifitas rutinnya di wilayah kampus UniversitasPandanaran. Kebersihan diklaim sebagai salah satu kunci mencegah penularanvirus corona.Upaya jangka panjang selain melakukan penyemprotan disinfektanadalah dengan membuat lingkungan sekitar memiliki pemahaman yang baikuntuk memproduksi baik disinfektan itu sendiri maupun Hand Sanitizer (HS).Sosialisasi pembuatan HS di lingkungan Universitas sangat diperlukan gunapencegahan terdampak Covid-19, dengan memaksimalkan peran serta stafpengajar khususnya Program Studi Teknik Kimia. Juga dengan memaksimalkanpara dosen yang sudah biasa memproduksi sendiri HS untuk keperluan pribadidan lingkungan tempat dimana tinggal. Sosialisasi dimaksimalkan di lingkungan kampus dan komunitas di sekitaskampus berada. Setelah dibuat dan dikemas, HS didistribusikan pada masyarakatdi sekitar kampus. Baik masyarakat yang tinggal di rumah sekitar kampus,maupun para ojol dan para penjual dagangan sayur, makanan, pulsa serta petugasfoto copy di sekitar kampus. Abstract

Today's cellphone is not a luxury item, but has become a daily necessity for adults and teenagers, not only for communication but for working and studying too. Competition for mobile phone products today is very tight, so manufacturers must be able to maintain consumer trust or loyalty through a brand image and product quality that is always being improved and creating new products. And The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on user trust of the Evercross smartphone brand in the city of Semarang. The results showed that the Evercoss brand image was considered good by its users. This was stated by 35% of respondents who stated that the Evercoss brand image was good. There is a significant influence between brand image on trust, which is equal to 0.406. Thus, hypothesis 1 is accepted, which means that the better the Evercoss brand image, the better the user's trust in the Evercoss smartphone. The quality of the Evercoss smartphone products is considered good. This is evidenced by the response stating that the quality of the Evercoss smartphone product is good, which is 42%. There is a significant influence between product quality on trust, which is equal to 0.280. Thus, hypothesis 2 is accepted, which means that the better the quality of the Evercoss smartphone product, the better will the user's trust in the Evercoss smartphone be. Key Word : citra merek, kualitas produk, kepercayaan
