Abstract

Ada empat macam kemungkinan pola usaha pemberdayaan ekonomi dilingkungan pesantren, sebagai tawaran terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin di Indonesia pada saat ini: usaha ekonomi yang berpusat pada kiyai, usaha ekonomi pesantren untuk memperkuat biaya operasional pesantren, usaha ekonomi untuk santri dengan memberi ketrampilan dan usaha ekonomi bagi para alumni santri. Sedangkan Eksistensi pesantren sebagai agent perubahan sosial ada beberapa paradigma yang harus ada, yaitu paradigma kapitalistik, kritis dan posmodernisme, karena itu pesantren salafi cenderung mengambil jarak dengan pemerintah, sedangkan pesantren kombinasi (modern) mencoba menanggapi ajakan pemerintah. Beberapa komponen pesantren model yang berbasis pemberdayaan ekonomi, pertama, pesantren harus menyesuaikan dirinya dengan kenyataan bahwa sistem sekolah modern (hubungan antara kyai dengan santri mengembangkan suatu sistem nilai yang baru dalam lingkungannya sendiri), kedua, pesantren berusaha merencanakan pembiayaan kegiatan-kegiatannya secara mandiri, ketiga, pesantren menemukan cara pemecahan dilema besar kehidupannya, keempat, pesantren memahami implikasi struktural dari peran serta rakyat dalam pengembangan masyarakat dan bagaimana pesantren menanggapi peranannya dalam proses tersebut, kelima, pesantren merencanakan untuk membina sifat-sifat khas budaya maupun kedudukan sosio kulturalnya.

Abstract

The development of schools requires the involvement of a number of the scholars, intellectuals, scientists and society itself. Because the challenges facing schools in the future is very heavy, so its position in the future not only determined Leadership chaplain, but also society at large, called the collective leadership. The elements that can be used as a power movement collective leadership in the management of boarding in the future. First, social relations, namely the negative prejudices of society are based on facts, second, accommodating attitude that is a followup of building social relationships, to eliminate negative prejudices of society, the third, the social relationships built with the chaplain pesantren leaders and public figures and leaders accommodative stance boarding schools to foster understanding and mutual understanding of the chaplain and community leaders, the fourth, a sense of belonging (sense of belonging) and a sense of responsibility (sense of responsibility). fifth, rationality and objectivity that is the application of collective leadership and boarding policy does not depend on individuals, but depending on the institution-system equipped with a mechanism.

Abstract

Local brands in Indonesia today are growing and competitive and in this competition, various appropriate marketing communication strategies are needed, where this is needed to build attention from potential consumers. One of the local brands from Indonesia is Erigo, a company that has recently been discussed by internet users because one of its marketing strategies is to place advertisements in Time Square, New York. Advertising is one of the digital marketing strategies that serves to attract the attention of potential consumers through information on products and services offered to stick in the minds of consumers. Through a qualitative approach with an interpretive paradigm using Laura R. Oswald's marketing semiotics method, it was found that through the short advertisement "Fireflies", Erigo wanted to show the target audience and their target market, young people or millennials, to have enthusiasm, motivation and belief. high self-esteem in exploring their curiosity, one of which can be done by real action from their energetic nature. This energetic nature becomes an ideology (cultural categories) that Erigo wants to convey to its target market, which are young people who aim to convey an invitation to dare to explore new things to find hope and identity related to exploratory (cultural tensions). Exploratory is meant here is a sense of freedom (emotional territories) where this is necessary for them to inflame the energetic they have.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai pendidikan dalam salat Jumat menurut kajian kitab Irsyadul ‘Ibad. Metode penelitian ini adalah kepustakaan. Data dianalisis dengan analisi isi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam salat Jumat menurut kitab Irsyadul ‘Ibad Karya Zainuddin Ibnu Abdul Aziz Al-Malybari yaitu nilai tawadu, disiplin, iffah dan sopan. Nilai tersebut menjadikan seseorang menuju muslim yang sejati karena mengajarkan tentang cara bertakwa dan beriman kepada Allah Swt serta berakhlak terpuji.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi tokoh agama Islam dalam pencegahan stunting pada balita di Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI). Jenis Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan Observasional dan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 1858 balita stunting. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat 4 kecamatan dengan jumlah stunting tertinggi yaitu Kecamatan P. Panggang IIIB (269 balita), Cengal (266 balita), Pengarayaan (232 Balita) dan Pangkal Lampam (239 balita) di Kabupaten Ogan Komring Ilir (OKI). Tingginya kasus stunting di Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) disebabkan karena minimnya pengetahuan orang tua terhadap stunting, ekonomi dan sumber air bersih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the need for the development of academic supervision assisted by web-based applications and to develop the design of academic supervision models assisted by web-based applications in fostering teacher competence by PAI Supervisors. Teachers' competence in implementing learning at school in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning is largely determined by the coaching they receive. This research uses a type of development research (R&D) that refers to the model developed by Borg and Gall consisting of ten steps, incorporated into four main stages, namely the preliminary stage, development, field test, and dissemination stages. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews and then processed with a descriptive statistical approach. The results showed that academic supervision in the field is still less than optimal because it is necessary to develop a website-based supervisor academic supervision model designed according to the needs of the field. The website-based academic supervision model is designed using an application called e-saga. The development of e-saga was designed using Google Workspace. The product design designed and produced at the development stage is in the form of three products, namely the design of the academic supervision model book, the design of the website-based e-saga application, and the design of the e-saga user manual. The results of validation from experts show that these three products are very valid from the aspects of content, construction, design, and language. The trial results show that the application is very feasible to use. Likewise, the practicality and effectiveness tests also show that the e-Sisaga model is very practical and effective for supervisors and teachers to use in academic supervision activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the linear and significant relationship between mathematical ability and chemistry learning results; chemical analytical abilities and learning result: association between students' chemistry learning outcomes and mathematical skills and chemical analysis abilities. This type of research is causal research with a quasi-experimental research design. Students in this study were given tests in the form of mathematical ability instruments, chemical analysis abilities, and buffer solution tests. This study found a linear and significant relationship between mathematical ability and students' learning outcomes, a linear and meaningful relationship between chemistry analysis ability and students' learning outcomes, and a significant relationship between mathematical knowledge and chemistry ability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh antara motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, (2) pengaruh antara disiplin belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, dan (3) pengaruh antara motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada mata pelajaran sejarah  kebudayaan Islam di MTs Nurul Hilal Senuro. Jenis penelitian tesis ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian sejumlah 173 dan sampel penelitian sejumlah 119 peserta didik. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random  sampling. Metode analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji regresi linier secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh dari motivasi belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di MTs Nurul Hilal Senuro yang didasarkan pada nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 2,802 > ttabel sebesar 1,980. Koefisien regresi positif menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar, semakin tinggi pula nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. (2) Tidak ada pengaruh dari disiplin belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di MTs Nurul Hilal Senuro. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,167 > 0,05 dan nilai thitung sebesar 1,391 < ttabel sebesar 1,980. (3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik di MTs Nurul Hilal Senuro. Nilai signifikansi pengaruh simultan adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 8,411 > Ftabel sebesar 3,074.
