Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. From the calculation of the profitability studied, it shows that the mushroom farming has the ability and obtains a profit or profitability of 50%. This shows that the mushroom farming gets a large profit from the production activities that are cultivated. Based on the results of research and analysis of the profitability of the data that has been carried out on the mushroom farming of Mr. Tarmizi in Baktiya Barat District, North Aceh Regency, it can be concluded, among others: 1. The total costs incurred on the mushroom farming for one production process are Rp. 3,571,478.9 with details of fixed costs of Rp. 225,478.9 and variable costs of Rp. 3,346,000. With the income obtained is Rp. 7,500,000 so that's a profit of Rp. 3,928,521.1. 2. Straw mushroom farming is a farm engaged in agriculture that is able to earn a profit of 50%.

Abstract

Essay writing skills, especially descriptive text essays, are still relatively low for grade IV students at SD. This problem requires a solution so that students' essay writing skills will increase. The purpose of this study is to determine the planning, implementation, and improvement of essay writing skills through the use of picture series media. The subjects of this study were 24 grade IV students at SD. The study used a class action research design by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. Data was collected through tests, observations, and documentation and then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results showed that students' ability to write essays, especially descriptive texts, increased by using picture series. After learning using picture series students can describe objects completely and clearly then in writing descriptive text students can also write them using good grammar and use correct punctuation and spelling. From the results of the assessment it was found that in the pre-cycle the average value obtained was 67.26 and was included in the criteria of being quite capable. Then in cycle I there was an increase of 11.31 so that the average value obtained was 78.57 and included in the capable criterion. In cycle II it increased again by 11.01 so that in cycle II the average value obtained was 89.58 and it was included in the very capable criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to identify types of wayang and analyze the values ​​of Islamic education contained in it. This research used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach. The data were obtained from Google Scholar and ScienceDirect. Then, a bibliometric analysis was performed to understand the bibliographic landscape with VOSviever. To gain credibility of the data as the main findings of 24 article documents, Publish or Perish was used. The Nvivo application was also used to guarantee the validity of the data as the data was obtained. The findings revealed that first, the types of wayang played by puppeteers and stories (characters) that have elements of Islamic education, including (1) Wayang Beber, (2) Wayang Orang, (3) Wayang Golek, (4) Wayang Purwa, (5) Wayang Menak, (6) Wayang Syadat, (7) Wayang Sukuraga, (8) Wayang Gung, (9) Wayang Tavip. Second, some of the values ​​of Islamic education contained in wayang art are strengthening the identity of Islamic values, integrating culture and religion, strengthening character education, providing an effective medium for preaching, and providing interactive and reflective learning. Thus, the internalization of Islamic education in wayang art has a relationship that combines religious values ​​and local culture.

Abstract

Ulkus kaki diabetik merupakan komplikasi serius diabetes melitus yang memerlukan penanganan efektif. Madu telah lama digunakan dalam pengobatan luka, namun bukti ilmiah terkait efektivitasnya dalam penanganan ulkus kaki diabetik masih terbatas. Mengevaluasi efektivitas honey dressing dibandingkan dengan dressing konvensional dalam pengobatan ulkus kaki diabetik. Tinjauan sistematis dilakukan dengan pencarian pada database PubMed, Science Direct, dan Google Scholar. Kriteria inklusi meliputi uji klinis terkontrol acak yang membandingkan honey dressing dengan dressing konvensional pada pasien ulkus kaki diabetik, diterbitkan dalam bahasa Inggris antara 2010-2023. Dari 223 artikel yang diidentifikasi, lima studi memenuhi kriteria inklusi dengan total 580 pasien. Honey dressing menunjukkan tingkat penyembuhan yang lebih tinggi (rata-rata 79,8% vs 62,2%) dan waktu penyembuhan yang lebih cepat (rata-rata 31,8 hari vs 38,4 hari) dibandingkan dressing konvensional. Temuan ini mengindikasikan potensi honey dressing sebagai alternatif yang efektif dalam manajemen ulkus kaki diabetik. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk mengonfirmasi hasil ini dan mengevaluasi efektivitas jangka panjangnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the use of Canva and comic strips as instructional tools for enhancing writing proficiency in the class of XI-9 at SMA Negeri 7 Purworejo. This study aims to develop efficacious and innovative pedagogical approaches that align with students' learning objectives by investigating the utilization of comic strips and Canva as tools for enhancing writing proficiency. The present study conducted utilizing the CAR (classroom action research) methodology. The study revealed that the utilization of comic strips and Canva has a substantial positive impact on the enhancement of pupils' writing abilities. The students exhibited increased exploratory behaviour following the utilization of comic strips and Canva for writing. The researchers made efforts and obtained numerous findings from the media. Canva exerts a significant impact on fostering creativity and enhancing the engagement of pupils in writing tasks, leading to heightened interest and motivation among students to develop their writing skills. Concurrently, comic strips play a role in enhancing students' competencies in various domains, including grammar, vocabulary, and organization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the actualization of Pancasila values ​​of students. The method that researchers used in this research is descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Sources of data obtained from class X students of SMAN 1 Garut. This study shows that, there is an influence of the actualization of Pancasila values ​​in strengthening the character of class X students of SMAN 1 Garut. By actualizing the values ​​of Pancasila and applying its values ​​in everyday life, it will affect the character of students. Students apply Pancasila values ​​that have been actualized, so their character will also have an effect. This is evident from the research results of 43.4% that the actualization of Pancasila values ​​influences the character of students and the other 56.6% is influenced by attitudes of nationalism and patriotism. The implementation of the actualization of Pancasila values ​​and the character of students is not only the responsibility of Civics and religion teachers but is the responsibility of all teachers and elements of society, therefore in its application all teachers and elements of society can pay attention.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to measure the religiosity levels of young Muslims in Indonesia and the United Kingdom and compare the characteristics of religiosity in the two countries. Furthermore, it analyzes whether the level of religious literacy contributes to the observed differences in religiosity. Design/method/approach – This study is quantitative research utilizing a survey approach. The research subjects were young Muslims in Indonesia and the United Kingdom, selected through purposive sampling methods. The data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire adapted from the five approaches developed by Yusuf (2021) to measure the level of religious literacy, as well as the Centrality of Religious Scale (CRS) developed by Huber and Huber (2012). The collected data were then analyzed using EViewsⓇ version 16 software to perform regression analysis, namely to identify the relationship between religious literacy and religiosity. Findings – The results indicate that the religiosity level among Gen Z Muslims in Indonesia is higher (83%) than that of their counterparts in the United Kingdom (79%). This difference is primarily influenced by cultural and educational contexts, where Indonesian Gen Z tend to have higher religious literacy through religion-related courses, whereas the UK Gen Z shows significant religiosity levels through community engagement and willingness to learn as a minority. However, regression analysis reveals an R-squared of 20-21% in both countries, suggesting that religious literacy does not significantly impact their religiosity level. Research implications/limitations – The findings of the study indicate that religious literacy does not have a significant influence on the level of religiosity of Gen Z Muslims in Indonesia and the United Kingdom. Consequently, it is suggested that increasing religiosity should focus on other aspects, including faith-based education, community engagement, and the cultural context.

Abstract

Ilmu Fiqih sangat penting dalam ajaran Agama Islam karena mengulas terkait cara menjalankan syariat Islam secara benar dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pembinaan pembelajaran fiqih bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Desa Jembatan Kembar, Kecamatan Lembar, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai hukum-hukum Islam dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Program ini diselenggarakan sebagai respons terhadap rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap ilmu fiqih, yang berperan penting dalam membimbing sikap dan perilaku mereka sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Melalui metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan praktis, seperti diskusi kelompok, simulasi ibadah, dan studi kasus, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan meningkatkan minat siswa dalam mempelajari fiqih. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan memberikan tes pra dan pasca pembelajaran serta melakukan wawancara untuk mengetahui perubahan sikap siswa terhadap materi fiqih. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa, serta membantu mereka mengaitkan konsep-konsep fiqih dengan situasi nyata dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, program ini berhasil memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pendidikan agama di tingkat SMP, khususnya di Desa Jembatan Kembar, dan menjadi model bagi kegiatan serupa di daerah lain.

Abstract

This article explains the role of Islamic economics in the global economy consisting of an introduction, understanding sharia economics, principles of Islamic economics, globalization and the role of Islamic economics in the global economy. This journal is to find out the role of Islamic economics in the global economy in accordance with Islamic economic principles. Islamic economics is based on sharia principles which prohibit usury (interest), gharar (uncertainty), and encourage fair and transparent transactions. These principles support economic stability and social justice. This research concludes that Islamic Economics plays a very important role in the global economy by offering an ethical and sustainable alternative. With the continued development of Islamic finance and increased global awareness of sharia principles, Islamic economics has the potential to make a significant contribution to global economic stability and inclusiveness.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum emphasizes inclusion and diversity, but there is still a lack of adequate teaching materials that represent various aspects of local culture. Although the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum has provided freedom and flexibility, its implementation still faces several challenges that need to be overcome. One of the main challenges in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum is the lack of resources. This study aims to analyze the integration of local cultural arts in the context of teaching materials in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. This type of research is qualitative. The data collection method uses literature study, observation, interviews, FGDs, and document analysis. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire sheet. The participants in this study were teachers and local governments. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the utilization of local cultural arts in teaching materials can strengthen local cultural identity and provide significant and relevant learning experiences for students. Therefore, the Regional Cultural Mindset (PPKD) can be an important guideline in developing teaching materials that are in accordance with regional characteristics and needs and meet the competency standards expected in the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum.
