Abstract

Sejalan dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan listrik, maka perkembangan terhadap sistem kelistrikan sangat dibutuhkan. Beberapa faktor yang perlu diperhatikan adalah terkait sistem proteksi dan keamanan yang digunakan untuk meminimalisir gangguan hubung singkat dan kecelakaan kerja. Salah satu sistem proteksi yang digunakan adalah relay. Dalam penggunaan relay pada sistem distribusi tenaga listrik diperlukan pengujian koordinasi antara relay satu dengan yang lainnya agar dapat melindungi dan mengamankan sistem secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan hasil pengujian koordinasi relay arus lebih dan relay gangguan tanah dan membuat simulasi program menggunakan software Electrical Transient Analyzer Program (ETAP) Power Station 19.0.1, serta menganalisis kinerja dari relay yang terpasang. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa pada gardu induk 150 kV Surabaya Selatan, transformator 2, penyulang Mangrove memiliki relay dengan kinerja memberikan perintah untuk membuka pemutus tenaga sesuai dengan standar International Electrotechnical Commision (IEC) 60255 terkait penggunaan relay proteksi.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation and family environment on the learning outcomes of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi students. The method in this study used quantitative methods. The population in this study were students of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi Economic Education-Accounting Study Program and Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program semesters 1, 3, 5, and 7, with a sample of 125 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire or questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Learning motivation has a significant and positive effect on the learning outcomes of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi students; (2) Family environment has a significant and positive effect on the learning outcomes of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi students; (3) Learning motivation and family environment have a significant and positive effect simultaneously on the learning outcomes of STKIP PGRI Sukabumi students.Keywords: family environment; learning motivation; learning outcomes.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan ling-kungan keluarga terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sukabumi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah maha-siswa STKIP PGRI Sukabumi Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi-Akuntansi dan Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan semester 1, 3, 5 dan 7 dengan sampel sebanyak 125 mahasiswa. Intrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner atau angket dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Motivasi belajar berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sukabumi; (2) Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan-dan positif terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sukabumi; (3) Motivasi belajar dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sukabumi.Kata kunci: hasil belajar; motivasi belajar; lingkungan keluarga

Abstract

This study aims to identify the correlation between industrial work practice experience, learning outcomes of electric motor installation, and learning independence with the work readiness of TITL grade XII students, both individually and together. The type of research used is ex post facto with the population of students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) expertise program at SMKN 7 Surabaya and SMKN 2 Lamongan. The data collection technique involves the use of questionnaires for the variables of industrial work practice experience (X1), learning independence (X3), and job readiness (Y). Meanwhile, documentation was used to collect data on the learning outcome variable of electric motor installation (X2). The data analysis in this study includes prerequisite tests such as normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homoscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is carried out using correlation and multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software for Windows. The results of this study are (1) There is a significant correlation between the experience of industrial work practices and the work readiness of class XII TITL students, (2) There is a significant correlation between the learning outcomes of Electric Motor Installation and the work readiness of class XII TITL students, (3) There is a significant correlation between learning independence and work readiness of class XII TITL students, and (4) There is a significant correlation between industrial work practice experience, learning outcomes of Electric Motor Installation, learning independence with the work readiness of class XII TITL students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of competitive advantage studies from a digital marketing perspective as a variable influencing factor, besides that the digital transformation variable is also placed as a moderating variable. The approach used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire as a data collection tool which is distributed to 205 SMEs in West Java Province, Indonesia. Structural Equation Modeling with simple moderation is used in analyzing data that has been collected, which has previously been tested for validity by Confirmatory Factor Analysis. This study found that digital transformation variables are able to mediate the effect of digital marketing on the competitive advantage of SMEs in West Java province, Indonesia. This is something new or new, because there has been no previous research that places digital transformation as a moderator variable for the influence of digital marketing on competitive advantage. This research has the opportunity to conduct more in-depth studies on larger units of analysis or in more complex industries, so that more interesting and useful things will be found in scientific development efforts, especially in the field of management science.

Abstract

In education, resilience is an important psychological concept especially for understanding how students cope with stress and challenges in their educational environment. This study focuses on five dimensions that contribute to students' level of resilience, including: perseverence, self-reliance, equanimity, existential aloness, and meaningfull life. Study aims to test the validity and reliability of a scale or instrument that measures the level of resilience in Vocational High School (SMK) students, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). This study involved 103 SMK students as research participants. Data were collected through a previously developed resilience scale. Data were analyzed using measurement model and structural model. The analysis showed that the resilience scale has good construct validity, with reliable indicators to measure the desired construct. The reliability of the instrument was also found to be high based on the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the resilience of vocational students and validating an instrument that can be used to effectively measure this concept in an educational context. Practical implications of the findings include the development of more targeted educational programs to enhance students' resilience, so that they can face learning and life challenges more readily and effectively.

Abstract

Social change is an inevitable phenomenon in people's lives, and communication has a very important role in driving this transformation. In this context, communication is not just an exchange of information, but also a process that can influence the way of view, values, and norms that exist in society. This research aims to explore the role of communication in social change, focusing on how communication can be a tool to facilitate the transformation of society at various levels. Through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this study collects and analyzes various literature that discusses the relationship between communication and social change. The results of this study show that effective communication can contribute to positive changes in society, including increasing social awareness, promoting community participation, and encouraging collaboration between various stakeholders. The study also identifies several challenges faced in the communication process that can hinder desired social change. By understanding the dynamics of communication in the context of social change, this study hopes to provide recommendations for policymakers, social activists, and communication practitioners to design more effective communication strategies in driving social transformation. At the end of this study, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the importance of communication in creating sustainable social change will be realized.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan karena kegiatan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Ketenagalisrikan Kelas 10 di SMK Negeri 1 Cerme masih berpusat pada guru dan media dalam penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang dipergunakan belum optimal, yakni meningkatnya motivasi belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sarana pembelajaran yang dapat mendukung murid menjadi lebih aktif dan mandiri serta meningkatkan motivasi mereka untuk belajar. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis akuratitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas e-LKPD berbasis PjBL dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar murid Kelas 10 Jurusan TITL SMK Negeri 1 Cerme. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) yang mempergunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subyek penelitian ini yaitu kelas 10 TITL 3 dengan sampel 35 murid. Teknik pengumpulan data mempergunakan lembar validasi, angket respon, angket motivasi, tes formatif, dan observasi untuk mengetahui meningkatnya motivasi belajar. Analisis hasil validasi media pembelajaran didapatkan rerata 86,6% dengan kriteria sangat akurat. Tingkat kepraktisan media pembelajaran memperoleh nilai rerata 62.46. Aspek Efektifitas ditinjau dari motivasi belajar diperoleh hasil uji normalitas dengan taraf signifikansi pada nilai pretes sebesar 0,101 dan taraf signifikansi pada nilai posttest yaitu 0,058 dengan demikian, taraf signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih dari 0,05. Data dinyatakan berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan hasil pada uji-t diperoleh nilai signifikansi perbedaan nilai pretes dan posttest senilai 0,000. Nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,05, maka ditolak dan diterima. Hasil uji N-Gain pada motivasi belajar sebesar 0.6385 sehingga digolongankan sebagai peningkatan dengan golongan cukup. Dengan itu, disimpulkan bahwa e-LKPD berbasis PjBL dinilai layak dipergunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi alat tangan dan alat kerja kelistrikan.

Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran serta sumber belajar memberikan pengaruh penting bagi keberhasilan pembelajaran sehingga menghasilkan pendidikan yang berkualitas dengan memanfaatkan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efektiftas kegiatan pembelajaran adalah media pembelajaran berupa elektronik modul berbasis flipbook yang dapat diakses oleh siswa secara mandiri dan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan elektronik modul berbasis flipbook untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengembangan jenis R&D (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X-TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Tuban sebanyak 36 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan paired sample t-test berbantuan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel dapat diartikan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari penerapan elektronik modul berbasis flipbook. Kesimpulan didapatkan bahwa nilai t hitung 14.476 > t tabel 2.030 sehingga ditemukan hasil bahwa penggunaan elektronik modul berbasis flipbook sangat efektif diterapkan pada pembelajaran kelas terutama pada aspek peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teacher professionalism strengthening through the implementation of effective learning systems. Using a mixed-method approach, the study was conducted on 100 teachers selected through purposive sampling. Data collection included questionnaires, in-depth interviews with 20 teachers, learning observations, and focus group discussions. The results showed significant improvements in teacher competencies: pedagogical (25%), professional (28%), learning technology utilization (35%), and evaluation skills (30%). The implementation of effective learning systems positively impacted student learning motivation (75%) and learning outcomes (68%). Key supporting factors included policy support and availability of continuous professional development programs, while inhibiting factors included administrative burden and limited technology access. The teacher professionalism strengthening program proved effective in improving learning quality, although it still requires strengthening of the mentoring system and development of digital learning platforms..

Abstract

This research aims to explore increasing activeness and practical skills through the application of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive analysis approach, with a focus on literature review. This research will explore literature related to the concept and implementation of PjBL in an educational context, as well as evaluate its impact on students' activeness in learning and development of practical skills. Through descriptive analysis, this research will examine various empirical studies, theories, and conceptual frameworks that support the effectiveness of PjBL in increasing students' active participation and development of practical skills. The focus of the research will also highlight aspects such as project management, collaboration between students, application of technology, as well as the role of teachers and the learning environment in supporting the implementation of PjBL. The results of this research are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the potential of PjBL in increasing student activity and developing practical skills , as well as providing practical guidance for educators to implement learning models that suit their respective contextual needs. It is hoped that the conclusions of this research can provide a significant contribution to the development of curriculum and learning practices that are more oriented towards student empowerment and contextual problem solving.
