Abstract

Purpose: This study examined how family communication transmitted environmental values among the Baduy (Indonesia), linking their unique traditional ecological knowledge, cultural practices, and identity-based frameworks to sustainability outcomes to inform broader conservation efforts. Methods: This qualitative study conducted in-depth interviews with four purposefully selected Baduy participants (Banten, Indonesia) to capture diverse perspectives. Informants included a ‘Tokoh Adat’ (customary leader), the ‘Kepala Desa Kanekes’ (village head), and two ‘Warga Baduy’ (general community members), representing traditional authority, administrative leadership, and community viewpoints. Findings: Findings illuminate the Baduy people's profound integration of traditional agriculture and environmental preservation. This commitment manifests in their strict chemical prohibition, reliance on natural fertilizers, deep reverence for protected forests, and adherence to eco-friendly farming methods. These practices are embedded within a robust framework of customary law (‘adat’) and significantly informed by ‘Karma’ belief, reflecting a sophisticated understanding of long-term ecological consequences. Furthermore, these ingrained traditions fundamentally shape intergenerational communication, positioning the family as the primary conduit for transmitting vital environmental values and ecological knowledge. This dynamic process actively cultivates environmental responsibility and perpetuates a harmonious coexistence with nature within the community. Originality: Providing novel insights, this qualitative study uniquely examined family communication's role in embedding environmental values across Baduy generations (Indonesia). Findings illuminate how traditional ecological knowledge and cultural practices synergize, driving sustainable agriculture/waste management and reinforcing community resilience through ancestral wisdom, informing culturally grounded conservation.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang Anak sebagai korban suatu tindak pidana yang dalam proses hukumnya hingga incracht atau berkekuatan hukum tetap (perkara telah diputus dan si pelaku telah divonis) namun tidak dikelola negara dengan benar. Anak sebagai Pelaku sangat intens diperhatikan oleh negara melalui regulasi yang signifikan dalam memperhatikan hak-hak dan kepentingan anak. Bagaimana dengan Nasib anak sebagai Korban? Regulasi ada namun belum tepat sasaran atau bahkan belum ada mekanisme yang benar-benar berpihak pada anak sebagai korban ini. Ada yang bernasib bak jatuh tertimpa tangga karena  seakan terjadi pembiaran atau dilepas begitu saja setelah proses hukum selesai (incracht). Artikel ini juga merupakan Langkah pemula untuk dilakukannya Penelitian dengan judul yang sama yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kejahatan setelah putusan pidana berkekuatan hukum tetap (inkracht) dalam perspektif Hukum Keluarga Islam dan kaitannya dengan sistem hukum nasional Indonesia. Realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa negara cenderung abai terhadap pemulihan dan perlindungan jangka panjang bagi anak korban kejahatan, sehingga membuka peluang terjadinya trauma berulang, keterlantaran, bahkan kejahatan ulang. Hukum Keluarga Islam memuat prinsip-prinsip hadhanah, maqashid al-shariah, dan tanggung jawab kolektif dalam melindungi anak sebagai bagian dari sistem nilai yang holistik. Karena Islam memberikan perhatian yang Istimewa terhadap hak-hak anak. Tak terkecuali terhadap hak-hak anak korban kejahatan pascha incracht, artinya negara seharusnya mengambil alih atas nasib anak sebagai Korban bukan hanya melindungi anak sebagai Pelaku, dengan regulasi yang tepat sasaran dan sinergisme antar lembaga terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dan sosiologis dengan metode kualitatif, serta studi kasus terhadap beberapa peristiwa yang menggambarkan ketidakhadiran negara dalam perlindungan anak korban, seperti kasus anak Audrey Balqis Zvanka di Pontianak dan Kasus anak Laila di Batam. Hasil penelitiannya bisa saja menunjukkan bahwa Hukum Keluarga Islam dapat menjadi dasar normatif dan moral bagi pembentukan kebijakan perlindungan anak pasca-inkracht yang lebih responsif dan berkeadilan.

Abstract

Learning activities that build student activity and produce good learning outcomes depend on the use of learning models that are relevant to student needs. It turns out that the learning method using discussion is not enough to build student activity. This research aims to analyze the Two Stay Two Stray learning strategy on student learning outcomes in Al-Qur'an-Hadith subjects as an alternative to using the discussion learning method. The research was carried out at the Sukamiskin Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation, Bandung using a quantitative approach through the method quasi experiment. The research results show that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning strategy has a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes with an average pre-test score of 60.97 and an average post-test score of 74.19. These results show that the application of the Two Stay Two Stray learning strategy can be used in other subjects.

Abstract

Interactions with the Quran have led to a variety of interpretations. Some individuals approach the Quran from a theological standpoint, evaluating the accuracy of their understanding using established methods. In contrast, others take a more humanistic approach, incorporating Quranic teachings into daily life without being constrained by rigid methodologies. This study aims to investigate how residents of Pondok Pesantren Biharul Ulum Agroecology (PPBUA) in Cisarua, Bogor, receive and apply Quranic teachings in the context of environmental conservation. Using a qualitative-ethnographic approach, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. Grounded in reception theory, the findings reveal that PPBUA's environmental initiatives effectively combine Quranic principles with local wisdom, motivating both the community and students (santri) to view conservation as a form of worship. Through initiatives such as reforestation and organic farming, PPBUA fosters sustainability. By merging Quranic values with traditional practices, the institution offers a comprehensive approach that integrates spiritual, social, and ecological dimensions to create lasting solutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mencoba mengungkap makna simbol masalah sosial dalam novel Al-Karnak buah karya Najib Mahfudz dengan kajian semiotika Charles Sanders Pierce. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menetapkan representamen (R) dan objek (O) kemudian dihubungkan, sehingga akan menghasilkan interpretan atau makna. Inilah yang dinamakan teori triadic Pierce.

Abstract

As - Saja’ merupakan suatu kesatuan huruf akhir pada dua fasilah atau susunan kalimatnya baik kalimat awal, tengah dan akhir. Yang dimaksud dengan fasilah bisa termasuk bait, ayat, kalimat atau penggalan kalimat. Dan sajak sajak menentukan pelafalan dan perulangan bunyi yang sama pada awal, tengah dan akhir kalimat yang ditentukan dengan sebuah pola bunyi atau pola persajakan sehingga menimbulkan keindahan dari segi bentuk pelafalannya pada akhir kata huruf akhirnya.Dalam peneletian ini membahas tentang jumlah dan jenis jenis saja’ dan sajak yang terdapat pada sebuah kitab matan zubad yang dikarang oleh ulama mahsyur yaitu syekh ahmad ruslan asy-syafi’i. Dengan menggunakan jenis jenis Saja’ dan sajak yang ditinjau dari segala aspek. Kemudian mengetahui jumlah saja’ dan sajak yang terdapat dalam kitab tersebut. Dengan adanya ilmu saja’ yang ditunjang dengan ilmu sajak pengarang dapat menentukan bunyi dan nada huruf serta keserasian dalam dua fasilah.Metode yang digunakan peneliiti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan Ilmu Badi, yaitu mendeskripsikan data dengan cara menentukan kalimat akhir yang sesuai dengan Wazannya agar dapat menemukan jenis-jenis Saja’ dan menentukan pola bunyi pada awal, petengahan dan akhir sebuah kalimat atau fashilah agar dapat menentukan jenis – jenis sajak dalam kitab Matan Zubad karya Syekh Ahmad Ruslan Asy-Syafi’i.Hasil penelitian yang terdapat dalam kitab Matan Zubad ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa jenis-jenis Saja’ bila ditinjau berdasarkan fasilahnya terdapat 3 jenis Saja’ diantaranya Saja’ Muthorrof, Murashsha dan Mutawadzi dan jumlah sajak bila diinjau berdasarkan jenisnya terdapat 4 jenis diantaranya sajak awal, tengah, akhir dan sajak  merata. Jumlah Saja’ dalam kitab ini adalah 45 dan jumlah sajak adalah 47 dari total keseluruhan data fasilah yang peneliti teliti sebanyak 48 bait.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tindak tutur ilokusi dan fungsi-fungsinya yang digunakan pada novelet Qindil Ummu Hasyim Karya Yahya Haqqi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik, dengan kajian ilmu pragmatik. Data penelitian berupa tuturan-tuturan yang disampaikan para tokoh dalam novelet tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan teknik kepustakaan, simak dan catat. Hasil penelitian pun didapatkan dengan metode padan ekstraingual, hingga akhirnya dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut 1). Lima jenis ilokusi, yakni Direktif, Asertif, Deklaratif, Komisif dan Ekspresif dengan didominasi oleh kalimat berita dibandingkan kalimat imperatif dan introgatif. 2). Fungsi pragmatis dari setiap jenis tindak tutur yakni: Asertif: memberitahukan, dan membanggakan; Direktif: memerintah, meminta, dan melarang; Komisif: berjanji dan menyanggupi; Ekspresif: kecewa, dan menyesal; Deklaratif: Mengucilkan, memutuskan dan memvonis. Pada fungsi-fungsi pragmatis tersebut umumnya merupakan kalimat langsung dengan fungsi menyatakan karena objeknya yang berupa novelet dan yang dibahas tentu menyinggung kehidupan tokoh Ismail yang berpengaruh kepada khalayak umum.

Abstract

This research is based on empirical phenomena observed by the researcher, where at SMA Darul Falah Bandung Barat, a school under the Yayasan Pondok Pesantren, there were still students who violated religious norms, such as not following school rules, skipping classes, and being late. The objectives of this research are to describe: 1) The programs for internalizing pesantren values in fostering the religiosity of students at SMA Darul Falah Bandung Barat; 2) The process of internalizing pesantren values in fostering the religiosity of students at SMA Darul Falah Bandung Barat. This research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation at the research location. The data analysis method used is the Miles and Huberman technique, a qualitative data analysis approach conducted interactively and continuously until data saturation is reached. The research findings are: 1) The internalization of pesantren values at SMA Darul Falah Bandung Barat is implemented through programs categorized by time, including spontaneous, daily, weekly, and annual/incidental programs. These programs are designed to build noble character, deepen religious understanding, and strengthen the spiritual bonds of the students; 2) The process of internalizing pesantren values occurs through three main stages: value transformation (changes in students' views and understanding), value transaction (active interaction between educators and students), and value transinternalization (integration of values into the students' selves). These three stages ensure that pesantren values are strongly embedded in the students' lives.

Abstract

The Internet has had a profound, impact on society, enabling numerous benefits while also presenting significant challenges. While it has revolutionized communication, information access, and business operations, it has also created new ethical challenges, particularly with regards to inappropriate or negative content. Cybercrime, misinformation, disinformation, and user data exploitation are just a few examples of these issues. As the Internet's reach and influence continue to expand, it is critical to recognize and adhere to ethical principles in the digital world. This article aims to explore the importance of ethical principles in Internet use and their role in mitigating negative impacts. To achieve this objective, the paper conducts a literature review towards policy document and analyzes bibliometrics data against scholarly article databases indexed by Scopus and identify key point regarding ethical discourse. The article delves into the ethical implications of the Internet, including privacy concerns, confidentiality, decision-making, and data protection. In conclusion, it posits that the Internet should not be viewed simply as a tool but as a cultural artifact with the potential to shape society for better or worse. Therefore, it is our responsibility as users and stakeholders to understand and uphold ethical standards to ensure the responsible and equitable use of this powerful technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teachers in developing Islamic Religious Education curriculum materials for deaf students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The data source is secondary data, data collection techniques include collecting, editing, categorizing and concluding data, while data analysis by analyzing the content in depth. The results revealed that PAI teachers have as implementer adapters, developers, and researchers in the process of developing Islamic Religious Education curriculum materials for deaf students. Therefore, PAI teachers are required to be creative and innovate to modify learning materials in such a way according to the characteristics and needs of the deaf students taught. Thus, teachers have a very important role in the development of PAI curriculum materials for deaf students. Because the success or failure of the implementation of the curriculum is determined by the teacher himself, because the teacher becomes the spearhead in the implementation of the curriculum.
