Abstract

This is a development research that aims to evolve a learning instruments discovery learning model  based on the SKKNI on volumetric analysis subject that are valid, practical, and effective. The development model used in this study refers to the 4D, which consists of the defining, design, development, and dissemination. The learning instruments developed are RPP, LKPD, Student Learning Materials, and THB. The SKKNI-based discovery learning model volumetric learning device that was developed was then validated by two experts. After validation, a learning device trial is then conducted at the SMK-SMAK Makassar in class XI E with a total of 35 students. The results of the study indicate that the SKKNI-based discovery learning model developed after being validated was very accurate (V = 3.75). The learning device is stated to be practical because the practicality test related to: (1) the implementation of the learning device is in the fully implemented category (M = 1.86) included in the category (1.5 ≤ M ≤ 2.0), (2) the teacher gave a very positive response with a percentage of 93.49%, and (3) the students gave a very positive response with a percentage of 91.93%. This learning device also meets the effectiveness criteria, which are reviewed through learning outcomes with a classical percentage of completeness 94.00%. Therefore, the results of the study indicate that the developed learning device products meet valid, practical, and effective criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan  model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (2) ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan  model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik; (3) ada tidaknya pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (4) ada tidaknya pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik; (5) ada tidaknya interaksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (6) ada tidaknya interaksi antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment) dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Maniangpajo. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan random sampling dan kelas yang terpilih adalah kelas X.2 dan kelas X.3. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan program SPSS menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran discovery learning  terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (2) ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran discovery learning  terhadap motivai belajar peserta didik; (3) ada pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (4) ada pengaruh kemampuan awal tinggi dan rendah terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik; (5) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal terhadap pemahaman konsep peserta didik; (6) tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik.Kata Kunci: Inkuiri Terbimbing, Discovery Learning, Pemahaman Konsep, Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dalam ekstrak metanol batang belajang susu (S. pictus Hassk). Sampel penelitian diambil dari kecamatan Mambi, kabupaten Mamasa, Sulawesi Barat. Penelitian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu ekstraksi (maserasi), fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Isolat murni yang diperoleh berupa kristal berbentuk jarum dengan titik leleh 132-134oC. Identifikasi dengan spektrofotometer inframerah memberikan serapan yang khas untuk gugus fungsi OH, CH2 dan CH3, C-O, C=C dan =C-H. Berdasarkan hasil uji golongan dan data spektrum FTIR maka disimpulkan bahwa senyawa yang diperoleh adalah senyawa golongan steroid.Kata kunci : Belajang Susu, S. pictus Hassk dan Steroid.ABSTRACTThis research is an exploratory research aimed to isolating compounds that have secondary metabolites in methanol extract of the stem belajang susu (S. pictus Hassk). The sample of this research is taken from Mambi sub-district, Mamasa district, West Sulawesi. The research was done through several stages: extraction (maceration), fractionation, purification and identification. The pure isolates obtained in the form of needle-shaped crystals with melting point 132-134oC. Identification with an infrared spectrophotometer giving wave number of functional groups OH, CH2 and CH3, C-O, C=C and =C-H. Based on the results of the group test and FTIR spectrum data it was concluded that the compounds obtained were steroid group compounds.Keywords: Belajang Susu, S. pictus Hassk, and Steroid.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan identifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terdapat dalam ekstrak kloroform daun Manilkara zapota. yang berasal dari Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo Sulawesi Selatan. Isolasi dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi, partisi dengan kloroform, fraksinasi, uji kemurnian dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh isolat murni berupa serbuk berwarna putih dengan titik leleh 140-142oC. Hasil uji dengan pereaksi Liebermann-Buchard mengalami perubahan warna dari bening menjadi hijau menunjukkan positif steroid. Isolat diidentifikasi dengan menganalisis spektrum infra merah yang menunjukkan bilangan gelombang (cm-1) yakni: 3442,94 (-OH terikat); 2947,23 dan 2873,94 (-CH alifatik); 1732,08 (C=O karboksilat); 1249,87 dan 1026,13 (C-O alkohol). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan penelusuran literature adalah senyawa golongan steroid.Kata kunci : Isolasi, M. zapota, Steroid. ABSTRACTThis is an exploratory research that aims to isolate and identify secondary metabolite compound contained in cloroform Extract of Manilkara zapota leaves from Tempe, Wajo, South Sulawesi. The isolation was done through several stages: maceration, partition with cloroform, fractionation, purity testing, and identification. The extract was found to contain white powder of pure isolate with a melting point of 140-142oC. The test result using Liebermann-Buchard reagent exhibited a shift of color from transparent into green, therefore it can be categorized as a positive steroid. The isolate was identified by analyzing the infra red spectrum which showed wave numbers (cm-1) of: 3442.94 (-OH bond); 2947.23 and 2873.94 (-CH aliphatic); 1732.08 (C=O carboxylate); 1249.87 and 1026.13 (C-O alcohol). Based on the analysis, literature search the isolate is considered as steroid compound.Keywords : Isolation, M. zapota, Steroid.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam kegiatan ini adalah banyaknya jumlah buah pisang yang terdapat dalam lingkungan Kecamatan Tinggi Moncong Kabupaten Gowa, namun masyarakat lokal belum mempunyai ilmu terkait pengolahan pisang menjadi tepung dan kandungan gizi dalam tepung pisang. Salah satu upaya adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan ke siswa SMAN 5 Gowa yang selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mensosialisasikan IPTEK yang diterima ke masyarakat setempat dan menjadikannya menjadi salah satu topik dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu, peyuluhan terkait pengolahan tepung pisang serta kandungan gizi yang terkandung di dalamnya, tahap kedua meliputi peragaan (demonstrasi) pembuatan tepung pisang dan dilanjutkan dengan tahap praktek pembuatan tepung pisang yang dilaksanakan oleh tim bersama siswa. Jumlah peserta yang hadir sebanyak 30 siswa yang dilaksanakan secara virtual. Setelah melaksanakan kegiatan diperoleh hasil bahwa siswa SMAN 5 Gowa mengikuti proses pelatihan dengan antusias meskipun dilaksanakan secara virtual. Proses diskusi berjalan dengan lancar karena besarnya rasa ingin tahu siswa untuk mengolah buah pisang menjadi tepung

Abstract

The aim of community service activities through the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to provide knowledge and skills for the diversification of palm sugar processing, as well as the packaging and labeling process of brown sugar crafters in partner farmer groups. With the hope of motivating brown sugar artisans to develop ant sugar refined products and other processed products made from palm sap. The method of implementing community service activities through the Community Partnership Program (PKM), namely through counseling / socialization and training as well as with assistance. The results of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) showed that the high activity of trainees and counselors in the question and answer session and discussion as well as demonstrations and application / field application related to the material on how to make ant sugar from the basic ingredients of palm sugar, indicated an increase in knowledge and skills community in Gattareng Village, Barru Regency. Increasing the knowledge and skills of the community also shows that through training and counseling in accordance with the local potential of their region will be able to change the mindset of the community, especially palm sugar crafters in PKM program farmer groups. The positive impact on increasing knowledge and skills in processing natural resources in the region is a form of community empowerment to increase their income and welfare.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan PKM ini adalah guru: memahami tentang prinsip materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, memahami langkah-langkah teknis penyusunan  materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, dan terampil merancang materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, serta menghasilkan produk rancangan materi ajar berbasis V-Makes. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah: pemaparan materi tentang prinsip materi ajar berbasis V-Makes oleh Tim Pengabdi, praktik penyususn materi ajar berbasis V-Makes oleh peserta pelatihan, presentasi produk/hasil rancangan oleh peserta perwakilan, dan observasi serta wawancara peserta saat dan setelah kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) Parangtambung II Kota Makassar yang berjumlah 16 orang dan materi ajar yang dirancang adalah materi tematik terpadu Kurikulum 2013 untuk kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Manfaat yang diharapkan setelah kegiatan PKM ini adalah peserta pelatihan atau workshop mampu  merancang materi atau konsep ajar untuk tingkat sekolah dasar yang dapat divisualisasi secara tekstual atau gambar atau audio-visual (V), memperlihatkan contoh benda secara langsung atau secara makroskopik (Mak), dan melakukan eksperimen sederhana (es). Hasil kegiatan PKM ini adalah (1) peserta pelatihan memahami tentang prinsip materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, (2) peserta pelatihan  memahami langkah-langkah teknis penyusunan materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, (3) peserta pelatihan terampil merancang materi ajar berbasis V-Makes, dan menghasilkan produk rancangan materi ajar berbasis V-Makes. Kata kunci: materi ajar sekolah dasar berbasis V-Makes

Abstract

The more advanced technology that humans use in their lives, it does affect behavior and lifestyle, including food consumption problems. Along with the increase of public income, consumption of fish products have been increased in both fresh fish and especially processed fish in a modern day. Barru District especially in Pancana village is one of the potential areas in the field of maritime and fisheries. Area of sea fishing and ponds around 56,160 Ha, pond 2,570 Ha beach 1,400 ha and pond cultivation area or freshwater 39 Ha. While the current fishery production is: shrimp (633.01 tonnes); Milkfish (, 552.08 tons); Cakalang/Cob (260.6 tonnes); Grouper/Snapper (744 tons); Red fish (97.02 tonnes); and seaweed (251.07 tons) that have been tested and are good enough. In the sub-district of Tanete Rilau Barru, several groups of fishermen, the village of its members cultivate milkfish and shrimp windu in ponds, ponds and cages using the technique of heavy water pond and in the rice fields (the system of Mina Padi and brackish). This is possible with the source of water originating from the location of natural waterfalls and baths in Tanete Riaja Sub-district located in the region. Given the potential, the development of seawater fish in this region has been developed by farmers or fishermen in recent years.

Abstract

The aims of community activities through trainingand outreach the KKN-PPM program, to increase society'sknowledge and skills in making natural preservative from theleaves of cloves. The method of implementation of trainingactivities and outreach is done through the methods oftechnology transfer, demplot (pilot project), andaccompaniment with the approach of the Partisipatory RuralAppraisal (PRA). The main target groups, i.e. the coconutpalm sugar Crafters and on Crafters Group of palm sugar.Being among the target group, i.e. the Group of farmers/women farmers, driving of PKK village, and teenage dropouts.Then the evaluation of the results of training and outreach,carried out on going evaluation and post evaluation. Theresults of the activities of the community shows that,implementation of training and outreach and mentoring in themanufacture of natural preservative from clove leaf throughthe KKN-PPM program, has been able to increase theknowledge and skills of participants training in the processingof natural resources available in district Pujananting. Thesuccess of training and outreach through the KKN-PPMprograms, looks also can encourage the growth of creativeideas and innovative and entrepreneurial souls trainee andvillagers during the KKN PPM program were execution.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are the Community in the Tonyamang Village, Patampanua Sub-District, Pinrang Regency. The problem is: 1) Increased banana production results in a surplus or excess of bananas, 2) The lack of public knowledge about processing bananas into banana flour, and 3) The yields of abundant banana farmers have not been able to raise the economy of the community. The method used is: lecture, demonstration, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are abundant banana products that can be processed into banana flour which can be utilized as a variety of processed products that have economic value so that they are not only finished products (direct consumption).
