Abstract

Plant Rumput Mutiara (Hedyotis corymbosa L.) is a species of the genus Hedyotis including Rubiacea family that has long been used by traditional communities for treatment.  This plant has the ability to cure ulcers, as antihepatotoxic which can protect the liver and treat the liver from damage or inflammation, and also has the potential as anti-cancer. Methods used included of ekstraction or maseration and bioactivity test ekstract with Brine Shrimp Lethality by using Artemia salina. From the result toxicity method Brine shrimp lethality test, the showed activity fraction ethyl asetat Rumput mutiara with each LC50 value 0.3389; 0.2609; 1.0853; 0.9372; 0.2609; 0.7655 µg mL-1.

Abstract

Rahimah Rahmah, 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media chempuzzle pada model pembelajaran learning cycle 5E terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng studi pada materi pokok hidrolisis garam. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng yang terdiri dari enam kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sampling. Kelompok eksperimen yaitu kelas XI MIPA 1 dan kelompok kontrol adalah XI MIPA 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. Hasil analisis deskriptif diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen 80,62 lebih tinggi dari kelompok kontrol yaitu 70,85. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik menunjukkan bahwa data kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal sehingga uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik non-parametrik, Mann-Whitney dengan ∝ = 0,05 diperoleh Zhitung>Ztabel (3,10 >1,64). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media chempuzzle pada model pembelajaran learning cycle 5E terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 2 Soppeng studi pada materi pokok hidrolisis garam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian quasy experiment yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba pada materi pokok laju reaksi tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian adalah post-test only control design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba yang terdiri dari tiga kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Kelas XI IPA3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 30 peserta didik. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Variabel terikatnya adalah hasil belajar peserta didik yang terdiri dari kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Data afektif diperoleh melalui pengisian lembar penilaian afektif yaitu disiplin, tanggungjawab, percaya diri, jujur dan kerja sama secara berturut-turut memperoleh nilai 82.29, 89.16, 85.00, 87.91 dan 90.83 pada kelas eksperimen, sedangkan pada kelas kontrol secara berturut-turut 81.45, 86.87, 84.17, 86.04, dan 88.12. Data psikomotorik diperoleh melalui pengisian lembar penilaian psikomotorik yaitu kinerja proses, kinerja produk dan presentasi, secara berturut-turut memperoleh nilai 94.28, 95.93, dan 88.09 pada kelas ekperimen, sedangkan pada kelas secara berturut-turut 90.35, 94.58 dan 84.76. Data kognitif diperoleh dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar pada akhir pembelajaran. Data kognitif dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney diperoleh nilai Zhitung = 6.65 pada α = 0,05 dan Ztabel = 1.64. Oleh karena itu, Zhitung > Ztabel artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Ada pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba pada materi laju reaksi. ABSTRACT This research was quasi experiment research which aims to know the effect of quided inquiry learning model to student’s learning result of class XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba on chemical reaction rate of academic year 2018/2019. The research design was post-test only control design. The population of this research were the students of class XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba which consist three classes. Sampling was taken by randomly. Class XI IPA3 as the experimental group and class XI IPA1 as the control group with amount of 30 students, respectively. The independent variables in this study were quided inqury learning and conventional learning model. The dependent variable was learning result consist of cognitive, affective and psychomotor. The data affective was obtained through fill in the affective assessment sheet, namely discipline, responsibility, confidence, honesty and cooperation, the values of 82.29, 89.16, 85.00, 87.91 and 90.83 in the experimental group, while in the control group 81.45, 86.87, 84.17, 86.04, and 88.12 respectively.The data psychomotor was obtained through fill in the psychomotor assessment sheet, namely process perfomance, product perfomance and presentation, the values of 94.28, 95.93, and 88.09 in the experimental group, while in the control group 90.35, 94.58 dan 84.76 respectively. The data cognitive was obtained by giving the learning result test at the end of the learning. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Result of hypothesis test by using Mann-Whitney test obtained value of Zcount = 6.65 while at α = 0.05 the Ztable = 1.64. Therefore, Zcount > Ztable means H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. There was the effect of quided inquiry learning model to student’s learning result of class XI IPA SMAN 11 Bulukumba study on chemical reaction rate.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media chem-card pada model pembelajaran Discovery terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi pokok sistem periodik unsur. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 1 Gowa semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIA SMAN 1 Gowa yang terdiri dari enam kelas. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak (random sampling). Kelas yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu kelas X MIA3 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan X MIA4 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan media chem-card pada model pembelajaran discovery dan kelompok kontrol yang dibelajarkan tanpa menggunakan media chem-card pada model pembelajaran discovery. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini adalah media chem-card pada model pembelajaran discovery dan tanpa media chem-card pada model pembelajaran discovery sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan memberikan angket motivasi belajar dan tes hasil belajar peserta didik setelah proses pembelajaran. Analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji mann whitney dengan α = 0,05 diperoleh Zhitung > Ztabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh media chem-card pada model pembelajaran discovery terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIA SMAN 1 Gowa pada materi pokok sistem periodik unsur. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Chem-Card Media in Discovery Learning Model towards Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class X MIA Students of SMAN 1 Gowa on the Elements' Periodic System subject. The research was conducted on class X MIA SMAN 1 Gowa consisting six classes on odd semester in 2018/2019 school year as population. The research design using post-test only control group design. The Class X MIA3 as the experimental group and X MIA4 as the control group that selected by sampling randomly. The experimental group was taught by discovery learning models using chem-card media and control groups was taught by discovery learning models without using chem-card media. The independent variable in this study were discovery learning models using chem-card media and discovery learning models without chem-card media. While the dependent variable was learning motivation and outcomes of students. Data collection techniques were by giving a motivation learning questionnaire and tests of students' learning outcomes after learning process. Inferential statistical analysis using the Mann Whitney test with α = 0.05 produced Zhitung> Z table. This shows that there is an Effect of Chem-Card Media in Discovery Learning Model towards Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Class X MIA Students of SMAN 1 Gowa on the Elements' Periodic System (EPS) subject.

Abstract

This research was a quasi-experiment research that aimed to know the effect of Talking Stick Method in Guided Inkuiry Model Towards Chemistry Learning Outcomes of Class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa on Buffer Solution Subject Matter. The post-test only control group design was used in this research. The Sample was taken randomly. Result of prerequisite analysis for inferential statistic show that the data of experiment and control class was not distributed normally and it has homogeny variance. So, Man-Withney parametric test with ∝=0.05 was used with yield z calculated; 3,27 > z table 1.64. It can be concluded that H0 rejected and H1 accepted which means that there is an effect of talking stick method in guided inkuiry model towards chemistry learning outcomes of class XI MIA SMA Negeri 10 Gowa on buffer solution subject matter.

Abstract

Kratom (Mitragyna Speciose Korth) merupakan salah satu jenis tumbuhan potensial yang dapat ditingkatkan nilai kegunaannya, karena sejak dahulu M. Speciosa sudah dimanfaatkan secara tradisional. Penelitian eksplorasi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak E asetat batang kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa Korth) yang berasal dari kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu preparasi sampel, ekstraksi atau maserasi, fraksinasi, dan  Tahapan pengujian berupa fitokimia dan bioaktivitas BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh berupa Uji fitokimia ekstrak Etil Asetat Batang  M. Speciosa  mengandung Flavanoid dan Alkaloid menggunakan  pereaksi FeCl3 dan Wegner dan Dragendroff. Adapun nilai  LC50 yang dihasilkan yaitu sebesar 36, 2576  ppm yang menunjukkan bahwa fraksi bersifat toksik

Abstract

This study is a development research that aims to develop electronic LKPD through adiscovery learning model assisted by the 3D PageFlip Professional application on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution materials that are valid, practical, and effective to be used to improve students' critical thinking abilities. The research procedure employed the ADDIE development model, which consisted of the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The electronic LKPD was validated by two experts. Then it was tested to grade X Aljabar UPT SMAN 11 Pangkep through Google Meet. The results show that the developed electronic LKPD is valid with an average validity value of 3.42. The practicality test includes: (1) the implementation of LKPD learning through discovery learning model is at an average value of M = 1.96 in the value interval (1.5 ≤ M ≤ 2.0) meaning that the aspects and criteria observed are in fully implemented category, (2) the students gave a positive response with a total average percentage of 77.38%, which means the electronic LKPD is in practical category and (3) the teacher gave a positive response with an average total score of 86.18%, it is invery practical category. The electronic LKPD through the discovery learning developed also meets effective criteria with the test results of each indicator of students' critical thinking abilities is in the percentage of 60% - 80% in medium category.

Abstract

This type of Research & Development research aims to develop and produce interactive multimedia (MMI) on hydrolysis materials in a valid, practical and effective discovery learning model. Adapting the ADDIE model, the analysis pays attention to curriculum aspects, student characteristics, and media needs. The design is carried out based on analysis by making an outline of the media content, learning descriptions, lesson plans and LKPD. The development stage consists of pre-production where multimedia flowcharts and media scripts are produced, production where MMI prototypes are produced, and post-production for reviewing MMI before use. The implementation is carried out on students of class XI SMAN 1 Simboro even semester year 2020/2021. Formative evaluation with a validation process on all devices, including research instruments, namely learning implementation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests. The results showed that all devices met the very valid criteria with a score of 3.58 and 89.58% very feasible. MMI is valid with a score of 3.12 and 78.08% is feasible. Learning is carried out entirely with a score of 1.80 based on discovery learning syntax and 89.93% is very practical. For the teacher's response, a score of 3.39 was obtained with practical criteria and the student response with a score of 3.55 met the practical criteria. The percentage of class completeness, based on the results of the learning test, reached 86.67% which was very effective. This shows that the developed MMI meets the specified validity, practicality and effectiveness qualities.

Abstract

This study is a development research, which aims at developing an electronic students worksheet based on guided inquiry on Acid-Base material which is valid, practical, and effective to be used to improve the learning outcomes. The research procedure employed ADDIE development model, which consisted of stages of analysis, design, devleopment, implementation, and evaluation. The electronic students worksheet was validated by two experts. Then, it was tested to grade XI MIA at SMAN 2 Parepare. The results of the study reveal that the electronic students worksheet developed is valid with the validity average 3.60. The practicality test covered: (1) learning implementation of electronic students worksheet based on guided inquiry is in the average M = 1.82 with fully implemented category, (2) the teacher gave positive response with the total average 91%, which means the electronic students worksheet is in very practical category, and (3) the students gave positive response with the total average 88.98, which is in very practical category. The electronic students worksheet based on guided inquiry developed has met the effective criteria as well with class completeness percentage 90.62%, meaning that it has over the class completeness percentage of 80% minimum. The electronic students worksheet developed consists of the cover, the title of material, electronic students worksheet manual, basic competence, competence achievement indicator, learning objective, and evaluation.

Abstract

The study is Research and Development (R&D), which aims at designing Chemistry learning device SMA (senior high school) based on problem to improve conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills of students on Thermochemistry material and discovering whether the quality of Chemistry learning device product has met validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The development model used in this study referred to 4-D development model by Thiagarajan which covered 4 stages, namely (1) define, (2) design, (3) development, and (4) dissemination. The device developed in this study: Lesson Plan (RPP), Student’s Workbook (LKPD), and Learning Test (THB). The result of the study reveal that each stage of the result of development referred to the procedure of learning device development model based on problem. The device developed has met the product quality, namely 1) device validity with the mean score 3.68 in very valid category, 2) the practically which covered: a) learning device implementation with the mean score 1.77 in ‘entirely implemented’, b) learning management of teacher with the mean score 3.68 in good category, c) teacher’s response on the device was 3.75 in practical category and with no revision, and 3) the effectiveness covered: a) the student’s learning activity was 91.1% which met very good criteria, b) the student’s response was 80% which met very responsive criteria, c) conceptual understanding test with the mean score of pretest 18.6% in very low category, the mean score of posttest 87.5% in high category, and the result of N-gain 0.8 in high category, d) critical thinking skills with the mean score of pretest 18.3% in very low category, the posttest was 77.9% in high category, and the result of N-gain 0.73 in high category.
