Abstract

etika berbelanja online, konsumen sering merasa kesulitan untuk menilai apakah produk tersebut sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkaan atau sehingga hal tersebut mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen. Oleh karena itu konsumen berusaha memperoleh informasi melalui review dan rating yang tersedia di berbagai platform online termasuk e-marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan rating terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee (studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan). Pengaruh antara online customer review dan rating akan dianalisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Adapun jumlah sampel sebanyak dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Adapun data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa online customer review dan rating berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap minat beli produk pada layanan aplikasi Shopee studi pada pengguna aplikasi Shopee di kota Medan. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,928, dimana hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara variabel online customer review (X1) dan rating (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) sebesar 92,8% sehingga hubungan antar variabel tersebut dapat dikategorikan sangat erat. Serta nilai adjusted r square sebesar 0,858 ataupun nilai koefisien determinan menampilkan bahwa variabel online customer review (X1) dan rating (X2) terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y) sebesar 85,5%, sedangkan 14,5% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing strategies in increasing used car sales at Yuna Mobil Showroom Rantau Prapat. The research background is based on the rapid development of information technology and digitalization, which encourage businesses to combine conventional and digital marketing strategies to reach a wider range of consumers. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and triangulation. The results indicate that online marketing plays a significant role in building brand awareness, expanding market reach, and providing fast and efficient access to information through social media, marketplaces, and instant messaging applications. However, this strategy has not been fully effective in converting consumer interest into actual purchase decisions, as customers still require direct product experience. Conversely, offline marketing is proven to be more effective at the decision-making stage due to direct interaction, test drives, and higher consumer trust in the actual condition of used cars. Therefore, the effectiveness of marketing will be optimized if online and offline strategies are implemented in an integrated and complementary manner. This study provides practical contributions for automotive business players in designing marketing strategies aligned with local consumer characteristics, as well as academic contributions to the development of marketing management studies in the digital era.

Abstract

The modern retail industry in Indonesia is increasingly competitive, especially in the minimarket sector, which requires every business actor to continuously improve the quality of services and products to maintain consumer loyalty. Indomaret, as one of the main players, has introduced the Indomaret Fresh concept that offers a wider variety of products and a more modern shopping experience. However, despite various innovations, there are still complaints from consumers regarding prices, product diversity, and product quality available. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product diversity, and product quality on consumer repurchase intentions at Indomaret Fresh in Medan City. The study used a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS to test the partial and simultaneous effects of these variables. The results showed that price and product diversity had a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intentions, while product quality had a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, these three variables together had a significant effect on repurchase intentions. These findings emphasize that product quality is a major factor in building consumer loyalty, while aspects of price and product variety need to be adjusted to consumer preferences and expectations for a more effective Indomaret Fresh marketing strategy.

Abstract

The state of the pandemic has caused several government policies that have limited public activities in interacting. This certainly has an impact on various sectors of the company. The impact that can be felt by the company is the implementation of WFH in its operational activities. With the existence of WFH, companies make decisions to reduce the compensation. This has an impact on employee productivity. Therefore, the BPJS Employment of the Sumbagut Regional Office must pay attention to the implementation of WFH and the provision of compensation properly so that employee performance gets better. This study aims to determine the effect of WFH and compensation on employee productivity at the Employment of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kanwil Sumbagut. This study uses quantitative methods involving 30 employees as a sample. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the WFH and compensation variables significantly and simultaneously affect employee productivity. The influence given by the WFH and Compensation variables contributed 41.2% to the employee productivity variable.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility is a form of responsibility from the company for social life and the environment both within the company and around the company. PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk is here to provide Corporate Social Responsibility programs, especially in Parmaksian District where the company was founded. However, there is still news that PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk does not give enough care to the community and operational activities that have a negative impact on the community, causing protests for the company. This study aims to analyze how that is conducted by PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk and analyze how the effectiveness of the implemented programs for improving the welfare and quality of human resources in the Parmaksian District society during 2020-2021. So that it can be known whether the implemented programs by PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk company are running effectively. This study uses a qualitative method which aims to describe the phenomena that is occured. Data collection techniques that are used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. This study collects information from interviewing informants consisting of key informants, main informants and additional informants. The data analysis technique uses the data reduction process, data presentation and discussion. The results of this study indictaes that the Corporate Social Responsibility programs of PT. Toba Pulp Lestari is running well and effectively in improving the welfare and quality of human resources of the Parmaksian District society during 2020-2021. However, there are still many Corporate Social Responsibility programs that need to be improved and added by PT. Toba Pulp Lestari so that the public welfare and the quality of human resources in the Parmaksian District community will be more advanced and better.

Abstract

Performance is the result of work that can be achieved by an employee in a company in accordance with the goals and standards set by the company. Optimizing performance, employees must be supported by excellent physical and psychological conditions. One that affects the psychological condition of employees is work-family conflict and work stress. Work-family conflict is a conflict between work and family roles that arise from home, while work stress arises from the company. If work-family conflict and work stress are high, it will cause employees not to focus on doing their jobs which will have an impact on employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work- family conflict and work stress on the performance of employees of PT. The creation of the Tanjung Morawa Magnificent Box during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses quantitative methods involving 67 respondents as research samples. Sampling was done through simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work-family conflict and work stress together have a significant effect on employee performance. The influence given by the work-family conflict and work stress variables contributed 29.2% to the employee performance variable.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi di Indonesia telah merambah berbagai lapisan masyarakat sehingga menciptakan persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif termasuk di sektor transportasi. Gojek sebagai salah satu platform transportasi online terbesar di Indonesia perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan guna mempertahankan pangsa pasar. Dalam konteks ini, omni-channel marketing dan e-servicescape diidentifikasi sebagai variabel penting untuk memengaruhi tingkat loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi omni-channel marketing dan e-servicescape terhadap customer loyalty pengguna Gojek di Kota Medan. Pengaruh antara omni-channel marketing dan e-servicescape akan dianalisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap customer loyalty. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden pengguna Gojek di Kota Medan. Kuesioner terdiri dari pertanyaan yang mengukur omni-channel marketing, e-servicescape dan customer loyalty. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa omni-channel marketing berpengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty, dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3,407 yang lebih besar dari ttabel dan tingkat signifikansi 0,001 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan dalam menggunakan berbagai saluran layanan Gojek yang terintegrasi dengan baik mendorong loyalitas mereka terhadap platform ini. Selain itu, e-servicescape juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,657 dan signifikansi 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa omni-channel marketing maupun e-servicescape secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap customer loyalty, dengan nilai Fhitung yang jauh lebih besar dari Ftabel. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,602 menunjukkan bahwa 60,2% variasi dalam customer loyalty dapat dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut, sementara 39,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah memunculkan fenomena showrooming, terutama di kalangan Generasi Z yang lebih memilih melakukan pembelian online setelah mencoba produk di toko fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand image dan customer experience terhadap perilaku showrooming konsumen Gen Z di toko Oh Some Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian asosiatif dengan mengadobsi pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai metode survei, peneliti mengenakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS yang mempunyai keunggulan karna tidak menetapkan batas minimum jumlah sampel. Berdasarkan pertimbangan peneliti memutuskan buat menetapkan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang selaku sampel dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis data ialah proses yang dilakukan setelah dari semua responden atau sumber informasi yang sudah terkumpul. Analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) diterapkan dalam penelitian ini sebagai metode analisis statistik yang dapat mendukung peneliti dalam menghasilkan konstruk laten yang digunakan dalam proses prediksi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Experience terbukti signifikan memengaruhi perilaku showrooming konsumen Generasi Z di Oh Some Kota Medan (T = 3.547; *p* < 0.001), terutama didorong oleh sensitivitas harga yang mendorong pemanfaatan toko fisik sebagai ruang verifikasi produk sebelum pembelian online. Sedangkan Brand Image tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan (T = 1.491; *p* = 0.136) akibat orientasi pragmatis Gen Z Medan yang mengabaikan citra merek prestisius (X1.2 loading 15.313) tanpa dukungan nilai ekonomis konkret. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan yang positif di toko fisik justru dimanfaatkan oleh konsumen untuk memverifikasi produk sebelum melakukan pembelian online, sehingga strategi pemasaran perlu diarahkan untuk mengintegrasikan saluran online dan offline secara efektif

Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana perubahan perilaku konsumen akibat perkembangan teknologi digital, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z, memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk. TikTok telah muncul sebagai platform pemasaran yang kuat dengan memanfaatkan konten video pendek dan strategi endorsement oleh influencer. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten video pendek dan influencer marketing, khususnya endorsement “Tasya Farasya Approve”, terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare merek Skintific di kalangan konsumen Generasi Z di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner daring kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria usia 12–27 tahun, berdomisili di Medan, dan pernah melihat konten promosi Skintific di TikTok. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konten video pendek (X1) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) dengan nilai t = 5,313 dan p = 0,000. Demikian pula, influencer marketing (X2) menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dengan nilai t = 6,487 dan p = 0,000. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F = 121,75; p = 0,000) dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,721, yang berarti 72,1% variasi keputusan pembelian dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik Generasi Z. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap literatur perilaku konsumen digital serta rekomendasi praktis bagi pelaku industri kecantikan dalam menyusun strategi promosi yang efektif melalui platform TikTok.

Abstract

The increasingly tight competition in the culinary business in the current era makes consumer loyalty one of the keys to business sustainability. Tiny Kitchen Medan, a food business specializing in dimsum mentai, cookies, and cheesecake, is required to continuously innovate and maintain product quality to retain its customers. Product innovation and product quality are believed to influence the level of consumer loyalty toward the brand. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of product innovation on consumer loyalty, the effect of product quality on consumer loyalty, as well as the simultaneous effect of both variables on consumer loyalty at Tiny Kitchen Medan. This research employs a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Tiny Kitchen Medan. The data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that both product innovation and product quality have a partial and simultaneous influence on customer loyalty. The partial significance test (t-test) shows that the product innovation variable (X1) has a t-value of 2.557 > 1.985 with a significance level of 0.012 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.223. This indicates that product innovation (X1) has a significant influence on customer loyalty (Y). The product quality variable (X2) has a t-value of 7.992 > 1.985 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a positive regression coefficient of 0.480, indicating that product quality (X2) significantly affects customer loyalty (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, the correlation value (R) between product innovation (X1), product quality (X2), and consumer loyalty (Y) is 0.893. Furthermore, the adjusted R square value shows that product innovation (X1) and product quality (X2) influence consumer loyalty (Y) by 79.3%, while the remaining 10.7% is influenced by other factors outside this research model.
