Abstract

The United Development Party (PPP), as one of the oldest Islamic parties in Indonesia, experienced electoral failure in the 2024 Election by failing to pass the 4% parliamentary threshold, only winning 3.87% of the national vote. This study aims to analyze the factors of PPP's failure by focusing on two main aspects: political propaganda and image marketing (political branding). A qualitative approach with case studies is used to examine the mismatch between PPP's traditional image and the demographic characteristics of young voters who dominate the election. The findings show that PPP's failure was triggered by the party's inability to adapt its political communication strategy to social and technological changes. PPP still relies on classical religious symbolism and conventional campaigns that are ineffective in reaching millennial and Gen Z voters who are more critical, pragmatic, and digital-oriented. Weak digital marketing, the absence of young figures, internal conflicts, and the lack of synchronization of ideological narratives with contemporary issues such as the digital economy and social justice have also worsened the party's political performance. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for structural reform, ideological rebranding, and adaptation of communication strategies to restore PPP's political relevance amidst the ever-changing landscape of digital democracy.

Abstract

Marriage in Islamic boarding schools plays a crucial role in shaping students’ religious, social, and moral character. At Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan, marriage is part of the developmental program for mentally and spiritually prepared students. A distinctive feature is the absence of direct acquaintance between prospective spouses; sometimes, they only view each other’s photographs during administrative procedures. This study aims to understand the matchmaking mechanism at Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan and analyze it from the perspectives of hadith and sociology. This research adopts a qualitative phenomenological approach. Data were collected on-site at Pondok Pesantren Hidayatullah Balikpapan through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and literature review. Purposive sampling was employed to select key informants. Data analysis involved data reduction, information simplification, and conclusion drawing. The study reveals three main findings. First, the initial mass marriage practice proceeded without a taaruf process, with the pesantren directly assigning couples. Second, over time, acquaintances via photographs emerged before the solemnization, and some students began proposing independently. Third, based on hadith, taaruf and viewing one’s prospective spouse are encouraged to foster family harmony. From a sociological standpoint, using Talcott Parsons’s AGIL framework, the practice without taaruf remains effective through social norm adaptation, collective goal attainment, structural integration, and preservation of the Pesantren’s traditional values.

Abstract

Misconceptions in biology can prevent students from gaining a deeper understanding of biological concepts. There is a five-tier diagnostic test that can explore the misconceptions experienced by students. This research aims to develop a five-tier diagnostic test that is feasible to use to identify student misconceptions with Rasch model analysis. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, and the sample was 103 people with a purposive sampling technique, which is a purposeful sampling technique, namely, the school that is the research location, experiencing misconceptions related to the concept of cells. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the five-tier diagnostic test developed was very feasible to use as an instrument to identify students' misconceptions on the concept of cells. Each indicator is represented by several items that have been tested for validity, reliability, difficulty level and differentiation using Rasch model analysis with the help of the Winsteps program. Based on the analysis with the Rasch model, out of 36 items that were externally validated, 23 items were obtained that met the eligibility criteria and were declared valid for implementation.

Abstract

Bekasi Soy Milk UMKM is a home-based business in the beverage sector that faces obstacles in the soybean squeezing process, which is still done manually using hands and cloth. This method takes a long time and risks causing injury and fatigue due to less ergonomic work positions. To increase production efficiency and reduce workload, a soybean squeezing aid based on anthropometric methods was designed. This design is adjusted to the dimensions of the worker's body as well as aspects of comfort in order to create a tool that is ergonomic and easy to use. This tool consists of several main components, namely a skeleton base that functions as the foundation of the tool, a support frame to support the structure, and a press container as a place to squeeze soybeans. In addition, there is a press channel that drains the extraction results, a lever piston that functions as a pressure-giving mechanism, a press filter to separate the soybean juice from the pulp, and a lever that optimizes the squeezing pressure. With an ergonomic design, this tool is expected to increase user comfort and optimize work efficiency. In addition, this tool is also expected to speed up the soybean squeezing process, thereby increasing productivity after the existence of this soybean squeezing tool. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in digital entrepreneurship learning on increasing student innovation. The background of this study is based on the rapid development of AI technology and its application in higher education, particularly in supporting student creativity and business idea development. This study uses a quantitative approach with the independent variable of AI Utilization and the dependent variable of Student Innovation. The research sample consisted of 60 students of Mahkota Tricom Unggul University selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS version 25 with validity and reliability tests, as well as simple linear regression. The results showed that the research instrument was valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha X = 0.907; Y = 0.906). The regression results showed that the use of AI had a significant effect on student innovation with an R² value of 0.158 and a significance of p = 0.002. In conclusion, the use of AI has a positive contribution in encouraging student innovation, although some aspects still require a deeper practical approach. These findings can be the basis for the development of an adaptive and innovative technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum. Keywords: AI; entrepreneurship; digital; innovation; learning Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan artificial intelligence (AI) dalam pembelajaran kewirausahaan digital terhadap peningkatan inovasi mahasiswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada perkembangan pesat teknologi AI dan penerapannya dalam pendidikan tinggi, khususnya dalam mendukung kreativitas dan pengembangan ide bisnis mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel independen Pemanfaatan AI dan variabel dependen Inovasi Mahasiswa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 60 mahasiswa Universitas Mahkota Tricom Unggul yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25 dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, serta regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel (Cronbach's Alpha X=0.907; Y=0.906). Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan AI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi mahasiswa dengan nilai R² sebesar 0.158 dan signifikansi p=0.002. Kesimpulannya, pemanfaatan AI memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendorong inovasi mahasiswa, meskipun sebagian aspek masih memerlukan pendekatan praktis yang lebih dalam. Temuan ini dapat menjadi landasan bagi pengembangan kurikulum kewirausahaan berbasis teknologi yang adaptif dan inovatif. Kata kunci: AI; kewirausahaan; digital; inovasi; pembelajaran

Abstract

Fotosintesis merupakan proses fundamental dalam ekosistem yang menjadi basis kehidupan di bumi, sehingga penguasaan konsep ini beserta keterampilan berpikir ilmiah peserta didik sangat penting dalam pendidikan biologi. Namun, pembelajaran fotosintesis di sekolah masih kerap mengandalkan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang bersifat verifikatif dan kurang mendorong eksplorasi, integrasi teori–praktik, serta refleksi ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan merekonstruksi LKPD praktikum Ingenhousz menggunakan model ANCOR (Analisis, Uji Coba, Rekonstruksi) untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual, bermakna, dan berbasis proses sains. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan purposive sampling terhadap LKPD dari sumber resmi Kemendikbud, diikuti uji coba laboratorium dan evaluasi berbasis Diagram Vee. Analisis awal menunjukkan LKPD berada pada kategori “kurang baik” (55%) dengan kelemahan pada keselarasan teori–fenomena, kejelasan prosedur, kelengkapan alat–bahan, dan minimnya transformasi data. Rekonstruksi dilakukan melalui penambahan komponen investigatif, penggunaan terarium sebagai miniatur ekosistem dengan representasi tumbuhan C3, C4, dan CAM, pengukuran variabel abiotik, serta penyediaan format transformasi data dan pertanyaan reflektif. Hasil rekonstruksi menunjukkan peningkatan kejelasan prosedur, keterpaduan teori–praktik, dan potensi pembelajaran bermakna, serta penguatan keterampilan berpikir ilmiah. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya desain LKPD yang mengintegrasikan konteks ekosistem, eksplorasi variabel lingkungan, dan pendekatan konstruktivistik untuk membangun literasi sains yang relevan dengan isu global seperti perubahan iklim.

Abstract

The retail sector, especially the Madura klotong shop, is experiencing very significant development. This shop is known as a Madura stall that has various unique features in terms of accessibility and operating hours. The existence of this stall continues to face challenges in the business world, so that service quality and pricing are important aspects that influence consumer satisfaction and loyalty. This study will test and analyze the effect of service quality and price on loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The type of research is associative causal with a population whose number is not known for sure. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling and the results of the sample calculation were 80 respondents. The data source was primary data and was collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, it was analyzed using SEM-PLS path analysis. The results showed that service quality and price had a direct and significant effect on satisfaction. Service quality and price had no effect, while consumer satisfaction had a direct and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Service quality and price indirectly affected loyalty through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Masalah pokok dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja Pegawai rendah, yang menurut pengamatan peneliti diakibatkan oleh Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja pegawai yang belum optimal. Atas dasar pemikiran dan pertimbangan, peneliti berkeinginan untuk meneliti lebih lanjut dalam bentuk penelitian tesis dengan judul “ Pengaruh Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat”. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan adalah metode survey explanatory, yaitu suatu metode yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik statistik deskriptif yang berfungsi untuk mengelompokkan data, menggarap, menyimpulkan, memaparkan serta menyajikan hasil olahan. Hal ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pola hubungan sebab akibat antara nilai suatu variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Populasi sekaligus sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Analisis dalam pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Disiplin dan Motivasi pegawai secara empirik telah memberikan pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bandung Barat, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa kinerja dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang secara akademik diakui keberadaannya.

Abstract

The language of love is the right choice for expressing love through communication because with special communication, partners will better understand and understand the intentions of their partner and this can minimize disputes. This research aimed to determine the form of love language communication among husband and wife couples in Kebun Bunga Village and to determine the obstacles that occur between husband and wife in expressing their love language. This research uses qualitative methods and is a type of field research. The results obtained in this research are that husband and wife couples in Kebun Bunga Village have various forms of expression, the dominant love language is quality time. The obstacle faced by married couples in Kebun Bunga Village is the difficulty of expressing love language in the form of words of affirmation, which is caused by psychological factors such as shyness.
