AbstrakRendahnya minat baca pada anak usia dini dan pentingnya literasi di usia dini, yang berdampak pada perkembangan kognitif anak dan menuntut inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran agar lebih menarik dan efektif. Metode outing class ke perpustakaan merupakan metode pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini untuk menumbuhkan minat baca dan membangun budaya literasi sejak dini. Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu memberikan literasi, menumbuhkan minat baca dan sosial-emosional di usia dini. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini yaitu PAUD Yaa Bunayya Palaran, Samarinda, Kaltim dengan jumlah guru 6 orang dan murid 40 orang. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari latihan dan praktik senam pagi, sosialisasi pengenalan perpustakaan, metode praktik dongeng untuk siswa mendengarkan cerita, praktik membaca bersama, serta latihan dan praktik mewarnai. Evaluasi kegiatan dilakukan dengan observasi dan survei. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak sangat antusias dan terlibat aktif dalam setiap kegiatan. Sedangkan hasil survei yang dicapai ketika kunjungan ke perpustakaan membuat anak-anak merasa senang adalah dinyatakan 15% anak-anak cukup senang dan 85% anak-anak merasakan sangat senang. Dan keinginan berkunjung ke perpustakaan lagi, ada 20% anak-anak cukup ingin kembali dan 80% anak-anak sangat ingin kembali berkunjung. Kesimpulannya, outing class ke perpustakaan terbukti efektif sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang memperkuat fondasi literasi anak usia dini, sekaligus menciptakan suasana belajar yang inspiratif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Kata kunci: keluar kelas; pengabdian; perpustakaan. AbstractThe low interest in reading in early childhood and the importance of literacy at an early age, which has an impact on children's cognitive development and demands innovation in learning methods to be more interesting and effective. The outing class method to the library is an innovative approach method in early childhood learning to foster interest in reading and build a literacy culture from an early age. The purpose of this activity is to provide literacy, and foster reading and social-emotional interest at an early age. The partners in this activity are PAUD Yaa Bunayya Palaran, Samarinda, East Kalimantan with 6 teachers and 40 students. This activity consists of morning exercises and exercises, socialization of library introductions, fairy tale methods for students to listen to stories, reading practices together, and coloring exercises and practices. Evaluation of activities is carried out by observation and survey.  The results of the observation showed that the children were very enthusiastic and actively involved in every activity. Meanwhile, the results of the survey achieved when visiting the library made children feel happy were stated that 15% of children were quite happy and 85% of children felt very happy. And the desire to visit the library again, there are 20% of children who just want to go back and 80% of children really want to go back to visit. In conclusion, outing classes to the library have proven to be effective as a learning strategy that strengthens the foundation of early childhood literacy, while creating an inspiring, interactive, and fun learning atmosphere. Keywords: outing class; devotion; library.
