Abstract

Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) harus mendorong pelaku usaha jasa keuangan untuk memperkuat sistem keamanan data nasabah yang andal, aman, dan bertanggung jawab dalam upaya mencegah dan menghentikan berbagai kasus phising. Selain itu, OJK harus membuat pedoman yang menyampaikan informasi terbaru tentang jenis dan teknik penipuan digital terbaru. Pedoman ini juga harus menjelaskan bagaimana pelaporan dilakukan kepada otoritas berwenang. Secara nasional, OJK harus menetapkan kebijakan untuk mengubah sistem verifikasi. Keempat, perlu mendorong Penyelenggara Sistem Elektronik (PSE), termasuk sektor jasa keuangan, untuk melakukan pelatihan dan melakukan evaluasi tentang seberapa efektifnya. OJK harus melakukan sosialisasi lebih luas dan terintegrasi. Keenam, Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong pembentukan dan pembentukan lembaga yang akan bertanggung jawab atas pelaksanaan Undang-Undang. Selain itu, Kementerian harus mengawasi penyedia layanan media digital dalam menyediakan lencana verifikasi.

Abstract

Sikap peduli lingkungan dan minat untuk mem beli produk ramah lingkungan adalah salah satu implementasi masyarakat yang memiliki tanggung jawab lingkungan. Informasi mengenai lingkungan dan word of mouth telah tersebar luas serta mudah ditemukan di berbagai media. Pengetahuan lingkungan, word of mouth, sikap peduli lingkungan, dan minat beli produk ramah lingkungan di Indonesia ter golong kategori moderate . Pengetahuan lingkungan dan word of mouth dapat memengaruhi sikap peduli lingkungan. Selain itu, penge pengetahuan lingkungan, word of mouth, sikap peduli lingkungan dapat memengaruhi minat beli p produk ramah lingkungan. Maka dari i tu, di butuhkan kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan organisasi terkait dalam menyebarluaskan informasi tentang lingkungan yang a aktual dan terkini. Selanjutnya, lembaga lembaga-lembaga terkait lingkungan dapat menyediakan akses informasi mengenai lingkungan, dapat memberi contoh aktivitas untuk menjaga kelestarian lingkungan, dan menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai untuk menunjang kelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

The use of social media for MSMEs is needed so that MSMEs can compete and survive, especially during a pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of trust factors, cost-effectiveness, compatibility, and top management support on the financial and non-financial performance of South Tangerang MSMEs. Data was collected through an online questionnaire using Google Docs. Research variables were measured using a Likert scale. Data processed using descriptive analysis and top two boxes and bottom two boxes. The data that has been processed then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the study found that there were 2 variables that influenced financial and non-financial performance. The compatibility variable has a positive and significant effect on the financial and non-financial performance of MSMEs. Social media can adapt to the needs and business practices of MSMEs which have proven to be a consideration for small business actors in their use. The top management support variable has a positive and significant effect on the non-financial performance of MSMEs. The existence of support from top management for the use of social media in MSMEs affects non-financial performance such as helping relationships with customers and supporting service activities. Based on the test, it found empirical evidence of the effect of compatibility on the financial and non-financial performance of MSMEs and the effect of top management support on the non-financial performance of MSMEs. Abstract

The development of an increasingly rapid era. One of them is the internet, which affects the necessities of life, and many bring changes in consumer lifestyles, namely alternative online buying methods. Online shopping increases market growth by providing goods that attract consumers' attention. Purchasing behavior for the sake of necessities of life can be driven by differences in the age of each generation, personal characteristics, environmental factors, and marketing promotions. This study aims to compare and analyze the influence of self-concepts, reference groups, and marketing strategies on online buying behavior in the Baby Boomer generation, generation X, and generation Y. The research data used descriptive analysis, different tests using the SPSS 22.0 application, and the influence test with the SEM method through the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The analysis of self-concept significantly affects online purchasing behavior in all generations, the Baby Boomer generation and all generations.

Abstract

Online consumer review (OCR) is a type of E-WOM that may be utilized as a source of information and reference for potential consumers in making decisions. This research utilized mix method design. The quantitative research was successfully conducted using a survey technique using a questionnaire instrument. Moreover, the qualitative research was conducted using content analysis techniques and in-depth interviews. The data obtained were comments that were involved in sentiment analysis. This research indicated that most consumers only provided ratings without being accompanied by reviews. The results also indicated that reviews related to product quality and price were the most discussed by consumers who purchased fashion products. Moreover, some consumers provided inappropriate comments and used repeated words or words that were extended.

Abstract

Fashion trends in Indonesia have continued to grow rapidly in recent years. This has created an increasingly competitive environment and global and local brands continue to compete to meet people's needs. This study examines the effect of perceived product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with local fashion products of brand X. This cross-sectional study used a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected offline with an accidental sampling technique using a questionnaire with 182 respondents. The data were processed and analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2021, SPSS 26, and SMART-PLS 3. The results show that there is no relationship between the respondent characteristics and perceived product quality, price, and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, perceived product quality has a positive and significant effect on the perceived price and customer satisfaction. Price perception also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors, external factors, service quality, and financial aid on the success of the study of Bidikmisi scholarship recipients at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The study used descriptive quantitative method with a retrospective survey approach. The sample of this study was 247 graduates of Bidikmisi recipients at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL software and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that internal, external, and service quality factors had a positive and significant relationship to the study's success, but financial aid did not affect the study's success. The indicator variable that best describes the internal factor is the academic self-concept, while for the external factor is the community environment, and for the service quality is responsiveness. Internal factors have the most significant influence on the success of the study of Bidikmisi recipients, while external factors have the least influence. It is advised to UNTIRTA to set their priority to increase the success of the study of Bidikmisi recipients by paying attention to internal factors, service quality, and external factors. Improving internal conditions is done by increasing academic interest and doing orientation at the beginning of the lecture. Improving the quality of service is done by improving the quality of information and the attitude of the manager's empathy, while improving external condition is done by completing studies with peer groups. Abstract

Large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) are activities that limit the scope of buying and selling. PT XYZ can take advantage of this opportunity to acquire new customers. The high level of complaints can be the basis for improving the company's marketing strategy. This study aimed to identification factor-factor internal and external which can affect marketing XYZ, strategize and managerial implication for alternative strategy which been chosen. This research was conducted at PT XYZ for one month from the end of October 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach to the research object. Sampling was determined purposively (purposive sampling). The analysis carried out was an analysis of internal and external environmental factors then analyzed using SWOT. The results of the study are factors that affect the internal logistics environment and external environmental factors are the bargaining power of suppliers and the threat of new entrants being important, Acquisition of partners and conducting incentive activities. Develop business with SO and ST strategy. This strategy is expected to be able to increase PT XYZ's consumers and simultaneously improve cooperative relationships with farmers. Abstract

Advancement in sophisticated information technology can be used for innovation in access to public services. In this study, the public service studied was the Online Passport Queue Registration Application (APAPO) at the Class I Non-TPI Bogor Immigration Office. This study aims to analyze the effect of system quality, information quality, service quality, user characteristics, usage rate, user satisfaction on net benefits APAPO using DeLone and McLean and find out the priority factors for improvement using the Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling where the sample was people who had applied for a passport using APAPO at the Immigration Office Class I Non TPI Bogor taken as many as 200 respondents with data collection using an online google form questionnaire, and then analyzed using the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that the quality of the system has no significant effect on usage and user satisfaction. The quality of information has no significant effect on usage and user satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on usage and has no significant effect on user satisfaction. User characteristics have a significant effect on usage. Usage has a significant effect on user satisfaction and net benefits. And user satisfaction has a significant effect on net benefits. From the results of the IPA analysis, system integration, format of output and assurance are indicators that services need to be improved. Abstract

The number of private schools continues to increase from year to year and affects the competition between schools and stimulated research in educational marketing. This study is to analyze the effect of religiosity, school reputation, product and perceived service quality on parental selection decisions, analyze the influence of parental selection decisions on parental satisfaction, analyze the effect of parental satisfaction on positive word of mouth, and formulating a strategy to improve election decisions, parental satisfaction and positive word of mouth. Data in this study were collected through questionnaires distributed online. Data collection was done by convenience sampling technique and the valid questionnaire results were 183 participants. The analysis uses SEM (structural equation modeling) with LISREL version 8.80 and SWOT to formulate a new strategy. The findings of the study indicate that religiosity, school reputation, product and perceived service quality have a significant effect on parental selection decisions, parental selection decisions have a significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction have a significant effect on positive word of mouth.
