Arabic is a very important language for millions of Islamic people around the world both Arabic and non-Arabic, Al- inayah pasuruan islamic boarding school is one of the islamic boarding schools that creates cadres of islamic cadres and cadres of the nation by equipping their students with learning arabic. The existence of pesantren as an uplifting educational institution is increasingly challenged to improve itself in every activity carried out in the islamic boarding school, for example in teaching practice. The learning program is one of the important factors in the continuity of learning Arabic. for successful teaching relating to the program used. Deliberations have various implementations of types of deliberations that take place in Islamic boarding schools, including as learning methods, batshul masa'il, and programs. As a learning method, deliberation has similarities with the method of class discussion or group discussion. The main problems of this study are: How is the implementation in qira'ah learning in pesantren? This type of research is a qualitative research design of data collection in this study using observation, interviews and field notes. In this study, researchers chose the caregivers of Al Inayah Pasuruan Islamic Boarding School as informants.

The learning process is a series of programs that have been agreed upon and supervised. This certainly requires management in it. One of the management experts, Henry Fayol, defines management in three senses, namely: 1) Management as a process, 2) Management as a collectivity of people who carry out all management activities, 3) Management as an art and as a science. Henry Fayol's management theory focuses more on how management interacts with its personnel. This study will examine how Henry Fayol's theory is applied to the Arabic language learning program in Islamic boarding schools, especially the Firdaus Malang student boarding school. The researcher used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. In implementing its Arabic language program, the Firdaus student boarding school has applied Henry Fayol's theory based on 14 principles that are the characteristics of Henry Fayol's theory itself. The success of this program management can be seen from the success of the Arabic language program at the Furdaus Islamic boarding school. The success of the Arabic language program at the Firdaus Islamic boarding school can be seen in the alumni who have become Arabic language experts and successful Arabic language teachers in their respective fields. The urgency assessment is carried out in processing student test results. The two forms of assessment carried out by the teacher are the norm reference assessment (NRA) and the benchmark reference assessment (BRA). The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) the application of NRA and BRA in processing student test results; 2) The advantages and disadvantages of NRA and BRA in processing student test results; 3) Differences and similarities between NRA and BRA in processing student test results. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library model. The primary data sources for this research are research journals and e-journals related to NRA and BRA in processing student test results, while the secondary data are books related to NRA and BRA in processing student test results. The results in this study are: 1) NRA is used to compare student success relative to other students, while BRA is used to measure exactly the competencies that determine success. 2) The advantages and disadvantages of NRA-BRA can be seen from the development of student learning outcomes. 3) The difference between NRA and BRA is based on 3 criteria, namely test development, student performance assessment standards and the purpose of the test.
