Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of PAI teachers in implementing the Independent Curriculum, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts made to improve its implementation. The study used a case study method with a qualitative approach at MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang and MTs Yabika Jambe, Tangerang Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving four PAI teachers as the main subjects, as well as the head of the madrasah, deputy head of curriculum, and head of the foundation as key informants. The results of the study showed that at MTs Negeri 2 Tangerang, PAI teachers were cognitively, psychologically, and financially ready, supported by the DIPA budget, ASN/PPPK status, and government policies. The main obstacles included teacher workload, time constraints, and inadequate IT facilities. Meanwhile, at MTs Yabika Jambe, teachers' cognitive and financial readiness were considered sufficient, while psychological readiness was considered ready, supported by the foundation's commitment, internet access, and community support. Inhibiting factors include limited learning time, financial constraints, and suboptimal understanding of the Merdeka Curriculum concept. Efforts made by both madrasas include Merdeka Curriculum training, development of differentiated RPP and P5RA, collaboration with madrasah principals and other teachers, utilization of digital technology, and involvement of parents and the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify key factors influencing the success of hypertension control programs, with a focus on patient compliance and perceptions of program personnel and supervisory performance.A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted involving 80 hypertensive patients from Ampenan and Pejeruk Puskesmas, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires. Chi-square tests were used for bivariate analysis, and binary logistic regression identified the most influential factor. Three variables entered the multivariate model: patient compliance (p = 0.009), perception of program personnel (p = 0.155), and perception of supervisory performance (p = 0.001). Only supervisory performance perception remained statistically significant in the final model (p = 0.001; OR = 5.748; 95% CI = 2.012–16.420), indicating it as the dominant factor even after adjustment for compliance.Supervisory performance strongly influences program success. Strengthening supervision quality and communication within puskesmas is essential to improve patient adherence and the overall effectiveness of hypertension management.

Abstract

The era of digital disruption has brought significant changes to the world of education, requiring educators to adapt to technological dynamics and changes in learning paradigms. Teacher professionalism is no longer measured solely by pedagogical skills and personality, but also by innovative, reflective, and adaptive capacities in response to the changing times. This study aims to examine the role of field study activities as a strategy in transforming the professionalism of educators in the era of disruption. The research method used is library research by analyzing various relevant literature, scientific journals, and previous research results. Data were collected through an in-depth review of scientific sources and interpreted descriptively and analytically. The results of the study show that Field Study has a significant contribution in developing the professionalism of educators because it provides contextual learning experiences that connect theory with real-world practice in the field. Through Field Study, educators have the opportunity to engage in critical reflection, improve their professional competencies, and build collaborative networks. However, the analysis also found a gap between the ideal and the reality in the field. Many Field Study implementations are still formalities without strengthening reflection and follow-up based on digital innovation. Therefore, an implementation model for Field Study that is more integrated with technology and institutional support oriented towards continuous professional development is needed.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces challenges in the form of unequal teacher quality and limited access to self-development. This condition is one of the responsibilities of professional teacher organizations mandated by law, specifically Law Number 14 of 2025 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. This study aims to analyze the strategies implemented by the Indonesian Teachers Association (IGI) of Serang City, as a professional teacher organization, in improving teacher competency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, analyzing IGI Serang City's strategies from August 2023 to July 2025. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results show that IGI Serang City implemented a comprehensive strategy focused on three main pillars: optimizing digital-based programs through regular webinars and online training reaching teachers from various regions; encouraging a culture of literacy and scientific publications by publishing three anthologies of teacher work; and maintaining direct interaction through offline activities such as workshops, training, and collaborations with various parties. This combination of online and offline strategies has proven effective in reaching a wider audience, offering flexibility, and building a productive learning community. The multidimensional strategy of IGI Serang City has not only succeeded in improving teachers' professional competence but also fostered a culture of sharing and scientific literacy, making it a relevant model for other teacher professional organizations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of educational services in Indonesia in the digital era by highlighting the application of the SERVQUAL dimension in digital education quality management. The research method used is a systematic literature review based on the PRISMA protocol, by identifying and synthesizing 21 scientific articles published in 2020–2025 that are relevant and indexed nationally and internationally. The results of the study revealed that the use of digital technology contributes significantly to improving accessibility, administrative efficiency, and learning flexibility; However, service gaps are still found in the aspects of reliability and tangibles due to limited infrastructure and digital literacy. On the other hand, the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, and empathy can be strengthened through educator training, strengthening digital governance, and providing personalized technology-based services. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of continuous innovation, data-driven quality measurement, and multi-stakeholder collaboration so that educational institutions are able to meet students' expectations and increase competitiveness; meanwhile, further research is suggested to highlight the personalization of AI-based services and the effectiveness of digital evaluation models across educational levels.

Abstract

Pricing of educational services is a strategic aspect in educational institution management that influences accessibility and operational sustainability. This study aims to analyze various educational service pricing strategies through a literature review to identify the optimal pricing model for educational institutions. The research method uses a literature study approach by analyzing journal articles, books, and scientific publications related to pricing strategies in the education sector from various academic databases. The analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically to identify patterns, trends, and best practices in educational pricing. The results of the study indicate that there are four main approaches to determining educational service prices: cost-based pricing, value-based pricing, competitive pricing, and penetration pricing. Factors influencing pricing strategies include operational costs, service quality, institutional positioning, market segmentation, and the economic conditions of the target market. The literature review revealed that value-based pricing combined with an analysis of the community's economic capacity provides optimal results in balancing profitability and accessibility. The study's conclusions indicate that determining educational service prices requires a multifactorial approach that considers economic, social, and service quality aspects to achieve the sustainability of educational institutions.

Abstract

Assisting AI Literacy through ChatGPT–Scite.ai in Undergraduate Thesis Writing: An Analysis of Community Service Program Outcomes at UIN Mataram Abstract Students of UIN Mataram, particularly former participants of the Participatory Community Service Program (KKP) in Setanggor Village, face various challenges in writing their undergraduate theses. These challenges include limited academic literacy, inadequate integration of technology, and a lack of understanding regarding the ethical use of artificial intelligence (AI). This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance academic writing literacy, AI literacy, integrative skills in utilizing AI for thesis writing, and students' ethical awareness in its application. The program involved 18 students (12 former KKP participants and 6 non-KKP) through participatory training and workshops, combined with structured mentoring. The tools employed included ChatGPT and Scite.AI, used to support argument development, literature searching, and ethical reference management. Evaluation was conducted through pretests and posttests on four aspects: academic writing literacy (AWL), AI literacy (AIL), AI integration in writing (AIIW), and ethics of AI use (EAI). The analysis was descriptive at the group level, without inferential statistical testing. The results indicated an increase in the average total score from 12.39 to 14.00 points, with the highest gains in AIIW (+0.64) and AWL (+0.53). The EAI aspect reached full scores, though with indications of a ceiling effect. Overall, the program’s effectiveness was categorized as small to moderate. Recommendations include the development of more sensitive evaluation instruments, deepening of AI ethics content, and continuous mentoring to strengthen students’ AI literacy.
