Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran Kejar Paket C yang terintegrasi lifeskill dan aspek-aspek yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran serta hasil pembelajaran di UPTD SKB Ungaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian kepala UPTD SKB Ungaran, 1 pamong belajar, 1 instruktur dan 4 warga belajar. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teori. Teknik analisis data adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan proses pembelajaran meliputi tujuan, persiapan, kegiatan, materi, media, metode dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Aspek-aspek yang menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran meliputi hambatan pembelajaran, kualitas instruktur, motivasi warga belajar dan keadaan lingkungan pembelajaran. Dan hasil pembelajaran yang meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Dari segi kognitif warga belajar mendapatkan berbagai pengetahuan dalam hal menjahit. Dari segi psikomotorik warga belajar mampu menguasai teknik-teknik menjahit dan mengoperasikan mesin jahit. Dari segi afektif  dapat menumbuhkan sikap kedisiplinan dalam bekerja bagi warga belajar.The results of this study aimed to describe the learning process integrated Packet C lifeskill and aspects that determine the success of teaching and learning outcomes in UPTD SKB Ungaran . This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods , techniques of data collection is done by means of interviews , observation and documentation . SKB UPTD head of research subjects Ungaran , 1 tutors , 1 instructor and 4 people learn . The validity of the data used is triangulation . Technical analysis of the data was descriptive qualitative phase of data collection , data reduction , presentation and conclusion . The results of this study concluded the learning process includes objectives , preparation , activities , materials , media , methods and evaluation of learning . Aspects that determine the success of learning includes learning barriers , quality instructors , motivated learners and learning environment state . And learning outcomes that include cognitive, affective and psychomotor . In terms of cognitive learning community get a variety of knowledge in terms of tailoring . In terms of psychomotor learning community is able to master the techniques of sewing and operate the sewing machine . Affective terms can foster self- discipline in work for the learners

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya pelatihan, proses produksi dan pemasaran serta kendala yang dialami. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian terdiri warga belajar Paket C di PKBM Cipta Karya Kecamatan Prambanan Kabupaten Klaten dan sebagai informan adalah tokoh masyarakat. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan teori. Analisis data sebagaimana model interaktif mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan program pemberdayaan dalam proses pengembangannya dilakukannya pelatihan pembuatan jam tangan dari kayu. Produksi dilakukan oleh warga belajar Kejar Paket B dan C setelah selesai pembelajaran kejar paket. Pemasaran dilakukan melalui promosi di berbagai media dan pangsa pasarnya baik dalam maupun luar negeri. Kendala yang dialami minimnya mesin produksi yang bersumber dari minimnya modal dan terbatasnya jam kerja warga belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a model of entrepreneurship-based literacy to improve productive economy for the wives of traditional fishermen. This literacy model is a solution in empowering the wives of traditional poor fishermen through literacy learning (reading, writing, arithmetic, speaking and listening) based on life skills and entrepreneurial skills. Entrepreneurship-based literacy models are designed so that women and fishermen's wives are able to face life's problems through life skills-based literacy learning and entrepreneurship as a solution to improving the family economy. This research approach uses research and development. The study was conducted on poor fishermen's wife women in Tugu District, Semarang City, Central Java. Data collection instruments and techniques used interview, observation, and documentation guidelines and focus group discussions (FGD). The research subject was the wife of the fisherman. The data analysis technique was carried out by analyzing the data from interviews, observations, and documentation in a qualitative and development descriptive manner. The results showed that: (1) the socio-economic and education of the fishermen's family were in poor condition, they were still in poor socio-economic conditions. 3) Efforts made by the wives of fishermen to meet the economic needs of their families by relying on existing income for their daily needs. 3) Entrepreneurship-based literacy education is based on fulfilling the interests and needs of the wives of traditional fishermen, and includes activities that help them to apply new abilities and skills acquired, in order to improve their quality and standard of living. The literacy model developed emphasizes life skills related learning needs that consist of a variety of vocational skills and also emphasizes the development of work motivation, modern attitudes, and other life skills that can arouse entrepreneurial spirit so that it can improve productive economies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe management, and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors of TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects included the chairman, 2 managers, 3 volunteers and 1 visitor, while the informants included 2 visitors. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews. Data analysis uses interactive models according to Miles and Huberman. The technique for checking the validity of data uses the theory, source and method triangulation techniques. The results showed that the management at TBM Taman Pintar OI Kudus was able to run well. Supporting factors include good and adequate facilities, good and adequate teaching and educational staff, support from the community and BPK OI, as well as funds from donors and contributions from BPK OI Kudus members. Inhibiting factors include boredom and laziness of children, as well as various activities that are owned by the managers and volunteers.

Abstract

Science learning model directs students to learn concept understanding and scientific principle. Scientific principle in science learning relate to investigation or experiment to drill science process skills that can develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Process skills are students' abilities to manage what has been gained in teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using the Mind Mapping, Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, and Problem Based Learning model assisted by Mind Mapping on students' science process skills. The research method used quantitative research in the form of quasi experimental design. The sample of this study were students of 5th grade with 30 students as experimental class, 24 students as control-1 class, and 28 students as control-2 class. The data collection techniques used in this study were written test, observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis showed that simultaneously a learning model affected students' science process skills by 13%. This study had also showed that of the three models that had been used, problem-based learning assisted by mind mapping model was the most effective model for improving students' science process skills compared to problem-based learning model or mind mapping model

Abstract

This research aims to describe: The role of tutors to increase student learning motivation in equality education package c equivalent high school in homeschooling primagama Semarang, describes the supporting factors of tutors in increasing learning motivation   students as well describe   the inhibitory factors of tutors   in increasing student learning    motivation.   The methods used in this study are qualitative descriptive, data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods.   The subjects in this study consisted of the head of homeschooling, 3 tutors, 3 students, Validity of data using triangulation techniques as well as in this study using data analysis techniques using Data Reduction, Presentation of Conclusion data and Verification. In this study obtained results including Student learning motivation in following the learning process consists of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation, overall learning motivation Students have less good motivation in carrying out the learning process and learning activities.  So, there needs to be increased motivation from inside and outside himself. The role of tutors to increase learning motivation can be seen from several indicators, namely:  as informors, organizers, donors, initiators, motivators, mediators, facilitators, and evaluators in general tutors are able to carry out their roles so that tutors are able to provide and increase learning motivation to students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan profil masyarakat miskin, strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin dan model pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin melalui pendidikan nonformal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed method, yakni gabungan dari dua pendekatan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui angket (kuesioner), FGD. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah masyarakat miskin yang menganggur adalah seseorang yang tidak memiliki penghasilan atau uang, sedang pengangguran adalah orang yang tidak bekerja atau berdiam diri di rumah. Kriteria miskin dibedakan secara fisik dan non fisik. Secara fisik terdiri dari status kepemilikan tanah, status kepemilikan rumah, asset yang dimiliki, sedang non fisik terdiri dari pekerjaan, pendapatan, pengeluaran, potensi dan pengangguran. Ada tiga formulasi strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu pertama apabila supply lebih kecil dari demand, strategi ini difokuskan dari pelatihan dasar sampai warga belajar mampu usaha mandiri atau bekerja, kedua supply sama dengan demand, strategi ini difokuskan pada skill kewirausahaan, dan strategi yang ketiga apabila supply lebih tinggi dari demand, strategi ini difokuskan pada fasilitasi usaha atau fasilitasi pencarian alternatif pengembangan. Model strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah mendukung kinerja agen pembaharu dalam melaksanakan program kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of community members of the importance of preparing and filling the first 1000 days of life (HPK) for children and mothers in Ngijo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. The expected output target is one of the considerations as a basis for decision making in order to improve the quality of human resources in Ngijo Village. The method used is through face-to-face socialization. The results of the community service program in the form of the 1000 HPK socialization activities have been carried out well according to the plan that has been designed. This was evident from the positive response from the local government and the enthusiasm of the participants to take part in the socialization activities. The achievement of the results of this socialization is still not completely perfect, because there are participants who do not understand the integration between Posyandu and Posbindu, but cumulatively through community service evaluation activities, it is stated that there is an increase in changes in knowledge, understanding, behavior, and actions after participating in the 1000 HPK socialization activities.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu trianggulasi metode. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data sebelum di lapangan dan analisis data di lapangan.  Hasil  penelitian ini adalah: Bentuk interaksi yang terjadi antara anak jalanan dengan teman sebaya sudah berjalan dengan baik, anak jalanan bisa bekerjasama.  Proses interaksi sosial anak jalanan dengan teman sebaya juga sudah berjalan dengan baik, mereka dapat melakukan kontak sosial dan komunikasi sosial yang baik tanpa ada rasa kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi dengan teman sebaya, baik secara individu ataupun kelompok. karakteristik sosial perkembangan emosi anak (EQ) dari anak jalanan juga baik, mereka termasuk anak-anak yang pandai bergaul dan tidak emosional. Kata kunci: interaksi sosial, anak jalanan, teman sebaya

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN DALAM PEMBUATAN KITIRAN PADA KPK MEKAR JAYA DI DESA KARANGANYAR KABUPATEN JEPARA Fina Wasi’atul Maghfiroh, Sungkowo Edy MulyonoJurusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah FIP Universitas Negeri Semarangfinawm.pnf@students.unnes.ac.id , sungkowo.edy@mail.unnes.ac.id ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan, strategi, dan faktor penghambat kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian di KPK Mekar Jaya Desa Karanganyar RW. 02. Tehnik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang yaitu tiga pengrajin, satu tokoh masyarakat, satu Ketua KPK Mekar Jaya. Tehnik Analisis data menggunakan reduksi, display, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia masih belum berhasil. Pembuatan kitiran sudah dilaksanakan bertahap. Strategi yang digunakan perlu diperbaiki yaitu dari segi merek. Faktor penghambat pengembangan diantaranya: musim hujan, bambu yang kurang kering rentan ditumbuhi jamur. Terkait keamanan, kitiran masih kurang aman untuk anak-anak. Terkait lingkungan, limbah serat bambu belum ada pemanfaatannya. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Kewirausahaan, Pembuatan Kitiran, Kelompok Pengrajin Kitiran (KPK) Mekar Jaya.
