Abstract

In today’s rapidly evolving digital era, organizations across all sectors face increasing pressure to transform their business processes, technologies, and cultures to remain competitive. This study investigates the impact of change management, communication effectiveness, and organizational readiness on digital transformation success. Using a quantitative research design, data were collected from 312 respondents representing various industries and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) in SmartPLS 4. The results reveal that all three constructs significantly and positively influence digital transformation success, with organizational readiness emerging as the strongest predictor. Furthermore, communication effectiveness partially mediates the relationship between change management and digital transformation success, while organizational readiness moderates this relationship. The model explains 68.4% of the variance in digital transformation success, demonstrating strong predictive and explanatory power. These findings confirm that successful digital transformation depends not only on technological investment but also on human-centric and organizational capabilities that ensure adaptability, clarity, and preparedness. The study contributes to theoretical advancement by integrating perspectives from change management, communication, and readiness theory within a unified framework. Practically, it offers guidance for leaders to enhance transformation outcomes by promoting transparent communication, structured change processes, and organizational readiness. Ultimately, this research underscores that digital transformation success is achieved when people, processes, and technology are strategically aligned under adaptive management.

Abstract

The evolving demands of the 21st century have compelled higher education institutions to redesign curricula that transcend disciplinary boundaries and cultivate creativity as a core graduate competency. Traditional mono-disciplinary programs often fail to equip students with the integrative thinking necessary for addressing complex, real-world problems. This study investigates curriculum innovations through interdisciplinary programs aimed at fostering creativity in higher education. The research seeks to identify how cross-disciplinary learning structures, collaborative projects, and flexible pedagogical designs contribute to the development of creative and adaptive learners. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving document analysis, semi-structured interviews with faculty and students, and observation of interdisciplinary coursework across three universities. Findings reveal that interdisciplinary programs significantly enhance creative capacity by encouraging cognitive flexibility, collaborative problem-solving, and synthesis of diverse perspectives. Students reported heightened engagement and intrinsic motivation when exposed to integrated learning environments that connected theory and practice. The study concludes that curriculum innovation through interdisciplinary design is a powerful strategy for embedding creativity into higher education, though successful implementation requires institutional support, teacher training, and assessment reform aligned with creative learning outcomes.

Abstract

The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (AI) has redefined the boundaries between artistic creation and computational design, prompting critical debates on the evolving nature of human creativity. The rapid advancement of AI tools capable of producing visual art, music, and literature challenges traditional notions of authorship, originality, and aesthetic value. This study aims to explore the intersection of art and technology by examining how generative AI transforms creative processes and influences artistic identity. A qualitative research design employing case studies and thematic analysis was utilized to investigate the experiences of 15 artists and designers who integrate AI-based tools, such as DALL·E, Midjourney, and ChatGPT, into their creative workflows. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, artifact analysis, and digital ethnography. The findings reveal that generative AI functions as both a collaborator and a disruptor expanding creative possibilities while raising ethical and philosophical questions about human agency in artmaking. Participants reported enhanced productivity, conceptual exploration, and aesthetic experimentation, yet also expressed concerns about the loss of emotional authenticity and authorship. The study concludes that generative AI represents a paradigm shift toward co-creative art, necessitating new frameworks for understanding creativity, ethics, and digital aesthetics in the post-human era.

Using a qualitative approach, the study involved in-depth interviews with 12 informants, including local community members, pembayun (hikayat readers), and traditional leaders, selected for their deep knowledge of the Sasak culture and tradition. The findings reveal that the Hikayat tradition serves key functions: as a medium for da’wah (religious preaching), moral education, and the preservation of cultural values. It also plays a critical role in fostering solidarity and strengthening social ties during traditional events. Despite challenges posed by globalization, the community continues to adapt the Hikayat tradition, modifying its delivery methods and incorporating translations to maintain its relevance. Concrete recommendations for its preservation include greater community involvement and targeted government support for cultural initiatives, ensuring the Hikayat’s sustainability in modern times
