Abstract

This research was conducted in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd located on Nangka street Pekanbaru. The company is engaged in sale and purchase vehicles either in cash or credit. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee achievements and to determine the factors that influence employee achievements against the dominant in the PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who work at the company of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Selection of the population based on their termination of employment or reduction of other employees, while the samples is used by 55 people, in which the determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula Slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by the test F, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results. we concluded that the job performance, employee satisfaction and employee commitment of PT. Suka Fajar Ltd, based on the respondents to the indictors of each variable is good, where the percentage of respondents to the ideal score is obtained by 66.97 (good), the percentage of the respondents to the indicators of job satisfaction of 65.88 (satisfied) and the percentage of respondents to the indicator of employee comitent obtainet at 69.21 (good). Partially (t-test) at the 95% confidence level there is a significant influence of the variable job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance, it is evident from the results of the test t. Simultaneously (F test) at the 95% confidence level, there is a significant influence of the variables of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employees as avidencet interpretation of the results of f. The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment with employee performance can be said to be strong. it can be seen from the correlation coefficient. The contribution of the variable of job satisfaction and employee commitment to employee performance can be said to be high, it is reflected from the coefficient of determination.Keywords : Job Performance, job satisfaction, Employee Commitment,

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how much influence the motivation and competence of the teacher’s performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all full-time teacher at SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru. Sampling the authors use census methods and data analysis using multiple linear regression method. Based on the results of the study found that by testing simultaneously, variable motivation/ X1 and competency/ X2 si,ultaneously hae a significant impact on teacher performance SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru (Y). Testing of partially known variables of motivation/ X1 t-test value is 13,451 and variable competence/ X2 value is 8,385 t-test with a significance level of 0,000 is smaller than the 5 % level of confidence. This value is grater than t-table is 1,99. Can be concluded that the motivation variable/ X1 and competency/ X2 significantly affect the performance of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru teacher (Y). Based on the above results it is known that the variables that most influence the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 18 Pekanbaru is the motivation/ X1 Because it has the larget t valueKeywords: Motivation, Competence Teacher and performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the workload and commitment of nurses either directly or indirectly on performance and job satisfaction. This study used nurse population as a sample by using census method, because the sample for our data analysis is limited. Researchers applied the path technique using spss 21.0.The results of this study shows the workload has a significant positiv effect on performance, nurse commitment has a significant positive effect on performance, work load has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and nurses commitment has a significant postive effect on job satisfaction and job satisfaction have a significant positive effect on the performance at hospital nurse tabrani rab pekanbaru.Keywords : Workload, Nurse Commitment, Performance and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation, work environment, and leadership on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Kencana Persada Nusantara. As for the population in this study were all employees in the production processing of palm fruit bunches (FFB) at PT. Kencana Persada Nusantara Kab. Rokan Hulu taken in 2015 with the number of employees as many as 153 people, while the method of sampling is done with slovin formula in order to obtain a total sample of 111 people, as well as data analysis using multiple linear regression were processed with SPSS version 18.0. From the testing that has been done, test simultaneous regression (F-test) showed that compensation, work environment and leadership simultaneously positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, while the partial test (t-test) compensation, work environment and leadership partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. It is expected that the leadership of the company in order to motivate its employees to provide proper compensation to make employees loyal and want to remain forever in the company's work and incorporate its employees to social security so that it will increase employee job satisfaction to get more maximal perfomance.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment, Leadership and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to exemine the effect of transformational leadership, supervision and human relation to employee performance of PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees’ of PT. Indah Cargo Pekanbaru as many as 168 people. The sampling was done with slovin formula thus obtained sample of 62 people. Analysis of the data was descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. The test results have shown that transformational leadership, supervision, and human relations simultaneously and parstially have significant effect on the performance of employees at Indah Cargo Pekanbaru. Companies need to improve employee performance such as creating a harmonious communication within the company that is the communication between superiors and subordinates and among employees. This can be done by making regulations to complete the work by means of flocking. Therefore employees will communicate with each other, but it will also oversee leadership and facilitate communication between subordinates to superiors. With the implementation of the terms of expected employees will be motivated to achieve corporate goals to be able to survive amid competition from other freight brokerage company.Keyword : Transformational Leadership, Supervision, Human Relation and Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine student readiness Strata-1 Universitas Riau in response toPermendikbud No. 49 year 2014 on National Standards Higher Education by collecting informationthrough questionnaires distributed to 300 students from three faculties: FKIP, Faculty of Fisheries, andthe Faculty of Economics.The results showed that the majority (59%) already know the information about Permendikbud No. 49year 2014 but 60% of students who already know the rules, there is only 30% understood what thePermendikbud enactment. 44% of participants stated that the current curriculum support for thecompletion of the study within five years. Related facilities support the learning process, studentsadmitted only 27% of participants who claim to support. For policies issued by each faculty has beengood according to participants. 48% of participants stated that the already available standard operatingprocedures (SOP) that support the completion of the study within five years, while only 23% ofparticipants stating have been implemented. Supporting of information systems that available is stillconsidered to be less while the facultys commitment to help students rated by the participants arerelatively well linked to the lecture, score, and preceptor. Similiarly with associated with non-academicservice by employees still need to be improved.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of variable competencies and organizational culture on effectiveness in PT . Vindia Agro Industri Kabupaten Simalungun Sumatra Utara . There is no benefit in giving advice to the leadership of the company PT . VAI and HR managers to be able to increase the effectiveness of employees in order to achieve company goals .The population in this study were 132 employees working at the Sweet Poteto with research samples totaling 52 employees at PT. Vindia Agro Industries. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling random sampling. Methods of data collection in this study is a questionnaire survey using instruments that are delivered directly to the PT. Vindia Simelungun Agro Industrial District of North Sumatra. The method of analysis that is performed multiple regression analysis using the computer program SPSS (Statistical and Service Solutions) version 21.0.Results of research conducted found that the competence and organizational culture variables simultaneously and significant influence on the effectiveness of employees.Based on the research results suggested for the company to pay attention to employee competence, especially on indicators of the ability to manage tasks, the ability to take swift action and the ability to carry out tasks and organizational culture within the company so as to increase the effectiveness of employees in the company in order to achieve a more optimal.Keywords : Effectiveness of the work , Competence and Organizational culture

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the effect of compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Arvena Sepakat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The population were 50 employees with saturation sampling. The data used in this study was primery data and the data analysis was multiple linear regression analysis with employee performance as the dependent variable and three independent variables are compensation, work environment, and job satisfaction. The result of the study found that : 1) Compesation has significant effect on the employee performance 2) Work environment has significant effect on the employee performance 3) Job satisfaction has significant effect on the employee performance.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to explain the variable of Compensation and Working Environment on employee job satisfaction PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch and to determine which variables are dominant influences between two variables, influence Compensation and Working Environment simultaneously or partially on Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch. Method for collecting the samples is census sampling, the method that all members of the population are sample, 47 people. Data collection methods used were interview, documentation and questionnaire for employees in accordance with the research conducted. Method of Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS 17.0 version. The results showed that Compensation and Working Environment significantly impact toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk pekanbaru Branch. Contribution of the effect of the variable compensation and working environment toward employee job satisfaction in PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Branch is 63.5% while 36.5% is influenced by other variables that not included in this study.Keywords : Compensation, Working Environment and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of communication and work environment simultaneously on employee morale at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru and determine the effect of communication and work environment partially at PT. Gita Riau Makmur Pekanbaru. This study uses census method technique , 80 samples were selected as respondents. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, analysis of partial and simultaneous (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 17:00). From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (F test) From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the working environment variables have a dominant influence on employee morale. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two variables together against the dependent variable of 57.9 % while the remaining 42.15 % is influenced by other variables that are not diteliliti in this study. Thus to improve employee morale, the management needs to pay attention to communication and work environment in the company.Keywords: communication, working environment, and employee morale
