Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1) there is an effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 2) there is an effect of training on employee performance at the Mandau general hospital, 3) there is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at a general hospital. Mandau area. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with primary data derived from questionnaire respondents, which amounted to 148 respondents. The location of this research was carried out at the Mandau general hospital. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. To determine the size of the sample taken from the population, the researcher uses the formula proposed by Slovin in Mustafa (2010) with a 95% confidence level with a value of e = 5%. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 2) there is a positive and significant influence on training on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital, 3) there is a positive and significant influence on the environment. work on employee performance at the Mandau regional general hospital.Keywords : Work Motivation, Training Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation, and workenvironment on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Kuala EnokCustomer Service Unit Indragiri Hilir. The population in this study were employees of PTPLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Kuala Enok Indragiri Hilir, as many as 108people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely 50 officeemployees. Sources of data used are primary data collected by distributingquestionnaires as research instruments. and the analysis tool is multiple linear regressionanalysis through the SPSS For Windows 25 program. With employee performance as thedependent variable and three independent variables, namely work discipline, workmotivation, and work environment. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Workdiscipline has a significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work motivation has asignificant effect on employee performance and 3) Work environment has a significanteffect on employee performance. Keyword : Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Environment, EmployeePerformance

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: 1. Work discipline has a significant effecton job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has a significant effect on jobsatisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect on work performance, 4.Work environment has a significant effect on job performance, 5. Job satisfactionwork work has a significant effect on work performance, 6. Work discipline has asignificant effect on job performance through job satisfaction, 7. Workenvironment has a significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction.The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique with datacollection through observation, interviews, and questionnaire methods. Data wereobtained by distributing questionnaires related to work discipline, workenvironment, work performance and job satisfaction to 30 respondents. Dataanalysis technique in this research was partial least square using smartPLS 4application version 4.0.7.8. The results of this study indicate that 1. Workdiscipline has a significant effect on job satisfaction, 2. Work environment has asignificant effect on job satisfaction, 3. Work discipline has a significant effect onwork performance, 4. Work environment has no significant effect on workperformance, 5. Job satisfaction has an effect significant effect on workperformance, 6. Work discipline has no significant effect on achievement throughjob satisfaction, 7. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of placement, workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Pekanbaru City Branch Office. The population in this study includes all employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, totaling 62 people. Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is the saturated sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that: 1) there is no effect of placement on the job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 2) there is a negative and significant effect of workload on job satisfaction of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 3) there is a positive and significant effect significant compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City, 4) there is a joint influence of placement, workload and compensation on job satisfaction BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Office Pekanbaru City.Keywords: Placement, Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Influence of Communication, OrganizationalCulture and Work Environment to Performance of Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru. The population in this study includes the Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru, totaling 73 people. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as aninstrument to prove the results of the research and secondary data was collectedthrough observation, literature study and interview with the parties involved in thisresearch. To test the hyphotesis in this study is using multiple linear regressionanalysis with SPSS 25 (Statistical Program for Social Sciences). The samplingtechnique that has been selected is Saturated Sample (73 Nurses at Eria HospitalPekanbaru). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the competitive advantages of RiauPos, and find out the factors that become the strengths, weaknesses, opportunitiesand threats that Riau Pos has. Respondents in this study are representativeparties in providing information related to this research. The results of this studyindicate that: 1) Riau Pos is in quadrant I, namely aggressive growth byimplementing market development strategies, market penetration and productdevelopment. 2) Based on the identification results of the internal environment,Riau Pos has several internal strengths including: reputation, owning localeditions and the position of Riau Pos which is under the conglomerate group. 3)The results of research on external identification, Riau Pos has opportunities inthe form of political conditions that are still stable, demand for advertisements isstill large, and support from the community and government. After the researcherstudied the situation that occurred in the company, the researcher noticed thatchanges in the external environment could not be prevented, especially inadvances in digital technology, so companies needed to anticipate by changingmarket strategies, and taking advantage of technological changes and utilizinghuman resources as efficiently as possible. Keywords : competitive advantage, resources-based view, SWOT analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline,motivation and morale on employee performance. This research was conductedon Jl. Papaya No. 57-59, Jadirejo, Kec. Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City, Riau 28121.The population in the study were 176 employees of the Riau Manpower andTransmigration Office, so using the slovin formula, the sample in this study was122 people. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. Theresults of the study explain that partially and simultaneously work discipline,motivation and morale affect employee performance. While the adjusted R Squarevalue of 0.626 explains that the variables of work discipline, work motivation andwork enthusiasm can affect the performance variables of the Riau ProvinceManpower and Transmigration Office employees by 62.6% while the remaining37.4% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Ape Spirit and Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership andwork environment on job satisfaction of office employees at PT. Sinar ReksaKencana (Mentari Group) Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this studyincludes all employees of the office, amounting to 72 people. Primary data wascollected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of thestudy, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear analysis with thehelp of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been selected is thecensus method (72 employees at PT. Sinar Reksa Kencana (Mentari Group)Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive andsignificant effect of compensation, leadership and work environment on jobsatisfaction of office employees at PT. Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch provides mail and package deliveryservices as well as financial services such as electricity payments, tax payments,motor vehicle loan installment payments, sending and receiving money fromwithin and outside the country, payment of passport manufacturing fees andpurchase of stamps and stamps. The increasing competition of companies in thesame field in Dumai City such as JNE, J&T, TIKI delivery services and financialservices such as financial transaction agents from banks has a big impact on PT.Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch. This study aims to determine the differences intraining, differences in work experience and differences in education levels to thework productivity of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branch. Thepopulation of this study was employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Dumai City Branchwith a total of 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptiveanalysis. Data collection techniques use primary data and secondary data. Thedata analysis used is a validity test, reliability test, normality test and T test(Paired Sample t-Test). The results showed that there were differences in training,differences in work experience and differences in the level of education to thework productivity of employees at PT. Abstract

His study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment onemployee performance at UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, IndragiriHilir Regency. The population in this study includes all employees with the statusof Civil Servants (PNS) at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, totaling 55 people.Primary data was collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to provethe results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linearregression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling techniquethat has been selected is Proposive Sampling (55 employees who are civilservants at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri HilirRegency). The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant effect ofworkload on employee performance at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, KeritangDistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency, 2) there was a positive and significant influenceon the work environment on employee performance at the UPT PuskesmasKotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. , 3) workload and workenvironment together have a positive and significant effect on employeeperformance at the UPT Puskesmas Kotabaru, Keritang District, Indragiri HilirRegency.
