Abstract

Degradasi ekosistem mangrove dan rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan generasi muda menjadi ancaman serius bagi keberlanjutan kawasan pesisir. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendidikan konservasi mangrove berbasis komunitas melalui program Sekolah Alam Mangrove Sungai Bersejarah (MSB) di Kampung Kayu Ara Permai, Kabupaten Siak, Riau. Program menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif partisipatif dengan desain aksi partisipatif yang melibatkan 73 anak berusia 5-15 tahun selama periode Mei 2024 hingga Februari 2025. Metodologi pembelajaran menerapkan experiential learning yang mengintegrasikan eksplorasi langsung ekosistem mangrove, nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Melayu, dan kolaborasi multipihak dalam pola pentahelix. Program dilaksanakan melalui 30 pertemuan mingguan dengan lima tahapan: persiapan, edukasi dasar, pengembangan keterampilan, penguatan karakter, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada aspek kognitif (kemampuan mengidentifikasi lebih dari 20 spesies mangrove), afektif (tumbuhnya kesadaran dan sikap peduli lingkungan berbasis nilai budaya lokal), dan psikomotorik (penguasaan keterampilan konservasi dasar seperti pembibitan dan penanaman mangrove). Partisipasi peserta meningkat dari 3 anak pada pertemuan pertama menjadi 35 anak pada puncak program, menunjukkan efektivitas pendekatan yang digunakan. Model pendidikan ini berhasil membentuk kader konservasi muda yang memiliki pengetahuan komprehensif, kesadaran lingkungan, dan keterampilan praktis dalam menjaga ekosistem mangrove. Keberhasilan program didukung oleh integrasi kearifan lokal dan kolaborasi aktif berbagai pemangku kepentingan, menawarkan model alternatif pendidikan lingkungan yang dapat direplikasi untuk konservasi mangrove berbasis masyarakat di wilayah pesisir lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of the quality of Islamic Religious Education in the digital era through the integration of curriculum transformation and adaptive school management. Employing a qualitative approach with a content analysis model, this study utilizes secondary data sources, including academic books, scientific journal articles, conference proceedings, and other relevant literature. Data were selected based on their relevance, credibility, and novelty, and were analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques through processes of categorization, interpretation, and synthesis to identify patterns and significant conceptual relationships. The findings indicate that improving the quality of Islamic Religious Education in the digital era is closely linked to successful curriculum transformation toward the Digital Akhlak paradigm. This paradigm emphasizes the internalization of Islamic moral values in students’ behavior within digital spaces through the strengthening of critical digital literacy, media ethics, and the contextualization of Islamic teachings in contemporary realities. However, the effectiveness of this curriculum transformation is highly dependent on responsive and visionary school management, particularly in developing teachers’ digital competencies, providing high-quality digital learning infrastructure and content, and implementing academic supervision oriented toward professional development. Without strong managerial support, curriculum innovation risks remaining normative and inadequately implemented. This study highlights that reforming Islamic Religious Education in the digital era requires a holistic approach that integrates curriculum innovation and technology-based school management to foster a generation of Muslims who are faithful, virtuous, critical, and responsible in addressing the challenges of the digital world.

Abstract

In a successful college cannot be forgotten the existence of this one factor is the lecturer. Lecturers are the key to success in universities to educate students and students to be useful for the nation and the nation in the future. Some of the lecturers' duties include teaching, research and community service often mentioned by Tri Darma Perguruaan Tinggi. Of the three obligations of a lecturer is asked to have the ability to write skills such as Reports, Theses, Theses, Dissertations, Books, Articles and others. However, to be able to write well it is necessary to practice continuously and know the tools to write one is the tool for the citation and bibliography. Therefore required tools/applications that can help lecturers to write citations and bibliography. Mendeley is an application that can be used to write citations and bibliography,but not all lecturers can use this application. Methods to improve the ability to write lecturers do with several stages of lecture training materials/workshops about the contents of the introduction of Mendeley applications and videos about the ease of using this application, Practice using Mendeley application, Provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions or discussions about the material submitted, Conducting a survey to evaluate is done by spreading Pretest Posttest quizoner with success indicator of success level understanding of participants in this program is 80%. The result of this activity proves that the lecturer can improve his writing ability is very positive for the development of lecturers expertise in making scientific research work. Keywords:Quality of lecturer, Writing, Quote, References.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari variabel harga, lokasi, dan promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel di Kota Pekanbaru. Objek penelitian adalah seluruh konsumen yang menjadi pelanggan ritel di Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi penelitian tidak terbatas, karena tidak dapat atau sulit untuk mengetahuinya. Maka jumlah sapel yang digunakan adalah 10 kali jumlah indikator menurut Hurt (2019). Jumlah sampel adalah 180 orang, dengan teknik sampel purpose sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang diteliti, baik variabel harga , lokasi, maupun promosi, mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan ritel

Abstract

Abstract: The digital revolution has fundamentally transformed the landscape of tourism marketing, where travel decisions are now heavily influenced by visual and social representations in online media. This study aims to analyze the influence of influencers, social media content, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on visitors' decisions, with visitors' interest serving as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected through an online survey of 350 respondents who had visited the Asia Farm and Asia Heritage tourist destinations in Pekanbaru City. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that influencers, social media content, and e-WOM have a positive and significant effect on visitors' interest. Furthermore, it was found that visitors' interest plays a significant role as a mediator in bridging digital stimuli to the final decision of tourists to visit. Influencers were found to have the most dominant influence in shaping interest, while aesthetic visual content on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram strengthens visit intentions. These findings underscore the importance of digital marketing strategies based on credibility and emotional engagement for managers of educational tourism destinations in the modern era. Abstrak: Revolusi digital telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran pariwisata, di mana keputusan berkunjung kini sangat dipengaruhi oleh representasi visual dan sosial di media daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh influencer, social media content, dan electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) terhadap visitors decision dengan visitors interest sebagai variabel mediasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori, data dikumpulkan melalui survei daring terhadap 350 responden yang merupakan pengunjung destinasi wisata Asia Farm dan Asia Heritage di Kota Pekanbaru. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa influencer, social media content, dan e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap visitors interest . Lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa visitors interest berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam menjembatani stimulus digital terhadap keputusan akhir wisatawan untuk berkunjung. Influencer ditemukan memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam membentuk minat, sementara konten visual yang estetik di platform seperti TikTok dan Instagram memperkuat niat kunjungan. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran digital yang berbasis pada kredibilitas dan keterlibatan emosional bagi pengelola destinasi wisata edukatif di era modern. Abstract

The effectiveness of decision - making is influenced by internal factors such as differences in point of view, conflicts between members, knowledge and experience of team members, trial documentation, and a culture of asking questions and seeking clarification. External influencing factors include pressure from stakeholders, environmental uncertainty, resource availability, and social norms and organizational culture. This study uses a qualitative method with the source of the source data from the speakers and the review of literature and other reading materials. Determination of informants in the study using purposive sampling techniques with data collected through interviews and observations. The location of this study is in the environment of Bawaslu of West Java Province and the structures below it. The Supreme Audit Board (BPK RI) session implements a collective collegial decision-making system, which involves all members of the session in discussion and deliberation to reach a consensus. To improve communication skills and teamwork, BPK RI can take strategic steps such as improving communication skills, creating an open environment, managing conflicts, seeking mutual understanding, and respecting the opinions of members.

Abstract

Premium laptop brands are increasingly loved by consumers, and despite the high prices, they are still willingness to pay. This study aims to determine the driving factors of consumer brand love and willingness to pay for premium laptop products. Psychological factors such as social status, Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), and Hedonism are driving factors. The survey technique was used to collect data on the answers of premium laptop consumer respondents using purposive sampling of 633 buyers of premium laptop products. Data analysis of data processing and presentation using Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that social status and Hedonism are driving factors for brand love and willingness to pay for premium laptop products. Next, FOMO feelings also cause hedonism, but cannot make customers willingness to pay (WTP). The role of brand love and hedonism can mediate social status and FOMO on willingness to pay.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of service quality, information technology utilization, and customer value on customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty at the Industrial Standardization and Service Center (BSPJI) Pekanbaru. This research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through a structured questionnaire distributed to 226 BSPJI customers selected using purposive sampling. The results indicate that service quality, information technology utilization, and customer value have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediation analysis reveals that customer satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between service quality, information technology utilization, customer value, and customer loyalty. These findings highlight the critical role of customer satisfaction as a key mechanism in building customer loyalty. Therefore, BSPJI Pekanbaru should prioritize improving service quality, optimizing information technology utilization, and enhancing customer value to strengthen customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty

Abstract

Transformasi layanan publik menuntut PT PLN untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan yang semakin tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran nilai pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan pada PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjung Pinang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian adalah pelanggan PLN UP3 Tanjung Pinang sebanyak 357.941 pelanggan rumah tangga, dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelanggan (β=0,412, p<0,05) dan kepuasan pelanggan (β=0,262, p<0,05). Nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (β=0,089, p<0,05) dan memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dengan kontribusi mediasi sebesar 56,2% dari total pengaruh. Model penelitian memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang sangat baik dengan nilai Goodness of Fit (GoF) sebesar 0,512 dan predictive relevance (Q²) sebesar 0,485. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kualitas pelayanan akan lebih optimal dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan apabila mampu menciptakan persepsi nilai yang tinggi di mata pelanggan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam pengembangan model kepuasan pelanggan pada sektor utilitas publik dan implikasi manajerial bagi PLN dalam merancang strategi pelayanan yang berorientasi pada nilai pelanggan

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam sektor energi menuntut perusahaan seperti PT PLN untuk terus berinovasi dalam meningkatkan adopsi layanan berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use dan Promosi Digital terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Listrik Prabayar yang dimediasi oleh Minat Perilaku pada PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Dumai ULP Duri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan PLN Prabayar di wilayah UP3 Dumai ULP Duri sebanyak 132.589 pelanggan, dengan sampel sebanyak 399 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perceived Ease of Use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Minat Perilaku. Promosi Digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Perilaku. Minat Perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Pengujian efek mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Minat Perilaku memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh Promosi Digital terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan strategi promosi digital akan lebih optimal dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian apabila didukung oleh minat perilaku pelanggan yang kuat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kajian manajemen pemasaran digital dan perilaku konsumen, khususnya pada sektor utilitas publik berbasis teknologi
