Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia interaktif berbasis STEM yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada konsep pencemaran lingkungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) dengan desain ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari lembar validasi ahli dan guru,  soal tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, lembar angket siswa untuk mengetahui tanggapan siswa terhadap multimedia interaktif. Untuk mengetahui efektifitas multimedia interaktif terhadap peningkatan kemamapuan berpikir kritis dilakukan tes pilihan ganda beralasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) hasil validasi ahli diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,1 (baik) dan hasil validasi 3 orang guru diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,5 (sangat baik), 2) multimedia interaktif dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata hasil pretes sebesar 9.64%, rata-rata postes sebesar 54,82% dan rata-rata %N-Gain sebesar 49,90% (sedang), 3) tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran memperoleh nilai 88,46% (sangat baik). Kata Kunci: Multimedia Interaktif, STEM, Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (RD) yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran Argumentation Real-World Inquiry. Sebuah model pembelajaran yang dirancang dengan adanya sesi argumentasi disetiap tahapannya untuk melatih mahasiswa berargumen tentang isu-isu sosiosaintifik. Penelitian RD yang dilaksanakan tersusun atas 3 tahapan, yang meliputi Tahap 1 (Perancangan model dan instrumen), Tahap II (Pre-Eksperimen), dan Tahap III (Implementasi Model). Artikel ini mengkaji tentang keterampilan argumentasi mahasiswa yang melaksanakan perkuliahan dengan model Argumentation Real-World Inquiry pada tahap pre-eskperimen. Pre-eksperimen dilaksanakan dengan desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Subjek penelitian melibatkan mahasiswa calon guru biologi semester 2 yang mengontrak mata kuliah Pengetahuan Lingkungan. Keterampilan argumentasi mahasiswa dijaring melalui instrumen esai yang mengandung konteks isu sosiosaintifik lingkungan. Hasil penelitian pada tahap uji coba menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Argumentation Real-World Inquiry memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan argumentasinya terhadap isu-isu sosiosaintifik lingkungan, sehingga kualitas argumentasi mahasiswa pun meningkat setelah melaksanakan perkuliahan dengan Argumentation Real-World Inquiry. Dalam pelaksanaan model ini, dosen memiliki penting dalam mengarahkan mahasiswa untuk berargumentasi terhadap isu-isu sosiosaintifik lingkungan. Kebiasaan berargumentasi dalam proses perkuliahan dapat dibangun melalui model pembelajaran yang menekankan mahasiswanya untuk menanggapi isu, mengajukan argumen, serta mencari bukti-bukti pendukung yang valid dan relevan untuk mendukung argumennya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine student teacher perceptions of the implementation of STEM-Blended learning. The subjects involved in this study consisted of 25 4th semester students in the elementary school teacher program. The instruments used include closed questionnaires and open questionnaires. The results showed that students gave a positive attitude towards scientific and engineering practices in the lecture process. Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia learning to sharpen Gen- Z’s digital literacy on the material of substance pressure. The method used is research and development with research instruments including multimedia validation sheets, digital literacy questionnaires, teachers’ response questionnaires, and Gen- Z response questionnaires. The research began with need analysis, then continued with the multimedia design stage. The multimedia design stage produces the first draft of multimedia and research instruments. The first draft of the multimedia was validated at the development stage. The development stage included the validation of multimedia and research instruments, as well as a limited field test.  A valid Multimedia was subsequently implemented into science learning. The evaluation stage was carried out by administering a questionnaire on digital literacy questionnaires and teachers’ and students’ response questionnaires. The results showed that learning multimedia was declared feasible based on a content validity value of 100%, and Gen - Z’s digital literacy index obtained a score of 3.30 or was in the medium category. It can be concluded that interactive learning multimedia can be an alternative way in enhancing Gen-Z's digital on-substance pressure materials. This study shows that science learning can contribute to accelerating digital transformation by enhancing youths’ capacity in digital literacy

Abstract

This article presents a review of bibliometric analysis on the topic of science learning media research. The aim of this research is to identify relevant research and the latest research on the research topic being analyzed. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with bibliometric data approach. Research data collection is carried out on the Google Scholar page with the help of Publish or Perish (PoP) software using the keyword "science learning media". Search is limited to the 2019-2021 range and the number of search results is limited to 100. Data analysis and visualization using VOSviewer software. The result is the number of article citations is 328 citations with an average of 164 citations/year and 3.64 citations/articles. IOPSCIENCE is the most productive publisher with the highest number of articles, which is 23 articles. Bibliometric visualization of network maps based on text-mining analysis resulted in 24 interconnected words grouped into 4 clusters and network maps based on the authors of the Co-authorsip showed that Alpusari and Hermita were the authors who had the most related with other authors in the topic of science learning media research.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an overview of physics learning on the topic of fluid material with an Arduino-based engineering design process (EDP) to improve students' problem-solving abilities. This study used a quasi-experimental research method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects in this study were students of class XI MIPA by taking two groups of subjects using a purposive sampling technique. The sample for the experimental class was 36 people and the control class was 36 people, so the total number of research subjects was 72 people. The learning implementation instrument was carried out using an observation sheet. The results of the ability to solve problems are measured using a description test which includes indicators of problem-solving abilities. Student responses using a Likert scale. The results of the data analysis showed that the average N-Gain achievement was in the medium category and the results of the independent test showed a significant difference in increasing problem-solving skills. Most of the students gave positive responses to learning with Arduino-based EDP, felt happy and motivated, provided benefits, every process undertaken by students provided challenges in solving the problems they faced so that fluid learning using the Arduino-based engineering design process (EDP) stages was able to improve students' ability to solve problems.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Project Based Learning to improve science process skills (SPS) using IoT-based learning media. The method is qualitative and quantitative with a quasi-experimental type namely a pre-test-post-test control group. The population is students of class XII MIPA in one of the State Senior High Schools in Bogor City, totaling 214 students. Sampel for experimental and control classes were selected purposively, each with 35 students. Data were obtained through written tests, product assessments, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis is included descriptive, validity test, reliability test, and t-tests. The results showed in the control, the SPS pre-test was not good and the post-test was good with a fairly large n-gain value. In the experimental class, the SPS pre-test was not good and the post-test was very good. The N-gain of the experimental class is higher than the control class. The SPS value of each indicator increased both in the control and experimental classes.  PjBL is able to improve SPS and the t-test shows the application of PjBL of PjBL with IoT on unidirectional electrical physics material

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah dapat diupayakan melalui berbagai pelatihan, khususnya peningkatan kemampuan professional guru dalam pembelajaran. Melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini membuka wawasan guru menuju Education for Sustainable Development tentang penggunaaan bahan ajar digital berbasis Anyflip. PkM dilaksanakan di SDN Semplak 1 Kota Bogor. Tujuannya dari PkM adalah:1) meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar digital, 2) memberikan pelatihan kepada mitra dalam menyusun bahan ajar digital berbasis anyflip, 3) memberikan pendampingan kepada mitra dalam menyusun bahan ajar digital berbasis anyflip. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan. Peserta di SDN Semplak 1 Kota Bogor telah menunjukkan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan PkM, terbukti dengan tingkat kepuasan mereka sebesar 94% dan pengalaman mereka dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bermanfaat. Improving the quality of education in schools can be pursued through various trainings, especially increasing the professional abilities of teachers in learning. Through this community service, it opens teachers' insights towards Education for Sustainable Development regarding the use of Anyflip-based digital teaching materials. PkM was held at SDN Semplak 1, Bogor City. The aims of the PkM are: 1) to increase teachers' understanding and skills in developing digital teaching materials, 2) to provide training to partners in compiling anyflip-based digital teaching materials, 3) to provide assistance to partners in compiling anyflip-based digital teaching materials. The approach used is mentoring and training. Participants at SDN Semplak 1 Kota Bogor have shown a positive response to the PKM implementation, as evidenced by their satisfaction rate of 94% and their experience with useful training and mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia to train generation Z’s (Gen – Z) digital literacy. This research involved 46 generation Z in 8th Grade in two junior high schools in Makassar. Multimedia development uses the ADDIE model which consists of needs analysis, design, development and evaluation. The results shows multimedia learning declared feasible with a validity content of 1, and Gen-Z’s digital literacy index of 3.30 or was in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia learning can enhance Gen-Z’s digital literacy. This research shows that science learning can contribute in improving digital literacy.

Abstract

The study aims to observe the dynamics of unemployment rate and the number of job openings in Java as the region that becomes the main crutch of the Indonesian economy and analyze the relationship between supply and demand of labor in during the pandemic using Web Scraping and Pearson correlation analysis. Web scraping results show that the largest number of job openings in Java Island early 2021 are in West Java and DKI Jakarta and the most demanded jobs are sales, marketing, followed by administration staff, low-level accounting, and finance. The correlation analysis shows a weak positive relationship of 0.45 between labor market supply and demand using the keyword” Lowongan Kerja” based on the google trends search index and a moderate positive of 0.54 using the keyword ”Loker” on the google trends search index.
