Abstract

Jendral Ahmad Yani Km. 2 road is one of the land transportation accesses that connects between regions in improving the economy and standard of living of the community. This study aims to analyze the geometrics of road bends. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method of analysis using the standards of the Directorate of Highways. The results of the research from the geometric bend results that the road section includes a primary collector function class SCS type bend with provincial road status with type 2/2 UD. The existing geometric conditions of the road section are in accordance with the required standards where there is a vertical alignment of 8.1% and a stopping sight distance of 133.36m. Coordination of alignments that coincide does not obstruct visibility.

Abstract

This study examines scholarly literature on reading literacy in elementary schools from 2013 to 2023 through bibliometric analysis. A total of 649 documents from the Scopus database were analyzed to identify research trends, geographic distribution, researcher collaborations, and frequently discussed topics. Findings indicate a significant increase in publications, particularly in the last five years, reflecting growing interest in reading literacy. The most cited article, “Closing the achievement gap through modification of neurocognitive and neuroendocrine function” by Blair & Raver (2014), highlights effective interventions in reading literacy. The journal “Reading Teacher” is the most productive source with 20 papers, and Florida State University is the most prolific institution. The United States contributes the most papers (326), showing leadership in this field. VOSviewer thematic mapping shows primary focuses on teaching practices, intervention effectiveness, and learning experiences. Density visualizations show that literacy practices, experiences, effects, and interventions are frequently researched themes. These findings offer valuable insights for researchers, educators, and policymakers to reimprove ading literacy in elementary schools, emphasizing the importance of institutional collaboration and evidence-based interventions in improving educational outcomes.

Abstract

Pengelolaan limbah organik merupakan tantangan di lingkungan pesantren yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri Pondok Pesantren Manbaul Huda di Seureuh Jawa, Cibiuk, Garut, dalam mengolah limbah organik menjadi ekoenzim, sebuah produk hasil fermentasi yang bermanfaat sebagai pupuk organik dan cairan pembersih alami. Program ini dilaksanakan melalui tahap-tahap persiapan, pelatihan, praktik produksi, pemanfaatan produk, dan evaluasi keberhasilan. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa 90% santri aktif berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang pembuatan ekoenzim, sebagaimana dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor post-test rata-rata sebesar 85%. Sebanyak 65 liter ekoenzim berhasil diproduksi, melampaui target awal sebesar 50 liter. Produk ekoenzim dimanfaatkan untuk kebutuhan internal pesantren dan mulai dijual ke masyarakat oleh beberapa santri, menunjukkan potensi kewirausahaan yang tumbuh. Kesadaran lingkungan di kalangan santri juga meningkat, dengan 75% santri mulai memilah limbah secara mandiri. Program ini diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pesantren, menjadikannya sebagai kegiatan rutin yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis praktik, program ini berhasil menciptakan pesantren yang ramah lingkungan, mandiri secara ekonomi, dan berpotensi menjadi model pemberdayaan lingkungan yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Introduction: Depression is a mental disorder characterized by persistent depressed feelings that can affect mood, behavior and physical health. Based on basic health research data in 2018, the total number of cases affected by depression in Indonesia at the age of more than 15 years reached 6.1%. Depression therapy generally uses antidepressant drugs. The side effects of antidepressant drugs are not light, therefore it is necessary to explore plant-based medicine to treat mental disorders. Therefore, to avoid the side effects caused by these antidepressant drugs, alternative medicine from plants can be used. One of the plants that have the potential as an antidepressant is from the Zingiberaceae family. Method: The method used in writing is by conducting a literature study related to plants of the Zingiberaceae family which have the potential to have antidepressant activity contained in national and international journals published in the last 10 years. Result: Based on the results of literature research, there are several plants that have potential as antidepressants, there are 5 plants from the Zingiberaceae family, including Turmeric (Curcuma longa L), Temulawak (Curcuma xanthoriza), Temugiring (Curcuma heyneana), Black turmeric (Curcuma caseia) and the last namely Ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc). Plants that have the greatest antidepressant activity are Curcuma heyneana plants with doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg. Conclusion. With the preparation of this paper, it is hoped that it can provide scientific information about plants that have the potential as antidepressants derived from plants of the Zingiberaceae family which can be used as an alternative treatment for depression mental illness.

Abstract

Introduction: Cucumber is a type of fruit from the gourd family (Cucurbitaceae). Cucumber has a high water content, provides a sensation of freshness, and has cooling and soothing properties on irritated skin. Peel off masks are vinyl-based formulations with advantages such as ease of use, easy rinsing and cleaning. In this study, cucumber juice can to add to the peel off mask formulation. This study evaluated the physical properties of peel off masks with polyvinyl alcohol base and varying concentrations of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose Method: The design of this study was descriptive quantitative to assess the physical properties of peel off masks. Results: The results showed that variations in PVA and HPMC bases did not affect color, odor, or taste, but only affected texture. Each formulation has a thick to thin texture. The homogeneity of the mask was not affected by the variation of PVA and HPMC bases, the pH of the preparation remained unchanged. Spreadability and dry time were affected by HPMC concentration, with smaller concentrations resulting in shorter spreadability and longer dry time. Viscosity values decreased with different stirring speeds. Conclusion: The peel off masks have relatively similar organoleptical physical properties and pH in each formula, except for diverse textures, while the concentration of PVA and HPMC is directly proportional to the dry time, spreadability and viscosity of cucumber juice peel off masks.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Kondisi sikap sikap sosial anak yang cenderung negatif seperti mengejek teman bahkan sampai bertengkar dengan teman sebaya. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi suatu rujukan yang dapat memberikan gambaran terkait pelaksanaan penilaian sikap sosial di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penilaian ranah afektif dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap perubahan sikap sosial siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek uji coba penelitian adalah 2 guru kelas dan 41 siswa kelas V SD. Data pelaksanaan penilaian sikap sosial dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan mengikuti model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertama, penilaian ranah afektif dilakukan guru di kelas dengan teknik pengamatan, melalui jurnal harian sebagai instrumen penilaian. Terdapat dua dokumen yang digunakan untuk memantau perkembangan perubahan sikap siswa yaitu catatan jurnal harian dan rapor siswa. Perencanaan penilaian sikap dilakukan guru tidak semua maksimal dalam RPP. Kedua, perubahan sikap negatif dari seluruh aspek sikap berkurang, namun disiplin, tanggung jawab dan percaya diri perlu ditingkatkan. Ketiga, bentuk tindak lanjut yang dilakukan guru dalam upaya membentuk sikap sosial siswa dengan peringatan dan pemberian sanksi.

Abstract

Penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan pelajar merupakan ancaman serius yang memerlukan intervensi efektif di lingkungan sekolah. Program pembekalan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mendeteksi serta mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, seminar, workshop, dan evaluasi program. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru mengenai bahaya narkoba serta kepercayaan diri dalam melakukan deteksi dini dan intervensi terhadap siswa berisiko. Selain itu, kolaborasi antara sekolah dan lembaga terkait semakin erat, mendukung upaya menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman dan bebas narkoba. Kesimpulannya, peningkatan kapasitas guru melalui pelatihan berkala dan kerja sama dengan berbagai pihak menjadi strategi efektif dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan narkoba di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis festo fluidsim, menguji kelayakan pengembangan dengan dua orang ahli materi dan media yang merupakan dosen pengampuh mata kuliah instalasi listrik tenaga, serta respon pengguna yaitu mahasiswa semester 4 yang telah memprogram mata kuliah instalasi listrik tenaga pada semester 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development/R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Four D) yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran. Model pengembangan 4D terdiri atas 4 tahap utama yaitu: Define (Pendefinisian), Design (Perancangan), Develop (Pengembangan) dan Disseminate (Penyebaran). Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil uji dari ahli materi dinyatakan sangat layak dengan persentase 92.5% dan ahli media dinyatakan sangat layak dengan persentase 91.5%, dengan demikian media pembelajaran berbasis festo fluidsim ini mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna media pembelajaran berbasis Festo Fluidsim di JPTE FT UNM juga sangat positif, dengan kategori kelayakan sangat baik yaitu dengan persentase 93%. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran dan respons positif dari pengguna sebagai indikator keberhasilan implementasi media pembelajaran tersebut.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) in enhancing poetry appreciation among fifth-grade students at SDN 5 Kabila, Indonesia. Literary instruction in Indonesian primary schools often lacks creative depth, particularly in poetry, leading to limited student engagement and emotional expression. Adopting a qualitative descriptive case study approach, data were collected through semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and visual documentation involving 22 students and one language teacher. Findings reveal that PjBL significantly improves student participation, confidence, and emotional articulation. Students actively engaged in writing, illustrating, and presenting their poems, fostering collaboration and creative autonomy. Teachers reported increased motivation and deeper literary understanding among learners. The study concludes that PjBL provides a transformative learning experience that bridges academic and affective growth in primary education. This research contributes to the growing discourse on constructivist approaches in language arts and offers practical insights for educators seeking to enrich poetry instruction through active, student-centered methodologies.

Abstract

The Qur'an, as Allah's final revelation, serves as the primary source of guidance for Muslims, necessitating proper recitation and understanding for authentic spiritual connection. This study examines the implementation of Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach in enhancing Qur'anic literacy through tahsin learning at Gampong Meunasah, Bireuen, Aceh. The research addresses the critical challenge of inadequate Qur'anic reading proficiency in rural Muslim communities, where 68% of residents demonstrated below-standard tajwid comprehension and 74% lacked consistent access to structured religious education. Employing Community-Based Participatory Action Research (CBPAR) methodology, this study engaged 127 participants across three age groups in a comprehensive 45-day program integrating tahsin, tahfidz, tadabbur, and basic Arabic instruction. The ABCD framework identified and mobilized local assets including the Komunitas Muslimah Wahda Al-Islamiyah, existing religious infrastructure, and intergenerational knowledge transfer mechanisms. Quantitative findings revealed significant improvements: tajwid accuracy increased from 42.3% to 87.6% (p<0.001), Qur'anic memorization capacity expanded by 73%, and comprehension scores improved from M=3.2 to M=4.8 (SD=0.67). Qualitative analysis demonstrated transformative impacts on spiritual identity, social cohesion, and community learning culture. The integration of Maqasid Shariah principles manifested through achievements in hifz ad-din (preservation of religion) via enhanced scriptural access, hifz al-'aql (preservation of intellect) through cognitive development, and hifz al-ijtima'i (preservation of social bonds) via strengthened ukhuwah Islamiyah. The program's sustainability was ensured through local facilitator training, module development, and institutional partnerships. This research contributes an innovative model for community-driven Islamic education that balances authenticity with accessibility, tradition with transformation, demonstrating how rural communities can leverage existing assets to create sustainable religious learning ecosystems.
