Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain how consumer purchasing choices at Warung Selasih Kadungora Garut were influenced by price, café ambiance, and social media. In this study, data were gathered using the Accidental Sampling technique using a questionnaire with 91 respondents. The research used a quantitative approach together with a descriptive examination of case studies. Data analysis used normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests utilizing Durbin Watson tests, and hypothesis testing to identify which variables had a meaningful link. Validity and reliability tests were applied to data instruments. The partial t-test produced a tcount price variable of 0.867 1973 and a significant value of 0.242 > 0.05, showing that the test was not significant. Then, Ho is approved while Ha is turned down. A significant value was 0.342 > 0.05, suggesting that the cafe atmosphere variable is not significant. The cafe atmosphere variable received 15 tcount from the t-test (partial) computation, and it was 0.834 1.873. Additionally, the social media variables obtained from the partial t-test calculation produced the values 6.174> 1.873 for the tcount social media variables and a significant value of 0.000 0.05, indicating significant.

Abstract

Memahami tentang karakter bencana baik bencana yang diakibatkan oleh alam maupun bencana yang ditimbulkan oleh kegiatan manusia adalah sesuatu hal yang sangat penting, karena kita akan bisa meminimalisir dampak dari bencana ketika bencana tersebut terjadi. Pengetahuan mengenai kebencanaan harus disampaikan dan diajarkan sedini mungkin, mulai dari anak usia TK sampai dengan dewasa. Salah satu upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai kebencanaan adalah dengan melakukan sosialisasi cara penanganan jika terjadi bencana ke sekolah-sekolah. Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Penanganan Bencana bertujuan untuk membangun konsep pendidikan kebencanaan pada anak usia sekolah, dan luarannya adalah peningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan akan bencana, sadar bencana dan tangguh akan bencana. Dalam rangka tujuan tersebut, team Dosen ITL TRISAKTI sebanyak 3 orang bersama mahasiswa pendukung sebanyak 4 orang, melakukan sosialisasi tentang kebencanaan dan penanganan bencana yang dilakukan dengan cara presentasi, diskusi, tanya jawab, pre test dan post test kemudian pemutaran video kepada siswa SMPN 9 kota bekasi yang dihadiri sebanyak 52 siswa. Berdasarkan perbandingan hasil pre test dan post test dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pengetahuan siswa SMPN 9 kota Bekasi antara sebelum dan sesudah menjalani kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penanganan bencana.

Abstract

Ease of use and discounts are efforts that can be made by Tiket.com to improve customer decisions and satisfaction in purchasing airline tickets. This research aims to find out the effect of ease of use and discounts on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative by disseminating questionnaires to 130 respondents. Respondents in this study were taken by purposive sampling. The data obtained is processed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study showed a significant and significant relationship between ease of use and discounts to purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the ease of use and discounts, the higher the purchase decision and the increased customer satisfaction in buying flight tickets in Tiket.com.

Abstract

Some of the main research problems are the lack of fuel efficiency use, difficulties in loading and unloading process, the refueling process tardiness and the ships route’s delay of the determined and planned routes that could affect the Ciremai Ship’s On Time Performance (OTP). The research aims to determine and analyze the effect of production and fuel oil cost modifications based on the income of Ciremai Ship and its implications for its financial performance after “Three in One” modification. This research used Descriptive statistical analysis method and hypothesis testing using SmartPLS-3. The research sample was taken from the entire routes of Ciremai Ship over the last four years of 48 months. The secondary research data was taken from the financial reports related to production modifications, fuel oil costs, the income and financial performance of the ship. Research findings show that the production modifications have a direct influence on financial performance while fuel costs and income do not have a direct influence on it. The production modifications do not have a direct effect on income instead fuel costs have a direct effect on income and production modifications do not have an indirect effect on financial performance through income.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the direct contribution and indirect effect of airport officers’ competence and performance on On Time Performance mediated by delay management supervision in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The importance of the Air Transport Inspector performance in supervising is required to improve the performance of the employees. The method used in this study was a Descriptive Quantitative using survey. The population were all flight service inspectors. The study used Smart Partial Least Square path analysis method with purposive sampling of 72 respondents. The results of the analysis show that there are three direct contributions which are officers’ competence on Delay Management supervision, officers’ performance on DelayM anagement supervision and Delay Management supervision on OTP. Delay Management supervision is able to mediate the competence and performance on On Time Performance in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport.

Abstract

The development of goods delivery services could be seen from the growth of service companies’ quantity domestically and abroad. People could determine which delivery services they will use based on their will and the service quality. Freight forwarding companies often experience difficulty in retaining delivery services’ loyal customers. The purpose of the study is to analyze the influence of satisfaction, service quality, and customer’s services on customer’s loyalty of the freight forwarder company. The research technique used the Quantitative approach that the survey data was collected and processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method of AMOS 22 software. This research used 200 purposive sampling of the company’s customers as respondents. The results show that there is direct and indirect influence of customer’s satisfaction, service quality, and customer’s service on customer’s loyalty. Therefore, the role of service quality and customer’s satisfaction has a significant impact on the business continuity of freight forwarding service companies. It means that the freight forwarding company should maintain the customer’s loyalty optimally by increasing customer’s satisfaction through the quality of service provided to customers in order to build the customer’s loyalty.

This study aims to ascertain how social media marketing (such as Instagram) and ease of use affect consumer decisions, as well as how trust functions as a mediating factor in the relationship between social media marketing and ease of use and consumer decisions. There are two types of data that are used; primary data are gathered through questionnaires, and secondary data are gathered from books and journals. This study used probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method, namely with 170 respondents. The analysis method in this study uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square). This study's findings indicate that trust has a major impact on purchase decisions, simplicity of use has a large impact on decisions, and social media marketing has no significant impact on decisions. Ease of use and social media marketing's influence on purchase decisions might be mitigated by the trust factor. If respondents trust online travel brokers, social media marketing will have an impact on their purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan bandara dan fasilitas bandara di Bandara Internasional Banyuwangi. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepercayaan penumpang, dan fasilitas bandar udara berdampak terhadap kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan penumpang, sehingga kualitas pelayanan sangat dihargai dalam bidang pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas bandara terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 252 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas dan random sampling serta pendekatan metode asosiatif. Penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif dan populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh penumpang Bandara Internasional Banyuwangi dan peneliti ini melakukan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Squares) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1.0. Hasil penelitian masing masing variabel diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian atau memiliki nialai yang positif antara variabel kepercayaan pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas di Bandara Internasional Banyuwangi. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Layanan, Fasilitas, Kepuasan pelanggan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan, Bandar Udara Internasional Banyuwangi.
