Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, discipline, transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style on the performance of the employees of the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and SMEs. Stem. The population in this study were all District Office of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. The criteria referred to in the use of purposive sampling technique this research are employees who have at least high school education. Based on these criteria, a sample of 68 employees was obtained. The analytical tool used is the test of validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Disperindagkop and UKM Batang Regency. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disperindagkop And UKM employees in Batang Regency. Transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Disperindagkop and UKM Batang Regency. Transactional leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Disperindagkop and UKM employees in Batang Regency

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Compensation, Motivation and Leadership on Employee Performance. The object of this research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in Kendal Regency. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling with the number of respondents 140 people. Data collection is done through questionnaires deployment. Data analysis techniques used include validity test, reliability with alpha coefficient (Alpha cronbach), multiple regression analysis, T test to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results showed that Compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the greater the compensation obtained by the employees, the higher the performance of employees. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the greater the motivation in the employee, the higher the performance of employees in the department. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the higher the leadership, the higher the performance of employees to achieve the targets to be achieved each year.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the Semarang City Office of Transportation, the sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling amounting to 60 respondents as samples with data collection methods using questionnaires by distributing a list of statements to respondents to obtain information. The research objective was formulated to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and work environment on employee performance. Analysis of the data used included, test factor analysis to test the validity of question items, cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each independent variable tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (2) Motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (3) Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Usaha kecil dan Menengah (UKM) sedang digalakkan di daerahdaerah guna menunjang pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Salah satu usaha kecil menengah mikro disini adalah usaha pembuatan kerupuk rambak yang bisa dijadikan “Peluang Bisnis” bagi masyarakat. Usaha ini terletak di Kecamatan Pegandon Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Kerupuk rambak bergizi tinggi sehingga tidak hanya berpeluang bisnis saja.Berbagai macam gizi seperti protein, karbohidrat, dan lemak serta mineral serta mengandung 82,9 % protein. Sedangkan mineral seperti kalsium, fosfor, dan besi terkandung sebanyak 0,04%. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan implementasi IPTEK sederhana melalui pengenalan sistem produksi tepat guna. Hasil yang dicapai adalah pisau pemotong rambak “Cow skin Cutter” yaitu pisau khusus berbahan stenlis dan alat ukur yang bisa diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga hasil pmotongan yang rapi dan meningkatkan nilai jual serta diharapkan mampu meningkatkan peran industri mikro dalam pembangunan daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan bagi kelompok Pengrajin kerupuk rambak pada khususnya serta pendapatan daerah dan negara pada umumnya.

Abstract

Pewarna alami dari daun indigo yang berupa pasta sangat mudah dalam pemrosesannya, sangat menjanjikan apabila dijadikan suatu usaha karena pengusaha batik saat ini sudah tersebar diseluruh propinsi, sehingga kedepannya batik bisa menjadi komoditi eksport dengan pemanfaatan pewarna alamiah ini. Pewarna alami dari pasta daun indigo sangat ramah lingkungan, limbah yang dihasilkan bisa menyuburkan tanaman, selain itu pola penanaman yang sangat mudah. Pasta Indigo pada proses pembuatannya berbiaya rendah, sehingga sangat menguntungkan. Hal ini bisa mensejahterakan penduduk pedesaan dengan memanfaatkan sumberdaya pedesaan dengan budidaya tanaman indigo dengan pemanfaatan lahan-lahan kosong dimana masa petiknya adalah 3 bulan dan setelah 3 tahun tanaman diganti yang baru. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah pelatihan dan bimbingan implementasi IPTEK sederhana melalui pengenalan sistem produksi tepat guna. Hasil yang dicapai adalah mesin pengeblur dan mesin perajang daun khusus berbahan stenlis, sehingga umur ekonomisnya panjang, alat bisa diatur sedemikian rupa sehingga hasil pemotongan daun indigo dengan mesin perajang bisa terpotong sempurna karena kalau dilakukan perendaman bisa maksimal, demikian juga mesin pengeblur sangat efektif karena tidak melakukan secara manual pada proses pengebluran. Pasta Indigo diharapkan mampu meningkatkan peran industri mikro dalam pembangunan daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja, peningkatan pendapatan bagi Pengrajin batik, maupun yang berkeinginan menekuni usaha penghasil pasta dengan menggandeng para pengrajin batik.

Abstract

This study analyze about the influence of leadership styles transformational, competence and compensation toward the performance of the nurse. The research object in this research is nurse of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study is distributing questionnaires directly to the nurse of Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang. The purpose of the study was formulated to determine the effect of leadership styles transformational, competence and compensation toward the performance of the nurse at the Islamic Hospital Sultan Agung Semarang. The data collected were analyzed using factor analysis that test the KMO and loading factor to test the validity of the item indicators of the statement, the formula of cronbach alpha to test the reliability of each variable was tested with multiple linear regression analysis. As for the results of the study as follows : (1) The Style of Transformational Leadership have positive and significant influences on the performance of the nurse; (2) Competence has positive and significant influence on the performance of the nurse; (3) Compensation have positive and significant influences on the performance of nurses. Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of compensation,work discipline and cempetency .object of study in this paper is the Nozz Hotel Semarang .The sampling technique in his research is to use simple random sampling (random) semple of 53 respondents as a data collection method using a questionnairen (questionnaire) by distributing a list of questions to the respondent inorder to obtain informasion .the research objective wash formulated to dettermine the effect of compensation ,work discipline ,and competency of employe performance.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to tast the validity of the question items ,Cronbeach alpa formula to test the reliability of each of the research are : (1) compensation has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance. (2) work dicipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of competencies, locus of control, and career development on employee performance. The object of research in this paper is the employee of the Semarang State Administrative Court. The sampling technique in this research use the census method by 65 respondents. Analysis of the data used includes validity test with KMO (Kaiser Meyer Olkin), reliability test with Alpha Cronbach, multiple regression analysis, model test with Adjusted R square and f test, t test to test and prove research hypothesis. The results of the research are: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training, work discipline, transformational leadership style, and transactional leadership style on the performance of Central Java Province Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises staff. The type of data used is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the original source in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Central Java Provincial Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 73 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of question items, reliability testing using Cronbach alpha, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The test results obtained that there is a positive and significant effect of job training on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance, and there is a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of competence, compensationand development of Karier on the employee performance. development of Karier awarding on employees performance. Object of study in this paper is the PT Aquarfarm Nusantara Semarang. The sampling technique in this research is to use simple random sampling (random) sample of 95 respondents.The data were analyzed using factor analysis to test the validity of the question items, Cronbach alpha formula to test the reliability of each of the independent variables were tested by regression analysis. The results of the research are : (1) competence has a positive and significant impact influence on imployee permormance. (2) compensation has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance and (3)development of Karier has a positive and significant impact influence on employee performance.
