Seks bebas pada remaja menjadi isu kesehatan masyarakat yang mendesak, seiring dengan tingginya angka kehamilan remaja di Indonesia, khususnya di Sleman. Kurangnya edukasi seksual serta pengaruh lingkungan memperparah situasi ini. Buku saku sebagai media edukatif dinilai potensial dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja secara inklusif dan mandiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuasi-eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest control group design yang melibatkan 76 siswa SMP Negeri 2 Gamping, Sleman, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol. Kelompok intervensi diberi buku saku tentang seks bebas selama 14 hari, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak menerima perlakuan. Pengetahuan diukur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi menggunakan kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Terjadi peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi, dari 94,7% kategori pengetahuan kurang menjadi 97,4% kategori baik (p < 0,05). Sementara pada kelompok kontrol tidak terjadi peningkatan signifikan. Media buku saku terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja mengenai seks bebas, berkat sifatnya yang praktis, fleksibel, dan mampu menjangkau siswa secara mandiri. Media ini direkomendasikan sebagai strategi edukatif di lingkungan sekolah untuk mencegah perilaku seksual berisiko.

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusif dipandang sebagai sebuah tantangan. Sebab sekolah perlu mempersiapkan banyak hal untuk melayani semua kebutuhan peserta didik dan melakukan perubahan yang signifikan terhadap program pendidikan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan upaya pemerintah dalam memenuhi kebutuhan GPK melalui program Bimbingan Teknis yang diselenggarakan melalui Kemendikdasmen. Hal ini perlu disajikan dengan tujuan memberikan gambaran umum, bagaimana pemerintah berupaya untuk menaikkan kualitas Sekolah Penyelenggara Pendidikan Inklusif (SPPI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan, penulis menggunakan pengambilan data dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, dapat diketahui bahwa program â€œBimtek Pemenuhan Guru Pembimbing Khususâ€ yang terdiri dari dua tahapan, yaitu tahap pemahaman konsep dan tahap penguasaan keterampilan telah meluluskan 12.114 GPK di seluruh Indonesia. Peserta yang mengikuti Bimtek tersebut merupakan guru yang bukan berlatar belakang dari Pendidikan Khusus. Melalui program ini, ketersediaan GPK di Indonesia saat ini bertambah menjadi 23.611 GPK, dengan kekurangannya mencapai 18.654 GPK. Dengan kata lain, ketersediaan GPK saat ini mencapai 55,90% atau sekitar 56%. Upaya yang dilakukan ini secara nyata mampu memenuhi sebagian kebutuhan GPK. Meskipun begitu, masih terdapat permasalahan lain mengenai regulasi dan sekolah inklusi yang kurang mendukung eksistensi GPK.

The pandemic era has brought us to situations where social and physical restrictions are demanded. Therefore, like it or not, school principals and supervisors must change the supervision strategy carried out on their teachers and their target schools. Changing supervision strategy needs to be done because learning is no longer done face-to-face in the classroom but online and through clinical supervision activities. However, the problems found indicate that the implementation of clinical supervision has not been optimal because: (1) principals have not effectively carried out their duties as supervisors, such as monitoring, managing, and collaborating with teachers to improve learning. (2) teachers do not yet have adequate skills in managing classes and improving the learning process. (3) teachers and principals are not accustomed to using clinical supervision mobile learning to assist supervision activities in increasing their professionalism. The training activities include the introduction and use of clinical supervision mobile learning, practical sessions on using clinical supervision mobile learning, and mentoring. The training participants consisted of teachers, school principals, and supervisors. The methods used are socialization, training, and focus group discussions. After the training, participants gained new knowledge about mobile learning clinical supervision training. In addition, participants could practice the stages in utilizing clinical supervision mobile learning. Based on the evaluation results, participants argued that this application is essential and relevant for use during covid 19 pandemic conditions.

This study aims to analyse the role of principal managerial strengthening in improving teacher performance in Karawang Regency. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through literature review and managerial training results, this study assesses the effectiveness of leadership strategies such as vision building, open communication, and teacher empowerment. The results show that continuous managerial training improves the competence of school principals in program planning, academic supervision, and the use of learning technology. The impact is seen in improved teacher performance and student learning outcomes. However, limited resources and technological adaptation remain challenges. This study emphasizes that transformational leadership and sustainable management are key to building a collaborative culture and producing professional teachers in the modern education era.

Export value is an important indicator in supporting regional economic growth. However, its movement tends to be volatile and non-linear, making it difficult to forecast using conventional statistical methods such as ARIMA. This study aims to forecast the export value of West Sumatra Province using an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with the Backpropagation algorithm. The data used consist of monthly export values from January 2006 to October 2025 obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) of West Sumatra Province. The data were normalized and modified using the rolling window method, then divided into training and testing datasets. Several network architectures were evaluated through a trial-and-error process with variations in the number of neurons in the hidden layer. The best model was achieved with the BPNN(12,12,1) architecture, yielding a Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0.0236 and a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 25.31%. The results indicate that the model is capable of capturing non-linear patterns and reasonably following the trend of the actual data. The selected model was then used to perform short-term forecasting of export values for the period from November 2025 to March 2026. The findings demonstrate that the Backpropagation Neural Network algorithm is effective for forecasting export values in West Sumatra Province. This study contributes theoretically by enriching the application of artificial intelligence in regional economic forecasting and practically by supporting data-driven policy formulation for export strategies in West Sumatra.

The rapid rise of TikTok Affiliate has transformed how businesses in emerging markets organize operations, yet little is known about its impact on supply chain practices in technically complex sectors. This study aims to explore how TikTok Affiliate marketing reshapes operational dynamics within Indonesia’s motorcycle spare parts ecosystem. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with affiliators, SME owners, and consumers, complemented by document analysis and field observations. The findings reveal that algorithmic mediation drives unpredictable demand shifts, affiliators act as cultural mediators influencing customer engagement, and SMEs adopt agile, platform-responsive supply chain strategies. Trust and informal governance mechanisms emerged as crucial in sustaining operations, while infrastructural gaps highlight the challenges of digital integration in Indonesia. The study contributes to operations management literature by framing affiliate marketing as an operational phenomenon and provides practical insights for SMEs, policymakers, and digital ecosystem stakeholders.

The development of local entrepreneurship ecosystems requires collaborative engagement among multiple stakeholders to address the challenges faced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly in digital marketing, business networking, and community-based economic empowerment. However, socio-cultural public events in regional contexts are often implemented only as ceremonial activities and have not been optimally utilized as platforms for entrepreneurship activation and collaborative ecosystem development. This community service program aimed to strengthen the local entrepreneurship ecosystem through a Pentahelix-based public engagement model during the National Santri Day 2025 celebration in Tulungagung, Indonesia. The program employed a participatory community development approach involving academia, business actors, community organizations, government institutions, and media partners. Activities included entrepreneurship campaigns, MSME exhibitions, digital marketing socialization, branding assistance, and stakeholder networking during a public walking event attended by 2,000 participants. The results indicate that the program successfully increased MSME product exposure, improved participants’ understanding of collaborative entrepreneurship and digital marketing, strengthened stakeholder networking, and enhanced public engagement in local economic activities. The findings suggest that socio-cultural community events can function as sustainable entrepreneurial activation platforms when integrated with collaborative governance and ecosystem-based empowerment strategies.

The improving of performance in educational institution is expected to produce agood output. Many things must be prepared and have good performance to achieve thequality institution. This study focuses on the evaluation of the implementation of theStandards and Procedures Accreditation of Undergraduate Studies at Higher Educationlevel in Education Administration Studies Program Faculty of Education, UniversitaNegeri Jakarta. The scope of study is limited to the evaluation of the implementation ofstandards and procedures for accreditation.This study uses Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM) as model evaluation. Itevaluates the gaps of program that is based on intermediate state which is expected in theplan with that generated in the implementation of the program. Evaluation of the gap isintended to determine the level of compatibility between the standards prescribed in theprogram with the actual appearance of the program. The data source is data offinancing,insfrastructure, information system, research, community service andcooperation in year 2013-2015.sThese results indicate that; (1) the performance component on financing aspects,the aspect of financing is not directly managed by the study program. (2) the existingcomponents of the infrastructure shows the percentage of achievement in the category ofgood. (3) the component information system shows the percentage of achievement in thecategory of good. (4) component research, community service and cooperation shows thepercentage in the category of pretty good achievement. Based on the acquisition of thefour components of the above, the performance Educational Administration Faculty ofEducation UNJ aspects of financing, infrastructure, information systems, research,service and cooperation demonstrated has good category.

Research conducted at the Administration of Education Study Program Facultyof Education, State University of Jakarta. This reasearch aimed to describe theperformance of the study program in providing good educational services for students aslearners through curriculum applied by the program of study which includes theperformance of courses in the curriculum development system is supported by learningand academic atmosphere. This study is an evaluative method deskripstif conducted tosee the performance of Administration of Education Study Program Faculty of Education,State University of Jakarta using a qualitative and quantitative approach. Evaluationmodel used is the model Discrepancy Evaluation Model (DEM). The data obtained byresearchers is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Key informantinterviews were conducted to the Chairman of Study Program UNJ AP FIP, and issupported by a supporter informant consisting of lecturers, TU Staff, and Student StudyProgram UNJ AP FIP.The reasearch concluded that 1) the performance component of courses onaspects of curriculum development shows the categories very good, 2) the performancecomponent of courses there are aspects of the implementation of learning systems, fromfour (4) aspects of the implementation of the learning system there are two componentsindicate the category of very good: execution learning process, efforts to improve thelearning system. Components of the implementation of the guiding thesis showed goodcategory. While the implementation of the components of academic guidance indicatesless category. 3) the performance component of study program there is the aspect ofincreasing academic atmosphere, showing very good category. Based on the acquisitionof these three components, it can be said the performance of the study program ofEducational Administration Faculty of Education at the Jakarta State UniversityCurricula Aspects, Learning Systems and academic atmosphere showed very goodcategory.

Ketimpangan Pemilikan dan Penguasaan Tanah berkorelasi dengan tingkat kesejahteraan penduduk Indonesia, karena Sebagian besar penduduk masih menggantungkan pemenuhan kebutuhan hidupnya pada pemanfaatan tanah dan hasil-hasilnya. Upaya memiminimalisir ketimpangan pemilikan dan penguasaan tanah dapat dilakukan dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan reorientasi, yang dilanjutkan dengan rekonstruksi hukum agraria nasional, khususnya hukum tanah. Existing Condition pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan tanah berdasarkan perundang-undangan mengarah pada konsep hukum perdata barat, yang menempatkan tanah sebatas komoditas, bukan sebagai asset. Hal ini menunjukkan pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan pelaksanaan UUPA teridentifikasi menyimpang dari amanat Undang-Undang Pokok Agraria yang menempatkan Hukum Adat sebagai dasar pengaturannya, dengan prioritas pemilikan/penguasaan tanah pada rakyat, berdasarkan kedudukannya sebagai Natuurlijke Persoon atas dasar hubungan yang bersifat magis religius. Kajian normatif ini membahas konsep hukum hukum asli pengelolaan dan pemanfatan tanah oleh organisasi masyarakat hukum adat/penguasa adat, maupun individu sebagai anggota masyarakat hukum adat, serta menawarkan konsep yang seharusnya diambil berdasarkan hukum adat semende dalam rangka pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan agraria nasional, khususnya hukum tanah. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan ditemukan konsep hukum tanah asli semede bahwa, pada hakekatnya tanah adalah milik Tuhan. Tuhan menetapkan hak memanfaatkan tanah bagi manusia, dan Pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan tanah tersebut dilakukan dibawah pimpinan penguasa adat berdasarkan pembedaan kepentingan umum dan kepentingan pribadi, bukan dalam arti pemisahan, sebagai upaya menjaga akses individu sebagai anggota paguyuban masyarakat hukum adat terhadap tanah tetap terjamin.
