Abstract

Accommodative learning needs to be implemented in schools that have students with disabilities. Teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Jeddah currently lack adequate knowledge and skills in applying accommodative learning strategies. This condition arises due to the absence of specialized programs for enhancing teachers' competencies in accommodative learning and the lack of dissemination of inclusive education guidelines. Therefore, this community service program aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in accommodative learning while also promoting the guidelines for implementing inclusive education. The program was conducted through offline training sessions using lecture, discussion, and case study methods. The training results indicate an improvement in teachers' understanding and skills, as evidenced by a 35-point increase in post-test scores compared to the pre-test. Evaluation results also show high satisfaction with the training materials, with over 70% of teachers reporting being very satisfied. Furthermore, speaker evaluation results indicate that over 80% of teachers were highly satisfied with the speaker's performance. Nevertheless, follow-up programs are still necessary to ensure that teachers retain and apply the acquired knowledge effectively. Keywords: accommodative learning, inclusive education, teachers

Abstract

UPT Perlindungan dan Pelayanan Sosial Asuhan Anak (UPT PPSAA) merupakan lembaga yang difungsikan untuk melindungi dan membantu anak-anak yang memerlukan perlindungan khusus. UPT PPSAA melaksanakan program pelayanan sosial untuk para anak yang memiliki permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial, misalnya anak jalanan, anak terlantar, anak yatim, anak yatim piatu, anak piatu, anak dari korban kekerasan, dan anak dari keluarga yang kurang mampu. Mental serta emosionalnya yang belum stabil atau biasa dikatakan labil ini membuat kebanyakan remaja merasakan konflik yang terjadi pada dirinya sendiri. Melalui salah satu program di UPT PPSAA Trenggalek yaitu Program bimbingan spiritual dapat membantu anak selain untuk meningkatkan iman dan taqwa tetapi juga membantu anak untuk memiliki ketahanan dari segi sosial dan emosionalnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendekskripsikan dan menganalisis penerapan program bimbingan spiritual dalam meningkatkan sosial emosional anak usia 12- 15 tahun serta faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program bimbingan spiritual merupakan salah satu program yang penting dalam mengembalikan sosial emosional anak melalui identifikasi kebutuhan anak, metode yang tepat dalam implementasi program serta keterlibatan tugas dan tanggung jawab oleh seluruh tenaga pegawai di UPT PPSAA Trenggalek baik pekerja sosial, pengasuh, pembimbing maupun seluruh instrukstur yang berperan dalam membantu anak mengenali, memahami perasaan mereka, memberikan motivasi tentang pentingnya bimbingan spiritual serta membimbing anak-anak untuk mengenali dan mengelola emosi mereka dengan cara yang sehat. Adapun faktor pendukung dalam penerapan program bimbingan spiritual ini seperti lingkungan lembaga yang positif dan kondusif bagi anak-anak, program bimbingan spiritual yang bersifat wajib, adanya tenaga pembimbing dan pengasuh yang mendukung penerapan program bimbingan spiritual dan perkembangan sosial-emosional anak, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, serta partisipasi anak dalam program bimbingan spiritual yang semakin meningkat. Sementara faktor penghambat penerapan program bimbingan spiritual adalah kurangnya partisipasi anak dalam program bimbingan spiritual, pengaruh lingkungan dan pergaulan anak yang dapat membawa dampak negatif, pengaruh media dan teknologi, terutama penggunaan gadget, media sosial, dan game online yang dapat mengalihkan perhatian anak dari kegiatan spiritual.

Abstract

Kecanduan gadget pada anak-anak semakin meluas dan berdampak negatif, terutama jika terjadi pada masa keemasan perkembangan. Hal ini dapat menghambat tumbuh kembang anak. Program belajar sambil bermain berbasis tradisional di Kampung Lali Gadget hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan program tersebut serta efektivitasnya dalam mengurangi intensitas kecanduan gadget pada anak-anak di Kampung Lali Gadget Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan program belajar sambil bermain tradisional di Kampung Lali Gadget efektif dalam mengurangi kecanduan gadget pada anak. Program ini sejalan dengan teori konstruktivisme sosial Vygotsky, yang menekankan pentingnya interaksi sosial dalam proses belajar. Melalui permainan tradisional yang dilakukan secara berkelompok, anak-anak memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang aktif, menyenangkan, serta mampu membangun kebiasaan positif, interaksi sosial yang sehat, dan mengalihkan perhatian dari penggunaan gadget secara berlebihan.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan manajemen kelas pada mata pelajaran seni kelas 10 di SKB Negeri Surabaya merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang kondusif dan partisipatif. Memiliki peserta didik dengan latar belakang yang berbeda membuat tutor perlu menerapkan strategi khusus agar pembelajaran tetap efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pelaksanaan manajemen kelas meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaannya. Subjek penelitan sebanyak 14 orang, 10 orang peserta didik, dan 4 orang tutor. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus digunakan untuk dapat menggali lebih dalam hal kompleks yang terjadi di kelas pada saat pelaksanaan manajemen kelas dan melalui sudut pandang yang beragam. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tutor memanfaatkan modul Kurikulum Merdeka, metode demonstrasi disertai praktik langsung, serta media belajar fisik untuk mendorong aktivitas belajar dan komunikasi interaktif. Faktor pendukung meliputi peran tutor sebagai fasilitator dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung, sementara faktor penghambat berupa kurangnya kesadaran peserta didik akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai pelajar. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan strategi manajemen kelas pada pendidikan nonformal pada mata pelajaran seni serta memberikan wawasan baru tentang praktik pembelajaran yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to describe the needs of the industry workforce for graduates of Health Vocational Schools. Method: This study employs a qualitative approach. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The object of this study is four industrial health facilities in the Surabaya area. The subjects of the study are health service business owners or personnel departments. Data analysis in qualitative research is carried out through four stages. Results: The challenging skill aspects required are the ability to operate a computer and good skills in each field of competence. Additional skills required are vital signs checks, monitoring child development, and basic childcare skills. The soft skills abilities required are teamwork, communication skills, leadership, networking, adaptability, friendliness, good work ethic, discipline, and empathy. Novelty: This study will examine the specific industrial needs of the workforce for graduates of Health Vocational High Schools, with a focus on the competency gap that still exists between the education curriculum and the demands of the healthcare industry. This study identifies the technical and non-technical skills most needed by companies in the health sector, thus providing new insights into improving the curriculum of Health Vocational High Schools.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to develop a career management model for students of Health vocational high schools in the workforce. Method: This study uses a descriptive method with a case study approach. The research objects are Nusantara Health Vocational High School and Surabaya Health Vocational High School. The research instruments are in-depth interview guides, observation guides, and documentation guides. The analysis uses multi-site analysis. Results: The results of the study found that the career management model for students of Health vocational high schools consists of 4 stages, namely 1) career management planning consisting of annual work meetings, involving the work industry in learning planning, and curriculum modification planning according to the needs of the work industry; 2) organizing career management consisting of dividing tasks and responsibilities based on areas of expertise, determining and confirming those responsible for each program, and determining coordination and integration paths between sections; 3) implementation of career management; and 4) career management supervision consisting of comprehensive supervision in all aspects, use of monitoring and evaluation instruments, involvement of alumni and the world of work in the monitoring and evaluation process. Novelty: This model uniquely incorporates active industry participation in curriculum design, field practice implementation, and alumni-involved evaluation while introducing a holistic structural coordination framework and integrated monitoring tools rarely applied in health vocational education contexts.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study was to increase creative thinking in Indonesian language learning by using the Experiential Seamless Learning model. Method: This research uses Branch's ADDIE model with 66 students as subjects. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires, and the data analysis technique employed was the independent samples t-test. Results: The effectiveness of the Experiential Seamless Learning model in enhancing students' creative thinking skills was evaluated, and quantitative data were collected. The t-test results showed a difference between classes using the Experiential Seamless Learning model and conventional classes. The difference lies in the acquisition of the average value of creative thinking skills in the Experiential Seamless Learning model class higher than the conventional class. Novelty: The Experiential Seamless Learning model in language learning, an original concept, offers the advantage of providing a fresh perspective on existing topics, specifically by combining two experiential theories and seamless learning. The novelty of new research results lies in their ability to make significant contributions to existing research fields, particularly in the application of learning in continuity, which can be achieved both formally and informally. Novelty with an interdisciplinary approach has the advantage of helping to solve more complex learning problems, especially in improving creative thinking. The research conducted was only limited to description text material, and the mobile seamless learning dimensions used were seven out of ten dimensions.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes, the latest of which is the Merdeka Curriculum. Apart from the teaching modules, one of the differences between the independent curriculum and other curricula is the existence of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project or often referred to as P5. One of the P5 themes is entrepreneurship. The method used is a qualitative method with the aim of describing descriptive data related to the strategies used by school principals in building an entrepreneurial spirit through the Independent Curriculum Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project. In implementing the P5 project, 3 stages are used, including: inspiration, creation and dedication. All stages ran smoothly and the P5 project activities with the entrepreneurship theme were also successfully held.

Abstract

Physical activity in early childhood is crucial for physical, cognitive, social, emotional development, as well as to train their motor skills. Physical motor learning contributes to the development of basic skills and the improvement of other aspects. One of the methods applied is the alphabet movement learning model, which has an important role in the growth of early childhood, especially in supporting attention and memory abilities, which are the foundation in the development process. This study aims to analyze the interaction of alphabet movement activity on the attention and memory of early childhood. This study used a quasi-experimental Nonrandomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group design involving 100 children who were divided into an experimental group (n = 50) and a control group (n = 50). The experimental group was given additional locomotor and non-locomotor movements that interpreted the alphabet, while the control group followed the regular curriculum. The results showed that the experimental group had higher attention and memory abilities, which were caused by the multisensory approach and coordinative movements that improved body movement control and optimized cognitive function.

Abstract

Retensi guru adalah masalah kritis di sektor pendidikan, terkait erat dengan dinamika organisasi dan nilai-nilai individu. Tinjauan ini mengeksplorasi peran budaya organisasi sekolah dan religiusitas guru dalam meningkatkan loyalitas guru dan mengurangi niat pergantian. Temuan empiris menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat dan positif secara signifikan menurunkan niat untuk pergi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan memperkuat komitmen kerja. Demikian pula, tingkat religiusitas yang tinggi di antara guru berkontribusi pada kepuasan kerja yang lebih besar, motivasi intrinsik, dan perilaku yang bertanggung jawab dengan membingkai profesi guru sebagai tugas moral dan spiritual. Kepuasan kerja diidentifikasi sebagai faktor mediasi utama yang menghubungkan budaya organisasi dan religiusitas dengan retensi guru. Tinjauan ini menyoroti pentingnya strategis menumbuhkan budaya sekolah berbasis nilai dan mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritual untuk mempertahankan keterlibatan guru dan komitmen jangka panjang terhadap profesi.
