Abstract

The purpose of this service is to provide a learning experience for tutors of Study Group of Packages C at PKBM Anggrek Bulan in preparing teaching materials because so far the tutors have not maximally used this application in the learning process. The activity was carried out in the form of a training workshop with 25 very enthusiastic participants. The results of this activity are that there is high enthusiasm from the trainees in participating in the workshop which can be seen from their enthusiasm in practicing using the Canva application to compile and design teaching materials attractively, quickly, and creatively. There was an increase in knowledge, attitudes, and skills after attending this workshop. It can be concluded that this workshop yielded positive results on the skills of the tutors of package C in developing their teaching materials.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to find out the effect of life skill education through SMEs in the craft of making beautiful besek on work motivation. (2) Knowing the effect of life skills education through MSME crafts making beautiful besek on meeting family needs. This research uses a type of quantitative research with correlational methods. The number of research samples is 123 students. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variable is the treatment of this study, namely Life Skills Education (life skills). The dependent variable is work motivation and meeting family needs. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Questionnaires are used to find out the results of life skills education, work motivation and meeting family needs. The hypothesis testing data analysis technique is simple linear regression analysis. The results and analysis of research data were obtained as follows: (1) The results of the linear regression analyze test showed a significance value of 0.000 or α <0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), so it could be concluded that there was an effect of Life Skills Education on work motivation in the village of Pucanganak, Tugu sub-district, Trenggalek Regency. (2) The results of the linear regression analyze test have a significance value of 0.000 or α < 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of Life Skills Education on fulfilling family needs in Pucanganak Village, Tugu District, Trenggalek Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to regenerate students' learning motivation by focusing on the use of culture-based learning media owned by the Indonesian nation. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, the problem will be described in words by minimizing the use of numbers, the process of collecting and analyzing data is carried out in a narrative manner. Data collection techniques in research at SD Negeri Mojowarno I Jombang were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation studies. In this study, several stages were applied, namely the pre-field stage, the field work stage, data analysis and data report generation. The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the interactive angklung media that is applied in Social Sciences (IPS) material is an effective learning media to foster student learning motivation, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, through this interactive angklung learning media the enthusiasm of students in learning begins to grow. and rekindled again.

Abstract

One of the efforts to achieve sustainable competitive advantage is through marketing strategy, both for companies that produce goods and services and for educational institutions. Marketing strategy in education can be considered in designing overall program planning to meet the satisfaction of stakeholders and the community of educational service users. This study aims to determine, explain, and analyze marketing strategy and implementation of marketing strategy to improve school quality at SD Nation Star Academy Surabaya. The research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, documentation, and the application of triangulation techniques. Data analysis involves the process of data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study reveal that (1) the form of educational marketing strategy, especially marketing strategy, has been carried out effectively through understanding the needs of consumers who utilize educational services, and (2) the implementation of educational marketing strategy at SD Nation Star Academy Surabaya on each marketing mix indicator has been running well, although there are still some weaknesses found. Strong cooperation among stakeholders, including the principal, staff, teachers, and students, who all fulfil their responsibilities with a common goal of improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to equip students at PKBM Anak Panah Surabaya to have skills and entrepreneurship. By generating interest in business from an early age, it is hoped that it can prepare students to be independent. Learn to develop a business by using digital media as a marketing medium so that students are able to sell food and drinks. This research uses qualitative research methods by collecting data from participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the digital marketing training that has been carried out at PKBM Anak Panah plays an important role in shaping students' attitudes and interest in entrepreneurship. First, by having good knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship, students can broaden their horizons and knowledge related to the world of business and entrepreneurship. Apart from fostering interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship subjects for students at PKBM Anak Panah also have benefits in improving student learning achievement. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of online business optimization and interest in food and beverage businesses at PKBM Anak Panah.

Abstract

Children with special needs often struggle to maintain their focus. This study aims to evaluate the influence of using Android media on the focus ability of children with special needs. The research was conducted with 10 special needs children at a Cerebral Palsy Care Foundation. The research method employed was quasi-experimental with a single-group pre-test post-test control design. The results of the study indicate that the use of Android media significantly improves the focus ability of children with special needs. The pre-test data showed an average score of 2.9, while the post-test data showed an average score of 10. The Sign Test was used to calculate the results, and the ZH value (5.06) was found to be greater than the 5% Z-table value (1.64) / ZH (5.06) > Z table (1.64). Therefore, it is recommended to consider using Android media as an alternative to enhance the focus ability of children with special needs.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of using Google Sites-based e-learning media to learn photography. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a one-group pre-test and post-test experimental research design. Researchers collected data through tests on 24 students in class XI Multimedia at Wijaya Putra Vocational School. Data analysis was performed using the T test, Based on the results of the t test on the output table of the paired sample test, it was found that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) was 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that there is a significant difference between learning outcomes in pre-test and post-test scores after using e-learning media based on Google Sites. As a suggestion for further research, in addition to testing student learning outcomes variables, research can consider the application of Google Sites in increasing student learning motivation and independence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran treffinger terhadap Kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperiemen, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Research. Kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran treffinger, satu kelas hanya menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada saat pretest di kelas eksperimen sama dengan kelas kontrol hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai (0.891)˃ (1.7138) sedangkan untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis pada posttest ada perbedaan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai (0,852) ) ˃ (1.7138), dan data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh hasil belajar siswa pada saat pretest di kelas eksperimen sama dengan kelas kontrol hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai (0.891)˃ (1.7138) sedangkan untuk hasil belajar pada posttest ada perbedaan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai (0,852) ) ˃ (1.7138)) Jadi ada pengaruh model pembelajaran treffinger terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kelas IV pada subtema keberagaman budaya bangsaku di Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah 24 Ketintang Surabaya. Abstract

Improving teacher competence is very important to face challenges in the world of education, especially in terms of creativity and innovation in learning. The Teacher Mover Program is designed to overcome the problem of low teacher creativity and improve the quality of learning in schools. This study aims to examine the implementation of the Teacher Mover Program in improving teacher competence at SMPN 12 Surabaya and SMPN 32 Surabaya, with a focus on pedagogical development and teacher professionalism. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a data triangulation approach involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that pedagogical development through online training, mentoring, workshops, and learning communities can improve teacher competence in managing more effective learning. Teachers are also trained to master educational technology and apply more innovative learning methods, such as differentiated learning and student-centered learning. In addition, teacher professional development, which includes improving competence in learning, innovation, and creativity, also improves the quality of teaching. However, this study also found several obstacles, such as limited time for program implementation and inadequate facilities. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended that schools allocate a special budget in the RKAS or collaborate with the private sector and parents. This study concludes that the Teacher Mover Program has proven to be effective in improving teacher competence in both pedagogical and professional aspects and must be supported by adequate policies and facilities for the sustainability of this program.
