Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve community digital literacy, especially in terms of transaction security and personal data protection in digital marketing activities. The activity was carried out in Kayumalue Ngapa Village, North Palu District, with an educational-participatory approach involving residents, MSME players, and digital media users. The implementation of the activity was carried out through several stages, namely initial observation, interactive lectures, educational video screenings, as well as discussion and question and answer sessions. The results of the activity showed an increase in public understanding and awareness of the importance of maintaining digital data security, as well as the emergence of a more cautious attitude in online transactions. Participants welcomed the simple, visual, and applicable method of delivering the material. This activity shows that participation-based education is effective in building collective awareness of cyber threats, and needs to be continued with further technical training to strengthen the community's practical ability to deal with digital risks.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of cybercrime and cybersecurity on customer trust in e-banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Palu Gajah Mada Branch, addressing a research gap related to the limited studies in the Islamic banking sector. The study offers a novel approach by integrating sharia principles into the analysis of digital security. The aim of this research is to identify how cyber threats and cybersecurity measures influence customers’ perceptions of e-banking security. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design, the study involved 100 respondents selected through an accidental sampling method. The results of linear regression analysis indicate that cybercrime significantly reduces customer trust, while cybersecurity has a strong positive influence. The implications of these findings highlight the need for increased investment in digital security to maintain customer trust, ultimately supporting the stability and growth of Islamic banking

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh kualitas produk murabahah dan layanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah di LKMS BTM Surya Amanah Temanggung. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan layanan keuangan syariah serta pentingnya kualitas pelayanan dan produk dalam menjaga loyalitas nasabah. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus dan fenomenologi interpretif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk murabahah dipandang sebagai solusi keuangan yang selaras dengan nilai spiritual, memberikan ketenangan batin. Pelayanan yang personal, empatik, dan edukatif memperkuat kepercayaan nasabah. Kualitas produk dan layanan secara bersamaan membentuk pengalaman nasabah yang meningkatkan kepuasan. Penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan pelayanan berbasis nilai Islam dan pengembangan produk murabahah yang fleksibel untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, sehingga memperkuat loyalitas nasabah.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, review, and analyze the Open Recruitment for the Filling of High-Level Leadership Positions Following the Establishment of the New Autonomous Region of Papua, the inhibiting factors, and the efforts made to overcome these obstacles. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The theory used in this study is Hugo Horta's theory (2014:22), namely Recruitment, Selection, Transparency, and Performance Assessment. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of open recruitment for the filling of Primary High Leadership Positions (JPT) in the South Papua Provincial Government has not been fully optimal. Success has only been seen in the selection and performance assessment dimensions, while in the recruitment and transparency dimensions there are still a number of significant weaknesses. Several factors hindering the implementation of this open recruitment include limited human resources; limited infrastructure and supporting facilities; and high political intervention and the dominance of local interests. To overcome these obstacles, strategic and systematic efforts are needed in line with applicable regulations, including through Improving the Quality and Quantity of Human Resources; Wider Socialization and Dissemination of Information; Overcoming Political Intervention and Group Interests; Utilization of Technology and Digitalization of the Recruitment Process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keinginan peneliti untuk mengetahui nilai agama dan moral yang terkandung didalam animasi Nusssa dan Rara karena telah menjadi panduan disekolah sebagai tontonan peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Hasil dari pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat nilai nilai. agama dan moral. yang terkandung pada film animasi Nussa dan Rara sebagaimana berikut jujur, menolong, saling memaafkan, sportif, berdoa dan terima kasih. Pada akhirnya peneliti menyarankan kepada guru guru TK dalam menanamkan nilai agama dan moral anak dapat menggunakan film animasi sebagai tontonan

Abstract

The Corona-Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has impacted all levels of society and has disrupted all aspects of life, including education. On the other hand, the current crisis is rekindling the need for online learning opportunities and virtual education programs. Most medical schools have responded to this by turning to online or video-based learning. In the face of a pandemic, maintaining standards in medical education, keeping clinical knowledge on track, and minimizing assessment disruptions are complex tasks to complete. This new environment requires adaptation to prepare future doctors for their roles better. This research will implement an immersive medical learning platform by integrating the real immersive experience of Virtual Reality (VR) into medical education. The use of VR in this study has given satisfaction to users through the PIECES framework analysis by getting a score between 3.9 - 4.2 from the measurement of user satisfaction which means that users are satisfied with the offerings and services of this platform.

Abstract

Persalinan Sectio Caesarea adalah suatu proses pembedahan melalui irisan pada dinding perut dan dinding rahim untuk melahirkan janin. Menurut World Health Organization standar rata-rata operasi SectioCaesarea sekitar 5-15 persen. Persalinan Sectio Caesarea di Indonesia masih sangat tinggi yakni berkisar antara 30 persen sampai 70 persen, baik di rumah sakit swasta maupun pemerintah. Ada berbagai faktor penyebab terjadinya persalinan sectio caesarea yaitu baik faktor indikasi medis maupun faktor lain baik dari ibu maupun bayinya, tapi hampir semuanya disebabkan oleh indikasi medis.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Ketuban Pecah Dini, Riwayat SectioCaesarea dan Preeklamsi dengan kejadian Sectio Caesarea di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang Tahun 2021. Desain penelitiankuantitatif menggunakan metode survey analitik melalui pendekatancross sectional. Populasinya adalah semua ibu bersalin di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang Tahun 2021 yang berjumlah 1.019 respoden dengan menggunakan teknik Systematic Random Sampling, didapatkan sampel 91 responden. Hasil penelitian dari analisis bivariat dari 91 responden terdapat hubungan Ketuban Pecah Dini didapatkan nilai (p. value = 0.045) dengan Kejadian SectioCaesarea, Riwayat SectioCaesarea didapatkan nilai (p.value = 0.005) dengan Kejadian SectioCaesarea, dan Preeklamsi didapatkan nilai (p. value = 0.019) dengan Kejadian SectioCaesarea di Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Palembang Tahun 2021. Diharapkan ibu hamil diberikan penyuluhan atau informasi tentang faktor resiko selama kehamilan dan cara mengatasinya sehingga dapat menimalisir Kejadian Sectio Caesarea.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is breastfeeding without additional food and drink for babies aged zero to six months. The objective of this study is to reveal the relationship of mother's knowledge, husband's support, and health workers’ support simultaneously with exclusive breastfeeding at PMB Husniyati Palembang in 2024. This is a quantitative study using an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all mothers who had babies aged 6-12 months old, totaling 100 respondents. The sample of this study was taken by using the Slovin formula resulting in 50 respondents chosen using accidental sampling techniques. Data were analyzed using the Chi Square test. The univariate analysis showed that 26 respondents (52.0%) did not provide exclusive breastfeeding, and 24 respondents (48.0%) provided exclusive breastfeeding. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was relationship of mother's knowledge with the p-value of 0.022, husband's support with the p-value of 0.022, and health workers’ support with the p-value of 0.025 with exclusive breastfeeding. It can be concluded that there really is a relationship between mothers’ knowledge, husband's support, and health workers’ support with exclusive breastfeeding Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding

Abstract

Background: Puskesmas is a Community Health Center which is a health service facility that aims to carry out public health efforts and first level individual care. Puskesmas prioritize promotive and preventive efforts to achieve optimal public health status. In the current industrial era 4.0, almost all activities have been digitized, the puskesmas should also have started to be digitized. Purpose: The data collection system at the Paciran Health Center still uses a manual system and patients often do not carry Maternal and Child Health (MCH) books. This research aims to accelerate the performance of the midwives at the Puskesmas so that it does not take up a lot of time and effort. And make it easier for the public so they don't have to carry the MCH handbook and see the examination results without opening the MCH handbook. Methods: The method of data collection used by the author in this research is observation, interviews and literature study. With the Java programming language with Netbeans IDE 8.0.2 as an editor and MySQL as a database. Results: The result of this research is that the data collection process becomes faster and more regular. Then the process of making reports can also be faster and neater. And also the patients are helped because they can know their progress, even though they do not carry or do not have the MCH book. Conclusion: This research aims to speed up the performance of midwives at the Paciran Community Health Center by digitizing the data recording system which was previously still manual. By using the Java programming language and MySQL database, this system allows the recording and reporting process to be faster and more structured. Apart from that, patients also find it easy to access examination results without having to carry a KIA book. The research results show that this digitalization increases the efficiency of services at the Community Health Center and makes it easier to access information for patients.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of MIKADA products in increasing sales volume carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" in Dampal village, Sirenja District, Donggala Regency. The informant in this study was coordinator and head of business group Nadoli Nasintuvu and several consumers/buyers of MIKADA products. This study used a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, and ductumeation. The results showed that to increase sales volume, the marketing strategy carried out by the women's business group "Nadoli Nasintuvu" includes a labeling product strategy, highlighting product quality and using new packaging, pricing strategy, by setting prices according to operational costs incurred, place strategy, namely serving purchases at production houses, marketing in the local market and establishing partnerships with the Sikola Mombine Foundation to Marketing, while the promotion strategies used include advertising through the distribution of brochures, personal sales and publicity.
