Abstract

                                                                   ABSTRAKInfeksi Saluran Pernafasan Akut merupakan penyakit menular dari saluran pernafasan atas atau bawah yang dapat menimbulkan berbagai spektrum penyakit patogen yang masuk dan menginfeksi saluran pernafasan dan menyebabkan inflamasi ISPA teremasuk golongan Air Borne Disease yang penularan penyakitnya melalui udara. ISPA penyebab utama kematian terbesar ketiga di dunia Prevalensi ISPA di Indonesia sebesar 9,3% diantaranya 9,0% laki- laki dan 9,7% perempuan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui adanya hubungan lingkungan dan perilaku terhadap kejadian ISPA pada dewasa di Klinik Makmur Jaya 2. Metodologi penelitian metode cross sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan populasi 116 responden dan sampel 54 responden. Hasil penelitian lingkungan lebih dari setengahnya 33 responden (61,1%) yang berperilaku tidak bersih, hampir setengahnya memiliki perilaku kurang berjumlah 23 responden (42,6%) dan sebagian besar 46 responden (85,2%) memiliki angka kejadian ISPA. Dari hasil uji statistik Chi square didapatkan hasil (p-value 0,00) maka ada hubungan yang bermakna antara lingkungan terhadap kejadian ISPA, didapatkan hasil yaitu (p-value 0,03) maka ada hubungan yang bermakna antara perilaku terhadap kejadian ISPA pada dewasa. Kesimpuulan ada hubungan antara lingkungan dan perilaku terhadap kejadian ISPA pada dewasa di Klinik Makmur Jaya 2. Saran pentingnya menjaga agar lingkungan tetap bersih dan berperilaku baik sehingga tidak mudah terkena penyakit.                                                                   ABSTRACTAcute Respiratory Infection is an infectious disease of the upper or lower respiratory tract that can cause a wide spectrum of pathogenic diseases that enter and infect the respiratory tract and cause inflammation ARI is included in the class of Air Borne Disease which transmits the disease through the air. ARI is the third leading cause of death in the world The prevalence of ARI in Indonesia is 9.3% including 9.0% of men and 9.7% of women. The purpose relationship between environment and behavior on the incidence of ARI in adults at the Makmur Jaya 2 Clinic. The research methodology quantitative approach using purposive sampling technique with a population of 116 respondents and a sample of 54 respondents. The results showed that the environment was more than half of the 33 respondents (61.1%) who behaved uncleanly, almost half had poor behavior totaling 23 respondents (42.6%) and most of the 46 respondents (85.2%) had an ARI incidence rate. From the results of the Chi square statistical test, the results obtained (p-value 0.00), there is a significant relationship between the environment and the incidence of URI, the results obtained are (p-value 0.03), there is a significant relationship between behavior and the incidence of URI in adults. The conclusion relationship between the environment and behavior towards the incidence of ARI in adults at the Makmur Jaya 2 Clinic. The suggestion be useful, especially for respondents, the importance of keeping the environment clean and behaving well so that they are not susceptible to disease.

Abstract

Abstract: Stunting is a condition where there is failure to thrive in children under five years old caused by chronic malnutrition so that children are too short for their age. Blora Regency has several areas that are included in the focus of handling stunting, one of which is the Kedungtuban area. Kedungtuban Health Center is the main health center in Kedungtuban District. The purpose of the study was to determine the causes of stunting in the perspective of mothers of toddlers. The type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted at the Kedungtuban Health Center. The sample amounted to 94 people. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data analysis was done univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was a relationship between maternal knowledge (p value: 0.000) and exclusive breastfeeding (p value: 0.000) with the incidence of stunting. It is recommended for the Puskesmas to schedule routine health counseling activities for mothers of toddlers about stunting prevention and develop an assistance program to improve nutritional intake.Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Maternal Knowledge, Stunting

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia is a medical condition where there is an increase in blood glucose levels that exceed normal limits. Unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity are one of the causes of uncontrolled blood sugar levels. This study aims to determine the relationship of physical activity and diet to blood sugar levels of patients with diabetes mellitus in the Internal Medicine Polyclinic of Selasih Regional General Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. Research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The total sample of 84 respondents was taken using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that the majority of low physical activity were 49 respondents (58.3%), poor diet were 59 respondents (70.2%) and uncontrolled blood sugar levels were 64 respondents (76.2%). There is a relationship between physical activity (0.030) and diet (0.011) on blood sugar levels of diabetes mellitus patients at the Internal Medicine Polyclinic of Selasih Regional General Hospital, Pelalawan Regency. It is recommended to respondents to be able to do physical activities such as and adjust their diet so that the respondent's blood sugar levels are controlled and prevent worse conditions due to complications.Keywords: Diabetes mellitus, blood sugar, physical activity, diet

Abstract

Based on an initial survey in the Makmur Village of the Pangkalan Kerinci II BLUD Puskesmas Working Area of 8 elderly DM, it was found that the elderly often forgot when putting their own things, forgot the day, date and even often forgot what was just discussed, 5 elderly people did not remember the elderly posyandu schedule or blood sugar control schedule. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between risk factors for decreased cognitive function in the elderly with diabetes mellitus. This type of research uses quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in June 2023 using total sampling. The sample amounted to 167 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between family support (p value: 0.001) and physical activity (p value: 0.000) on the decline in cognitive function in the elderly with DM. It is recommended to the Puskesmas to increase elderly Posyandu activities and make health promotion efforts to DM sufferers and families.    Keywords: Diabetes, Family Support, Elderly.

Abstract

Based on an initial survey, the number of mothers who do not provide exclusive breastfeeding increases every year, so there are various factors that influence the lack of optimality in exclusive breastfeeding. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between socioeconomic factors that influence mothers' decisions not to provide exclusive breastfeeding. This type of research uses quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in June 2022 using consecutive sampling. The sample amounted to 109 people. The results showed that there was a relationship between education level (p value: 0.006), working status (p value: 0.001) on exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended for health workers, especially those who provide treatment to mothers and children, it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as discussion or reference material related to improving the performance of health services in a place or area of coverage of their work area. Keywords: Exclusive breastfeeding, work, education

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan pada sektor pariwisata desa merupakan salah satu upaya penting dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal di Indonesia. Embung Songgo Langit, yang terletak di Desa Poncol, Kecamatan Poncol, Kabupaten Magetan merupakan salah satu potensi wisata alam yang belum dikelola dengan optimal. Maka dari itu, dibuatlah program Optimalisasi Embung Songgo Langit sebagai destinasi wisata berkelanjutan di Desa Poncol. Program ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan Embung Songgo Langit menjadi salah satu destinasi wisata berkelanjutan dengan cara memperbaiki aksesibilitas, menyediakan fasilitas pendukung, melatih masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan wisata, dan meningkatkan promosi agar lebih dikenal banyak orang. Optimalisasi Embung Songgo Langit dilakukan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu analisis potensi wisata, penentuan jenis kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan pengembangan Embung Songgo Langit telah menunjukkan hasil yang positif, terutama dalam hal perbaikan aksesibilitas dan peningkatan fasilitas. Akan tetapi, potensi wisata embung sebagai sumber pendapatan ekonomi bagi masyarakat Desa Poncol masih memerlukan perhatian lebih lanjut. Rekomendasi utama dari program ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan bagi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan dan perbaikan fasilitas pendukung, serta strategi promosi yang lebih intensif.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelatihan tajwid sangat perlu diberikan, khususnya buat anak-anak sebagai pemula dalam membaaca Al-Qur’an. Ilmu Tajwid penting dipahami bagi anak usia SD/MI karena ilmu tersebut diterapkan dalam membaca Al-Quran. Mengajarkan ilmu tajwid dalam membaca Al-Quran kepada anak-anak bertujuan agar dalam membaca lebih tartil dan fasih sehingga meresapkan iman dan meneguhkan akhlak melalui ayat-ayat suci-Nya. Pelatihan oleh peserta pengabdi di Surau Bulangan Barat Kecamatan Pegantenan Kabupaten Pamekasan-Madura merupakan salah satu upaya pengabdian dengan bentuk memberikan bekal ilmu ataupun wawasan kepada anak-anak di Desa Bulangan Barat. Berdasarkan pantauan pengabdi, anak usia SD/Mi di Surau Bulangan barat tingkat pemahaman terhadap Tajwid masih kurang sehingga butuh pelatihan dan pendampingan. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian yang dilakukan pengabdi diperolah hasil 77% dari jumlah peltihan sebanyak 20 orang dapat memahami ilmu dasar tajwid dan mampu mempraktikkan ilmu tajwid tersebut. Kata kunci : Pelatihan, Ilmu Tajwid, Tahsin, Al-Qur’an Abstract Tajweed training really needs to be given, especially for children as beginners in reading the Qur'an. The science of Tajweed is important for elementary/MI children to understand because it is applied in reading the Koran. Teaching tajwid in reading the Qur’an to children aims to make reading more tartil and fluent so that it absorbs faith and strengthens morals through His holy verses. Training by service participants at Surau Bulangan Barat, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan-Madura Regency is one of the service efforts in the form of providing knowledge or insight to children in West Bulangan Village. Based on the servant's observation, elementary/mi-aged children in Surau Bulangan Barat have a low level of understanding of Tajwid so they need training and assistance. Based on the results of the dedication carried out by the service, 77% of the total training was obtained as many as 20 people were able to understand the basic science of recitation and were able to practice the science of recitation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in Fiqh learning at SDN 18/1 Teluk and its impact on students' understanding. The application of PjBL in Fiqh learning is expected to increase students' active engagement and deepen their understanding of the Islamic religious concepts being taught. This research uses a classroom action research (CAR) method conducted in two cycles, involving observation, interviews, and student comprehension tests. The results indicate that the implementation of PjBL significantly improved students' understanding. In the first cycle, the average student score increased from 60 to 75, and in the second cycle, it rose to 85. Additionally, PjBL encouraged students to be more active, creative, and collaborative in the learning process. Despite some challenges, such as time management and task distribution within groups, PjBL proved effective in enhancing the quality of Fiqh learning. In conclusion, the PjBL model positively impacts students' understanding in Fiqh learning at SDN 18/1 Teluk.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan kondisi terhambatnya pertumbuhan anak sehingga menyebabkan malnutrisi dan peningkatan risiko stunting. Di Indonesia, stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan yang signifikan dengan prevalensi yang tinggi di berbagai daerah. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, pemerintah menerapkan program untuk meningkatkan kebiasaan makan sehat dengan memperkenalkan makanan baru puding ubi ungu, di daerah setempat. Program ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan makanan bergizi dan sehat kepada anak-anak dan ibu Hamil di daerah tersebut. Intervensi tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor seperti frekuensi konsumsi puding ungu dan tingkat pendidikan
