Abstract

Pemenuhan aspek Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan (P3K) dalam Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di tempat perusahaan merupakan komponen vital dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan responsif terhadap keadaan darurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi program P3K di berbagai perusahaan, menilai kesesuaian dengan peraturan yang berlaku, dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pelaksanaannya. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung di beberapa perusahaan dari berbagai sektor industri. Fokus penelitian mencakup ketersediaan dan kelengkapan kotak P3K, pelatihan karyawan dalam menangani situasi darurat, serta prosedur dan kebijakan perusahaan terkait P3K. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya peran manajemen dalam memastikan ketersediaan dan pemeliharaan kotak P3K. Selain itu, regulasi yang ketat dan inspeksi rutin oleh pihak berwenang sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan kepatuhan perusahaan terhadap standar P3K. Potensi bahaya di tempat kerja dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kecelakaan kerja adalah dengan adanya P3K di tempat kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan menggunakan penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. X. Pendataan sesuai dengan Peraturan Mentri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. 15 Tahun 2008 dengan menggunakan lembar observasi (check sheet). Penerapan P3K PT X disarankan agar perusahaan dapat melakukan pemeliharaan yang lebih baik, melakukan pencatatan untuk memeriksa kotak P3K dan isinya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemenuhan aspek P3K yang efektif pada PT X masih belum terpenuhi secara sempurna sesuai Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Nomor : PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effects of work environment and turnover intention on the performance of lecturers at Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Limited research exists on work environment and turnover intention in the context of maritime vocational education, and inconsistencies in previous studies on turnover intention and lecturer performance further justify this investigation. Turnover intention is also crucial for identifying factors that influence an employee’s decision to stay with or leave the organization. This study employs a quantitative, causal approach to test the relationships between variables, with quantitative methods chosen for their generalizability within the maritime vocational education context. Due to the limited number of lecturers, a saturated sample of 30 respondents was used, all of whom were faculty members at Maritime Vocational Polytechnic. Data were analyzed using Variance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (VB-SEM). Findings indicate that both work environment and turnover intention have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. However, turnover intention does not mediate the relationship between work environment and performance, suggesting that other factors may shape performance outcomes. This implies that enhancing lecturer comfort and fostering a supportive work environment could further improve performance. Future research should explore factors underlying the positive influence of turnover intention on lecturer performance at PIP Semarang.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting toddlers in East Kalimantan based on the national stunting prevalence is at 37.2%. East Kalimantan has a proportion of stunting toddlers in 2021 of 26.7%, and which are classified as short about 18.3% and also are very short about 8.4%. This community development aims to improve PHBS as a solution to health problems related to stunting issues, plan and implement intervention programs to prevent stunting in the RT 03 and RT 07 work areas, Rawa Makmur Village, Palaran District, Samarinda City. This activity was carried out using the theory of Dignan and Carr with the CARL method. The results of the activity obtained the problem of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior as an issue of stunting problems in the target area. The results of this activity have been carried out 2 intervention programs in the RT 03 and RT 07 Rawa Makmur areas which are indicators of PHBS including training on breastfeeding and MP-ASI as well as eating fruits and vegetables, and training on washing hands with soap. The conclusion of this activities is increasing significantly of the knowledge mean after the training (p value 0,001). Sustainability programs are needed to increase behavioral determinants related to reducing the risk of stunting.

Abstract

The process of processing the Active Sea Service Certificate at the Harbormaster and Port Authority (KSOP) of Tanjung Emas is still done manually, making it vulnerable to illegal levies and reliant on paper documents. Therefore, an application is needed to expedite services, enhance efficiency, and minimize the occurrence of illegal levies. This research aims to elucidate the steps for designing a SIMALA application at KSOP Tanjung Emas and to assess its effectiveness. This research employs the Research and Development method, incorporating Planning, Production, and Evaluation (PPE) steps. The effectiveness of the SIMALA application at KSOP Tanjung Emas is gauged using the N-gain value. The process of creating a SIMALA application design at KSOP Tanjung Emas begins with planning, which encompasses preparing tools and materials, conceptualizing the SIMALA application system model, designing the database, structuring database tables, and interface design. The subsequent step is production, involving program and interface implementation. The final step is evaluation, which includes black box testing, phase I improvements, phase II testing, and phase II improvements. The effectiveness of the SIMALA application at KSOP Tanjung Emas falls within the high category, as evidenced by the N-gain value of 0.764.

Abstract

Childbirth is a natural process experienced by women as one of the life cycles, 90-95% of deliveries should be able to proceed normally vaginally without complications. Based on data from the 2017 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS), anxiety or severe pain in labor was 53.9%. When experiencing excessive anxiety, fear, and anxiety, the body will produce stress hormones in the form of adrenaline and increase pain in labor. It was this paradigm that gave birth to a calm and polite birth method that made use of all natural elements, which was called a gentle birth. Gentle birth is one way to prepare pregnant women during pregnancy. Giving birth with a gentle birth gives pregnant women a sense of security and confidence to use their own abilities and strengths to give birth to babies. The activity begins with a physical examination of pregnant women then provides health education about classes for pregnant women and the gentle birth method. The last activity is evaluation and question and answer about health education that has been given to pregnant women. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that it can increase the knowledge of pregnant women in villages that provide services at the Polindes so that pregnant women can face childbirth comfortably and with minimal trauma and pain.

Abstract

This research was conducted to understand the financial performance of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The type used in this study was secondary data involving various sources such as collecting data taken from the financial reports of the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. This research was a quantitative analysis type with non-statistical research methods. Overall, the financial condition of the cooperative tended to show a decline in health from 2020 to 2021, especially in terms of liquidity and profitability. This could be attributed to underoptimized assets, such as cash or receivables not managed and utilized effectively to generate additional income, for example, for investment or to use cash to expand business operations. Based on the analysis of the financial performance of the employee cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri from 2020 to 2021, the cooperative should have improved efficiency in the use of current assets to increase liquidity ratios, enhanced profitability through strategies that could increase income, and also maintained healthy debt ratios (DAR and DER) by managing debt more effectively so that the Employee Cooperative of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri could have improved financial conditions and ensured better operational sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis berbagai faktor yang berkontribusi pada disparitas kesehatan, dengan fokus pada akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan implikasinya terhadap luaran kesehatan. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor penyebab disparitas kesehatan, diharapkan upaya dapat diarahkan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan dalam akses terhadap layanan kesehatan dan meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan populasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

The problem found in Posyandu Pudak Wangi, Lok Bahu Village, Sungai Kunjang Subdistrict, Samarinda, is the lack of cadre skills in taking anthropometric measurements. To overcome this problem, an intervention was designed in the form of anthropometric measurement training that focused on measuring body weight, height, upper arm circumference (LILA), and head circumference. The anthropometric measurement training aims to improve the skills of cadres in measuring body weight, height, upper arm circumference (LILA), and head circumference. This empowerment activity involves two main programs, namely anthropometric measurement training for cadres and making anthropometric measurement modules by cadres. The partners of this activity were seven cadres of Posyandu Pudak Wangi. Evaluation was carried out using direct observation and assessment methods to measure changes in cadres' knowledge and skills. The result of this activity was an increase in cadres' knowledge and skills related to anthropometric measurements, followed by the creation of modules as practice guidelines. This intervention is expected to contribute to improving maternal and child health services at Posyandu.

Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior has become a significant social issue among adolescents in Indonesia, particularly concerning the high rates of child marriage and unintended pregnancies. Despite efforts to promote Marriage Maturity to reduce these rates, its effectiveness requires further investigation, especially in the context of adolescent motivation to avoid risky sexual behavior. This study aims to explore adolescent motivation to avoid premarital sexual behavior by applying the Protection Motivation Theory (PMT), which involves threat appraisal and coping appraisal in adolescent decision-making to delay early marriage. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Informant consisted of adolescents aged 15-19 years in Samarinda City who had received information about marriage maturity. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with six purposively selected Informant using intensity sampling techniques. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and documentation. Collected data were analyzed using QSR NVIVO 12 Pro. The findings reveal that adolescents’ understanding of marriage maturityis still limited, and the threat of premarital sexual behavior is perceived as low by most Informant. Factors such as perceptions of severity adolescents are quite good because they have seen firsthand the impacts of premarital sex. For response efficacy and self-efficacy in delaying the age of marriage, these are relatively high among adolescents exposed to PUP. This is because they have parental and peer support providing information related to PUP. Additionally, social environment, media exposure, and education levels shape adolescents' responses to marriage maturityas a protective measure.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Ditemukan dua prioritas permasalahan pada sasaran yaitu (1) kesehatan pekerja belum bisa terpantau dengan baik secara sistematis dan (2) belum adanya inisiasi pembentukan Pos UKK bagi pekerja ojek online-Gojek di Kota Samarinda. Untuk membentuk Pos UKK kelompok pengemudi ojek online G-KAB Lembuswana. Perizinan dan advokasipembentukan Pos UKK kepada pihak G-KAB Lembuswana, Kelurahan Gunung Kelua, dan Puskesmas Juanda, pelatihan penguatan pembekalan Kader Pos UKK Kelompok Korwil GKAB, Launching Pos UKK, monitoring dan evaluasi berjalannya Pos UKK, serta keberlanjutan program dengan pembinaan oleh Puskesmas Juanda dan Kelurahan Gunung Kelua Samarinda. Telah dilakukan perizinan dan advokasi kepada pihak terkait. Kemudian pelatihan bagi 5 orang kader Pos UKK telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Juanda yang berisi pemberian materi tentang urgensi Pos UKK, pencegahan penyakit tidak menular, prosedur pelaksanaan Pos UKK, dan sosialisasi website e-Pos UKK. Selanjutnya dilakuakn Launching Pos UKK dan pelaksanaan Pos UKK perdana di Kantor Lurah Gunung Kelua. Monitoring dan evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu pengukuran peningkatan pengetahuan dengan pre-test dan post-test, peningkatan keterampilan kader melalui simulasi Pos UKK pada saat pelatihan, dan testimoni pasca kegiatan dari Ketua Korwil G-KAB, Lurah Gunung Kelua, dan Kepala Puskesmas Juanda terkait dengan kebermanfaatan dari kegiatan ini. Telah terbentuk Pos UKK G-KAB Lembuswana dan diharapkan agar Pos UKK ini dapat berjalan konsisten setiap bulan dengan partisipasi aktif dari kader dan peserta di bawah binaan dari kelurahan dan puskesmas setempat. Kata Kunci: Kader, Kesehatan Kerja, Pelatihan, Pengemudi Ojek Online, Pos UKK   ABSTRACT It was found that there were two priority problems in the driver community, namely (1) the health of workers could not be monitored properly systematically and (2) there was no initiation of the establishment of the UKK Post for online taxibike drivers in Samarinda City. Licensing and advocacy for the establishment of UKK Posts to G-KAB Lembuswana, Gunung Kelua Village, and Juanda Health Center, training to strengthen the debriefing of UKK Post Cadres of the GKAB Regional Coordination Group, Launching UKK Posts, monitoring and evaluation of the running of UKK Posts, as well as the sustainability of the program with guidance by the Juanda Health Center and Gunung Kelua Samarinda Village. Permission and advocacy have been carried out to related parties. Then training for 5 UKK Post cadres has been carried out at the Juanda Health Center which contains the provision of material on the urgency of the UKK Post, prevention of non-communicable diseases, procedures for implementing the UKK Post, and socialization of the UKK Post website. Furthermore, the Launching of the UKK Post and the implementation of the first UKK Post were carried out at the Gunung Kelua Village Office. The monitoring and evaluation carried out were the measurement of knowledge improvement with pre-test and post-test, improvement of cadre skills through the simulation of the UKK Post during training, and post-activity testimonials from the Coordinator of the G-KAB Lembuswana Regional Community, Gunung Kelua Village Head, and the Head of the Juanda Public Health Center related to the usefulness of this activity.
