Abstract

Job satisfaction of the Purwokerto Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP) employees is an important aspect so that employees feel comfortable with their work and so that tax services can be distributed well to the community. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work experience, leadership style, work environment, and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction. This research focuses on all civil servants (PNS) of the Purwokerto Pratama Tax Service Office (KPP), which totals 80 employees. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equantum Modeling (SEM-PLS) version 4. This study employs a quantitative approach using a questionnaire with a saturated sample technique, or total sample. The research results show that work experience, leadership style, work environment, and work-life balance have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan accidental sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, diperoleh 130 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu statistik deskriptif, uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kualitas Pelayanan dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada kantor PT KAI DAOP 5 Purwokerto. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sampel karyawan sebanyak 132 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner atau angket, dan data diukur dengan meggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS 20 dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determiansi, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel kompensasi, budaya organisasi, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to add evidence to previous studies on the effect of entrepreneurial education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest, as well as the moderating effect of the influence between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial interest. The population of this study consists of 398 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, who have completed six semesters of entrepreneurial education. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling, with a sample size of 200 students. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using Smartpls software for validity, reliability, model fit, and t-test analysis. The study results conclude that entrepreneurial education positively and significantly increases students' entrepreneurial interests. Additionally, self-efficacy has a positive significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interests. However, self-efficacy needs to moderate the influence between entrepreneurial education and students' entrepreneurial interests.

Abstract

PT Waroeng Batok Industry (WBI), a company engaged in the manufacture of wooden boards located in West Cilacap City, Central Java. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, engagement and self-efficacy on employee performance of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry. This study used a questionnaire method as data collection. The sample selected using random sampling. Based on the criteria obtained 102 respondents. This study used the SPSS test tool, with the research methods used were descriptive statistical analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, f test, and t test. Abstract

The research conducted by the researchers aimed to analyze the influence of the work environment, work stress, and work discipline on cyberloafing behavior in employees of the Banyumas Regency Education Service. This research is quantitative. The variables of work environment, work stress, and work discipline are independent, while cyberloafing behavior is the dependent variable. The respondents were 87 employees, with a census sampling technique so that the population and research sample were all respondents. Statistical analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0 as a research analysis tool to test validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The research results show that the work environment has a negative and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, work stress has a positive and significant influence on cyberloafing behavior, and work discipline has a negative and insignificant influence on cyberloafing behavior. In conclusion, special attention is needed to work stress by superiors to reduce the possibility of employee doing cyberloafing behavior.

This investigation method is quantitative to test the relationship between variables. The population in this investigation was 89 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang. The sampling technique uses a census. The data collection instrument utilized a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses SEM PLS. The findings of the research found that job satisfaction had a negative impact on turnover intention, work motivation had a negative impact on turnover intention, and work discipline had a negative impact on turnover intention. Abstract

This investigation examines the impact of workload, work discipline, and organizational climate regarding the village's structural dedication organizational apparatus in the Bojongsari Sub-district. This study method is quantitative to test the relationship between variables. The population in this research was 117 village officials in Bojongsari District. Sampling technique using quota. The data collection instrument used a five-level Likert scale questionnaire. The analysis tool uses Smart PLS. The findings found that workload has a positive impact and has no negative influence on Organisational Commitment. Work discipline has a positive impact on positive but negligible effects are seen on commitment to the organization from the environment and commitment to the company.
