Abstract

This study examines the role of abusive supervision and gender on cyberloafing with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire data collection method. This research was conducted on employees at maternity clinics in Purwokerto, totaling 140 respondents out of 212 employees. The sampling technique used was quota sampling by setting a quota based on the proportion of each maternity clinic. This research was conducted using Partial Least Square analysis. The results of this analysis calculate the percentage of the results of the demographic conditions of all employee respondents at maternity clinics in Purwokerto so that the calculations are evenly distributed. As a result, 140 respondents were collected from the sampling. By using a significant level of 5%, the results of the analysis calculation prove that Abusive Supervision has a significant positive effect on Cyberloafing and is dominated by female employees. Abusive Supervision has a significant positive effect on Emotional Exhaustion and is dominated by female employees. Emotional Exhaustion has a significant positive effect on Cyberloafing and is not influenced by gender. Meanwhile, the mediation results show that Emotional Exhaustion cannot mediate the relationship between Abusive Supervision and Cyberloafing and is not influenced by gender. The results of this study indicate that supervisors who treat employees harshly will make employees engage in cyberloafing behavior, but employees can control their emotions. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, compensation and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, a total of 107 employees at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used SPSS statistical analysis used for descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that transformational leadership style, compensation and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The phenomenon of non-financial compensation or indirect compensation, such as holding intimate family gatherings, apparently does not reduce job satisfaction significantly. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research and be a consideration for companies in increasing job satisfaction so that it has a positive impact on the company's progress.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, teamwork, and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. The study population consists of 209 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, resulting in 109 respondents who participated. The data analysis method employed is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS version 4.0. The tests conducted include the Outer Model test; convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability tests. The Inner Model test includes hypothesis testing, r-square (R2), and goodness of fit. The Outer Model test is used to assess the validity and reliability of the research instruments. The Inner Model test is used to examine the relationships between the research constructs. Hypothesis testing is used to determine the significance of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of the study show that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, transformational leadership style and teamwork have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. These findings are expected to provide insights for the management of PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto in improving employee performance through the development of appropriate policies. ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kerjasama tim, dan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja (work-life balance) terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 209 karyawan, dan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, sehingga tidak seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, dan diperoleh 109 responden yang berpartisipasi. Sementara itu gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kerjasama tim secara parsial memiliki dampak positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen PT. BPR BKK Purwokerto dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan melalui pengembangan kebijakan yang tepat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, communication, work motivation, and workload on employee job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Land Agency (ATR/BPN) of Cilacap Regency. This type of research is a quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were all ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, totaling 108 employees at ATR/BPN Cilacap Regency. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study uses statistical analysis Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.2.9 is used to test validity, reliability test, R-Square test, Net Fit Index (NFI) test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study prove that partially leadership style, communication, work motivation affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency, while workload partially does not affect job satisfaction of ATR/BPN employees in Cilacap Regency.Keywords: Leadership Style, Communication, Motivation, Workload, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study This study aims to test and analyze the effect of resilience, leadership style, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. leadership, communication, and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. at An Ni'mah General Hospital Wangon, Banyumas Regency. This type of research is quantitative-survey research. The population in this study were employees of An Ni'mah Wangon Hospital, Banyumas Regency, totaling 280 employees. totaling 280 employees. The sample was taken using the Roscoe formula which amounted to 105 employees at An Ni'mah Wangon General Hospital, Banyumas Regency. Technique sampling technique in this study using Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Analysis techniques in this study This study uses Smart Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) 3.0 statistical analysis. used for validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing. Results This study proves that leadership style and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction at An Ni'mah General Hospital. while resilience and communication have no effect on job satisfaction of An Ni'mah General Hospital employees of An Ni'mah General Hospital.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of transformational leadership style, level of work discipline, level of work stress, and level of work motivation on employee performance at Purbowangi General Hospital. A total of 100 employees working in this hospital were respondents in this study, and data were collected using the census method. The results revealed that multiple linear regression analysis indicated that transformational leadership style (β=7.534, significance=0.003), work discipline (β=6.423, significance=0.004), work stress (β=5.174, significance=0.005), and work motivation (β=7.727, significance=0.003) had a significant influence on employee performance. These findings suggest that in the context of employee performance in hospitals, all four factors have a significant impact. The study contributes by combining transformational leadership style, work discipline, work stress, and work motivation in the context of employee performance in hospitals. It also adds new insights to theoretical analysis, resulting in important findings to enhance performance.

Abstract

This study examines the complex relationships that influence the satisfaction of Purwokerto students who are consumers of Mie Gacoan. Within the framework of correlation studies, this research plays a crucial role in revealing the complex and comprehensive interactions between various variables in the field. By using a quantitative approach, this research identifies the nature and extent of the relationship between two or more variables. The main findings of this research include: 1) Service quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction. 2) Price perceptions have an impact on consumer satisfaction. 3) Taste influences consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Employees play an important role in achieving optimal performance and sustainable competitive advantage as expected. Therefore, special attention needs to be paid to employee development and support. This research aims to analyze and explore the influence of perceptions of organizational support and transformational leadership on affective commitment and employee performance. The population of this study was all employees who worked in the BLUD of Majenang Hospital, Cilacap Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. Sampling in this research used an accidental sampling technique. The data obtained in this research was processed statistically using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of the data analysis of 278 respondents, this research concludes that POS has no effect on employee performance, but has a positive effect on affective commitment. POS also does not affect employee performance with affective commitment as an intervening factor. Other results show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on affective commitment and employee performance. Transformational leadership also has a positive effect on employee performance with affective commitment as an intervention. The results of this research can theoretically and practically be used by all related parties to improve employee performance and maintain sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, job satisfaction, self efficacy, and organizational commitment on employee performance at RSU Ananda Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all health workers at RSU Ananda totaling 154. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for respondents being health workers who do not have a position or leadership and have worked for at least one year. The number of samples in this study was 111 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that the variables work life balance, job satisfaction, and self efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variable organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect. These findings are expected to be a guide for RSU Ananda management in designing and implementing strategic policies to improve employee performance optimally.
