Abstract

The evolution of e-commerce due to digital transformation has introduced new issues in consumer protection, particularly concerning the efficacy of administrative penalties against digital enterprises. The primary issue in this study pertains to the ineffectiveness of administrative sanctions as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 1999 regarding Consumer Protection (UUPK), which remains anchored in the conventional transaction paradigm and has not adequately addressed cross-border and anonymous e-commerce practices. The objective of this research is to conduct a legal analysis of the efficacy of examine administrative punishments within the digital consumer protection framework, highlight normative and institutional obstacles to its execution, and propose alternative legislative changes for responsiveness. The methodology used is normative legal research using a regulatory and conceptual framework, supplemented by a study of secondary literature. The study's findings suggest the need to revise legislative regulations and enhance institutions by creating a digital oversight authority and developing a technology-driven integrated supervisory system. This change is crucial for guaranteeing legal stability and robust protection for consumers in the digital commerce age.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and pay attention to the applicable legal norms in relation to the facts regarding the application of criminal penalties for perpetrators of child sexual intercourse in Mamasa, This study uses a sociological or empirical approach in Mamasa Regency. Types and sources of legal materials use primary and secondary legal materials, The factors causing the crime of sexual intercourse with children in Mamasa are low levels of education, the economy in this case poverty and environmental factors that can have major influences on a person's treatment. To prevent sexual intercourse with children, preventive efforts are needed such as preemptive, namely prevention so that the crime does not occur, then preventive efforts, namely action taken by authorized officers in accordance with laws and regulations, and repressive efforts, namely efforts to return perpetrators of crimes to further return perpetrators who have served their sentences to be able to return to community life.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the realities of sexual harassment survivors in Makassar City, its impact on their lives, and examine the concept of Hifzul ‘Irḍi within the maqāṣid al-syaria as a framework for protecting survivors' honor. This research approach was qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews with survivors, legal counselors, and complaint service providers, as well as a review of relevant documents and literature as secondary data. The data was analyzed thematically to identify patterns in survivors' experiences and their relevance to the principles of protection in Islamic law. The results showed that survivors were often reluctant to report due to confusion in determining legal action, concerns about the perpetrator's position of power, and psychological burdens such as anxiety, stress, and deep trauma. Victims also faced a moral dilemma between maintaining the institution's reputation and pursuing justice. Sexual harassment had a significant impact on survivors' lives, not only causing deep emotional wounds but also creating social stigma, discrimination, and isolation that damage their interpersonal relationships. Hifzul ‘Irḍi's analysis emphasized that maintaining honor was an essential right that must be upheld, while the existence of complaint services was a crucial instrument in restoring the dignity of survivors and preventing similar cases in the future. This research recommends strengthening human rights-based policies and the maqāṣid al-syaria to create a safe, responsive, and victim-friendly social ecosystem.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris masyarakat melalui komunitas belajar yang aktif dan interaktif di kawasan wisata sejarah Benteng Rotterdam Makassar. Kawasan ini dikenal sebagai destinasi wisata yang banyak dikunjungi oleh wisatawan asing, sehingga kemampuan komunikasi berbahasa Inggris menjadi sangat penting, khususnya bagi masyarakat yang terlibat dalam sektor informal seperti pemandu wisata, pedagang, dan relawan budaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan pelatihan berbasis komunitas dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Tim pengabdian, yang terdiri dari dosen dan mahasiswa, menyelenggarakan sesi pembelajaran yang difokuskan pada percakapan praktis, pengenalan kosakata sehari-hari, serta simulasi interaksi dengan wisatawan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan antusiasme dan kemampuan dasar komunikasi peserta dalam menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Komunitas Bahasa Inggris ini juga menjadi wadah belajar berkelanjutan dengan sistem peer learning dan praktik langsung di lingkungan wisata. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat linguistik, tetapi juga memperkuat peran masyarakat dalam mendukung pariwisata berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini diharapkan menjadi model replikasi di kawasan wisata lain di Sulawesi Selatan.Kata kunci: pendampingan, bahasa Inggris, komunitas, pariwisata, Benteng Rotterdam

Abstract

Islamic rules of war refers to what has been received in the sharia (Islamic law) and fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) by the ulama (Islamic scholars) as the right way in Islam that must be obeyed by the Muslims in the air while the war. is clear that Islam regards non-Muslim parties not from the standpoint of hatred, bigotry and arrogance. Abstract

Peneliti meyakini kemampuan adaptasi perusahaan yang baik dan pengelolaan media sosial yang maksimal akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran, yang pada akhirnya dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya permintaan dan angka penjualan, produk tahan lama, dan kinerja perusahaan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatori. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 penjual shopee yang sudah menjual produknya minimal 1 tahun dan 150 konsumen shopee yang sudah berbelanja di shopee minimal 1 tahun. Data ini bisa disebut data primer. Data yang digunakan dianalisis menggunakan alat analisis smart PLS 4.0.

Abstract

Kabupaten sinjai merupakan salah satu daerah yang berada disulawesi selatan yang mempunyai kawasan hutan mangrove paling luas sekitar 960 ha yang sebagian besar hutan mangrovenya ada di kecamatan sinjai timur, desa tongke-tongke. Desa tongke-tongke memiliki panjang garis pantai -+ 2 km dan hutan mangrove dengan luas 78,00 ha. Hutan mangrove di desa tongke-tongke adalah hasil swadaya masyarakat yang saat ini berumur sekitar 37 tahun dihitung dari tahun pertama penanamannya,kegiatan ini bertujuaan.Untuk Mengetahui seberapa besar efektivitas tanaman pelindung dalam menanggulangi abrasi pantai dan mengetahui tinggi gelombang, refraksi gelombang, dan gelombang pecah yang terjadi di pantai tongke-tongke meggunakan admiralty dan metode hindcasting.Hasil penelitiaan menunjukkan elevasi muka air pasang (rob) tertinggi barada pada ketinggian 0,7149 m diatas permukaan laut rata-rata (MLS) dan mengakibatkan potensi luas daerah genangan mencapai -134,6 cm dan muka air tertinggi 134.7 dan metode hindcasting di dapat tinggi gelombang (H) dan priode gelombang (T) maksimum arah tenggara yang dapat dilihat pada tabel yaitu pada tahun 2019 adalah yang terbesar dimana H = 0,809 m dan T = 5,825 m. Kata Kunci: Admiralty, ArcGIS,kabupaten Sinjai, dan Pasang surut.

Abstract

This study attends to analyze the ulama perspective regarding the corruption, gift and grants, as well as the actions taken to prevent corruption. Qualitative descriptive is type of this research and uses a juridical sociology approach in analyzing corruption. Prizes and grants that are assumed to be gratuities are basically commendable acts but can lead to criminal acts of corruption when related to officials government. while the ulama agree that corruption is an illegal act. And the preventing and overcoming corruption is to carry out strict supervision and to give strict sanctions to the perpetrators.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pandangan ulama menyangkut korupsi, hadiah dan hibah, serta tindakan  yang dilakukan dalam mencegah tindak pidana korupsi. Deskriptif kualitatif merupakan jenis penelitian ini dan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi yuridis dalam menganalisis tindak pidana korupsi. Hadiah dan hibah yang diasumsikan sebagai gratifikasi pada dasarnya merupakan perbuatan terpuji namun bisa berujung pada tindak pidana korupsi apabila berkaitan dengan pejabat. Sementara ulama bersepakat bahwa korupsi adalah perbuatan haram. Hal yang dilakukan dalam pencegahan dan penanggulangan tindak pidana korupsi ialah melakukan pengawasan ketat dan memberikan sanksi yang tegas kepada para pelaku.
