Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to explore the evolving landscape of research on gender disparities in education and employment from 1985 to 2024. Utilizing VOSviewer for data visualization, we identified key thematic clusters, analyzed trends over years, and pinpointed less-researched areas that present opportunities for further inquiry. Our findings revealed that while traditional topics like wage disparities and labor market participation continue to dominate the research, newer areas such as the impact of global events (e.g., COVID-19) and intersectional identities on gender inequalities are gaining prominence. Notably, the analysis highlighted significant gaps in research related to poverty, household dynamics, and health care's role in gender disparities. These findings suggest a need for a more nuanced exploration of how gender disparities affect various socioeconomic outcomes and call for targeted research efforts in underexplored areas to develop a more comprehensive understanding of the issues at hand.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam sektor jasa, dengan perubahan signifikan pada model bisnis dan cara perusahaan beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait kewirausahaan digital melalui pendekatan bibliometrik menggunakan data dari Scopus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi topik seperti "digital entrepreneurship," "business model," dan "innovation," yang mencerminkan fokus penelitian terhadap kapabilitas digital, keberlanjutan, dan ekonomi berbagi. Peta jaringan menunjukkan kontribusi penting negara-negara seperti Amerika Serikat, China, India, dan Indonesia dalam membangun kolaborasi lintas negara. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi teknologi, seperti keterbatasan keterampilan digital dan isu keamanan data, tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa kewirausahaan digital menawarkan peluang besar untuk inovasi, tetapi keberhasilannya memerlukan pendekatan strategis yang holistik, mencakup keberlanjutan, regulasi, dan kolaborasi internasional.

Abstract

Gill net fishing gear is a passive fishing gear that usually blocks the swimming direction of fish, with the addition of bait as a lure is expected to increase the chances of fish that will be used as a target catch willing to enter the fishing gear. aims to analyze the composition of crab catches on different baits and analyze the size distribution of crabs. The expected benefits of this research are as one of the information materials for efficient crab fishermen about the use of chicken intestine waste bait and fly fish against crab catches with bottom gill net fishing gear related to the availability of fish bait stocks that are uncertain and quite expensive prices. This research was conducted in January - February 2022. From the results of the t-test analysis, the tcount value was obtained at 5.014 while the t-table was obtained at 2.042 with a significance value of 0.000. Because the t-count value is greater than the t-table and the significance value is smaller than the real level of 5% or 0.05, it is concluded that there is a difference in catches between the chicken intestine bait group and fly fish bait with an average catch using chicken intestine bait higher than using fly fish bait

Abstract

Portunus pelagicus is one type of crab that has a very high economic value. The high selling price of crab encourages an increase in fishing effort, where the pressure of increasing fishing effort can cause less catch per effort obtained. To maintain the sustainability of the availability of fisheries resources, improve community welfare, equality of cultivation technology, investment development, increase foreign exchange, and development of cultivation and crab (Portunus spp.), the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 12 of 2020 was issued to re-regulate the provisions for catching and/or releasing crab, therefore this study aims to determine the feasibility of catching crab (Portunus pelagicus) based on the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 12 of 2020. This study uses a quantitative method by measuring the frequency distribution of carapace width and crab weight which will then determine the frequency of each class by entering the width data of each crab based on the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 12 of 2020. The results showed that more than 90% of the crab catches followed the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Regulation Number 12 of 2020, namely carapace width size above 10 (ten) cm and weight above 60 (sixty) grams per tail. Although the catch of unfit crabs is less than 10%, it should be released back to nature to support the sustainability of crab.

Abstract

Social behavior plays a crucial role in shaping students’ interpersonal relationships and their ability to function effectively in a community. However, the increasing prevalence of negative behaviors such as bullying and lack of empathy among elementary school students has highlighted the need for effective interventions. Character education, which focuses on fostering ethical values and social skills, has emerged as a promising approach to address these challenges. This study investigates the influence of character education programs on the social behavior of elementary school students. A quasi-experimental design was employed, involving 100 students divided into an experimental group that received character education lessons and a control group that followed the standard curriculum. Data were collected using behavioral observation checklists, teacher evaluations, and student self-assessment questionnaires. The findings revealed a significant improvement in the social behavior of students in the experimental group, including increased empathy, cooperation, and conflict resolution skills. Teachers noted enhanced classroom interactions and reduced instances of negative behaviors.

Abstract

Hipertensi adalah kondisi di mana tekanan darah sistolik hampir mencapai atau lebih dari 140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik hampir mencapai atau lebih dari 90 mmHg Hipertensi bisa terjadi di berbagai tahap kehidupan, termasuk selama kehamilan. Hipertensi dalam kehamilan termasuk dalam faktor utama penyebab morbiditas dan mortalitas untuk ibu ataupun janin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan pada ibu hamil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah cohort retrospektif dengan populasi Wanita hamil di wilayah kerja puskesmas Talise Kota Palu dan Sampel sebanyak 91 sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usia ibu hamil, paritas ibu hamil tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan. Namun riwayat hipertensi pada ibu hamil memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kejadian hipertensi dalam kehamilan. untuk mengatasi hipertensi dalam kehamilan perlu dilakukan pemantauan ibu hamil yang memiliki Riwayat hipertensi dan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara teratur dan kontrol Kesehatan bagi ibu hamil. Hypertension is a condition in which systolic blood pressure almost reaches or more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure almost reaches or more than 90 mmHg Hypertension can occur at various stages of life, including during pregnancy. hypertension in pregnancy is included in the main factors causing morbidity and mortality for the mother or fetus. this study aims to determine the risk factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy in pregnant women. the research method used was retrospective cohort with a population of pregnant women in the working area of the Talise Health Center, Palu City and a sample of 90 samples using Purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the age of pregnant women, parity history of pregnant women did not have a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. However, the history of hypertension in pregnant women has a significant relationship with the incidence of hypertension in pregnancy. to overcome hypertension in pregnancy, it is necessary to monitor pregnant women who have a history of hypertension and counseling about the importance of regular blood pressure checks and health control for pregnant women.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kunjungan tamu di Hotel Manise Kota Ambon. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 91 tamu. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kunjungan tamu. Kinerja yang optimal berkontribusi pada kepuasan tamu dan meningkatkan kemungkinan kunjungan kembali. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen untuk meningkatkan pelatihan karyawan dan sistem penanganan keluhan.

Abstract

Social, economic, and cultural developments in Indonesia have significantly transformed family structures and relationships, particularly in the distribution of responsibilities between husbands and wives. Although Indonesian positive law primarily through Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage as amended by Law No. 16 of 2019, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) continues to affirm the husband as the head of the household and the wife as the homemaker, social realities indicate a shift toward more egalitarian family relations. The central issue of this study concerns how Indonesian family law accommodates social change and the transformation of gender roles without undermining the principles of justice and equality within the family. This research employs a normative legal approach combined with statutory and socio-legal perspectives, analyzed using a qualitative descriptive-analytical method. The findings reveal that Indonesian family law remains grounded in a patriarchal paradigm that positions men as dominant figures in the household. However, from a socio-legal and feminist legal perspective, there has been a noticeable shift in values and social practices toward gender equality in familial roles. This phenomenon has created a legal gap between normative frameworks and social realities, necessitating reinterpretation and reform of family law to ensure its responsiveness to substantive justice and gender equality principles. Therefore, family law in Indonesia should be reoriented toward an egalitarian and relational partnership paradigm that recognizes husbands and wives as equal legal subjects in rights, duties, and familial responsibilities.

Abstract

Juvenile crime constitutes a complex legal phenomenon that cannot be separated from the influence of the social environment, particularly the involvement of adults surrounding the child. The television drama Juvenile Justice portrays juvenile crime not merely as an individual act, but as the result of power relations, neglect, and exploitation by adults who bear legal duties of supervision and protection. This study aims to analyze patterns of adult involvement in juvenile crime and to assess the relevance of the doctrine of vicarious liability from a criminal law perspective. Employing normative legal research with a qualitative approach, this study applies both conceptual and case-based approaches. The data were derived from primary and secondary legal materials, complemented by scene analysis of Juvenile Justice as an object of popular culture studies. The findings indicate that juvenile अपराध in the series is structurally connected to the role of adults, either through failures of supervision or through active involvement that facilitates the commission of criminal acts. The doctrine of vicarious liability is therefore considered relevant as a legal instrument for extending criminal responsibility to adult actors who make significant contributions to juvenile crime, without undermining the principles of legality and culpability. This study concludes that the application of vicarious liability may serve as a more just and proportionate alternative within the juvenile criminal justice system by allocating criminal responsibility in a balanced manner between child offenders and the adult actors operating behind the commission of the crime.
