Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the village government of Rambahan is economical, and to build infrastructure for community economic empowerment. This research method uses a qualitative method which is sourced from the village office of the Rambahan village government, Muara Bulian District, Batanghari Regency, Jambi. The results of the research carried out concluded that (1) The planning stage of the Village Fund Allocation in the village of Rambahan was in accordance with what was planned by the village government and in accordance with the needs of the community to improve the standard of living of the community. However, the lack of participation of the Rambahan village community in the deliberations on the Determination of the Use of the Village Fund Budget so that there are some parties who have different opinions. (2) The application of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) for the empowerment of rural communities is appropriate in the view of Islamic economics, because it has implemented quite well the principles of ta'awun and the principle of shura according to the principles of an Islamic perspective. (3) The use of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village, Muara Bulian District can be seen from the success of the financial performance of the village fund budget in Rambahan Village in 2019-2021 in the category like this based on the category and percentage of each statement on average being in the good category andpercentage above 60% until it reaches below 80% success.

Abstract

The father's work conditions as a fisherman that require being at sea for long periods of time cause limitations in the father's physical and psychological presence in family life. This study aims to: (1) Determine the pattern of children's religious education in fishing families; (2) Determine the symptoms of fatherlessness that appear in religious education; and (3) Analyze the impact of father's absence on morals in children in Bakongan Village. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with informants consisting of ustad meunasah, fishermen, fishermen's wives, Islamic Religious Education teachers, village officials, and 6th grade elementary school students. The results of the study show that: (1) The pattern of religious education in Bakongan Village is dominated by the role of the mother (mother-centered) and full delegation to non-formal institutions such as TPA/Meunasah due to the father's limited time. (2) Symptoms of fatherlessness that appear include the absence of a male authority figure in accompanying practical worship and the loss of direct role models from father figures in daily religious life. (3) The impact of a father's absence significantly affects a child's morals, especially in the aspects of independent religious discipline, honesty, and emotional control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Quizizz-based digital learning media in increasing students’ interest in learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Bolaang Mongondow Utara. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 22 class VIII students. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, documentation, and learning outcome evaluations. The results showed that the use of Quizizz media was able to increase students’ learning interest significantly. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and involved during the learning process. In addition, Quizizz created an interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere through gamification features such as leaderboard, instant feedback, and points. The percentage of students’ learning interest increased from 51.18% in cycle I to 79.22% in cycle II. Thus, Quizizz-based digital learning media can be an innovative solution in improving students’ interest in learning PAI in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the dynamics of the evolution of Islamic law from the period of the Prophet Muhammad to the Abbasid Dynasty, focusing on the interaction between revelation, ijtihad, and political authority. This research employs normative legal research with historical and conceptual approaches, relying on library research of classical and contemporary Islamic legal sources. The findings indicate that Islamic law developed dynamically in response to shifting social, political, and cultural contexts across historical periods. During the Prophet’s lifetime, Islamic law evolved through revelation that addressed concrete social realities. In the era of the Companions, ijtihad emerged as a primary legal mechanism to address new legal challenges following the Prophet’s death. Furthermore, during the Umayyad and Abbasid periods, political authority and territorial expansion played a significant role in shaping the institutionalization and codification of Islamic law, culminating in the formation of major schools of Islamic jurisprudence. This study argues that the adaptability of Islamic law, facilitated by ijtihad, constitutes its foundational strength in responding to historical change

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas persoalan ucapan selamat hari raya agama lain dalam perspektif teologi multikulturalisme. Dalam masyarakat Muslim, khususnya di Indonesia, ucapan seperti “Selamat Natal” atau ucapan terhadap hari raya agama lain sering menimbulkan perdebatan karena berada di antara komitmen teologis dan tuntutan toleransi sosial. Sebagian ulama melarang ucapan tersebut karena dipandang dapat mengandung pengakuan terhadap ajaran teologis agama lain serta penghormatan terhadap syiar keagamaan di luar Islam. Sebaliknya, sebagian ulama membolehkannya apabila ucapan tersebut dimaknai sebagai kesantunan sosial, penghormatan kemanusiaan, dan upaya menjaga hubungan damai tanpa membenarkan akidah agama lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan dengan pendekatan normatif-teologis dan analisis komparatif. Temuan artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan pandangan ulama berakar pada perbedaan dalam menempatkan persoalan tersebut, apakah sebagai wilayah akidah dan syiar keagamaan atau sebagai wilayah muamalah sosial. Artikel ini menegaskan bahwa teologi multikulturalisme dapat menjadi kerangka untuk menjaga akidah Islam sekaligus membangun etika hidup bersama dalam masyarakat plural.

Abstract

This study aims to find the roles, supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the home coffee industry in increasing the economic welfare of working families and the community around the Malem Diwa home industry. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. In collecting data researcher used direct interview methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the role of the Malem Diwa home coffee industry is able to increase family economic welfare, and can open jobs for the community around the home industry, so that people earn income to prosper the family economy in meeting family needs. Factors supporting the Malem Diwa home industry are sources of business capital from owners, labor, goods quality raw materials and technology. While the inhibiting factors are constrained by the lack of business capital and infrastructure facilities in supporting the activities of managing the home coffee industry.

Abstract

the global ecological crisis has exposed the limitations of the conventional Green Training which often relies on mechanistic and compliance based approach the global that fail to foster long-term intrinsic motivation. this study aims to formulate a spiritually essentialized green training model by integrating Badiusman Said Nursi ecotheology from Kitab al-Lamaat. using a qualitative library research explores the transformative potential of tafakkur alam (nature contemplation). Findings reveal that essentializing training through be concepts of tajalli (divine manifestation) and ubudiyyah iqlimiyyah (ecological servitude) shifts employee motivation drom external pressure to theocentric commitment. the study concludes thats viewing nature as a mirror of divine names provides a stronger ontological foundation than secular models. implications suggest that HRD praactitioners should incorporate reflective-spiritual practices, such as contemplation journals, into corporate curricula. this paradigm shift not only promotes sustainable pro-enviromental behavior beyond the workplace but also addresses the root cause of moral dissengagement in enviromental management.
