Abstract

Penulis meneliti ujaran kebencian Jerinx Superman Is Death terhadap Ikatan Dokter Indoensia, secara khusus penelitian ini meneliti ujaran kebencian dari aspek pragmatik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis, ketidaksantunan berbahasa, makna konseptual, kontekstual, dan jenis ujaran kebencian serta mendeskripsikan implementasi hasil penelitian dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kurikulum 2013.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah ujaran kebencian Jerinx SID terhadap Ikatan Dokter Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kata-kata yang dituturkan Jerinx pada postingan akun sosial media instagram. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik studi dokumenter. Alat pengumpul data adalah penulis sendiri sebagai instrumen kunci dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan yaitu perpanjang pengamatan dan meningkatkan ketekunan. Teknik analisis data yang dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, mendeskripsikan, analisis data, dan, menyimpulkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain (1) ketidaksantunan berbahasa yang terdapat dalam ujaran kebencian Jerinx yaitu melanggar yaitu melanggar prinsip maksim pujian dengan skala ketidaksantunan cost benefit scale, melanggar prinsip maksim. (2) makna konseptual dan kontekstual ujaran kebencian Jerinx bermuatan negatif. (3) jenis ujaran kebencian Jerix yaitu berupa penghinaan dan provokasi. (4) hasil penelitian ini diimplementasikan dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah kurikulum 2013 pada materi teks editorial KD 3.5 dan KD 4.5.

Abstract

The folk tales of Dayak Kanayatn reflect world views, traditions, and various local values that are useful for educating the younger generation.  Thus, as the heirs, in addition to having extensive knowledge, they also have noble morals passed down from their ancestors through folklore. The objective of this study was focused on the analysis and interpretation of local traditions and values contained in 16 folk tales. This study was based on folklore theory, local values, and sociology of literature using a qualitative descriptive method, and a sociological approach to literary works. The results of the analysis and interpretation show that the values of local wisdom contained in the Dayak Kanayatn folklore include: (1) local wisdom values that reflect the relationship between humans and God, including (a) belief in the existence of Jubata (God) and (b) always having tribe; (2) the values of wisdom that reflect the relationship amongst humans which include the values of (a) solidarity; (b) obedience to customs and traditions; (c) deliberation and cooperation; (d) respect to guests; (e) respect to gender equality; (f) respect for parents; (g) love for family, (h) upholding friendship; and     (3) the values of local wisdom that reflect the relationship between humans and nature, including (a) respecting nature/forests; (b) belief in natural signs; (c) reliance on nature; and (d) belief in supernatural things.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media booklet dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menemukan unsur intrinsik cerita pendek di kelas IX SMPN 4 Teriak, melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran serta bagaimana hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi menemukan unsur intrinsik dalam cerita pendek di kelas IX SMPN 4 Teriak setelah menggunakna media booklet. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 4 Teriak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah bentuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil siklus I untuk perencanaan pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh total skor 96 dengan nilai akhir 96% pada siklus I, ini berarti bahwa rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran menemukan unsur intrinsik dalam cerita pendek menggunakan media booklet sudah sangat baik. Kemudian, pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I diperoleh skor 80 dengan nilai akhir 80% dan pada siklus II diperoleh skor 95 dengan nilai akhir 95%, ini berarti bahwa terdapat peningkatan dalam pelasanaan pembelajaran sebanyak 15%. Pada hasil belajar siklus I terdapat 3 peserta didik tidak tuntas, pada siklus II 39 peseerta didik tuntas atau 100% tuntas, ini berarti bahwa terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan.  Jadi, demikian dapat disimpulkan penggunaan media booklet dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menemukan unsur intrinsik dalam cerita pendek di kels IX SMPN 4 Teriak.

Employing a qualitative methodology, the study meticulously examines data gathered through participatory observation and interviews conducted with individuals representing diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. The findings illuminate the central role played by identity, power dynamics, and stereotypes in shaping the formation and utilization of language within the complex tapestry of multicultural societies. Individuals navigate their language choices based on perceived power dynamics and societal expectations associated with their cultural identities, highlighting the profound interplay between socio-cultural factors and linguistic practices. Furthermore, the study underscores the influence of cultural blending and technological advancements on language usage, showcasing how interactions among diverse cultural groups contribute to the rich linguistic diversity observed in urban settings. By offering a comprehensive analysis, this research provides valuable insights into the nuanced ways in which socio-cultural contexts shape language interactions, thus contributing to a deeper understanding of intercultural communication dynamics and offering implications for promoting social cohesion within multicultural communities. Ultimately, this study underscores the significance of recognizing and appreciating the complexities inherent in language use within diverse urban environments, paving the way for more inclusive and effective communication strategies tailored to meet the needs of multicultural societies.

Abstract

Abstract The background of this research is to describe the moral values in the folklore of the Keladi Girl and Pangeran Ulat Tanduk by Mariyadi. This study reveals four subproblems, namely moral values in a collection of GKPUT folklore that illustrates the relationship between humans and God. about, and the planned implementation of the results of this research in learning Indonesian in high school. The main theories used in this study are folklore, moral values, and Indonesian language learning theory. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approach used in this research is sociology of literature. The date source in this study is Mariyadi's GKPUT folklore. Data collection techniques in this research are documentary studies. The results of this study are: 1) moral values in a collection of GKPUT folklore that illustrate the relationship between humans and God, which are giving thanks, praying, and respecting parents; 2) moral values in a collection of GKPUT folklore stories that describe human relationships with fellow human beings, namely love, care, awareness, and sadness; 3) moral values in a collection of GKPUT folklore that illustrate the relationship between humans and the environment, namely loving animals. As well as the implementation of student learning in X even semester 2013 curriculum. KD identifies the values and content contained in Folklore both oral and written. The results of this study are expected to be useful for all levels, especially teachers, and general readers. Keywords. Moral Value, Folklore, GKPUT.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of the six characteristics of romanticism in the novel Geez & Ann 1 and 2 by Rintik Sedu. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The approach used in this research is an objective approach. Sources of data in this study.Namely in the form of documents in the form of a novel. The novels used are Gezz & Ann novels 1 and 2 by Rintik Sedu. The technique used in this research is a documentary study technique. The tools used in this study were writing instruments and laptops. The results of this study indicate that romanticism includes a return to nature, moodiness or melancholy, primitivism, sentimentalism, individualism, and exoticism. The materials researcher designed a lesson plan that used the novels Geez & Ann 1 and 2 by Rintik Sedu as a special lesson to achieve KD 3.9 and 4.9 for grade VII SMP.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to reveal the use of modalities in a comedy movieentitled Kembang Polaria (FKKP) II. Specifically this study investigate thetypes, values, and frequency of use of modalities in that movie. This studyutilizes qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods with the SystemicFunctional Linguistics (LFS) approach in assessing the modalities clauses inFKKP II obtained through library techniques. The findings indicate that theuse of probability modality is high, medium, and low, usuality modality obtainshigh value, medium and low value for obligation modality, and medium andlow value in inclination modality. The possibility modality is used for 12 timesand the modality of the frequency is used 6 times. Obligation modality is used25 times and inclination modulation was found to be used 43 times. Thedominant modality in the movie (FKKP II) is modulation modality, which is79.07% of the total modality used. The modalities found in FKKP II aremodality modulation with medium and high values, obligation modality hashigh value, and high value for inclination modulation. In conclusion, thehighest authority is not used in the movie (FKKP II) since most of the movieplayers are the general public members who have the same position in sociallife.Keywords: modallity, LFS, Kembang Polaria II, Interpersonal

Abstract

Abstract The main focus of the research is desire to describe the intrinsic elements contained in the novel Lupakan Palermo, and its implementation of Indonesian language learning at the high school level. The theoretical study used is related to structural, novel and intrinsic elements. The research method used is qualitative research with an objective approach. Data in the form of words, sentences, quotes. The data source is the novel Lupakan Palermo by Gama Harjono and Adhitya Pattisahusiwa. The data collection technique used is the documentary study technique. Data analysis techniques, namely, analyzing and interpreting the intrinsic elements in the form of themes, pathways, settings, characters and characterizations, points of view, and mandates, designing learning implementation plans, discussing the results of analysis, making conclusions. The results of this study are (1) intrinsic elements in the form of themes regarding commitment, dilemma, betrayal. Progressive / forward flow. The main character Reno, and 21 other figures are additional figures and characterizations. 36 place settings, 20 time settings, and 6 atmosphere settings. The point of view used by a third person is all-rounder. The mandate of honesty. (2) The design of the implementation of learning using novel texts in learning in SMA class XII. Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted based on the interest on the decreasing of the quality of education. One of them is Bahasa Indonesia learning process, especially on the speaking skill of V grade students of Bawamai elementary school Pontianak. Designing an interactive module in improving the students’ speaking skill became the focus in this research to improve the students’ speaking skill. The purpose of this research was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Moreover, the interactive module that was used to develop the students’ speaking skill  can be used in implementation of Bahasa Indonesia learning process.This research used research and development method or qualitative approach. The object in this research was the interactive module on learning Bahasa Indonesia that is to know the result of using a module in learning process.The finding showed that designing an interactive module in improving the students’ speaking skill can be stated good and based on the criteria of designing a module. The results from three experts’ validation are 4 for the media, 4.6 for the design, and 4.62 for language materials. Meanwhile, the result of the analysis on the use of module with the average score 90.97. Based on the results, the research on designing an interactive module in improving students’ speaking skill is important to be continued because this research can be used as a source for students to improve their speaking skill.  Keywords : Designing modules, young learners, speaking skill

Abstract

This study aims to determine the speech implicatures of the characters in the novel (Kami) Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen and implementation design in school learning. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative form. J.S. Khairen's data analysis in the novel (Kami) Bukan Sarjana Kertas is the form of the character’s speeches that indicate the implicature’s type, form, and function. The analysis results found (1) types of implicatures, namely conventional implicatures and non-conventional implicatures. There are three types of non-conventional implicatures, general conversational implicatures, scaled conversational implicatures, and special conversational implicatures. (2) The form of implicature consists of six types; the form of implicature prohibits, the form of implicature declines, the form of implicature commands, the form of implicature asks, the form of implicature asserts, and the form of implicature complains. (3) Conventional implicature functions and unconventional implicature functions. Conventional implicature functions, namely representative implicature functions and expressive implicature functions. Non-conventional implicature functions include representative implicature functions, directive implicature functions, expressive implicature functions, commissive implicature functions, and intrinsic implicature functions. (4) The results of research from the novel (Kami) Bukan Sarjana Kertas J.S. Khairen has the opportunity to be implemented in learning literature in Senior High Scholl class XI in the odd terms at KD 3.9 and 4.9.
