AbstractThe scarcity of Sandur's performing arts indicates that the performing arts have begun to be abandoned by the Madurese community. Not only that, it is now rare to find groups or training studios and Sandur Madura performance studios. This condition is the main reason for researchers to examine the survival of the lexicon in the Sandur Madura performance art in Pontianak. The method used in this research is descriptive and the forms of research used in this study are qualitative and quantitative. The data in this study are in the form of a lexicon in the Sandur Madura performance art in Pontianak. The data source in this study is the informant who is closely related to the performing arts of Sandur Madura in Pontianak City. The author uses interview techniques and survey techniques. Data collection tools that I use in the form of a recorder, interview guidelines, notebooks, and questionnaires. Based on research data, it was found sandur was carried out during gathering such as festivity, in a meeting, people died, village meetings, Eid days, and the arrival of a dignitary. There are 50 words and 5 phrases that only survive in the old age group.Keywords: Lexicon, Sandur Madura, Survival

AbstractThis study is to identify the main character’s personality in the novel 24 Wajah Billy by Daniel Keyes, and to describe its relationship to id, ego, and super-ego as the aspects and factors emerging human’s personality; that is to describe the implementation of the results into the Indonesian instructions at school. The benefit of this study are devided into two categories: practical and theoritical. The theory applied in the study was psychoanalysis by Sigmund Freud. This study using the descriptive method and psychoanalysis approach. The data sources in this study is novel 24 wajah billy, while the data are words, sentences, and events. The data collection techniques in this study used documentary study technique. Data collections tool in this study is self-research as a key instrument. The analysis shows that (1) the main character in the novel has fifteen personalities that are seen from the aspect of id, ego, and superego. (2) The factors emerging the personalities are viewed based on seven personal aspects. (3) The result was implemented into the Indonesian language and arts subject material on the basic competencies 3.9 and 4.9 of third grade on the senior high school. AbstractThe general problem of this research was conflict analysis in the main character in a novel entitled Puber by Rio Rinaldo which tells the story of a teenage girl with all kinds of problems she faces both external conflicts and internal conflicts in her family and her school environment. The problems in this study were: (1) external conflict in the main character, (2) internal conflict in the main character, (3) implementation of learning Indonesian language and literature in school learning about external and internal conflicts. The purpose of this study was to examine external conflicts and internal conflicts of the main characters. This study used the study of literary psychology, a method of description with qualitative research. Data from this study were sentences that indicate the external and internal conflicts of the main characters. The technique used in this study was documentary study, and the data collection tool was the researcher himself as a key instrument. Based on the results of data analysis there were 4 external conflict data and 10 internal conflict data in a novel entitled Puber written by Rio Rinaldo. AbstractThis study was the Diary of the Wife of A Sailor's Wife by Reni Rimbafani, while the data were internal conflicts and external conflicts in the form of quotes, phrases, sentences or paragraphs.Based on the results of the analysis and regarding internal conflicts and external conflicts, internal conflicts of the main characters of Reni include; feeling angry, disappointed, upset, sorry, anxious, hurt, sad. Analysis is done by looking at internal conflicts experienced by the main characters based on behavioristic psychological approaches. Reni's external conflict includes physical conflict and social conflict. Physical conflicts experienced by Reni include; Reni and Haiyan Typhoon, Reni and Heavy Rain. The social conflict experienced by Reni was a fight between Reni and her husband. Plans for implementing novel learning in schools can use the STAD type cooperative model, question and answer method, discussion and assignment, visual media, evaluasi in the form of description test and oral test. AbstractThis study aims to describe the cultural values contained in Ledo Malay folklore, Lesabela Village, Ledo District, Bengkayang Regency. The problem in this study is how are cultural values viewed from the relationship between humans and God, the relationship between humans and themselves, the relationship between humans and humans, the relationship between humans and nature, and the planned implementation of learning the analysis of cultural values Ledo Malay Folklore in Indonesian language lessons in high school? The method used in this research is descriptive method and this research is in the form of qualitative. The approach used in this research is the sociology of literature approach. The data source in this study is the text of the Ledo Malay folklore (Origin of Ledo, the Legend of Lubuk Selang, and the Legend of Lubuk Semanter), which was obtained from informants or storytellers who came from the Malay Ledo community in Lesabela Village, Ledo District, Bengkayang Regency. Based on the results of data analysis from research that has been done, it can be concluded that: cultural values that reflect human relations with God, human relations with oneself, human relations with humans, and human relationships with nature. In the Ledo Malay folklore, the legend of Lubuk Selang, the Legend of Lubuk Semanter, and the origin of Ledo found in Ledo Hamlet, Lesabela Village, Ledo District, Bengkayang Regency, this research succeeded in collecting 4 analyzes in 3 Ledo Malay folklore consisting of 13 reflection and 24 dataKeywords: Cultural Values, Folklore Oral, Literature, Malay Indo.

AbstractIn this context, the researcher analyzed idiom in Pontianak Dialect Malay. This study was focused on the scope of problems in forms, types, meanings, and functions of idiom in Pontianak Dialect Malay. This study was aimed to describe the forms, types, meanings, and functions of idiom in Pontianak Dialect Malay. Qualitative descriptive method is used as a form of research. The data used are texts from recorded interviews, the video of Pontianak dialect Malay language, and textbooks. Data collection techniques used are listening, recording, note-taking, and documentary study techniques. Data collection tools in this study are a list of questions, record tools, and stationery. The findings show that idiom is divided into two forms: mono-morphemes and poly-morphemes. Poly-morphemes is classified into affixation, reduplication, compounding, and phrase. The types of idiom are classified into full and partial idiom. The meaning of the idiom is a figurative meaning differed from its lexical meaning elements in the context of the sentence. Lastly, the functions of idiom were analyzed based on the functions in sentences, and in social contexts. Keywords: forms, function of idiom, meaning, type

This study aims to describe the results of an analysis of the educational value contained in the novel which includes social values and individual character values in Joko Pinurbo's Srimenanti novel. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The approach used in this study is the sociology of literature approach, especially the sociology of works. Sources of data in this study, is a documents in the form of a novel. The novel used in this study is the novel Srimenanti by Joko Pinurbo. The technique used in this study is a documentary study namely a documents in the form of a novel. The tools used in this study were stationery and laptops. The results of this study indicate that the educational value in Joko Pinurbo's Srimenanti novel associated with, namely social values and individual character values. Social values include, the value of affection, the value of helping, the value of caring, the value of politeness, and the value of courage. Individual character values include honesty values, religious values, and independence values. Researchers have designed lesson plans that utilize Joko Pinurbo's Srimenanti novel as learning material, specifically to achieve KD 3.9 and 4.9 for class XII SMA students

AbstractThis study examined the semiotics of the mantra or curing spells on children of the Sambas Malay community. Mantra is a type of oral literature or old literature that has faded among society due to developments over time. This study focused on identifying the symbol and meaning in the mantra, especially the mantra for treating diseases on children in the Sambas Malay society, Makrampai village, Sambas Regency. This study aims to describe the symbol, meaning of the mantra, and its implementation into teaching and learning. This semiotic study was carried out with reference to the theory of Ferdinand The Saussure, and was conducted by applying a qualitative method of which the discussion was presented descriptively from the analysis there are 22 symbols used in the mantra. The mantras are of 18 meanings in which overall have the religious, social, and personality meaning. Accordingly, the results can be used to develop a text or material which can be used in basic competencies 3.7 in the grade Indonesian subjects in subjects in semester 1 the 2013 curriculum.Keywords: curing spells children, Makrampai village, semiotic

by the interest of the researcher to find out the psychology of the main character. The thing emphasized in this study was devoted to the emotions of the main character. Emotion is an overflow of feelings someone is shown with behavior. In this research, the researcher examined the relationship between stimulus and response of an emotion based on her behavior.The problem of this research was about the psychology of the main character, especially the emotions of the character. This problem was divided into two sub-problems, namely (1) What are the positive emotions of the main character in the novel “Origami Hati” by Boy Candra? (2) What are the negative emotions of the main character in the novel “Origami Hati” by Boy Candra? (3) How do you plan to implement the results of this research in the study of literature in high school twelfth grade ood?
