Abstract

Personality psychology is a study that discusses personality in literary works. In the novel Telembuk Dangdut dan Kisah Cinta yang Keparat by Kedung Darma Romansa, which tells the story of a young woman who sells her pride to fulfill her life needs. This study aims to describe the id, ego and superego of the main character in the novel above. This study uses a qualitative research design. The data was collected using the technique of observing and recording findings related to the psychological data of the main character’s personality in the novel. The data were analyzed based on Freud’s theory of personality psychology which consisted of: id, ego and superego. The id of the main character (Safitri) who works as a prostitute to fulfill her life needs. On the other hand, she often gives and helps others. Safitri’s ego will stop working as a prostitute if she marries her expected man. The superego of Safitri’s character is undecided in making life choice with her mother or lovershe loves.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting untuk mendapatkan hasil kerja yang optimal. Pelayanan prima perawat dapat mengalami perubahan secara langsung apabila kepuasan kerja perawat mengalami perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap pelayanan prima. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh perawat di unit rawat inap RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sejumlah 66 perawat jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 responden, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive sampling. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah kepuasan kerja dan variabel dependen adalah pelayanan prima. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket kuisioner kepuasan kerja dan lembar observasi pelayanan prima. Pengolahan data menggunakan cara editing, coding, scoring dan tabulating, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan α 0,05. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yaitu 21 orang (52,5%) menyatakan tidak puas terhadap pekerjaannya dan sebagian besar responden yaitu 22 orang (55%) tidak melakukan pelayanan prima. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan p value (0,000) < α (0,05) yang berarti H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap layanan prima perawat di RSU Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Dari hasil penelitian diatas maka diharapkan instansi kesehatan perlu memperhatikan aspek kepuasan kerja perawat. Karena semakin puas perawat akan kerjanya maka pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien akan semakin prima. Sedangkan semakin prima layanan yang diberikan oleh perawat maka dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kepada pasien

Abstract

The declining regeneration of ulema presents a serious challenge to the sustainability of Islamic education in Jambi. This study investigates how the traditional Arakan Sahur ritual, once rooted in communal religious practice, has been reframed by Kiai into a leadership strategy to prepare future scholars. Emphasizing values of togetherness, discipline, social harmony, and empowerment, Arakan Sahur is adapted within pesantren to foster students’ spiritual resilience and leadership capacity. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were collected through interviews with Kiai, students, and community leaders, alongside observations of leadership practices reflecting Arakan Sahur values. Thematic analysis, strengthened by triangulation, revealed that these values underpin an adaptive leadership model that blends local wisdom with modern approaches, including digital da’wah tools. This adaptation strengthens the relevance of Islamic education, equipping students to navigate contemporary challenges while remaining rooted in tradition. The findings affirm the importance of preserving local religious practices as dynamic resources for leadership development in pesantren. Overall, the study shows how cultural traditions can be revitalized to support sustainable ulema regeneration and contribute to educational renewal in modern Islamic contexts.

Masalah yang berkaitan dengan penghijauan lingkungan di komplek adalah bagaimana menjadikan masyarakat sadar akan manfaat penghijaun bagi lingkungan dan pentingnya penghijauan lingkungan. Tujuan pengabdian dengan topik penghijauan lingkungan di komplek Jl. KH. WAHID HASYIM II Perumahan Pinang Mas, Sempaja Kota Samarinda adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya penghijauan lingkungan dan menghijaukan lahan tandus dengan penanaman pohon yang cocok dengan kondisi daerah tersebut. Metode pengabdian dilakukan dengan membuat ruang terbuka hijau baru dilanjutkan dengan penanaman berbagai jenis tanaman di komplek Jl. KH. WAHID HASYIM II Perumahan Pinang Mas, Sempaja Kota Samarinda. Hasil penghijauan tersebut adalah menjadikan masyarakat perumahan komplek Pinang Mas semakin paham tentang bagaimana bertindak nyata dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dengan berpartisipasi langsung menanam berbagai tanaman di lingkungan sekitar mereka.

Abstract

In this paper we attempt to analyze effects of fiscal and monetary policy on output, inflation and interest rates in Indonesia using Structural Vector Autoregression (SVAR) for the period 2001:1 – 2017:3. We follow Blanchard and Perotti (2002) methodology to identify the structural shocks and analyze the transmission mechanisms of fiscal and monetary policy on economic activity. The estimation results show that expansionary fiscal policy through increase in government spending are found to have relatively small (though positive) effect on output. Moreover, the increase in government spending lead to relatively higher inflation and interest rate. A tax shock, which is mean the contractionary fiscal policy, give negative effect on the output but turn into positive effect after one year. A shock in interest rate follow by decrease in inflation, which is accordance with Taylor Rule. Overall, the empirical result indicate the less potent fiscal policy to stimulate output in short-time period while putting upward pressure on inflation and nominal interest rate.

Abstract

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Value Based Management (VBM) yang menghasilkan Marger 19 Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pihak Kedua Balai Latihan Kerja (LSP P2 BLK) ke 5 Balai Besar Pelatihan Vokasi dan Produktivitas (BBPVP) dan Marger 19 LSP P2 BLK ke Direktorat Standar Kompetensi dan Program Pelatihan. Metode analisis menggunakan RCA (RootCause Analysis)yang dapat melihat kualitas managemen LSP P2 BLK yang kurang dipercaya oleh pasar kerja sehingga peserta yang sudah melakukan Pelatihan Berbasis Kompetensi (PBK) untuk diterima oleh pasar kerja sangat rendah. Proses marger akan dilakukan oleh BBPVP dengan di supervisi oleh Direktorat Standart Kompetensi dan Program Pelatihan bersama Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) selaku pemberi Lisensi LSP. Peserta PBK yang mendapatkan sertifikasi peserta pelatihan mampu mengatasi “gap” kompetensi yang dimiliki sesuai dengan kompetensi kebutuhan pasar kerja, untuk itu pelatihan kerja harus dilakukan evaluasi secara komprehensif, dengan LSP P2 BLK yang terdapat pada Balai Pelatihan Vokasi dan BPVP.

Abstract

With quality education, the quality of a nation will be reflected. To produce superior human resources, lecturers as educators have a responsibility to improve human resources by providing quality education. In achieving the vision and mission of higher education, it is necessary to support the organizational commitment of lecturers. The purpose of the study analyze efforts to increase organizational commitment through visionary leadership, learning organizations, and competencies. The method used in this study is quantitative, using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis tool. The population of permanent lecturers of the Foundation amounted to 3322 people, and the sample amounted to 357 respondents. Sample determination using stratified cluster random sampling. The results of this study explain that visionary leadership, learning organizations, and competencies partially affect organizational commitment. In addition, the results of the hypothesis test simultaneously show visionary leadership, learning organizations and competencies together affect organizational commitment. To increase organizational commitment, Private Universities in the Banten Province area need continuous improvement, including increasing the effectiveness of Visionary leadership, the existence of institutions to continue to learn and adapt as ideal Learning Organizations, and increasing their Competencies its lecturers, as an effort to build and increase the organizational commitment of the Dosen.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Population projections for 2010 – 2035, Indonesia will enter the elderly period, where 10% of the population will be aged 60 years and over. Elderly people experience many declines and changes in physical and psychological function. As a result of this decrease in functional capacity, elderly people do not respond to various stimuli as effectively as younger people. Decreased capacity to respond to stimuli makes it difficult for elderly people to maintain body homeostasis, causing dysfunction of various organ systems and increasing susceptibility to disease. Homeostatic disorders that often occur are disorders in the regulation of blood uric acid and cholesterol levels. High levels of purine acid and cholesterol in the blood are a serious health problem because these two parameters are risk factors for various non-communicable diseases. Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are one of the causes of death in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries that faces problems with both infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases (NCDs). This PTM usually appears without symptoms and does not show any particular clinical signs, so most people are not aware of the dangers of this non-communicable disease. If the public knows about early detection of this non-communicable disease, then efforts to prevent the occurrence of this disease will be carried out immediately. The aim of this community service is through training Posbindu cadres, providing knowledge about non-communicable diseases and carrying out routine blood pressure checks, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol checks to carry out early detection of non-communicable diseases. This community service uses counseling methods and is followed by providing consultations for elderly people who need them. Implementation of activities will be divided into 2 stages, namely the month (Jan - June) 2023 and the month (July - December) 2023. Indicators of the success of these community service activities are measured using pre and post tests for each extension material. Data on the health of elderly service participants will also be collected, especially data on blood uric acid and cholesterol levels. The output of the service is planned to be in the form of scientific articles and educational booklets/leaflets. Keywords: NCDs; blood sugar, uric acid, cholesterol.

Abstract

Critical thinking and public speaking skills are common issues now in Indonesia, but not many high school students have good critical thinking and public speaking skills in English. Therefore, this study was aimed to find out whether or not there was any significant differences in speaking skill between students who were taught by using debate technique and those who were not. There were 16 students of the third semester students involved in this study as the sample. They were divided into two groups, experimental group consisted of 8 students and control group consisted of 8 students. This study used quasi nonequivalent group design. The experimental group were taught by using debate technique meanwhile the control group were taught by using lecturing method. The result showed that the mean score of experimental groups increased from 63.28 in pretest to 73.80 in posttest. Furthermore, the result of independent t-test from experimental and control group shown that the t-obtained was 10.942 and it was higher than t-table 2.0049. It meant that there were any significant differences between experimental and control groups which was caused by debate technique given to the experimental group. It can be concluded that there was any significant difference between students who were taught using debate and students who were not. The results show that using debating activities played a significant role in improving and enhancing the critical thinking ability of high school students. Students’ feedback concerning the use of debating activities are, in general, also quite optimistic. Besides, the research proposes some suggestions for minimizing the drawbacks of using debating activities to enhance the potentiality of this method and make it more interesting, meaningful and effective.

Abstract

Penyebaran gagasan atau kontribusi intelektual seseorang atau sekelompok orang dapat dilakukan melalui suatu proses yang disebut publikasi dan untuk guru, karya tulis ilmiah mereka dapat diungkapkan melalui publikasi dalam bentuk artikel penelitian. Kegiatan PkM dilatarbelakangi permasalahan mitra yang meliputi kurangnya akses sumber informasi untuk menemukan jurnal terakreditasi dan jurnal yang sesuai dengan bidang keilmuan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, kurangnya informasi terkait cara mengkases jurnal yang tepat dan cara membuat akun di jurnal, guru masih kesulitan dalam melakukan submit artikel di jurnal. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu 1) pengetahuan guru tentang jurnal terakreditasi dan tidak terakreditasi nasional pada saat pretest adalah hanya 28% guru yang memahami tentang jurnal terakreditasi dan tidak terakreditasi nasional dan saat posttest naik menjadi 100%, 2) pengetahuan guru tentang jurnal yang sesuai dengan keilmuan masing-masing pada saat pretest hanya 42% guru yang mengetahui tentang jurnal yang sesuai bidang kelimuan masing-masing dan pada saat posttest naik menjadi 100%, 3) pengetahuan guru tentang cara mengakses jurnal yang sesuai dengan keilmuan masing-masing pada saat pretest hanya 42% guru yang mengetahui tentang cara mengakses jurnal yang sesuai dengan keilmuan masing-masing dan pada saat posttest naik menjadi 100%, 4) pengetahuan guru tentang cara membuat akun di jurnal pada saat pretest hanya 23% guru yang mengetahui tentang cara membuat akun di jurnal dan pada saat posttest naik menjadi 100%, 5) pengetahuan guru tentang cara submit artikel ke jurnal pada saat pretest hanya 9% guru yang mengetahui tentang cara submit artikel ke jurnal dan pada saat posttest naik menjadi 85%. Saran rekomendasi yakni berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan adalah bahwa perlu adanya pendampingan yang lebih intens berkaitan publikasi artikel dan karya ilmiah lain, dan kegiatan pengabdian ini perlu dilanjutkan secara berkesinambungan.
