Abstract

Salah satu metode penelitian yang dapat digunakan untuk optimasi biaya dan waktu, yaitu Time Cost Trade Off (TCTO). Metode TCTO memiliki konsep, yaitu dengan berubahnya waktu penyelesaian proyek maka akan berubah pula biaya yang akan dikeluarkan. Adapun alternatif optimasi yang digunakan, yaitu dengan menambah jam kerja (lembur) dan menambah tenaga kerja. Dalam melakukan perhitungan optimasi, digunakan program atau software Primavera P6. Hasil perhitungan optimasi dengan menambah jam kerja (lembur) serta menambah tenaga kerja dengan beberapa variasi penambahan, menunjukkan perubahan dimana durasi menjadi lebih singkat namun cenderung terjadi peningkatan pada total biaya. Adapun alternatif optimasi yang memiliki total biaya dan durasi paling optimum atau efisien, yaitu dengan cara menambah 2 pekerja karena durasi proyek menjadi lebih cepat dan walaupun terjadi penambahan biaya, penambahannya lebih optimum atau efisien jika dibandingkan alternatif yang lain.

Abstract

Learning in the 21st-century era students are required to have critical thinking skills, but at the time these abilities were still in the low category. So we need a solution to overcome this problem. This study aims to determine the effect of applying differentiating learning materials based on multiple intelligences on students' thinking abilities. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects were students of class X SMA in Sukabumi City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling was 63 students, namely 32 in the experimental class and 31 in the control class. The instruments used are critical thinking skills test questions, and observation sheets using differentiated modules. The results of the study stated that the pretest-posttest value with an N-Gain calculation of 0.76 was in the high category with an average pretest-posttest value difference of 53.21. The limits of multiple intelligence are the two most dominant intelligence in the experimental class: linguistic intelligence and intrapersonal intelligence. Students with linguistic intelligence effectively use the differentiated module with an N-Gain value of 0.78 or in the high category. The average student response results in the use of differentiated teaching materials is 86.85 or in the very good category. The conclusions of this study, differentiated teaching materials based on multiple intelligences affect students' critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Lubuk Madrasah Kecamatan Tengah Ilir Kabupaten Tebo. Penelitian dimulai pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2020 sampai 31 Desember 2020. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan jenis pengemas dan lama penyimpanan serta interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan viabilitas benih kedelai Varietas Anjasmoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor : Faktor A (Media Pengemas) yaitu A1 (Media Pengemas Plastik Snack) dan A2 (Media Pengemas Kertas Kado Cokelat) dan Faktor B (Perlakuan Lama Penyimpanan) yaitu L0 (Lama tanpa penyimpanan), L1 (Lama Penyimpanan 3 Minggu), L2 (Lama Penyimpanan 6 Minggu) dan L3 (Lama Penyimpanan 9 Minggu). Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan yang diberikan, dilakukan analisis data secara statistik dengan menggunakan analisis ragam, jika berpengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji jarak berganda DNMRT pada taraf 5%. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu persentase kecmabah hidup (%), persentase Benih Mati (%), laju perkecambahan (hari) panjanh hypokotil (cm), panjang radikula (cm) dan kadar air (%) benih kedelai vairietas Anjasmoro. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Jenis pengemas benih berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase kecambah hidup (%), persentase benih mati (%),dan kadar air (%), dan tidak berpengaruh terhadap laju perkecambahan (hari) panjang Hypokotil (cm) dan panjang Radikula (cm) benih kedelai varietas anjasmoro. Lama penyimpanan berpengaruh nyata terhadap persentase kecambah hidup (%), persentase benih mati (%), laju perkecambahan (hari), panjang Hypokotil (cm) dan panjang Radikula dan kadar air (%) benih kedelai varietas anjasmoro. Terdapat interaksi antara jenis pengemas dengan lama penyimpanan terhadap persentase kecambah hidup (%), persentase benih mati (%) dan kadar air (%) benih kedelai varietas anjasmoro. Secara umum kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu A1L2 dengan jenis media plastik snack dan lama penyimpanan 6 minggu

Abstract

Seiring dengan meningkatanya laju pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia, peningkatan pembangunan bidang konstruksi juga meningkat signifikan. Peningkatan pembangunan ini juga diiringi dengan meningkatnya peristiwa kecelakaan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil pencatatan pada tahun 2023, jumlah kasus kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia tercatat sebanyak 370.747 kasus. Oleh karena itu, sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (SMK3) menjadi aspek yang penting dalam sebuah proyek pembangunan dalam menjamin lingkungan kerja yang aman. Proyek konstruksi Eka Hospital merupakan salah satu proyek yang melibatkan pekerjaan berat dengan risiko tinggi sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan pengendalian risiko Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada tahapan proyek pembangunan Eka Hospital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assesment Dan Determening Control). Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan melakukan interview kepada para ahli di bidangnya, observasi, dan kuesioner pada objek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa 10 dari 11 tahapan pekerjaan pada pekerjaan bored pile memiliki risiko tinggi bahkan ekstrem sebelum dilakukan pengendalian. Selain itu, pada tahapan pekerjaan pile cap, 3 tahapan pekerjaan memiliki risiko ekstrim dan 5 tahapan pekerjaan memiliki risiko tinggi sebelum dilakukan pengendalian. Setelah dilakukan penilaian risiko dan pengendalian risiko, skor risiko pada pekerjaan tersebut menjadi sedang atau rendah.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to determine the influence of applying the Inquiry Lesson learning model on the scientific reasoning abilities of Grade X students. Method: This type of research uses a quasi-experiment. The sample for this research was A total of 55 students in the science program grade 10 at one of the Madrasah Aliyah Public Schools (MAN) were involved. The instrument used is in the form of scientific reasoning ability test questions in the form of reasoned multiple-choice questions of 15 questions. The research design used is the Non-equivalent Control Group. The second instrument uses a student response questionnaire to learning using the inquiry lesson learning model, which consists of 12 questions. Results: The average N-Gain score was 0.48 in the moderate category, and the scientific reasoning abilities of students in the control class produced an average pretest score of 56.12 and a post-test average score of 70.13 with an average score of 70.13. N-Gain score of 0.32. The hypothesis test obtained a significance value of sig (2-tailed) 0.004, then H0 was rejected, and H1 was accepted. The emergence of scientific reasoning abilities of experimental class students on each indicator varies but generally has an N-Gain score in the moderate category. Student response questionnaires regarding the inquiry lesson learning model showed an average score in the excellent class (61-80). Conclusion: the conclusion in this study is that there is an increase in inquiry lesson learning on students' scientific reasoning abilities in Grade X ecosystem material.

Abstract

Background: Personalized learning must be based on exploring students' traits, including learning styles. Knowledge of student learning styles will make it easier to design learning, including practicing inquiry skills. Inquiry skills are abilities that all students need to have. Inquiry skills must be trained through habituation, especially through practical learning. Many Student Worksheets (LKM) practice inquiry skills, but they do not accommodate each student's learning style. Method: Development of personalized learning LKM to train inquiry skills using the Borg and Gall development research model. Results: Initial data was taken through interviews and learning style tests. The results of the learning style test show that 35.72% of students have a visual learning style, 25% auditory, and 39.28% kinesthetic. The next stage is to develop visual, auditory, and kinesthetic LKM products on the characteristics of leaves as quite complex material. The products developed are then evaluated through validation by material and inquiry experts, language experts, and development experts. Product improvements are made based on comments and suggestions from validators. The three LKM products were tested for suitability by students as product users. The feasibility score for the visual type of personalized learning LKM was 89%, the auditory type of personalized learning LKM was 90%, and the kinesthetic type of personalized learning LKM was 92%. The results of the effectiveness test of the three products show an increase in students' inquiry skills in the medium category. Conclusion: The three LKM personalized learning products fall into the feasible and usable category.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan workshop terkait literasi numerasi terintegrasi nilai dengan peserta Guru-guru Biologi dan IPA di Kota dan Kabupaten Sukabumi sebanyak 97 orang. Adapun metode yang dilaksanakan adalah ceramah bervariasi, demonstrasi, simulasi dan diskusi. Pada akhir kegiatan dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan formulir yang mengukur mengenai kesesuaian kegiatan pengabdian dengan kebutuhan mitra, kesesuaian materi dengan tujuan pelatihan, manfaat yang didapatkan oleh peserta, dan beberapa poin lain yang menyatakan respon peserta setelah mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian. Selain itu dilakukan juga respon tindak lanjut dari peserta setelah satu bulan kegiatan dilaksanakan. Adapun respon yang diperoleh dari peserta adalah sebanyak 84,6% peserta menyatakan maksud dan tujuan materi tersampaikan dengan jelas, 84, 6 % peserta menyatakan pemaparan materi diterima dengan baik, 80, 8 % peserta menyatakan materi yang disampaikan menarik, 80,8 % peserta menyampaikan teknik pelatihan tersampaikan dengan jelas dan sistematis, 100 % peserta menyampaikan pelatihan bermanfaat, 84,6 % peserta menyampaikan pelatihan menarik dan mudah dipahami. Pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat bagi guru untuk mengajarkan literasi numerasi kepada siswa pada pembelajaran teori dan praktikum serta evaluasinya.

Abstract

This research has the objective to develop an alternative rubric for evaluating creative thinking performance in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. The research employs a Design-Based Research (DBR) methodology, which involves four stages: 1) Designing a prototype for performance assessment (design), 2) Conducting trials to test the developed assessment (test), 3) Performing evaluations, and 4) Reflecting on and addressing any deficiencies in the developed tasks and rubrics. The research involved respondents completing performance assessment tasks using the newly developed criteria/ rubric. The participants included 57 students from the Biology Education research Program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, enrolled in the 3rd and 5th semesters. This research resulted in a valid and practical assessment of creative thinking performance in STEM learning, with the Performance Assessment Rubric achieving an average percentage of 83.5% (proper). The research produced a creative thinking performance assessment instrument that can be used as an evaluation tool in STEM education. Further implications suggest incorporating these assessments into STEM curricula and training educators to use them effectively.

Abstract

The issue of agricultural land conversion has become an increasingly pressing concern in Indonesia. Mixing land use for residential and agricultural purposes causes clogged irrigation canals due to trash dumping and sedimentation, affecting water flow and increasing pollution hazards. Impaired irrigation reduces agricultural productivity, leading to land conversion. This results in a cycle of malfunction in irrigation networks and land use. Law No. 17 of 2019 and Government Regulation No. 77 of 2001 emphasize farmers' major involvement in irrigation water management, yet many are unaware of their rights and obligations. One of the major challenges faced by farmers is the lack of knowledge about their rights and responsibilities as agricultural land managers in irrigated areas. The community service program intends to teach farmers in the Bengawan Solo Irrigation Area about their roles in irrigation management and spatial planning, thereby improving their legal knowledge and equipping them to effectively monitor their access to irrigation. The target participants for legal education on irrigation network management and spatial planning are farmers in the Bengawan Solo Irrigation Area, Jaten Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. A half-day socialization and interactive workshop was held at the Jaten District Office, attended by 39 people consisting of 14 farmers, 17 P3A management personnel, and 6 village officials. The interactive sessions showed that farmers who do not know how to defend their irrigation management rights tend to shift to more economically profitable land uses, which disrupts irrigation networks and water reliability.Isu konversi lahan pertanian menjadi perhatian yang semakin mendesak di Indonesia. Bercampurnya penggunaan lahan untuk perumahan permukiman dan pertanian menyebabkan tersumbat di saluran irigasi karena pembuangan sampah dan sedimentasi, mempengaruhi aliran air dan peningkatan polusi air. Hal ini mengakibatkan siklus kerusakan pada jaringan irigasi dan penggunaan lahan. Turunnya produktifitas pertanian sebagai akibatnya menyebabkan maraknya fenomena konversi lahan pertanian menjadi perumahan permukiman. Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2019 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 77 Tahun 2001 menekankan keterlibatan besar petani dalam pengelolaan air irigasi, namun banyak petani yang tidak menyadari hak dan kewajiban mereka. Sehingga salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan tentang hak dan tanggung jawab petnai sebagai pengelola lahan pertanian di daerah irigasi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bermaksud untuk mengedukasi petani di daerah irigasi yang banyak terkonversi lahannya tentang hak, kewajiban dan peran mereka dalam pengelolaan irigasi dan penataan ruang, sehingga meningkatkan pengetahuan hukum mereka dan membekali mereka untuk menjaga akses irigasi sebagai haknya. Target peserta edukasi hukum pengelolaan jaringan irigasi dan penataan ruang adalah petani di daerah irigasi Bengawan Solo, Kecamatan Jaten, Kabupaten Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah. Sosialisasi dan workshop interaktif setengah hari dilakukan di Balai Desa Jaten, Kecamatan Jaten yang dihadiri 39 orang yang terdiri dari 14 petani, 17 anggota/pengurus P3A, dan 6 pejabat desa. Dari sesi interaktif menunjukkan bahwa petani yang tidak tahu cara untuk membela hak pengelolaan irigasi mereka cenderung beralih ke penggunaan lahan yang lebih menguntungkan secara ekonomi, yang mengganggu jaringan irigasi dan keandalan air

Abstract

Creativity is an essential 21st-century skill that students must develop to solve real-life scientific and environmental problems. This study aims to determine the effect of the STEM-Socio Scientific Issues learning model on students' creativity in the concept of organic waste management. Students' creativity is measured based on four indicators according to Torrance, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design. The research subjects consist of two classes at Muhammadiyah High School in Sukabumi City. Data were collected through creativity tests in the form of pretest and posttest essay questions that had been validated and reliability-tested. The results showed that the STEM-SSI learning model significantly improved students' creativity, particularly in the aspects of fluency (N-Gain 0.4031), flexibility (0.3029), and originality (0.3017), with a moderate category. However, on the elaboration indicator, the control class achieved a slightly higher N-Gain score (0.3574) compared to the experimental class (0.3396), indicating that this aspect has not developed optimally in STEM-SSI learning. Nevertheless, since three out of four creativity indicators showed significant improvement in the experimental class, it can be concluded that STEM-SSI learning can enhance students' creativity, particularly in terms of fluency, flexibility, and originality.
