Abstract

A large number of people in the community are now running small businesses, which are discussed in this journal. The vast majority of people are self-employed, and small businesses have always been the foundation upon which larger enterprises have been built. The purpose of this study was to investigate the merits of working for oneself, specifically through the creation of a small business. Analyzing natural phenomena by way of qualitative research methods informed by post-positivism was the focus of this investigation. Since we ourselves are the primary research tool, authors employed a triangulation (combined) data collection method, drawing in part from interview and observational findings, and relying on inductive (qualitative) analysis to place more emphasis on specific meaning than broad generalizations. The results of this study show that although most respondents provided almost the same explanation and assessment of the value of digitization in the wholesale sector, namely avoiding unemployment, having a steady income, opening up job opportunities, and helping to increase family income.

Abstract

E-commerce helps busy people meet their demands. E-commerce marketplaces abound in Indonesia. Retailers like Yogya Grand Subang must give media for online shopping to compete. Yogya Grand Subang uses E-commerce to create Yogyaonline.co.id, an online shopping media. This study aims to determine the effect of online business on consumer purchasing power in retail stores, the elements of online buying and selling, the tendency of people to shop online or directly to the store, the online shopping media owned by Yogya Grand Subang, and the factors that encourage online buying and selling. The research method used is qualitative using primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection techniques with interviews and secondary data by reading, reviewing, and analyzing the results of the same research. The results of this study indicate that online business has an effect on increasing consumer purchasing power and has a significant effect on increasing sales at Yogya Grand Subang. Factors that encourage people to do e-commerce because it is more efficient, more complete, cheaper, more practical.

Abstract

In the era of the Information Technology Industry, the function of the post office experienced a shift and had a major impact on Indonesian society. The large number of new private companies engaged in the same field has created intense competition, therefore PT Pos has transformed public service innovations in maintaining its existence and competitiveness. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method. The sources of data obtained are primary sources, namely obtained directly from informants and secondary sources obtained through previous journals, archives, articles and related books. The subject of this research is one of the Subang Post Office employees. This research is located at the Subang Branch Post Office. Data analysis used the Miles and Hubermas technique, starting from data collection, data presentation, reduction and finally drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that 1) Forms of service innovation at PT. Pos Indonesia Subang 2) PT. Pos Indonesia has succeeded in innovating because of existing service innovations, such as the Q9 service, the PosAja digital outlet application! And PospayMobile which has new characteristics that are more effective and efficient by utilizing online network technology so that it can be accepted by the service user community. 3) The condition of PT Pos is after Innovation. With innovation, you can improve the quality of services provided by the post office. Even though there are still several constraining factors, the Subang post office continues to innovate for the needs of the community

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the No Work No Pay policy on employees of PT. Taekwang is in a pandemic. The object of the research was carried out at the company PT. Taekwang Industrial. The method used is a qualitative research method using field research with a narrative approach, namely by focusing on studies interviewing informants who play a role in these conditions based on their experiences. Based on the research, the authors see the influence of NO Work No Pay on employees and companies. The data was obtained from experienced informants, namely employees and former employees of PT. Taekwang so that the data obtained is more accurate. From the results of the research above, it can be explained that the implementation of the No Work No Pay policy is effective and very influential for employees and companies during the Covid-19 Pandemic. However, by using the No Work No Pay policy, employees and companies are also affected. Starting from reducing orders for companies, and reducing working hours for employees who are still working, as well as laying off some employees who have worked for less than one year. From the description above, it can be concluded that the role of the No Work No Pay Policy is very important for employees and companies to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

Entrepreneurs must have an independent spirit. But that is not enough, entrepreneurs must be equipped with an attitude of high creativity so that the business they build has the potential to become great. This research aims to provide information related to various ways to develop entrepreneurial creativity. This research includes library research, because the research was conducted to search, analyze, make interpretations and generalizations from the facts of the results of thoughts and ideas written by experts in entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship. This research is descriptive qualitative with a secondary data analysis approach. The results of this study explain that there are various important ways that entrepreneurs can implement in order to create an attitude of creativity, one of which is by enriching literacy. Someone who is equipped with extensive knowledge is sure to have high creativity. The results of this study are expected to be a source of reference for anyone with an interest in aspects of entrepreneurship and creativity.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education is very important theoretically, but also practically. Thus, it is interpolated into university study programmes. In this study, we will explore how the implications of entrepreneurship education as a field of study for the advancement of research and practice. To do this, we draw on entrepreneurship education practices that have been analysed by previous researchers. This reflection will enable a better understanding of the current state of entrepreneurship education theory and practice. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that entrepreneurship education into a study programme does not only teach students futuristic thinking, but real action. Students need to know how classroom learning can inspire entrepreneurial practice. This condition has theoretical and practical consequences because it can demonstrate the purpose of entrepreneurship education which is job creation. Entrepreneurship education is very important because entrepreneurs should have a great social impact. This situation is influenced as well as affecting the cognitive, affective, and behavioural studies of entrepreneurship theory.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education has been proven to improve knowledge, competencies, attitudes, and most importantly, self-efficacy. An entrepreneur's self-efficacy is allegedly able to create superior entrepreneurial performance. This study is designed to examine the relationship between entrepreneurship education in terms of entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial performance. This research is qualitative in nature. Data analysis entails listening to and documenting relevant information, then summarizing and drawing conclusions based on the results. The relationship between entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy is interrelated. These two dimensions are important capital in creating good entrepreneurial performance, which is certainly the performance expected by many parties, especially those who do it. Entrepreneurship education is indeed a knowledge base that individuals must have before stepping into a real entrepreneurial career. Without business knowledge, individuals will be overwhelmed when faced with various business problems as entrepreneurs. It is hoped that the findings of this research will serve as a point of reference for future conversations on related subjects. In addition, it can be a formal discussion material in higher education, especially entrepreneurship, management, and business administration study programmes.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is becoming an increasingly popular topic these days. Many people are interested in becoming an entrepreneur and developing their own business. However, not everyone has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. There are several factors that can influence business success, one of which is having an entrepreneurial mindset. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success and to discuss the implications for entrepreneurship education. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study shows that there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success. Entrepreneurial mindset consists of five main dimensions namely opportunity orientation, innovativeness, proactiveness, self-confidence and risk tolerance. Entrepreneurs who have a strong entrepreneurial mindset are more likely to achieve success in their business. The study also suggests that teaching entrepreneurship should focus on developing entrepreneurial mindset to prepare students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future.

Abstract

Indonesia needs leaders who are able to face complex challenges in various fields, such as political, economic, social, and environmental. However, the quality of leaders in Indonesia is still far from expectations, especially in terms of integrity, effective leadership, and the ability to tackle complex problems. Education is one of the important factors in shaping the generation of qualified leaders. This study aims to analyse leadership education strategies in schools that are effective in shaping a generation of quality leaders. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study reveal that leadership education in schools is an important strategy in building a generation of qualified leaders. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive and integrated programme is needed in the school curriculum such as instilling leadership values early on, providing leadership training to students, creating mentoring and self-development programmes, and encouraging students to be involved in leadership activities at school. Teachers and school staff should have the knowledge and skills in guiding students in developing their leadership abilities.

Abstract

Early childhood education has a very important role in early child development. Education provided in early childhood must be comprehensive, covering various aspects such as social-emotional, cognitive, physical and language skills. However, social-emotional skills often do not get enough attention in early childhood learning. So, this research will discuss the development of effective learning strategies to improve social-emotional skills in early childhood. The focus of this study is primarily qualitative. Listening to and recording pertinent information is a data collection method that can then be used in data analysis steps like summarization and visualisation. Study ii came to the conclusion that developing effective learning strategies can improve social-emotional skills in early childhood. Some strategies that can be implemented and are potentially effective include implementing learning programmes based on children's needs and interests, using interactive and collaborative learning methods, and facilitating a safe, comfortable and supportive learning environment.
