Abstract

Good governance is an understanding or basis for the accountability of performance of government agencies. Good governance has a meaning as good management or utilization which is expected to be a good performance achievement. Referring to the phenomenon that there is a decrease in performance in the East Semarang Subdistrict in Semarang City and there are still differences in the results of previous research on Member Exchange Leaders and Empowerment with its effect on performance, the research problem formulated is "How to improve performance through the Exchange Member Leader approach and Empowerment through job satisfaction as mediation? Data on Member Exchange Leaders, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction and Performance were obtained through interviews using questionnaires to 123 employees in the East Semarang District of Semarang City. The data obtained are then analyzed using the Multiple Regression Test carried out through the SPSS program. The results of the data analysis show that Member Exchange and Empowerment Leaders have a positive and significant effect on Work Head and Performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. Member Exchange Leaders are more effective in indirectly influencing performance through job satisfaction and Empowerment more effectively the indirect effect on performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of LMX (leader member exchange) and job characteristics on the carrier plateau by mediating job satisfaction. Data collection methods used are questionnaires, editing, coding, scoring and tabulation. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of respondents' descriptions, variable description analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test ,Regression Test, and Sobel Test. The population in this study were 143 employees who worked at Muhammadiyah General Hospital Darul Istiqomah Kendal while the sampling technique in this study used a census, where all employees became respondents. The results of the study show that Leader member exchange (LMX) has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leader member exchange (LMX) does not affect career plateau. Job characteristics have a negative and significant effect on career plateau. , Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on career plateau, job satisfaction mediates perfectly the influence of leader member exchange (LMX) on career plateau. Job satisfaction mediates the effect of job characteristics on career plateau on employees of Darul Istiqomah Kendal Hospital.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style to the organizational commitment, transformational leadership style to organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment to employee performance, transformational leadership style on employee performance and organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The sample used in this research is census method, the number of respondents was 103 employees at Dinas Pertanian dan Kehutanan Kabupaten Rembang. Data testing techniques used include test the validity of factor analysis, reliability test with Cronbach alpha formula, multiple regression analysis to validate the research hypothesis and test the mediation. From the test results show the transformational leadership style positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has no effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior positive and significant impact on employee performance. Organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior perfect mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan citra merek terhadap kepuasan serta dampaknya pada loyalitas pelanggan pada koran Harian Suara Merdeka di Semarang. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan citra merek secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Citra merek dan kepuasan secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Sementara itu uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan juga memediasi pengaruh persepsi harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan namun tidak memediasi pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Kualitas produk, Persepsi harga, Citra merek, Kepuasan pelanggan dan Loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life and organizational commitment on performance by moderation of organizational culture of the study on health workers at the puskesmas in Gabus District, Pati Regency. This research was conducted on 108 employees at the Puskesmas Gabus District, Pati Regency . The sample takes the entire population to be used as a research sample. Data analysis using SPSS software tools. The results of the study found that the quality of work life has a positive effect on employee performance at the Gabus Health Center. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on performance of employees of the Gabus Health Center. Organizational culture moderates the effect of quality of work life on employee performance at the Gabus Health Center. Organizational culture moderates the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Gabus Health Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitain ini dilakukan di Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang. Responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel Non-Random Sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: konsumen atau pelanggan yang berusia minimal 17 tahun, konsumen atau pelanggan yang sudah pernah mengkonsumsi produk Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang dan sudah pernah berkunjung di Kopi Lain Hati Lamper Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang bertujuan untuk menguji variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh, citra merek, dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of brand equity dimensions (brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty) on repurchase intention. The population in this research were the consumers of Starbucks café in Semarang, Indonesia, by purposive technique sampling with the criteria that consumers have been purchase and consume Starbucks product. The data was collected by questionnaire and analyze by validity test, reliability test, and multiple analysis regression tests. Consistent with our proposed hypotheses, the results indicated that perceived quality and brand loyalty positively affect repurchase intention. However, our study suggested that brand awareness negatively affects repurchase intention while brand association not significantly affects repurchase intention.

Abstract

This paper tries comments interrelationship of theory and empirical research with approach of Theory-Setting-Testable Hypothesis Model. Theory-Setting-Testable model explains about three development stages related to hypothesis. Theory-Setting-Testable model appropriate to applied research to building theory. Process three development stages connected by hypothesis started with theory phase and identification of theoretical statements connecting independent variable and dependent variable. Phase secondly relates to hypothesis expansion. Third phase by replacing concept in proposition with definition of operational and tests statistic relation between concept.

Abstract

Employee engagement diyakini sebagai salah satu faktor fundamental yang membantu mencapai keunggulan kompetitif, keberhasilan, dan berkelanjutan organisasi. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk terus menemukan cara memotivasi dan meningkatkan tingkat engagement karyawannyaPenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kemudian penilaian kinerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Selanjutnya, hasil uji mediasi menghasilkan bahwa motivasi kerja secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap employee engagement dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap employee engagement.Oleh karena itu, para praktisi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan pihak yang berkepentingan sebaiknya mempertimbangkan penilaian kinerja, kompensasi, dan motivasi kerja dalam mengelola employee engagement

Abstract

Riset  ini bertujuan untuk (1) menelaah serta memaparkan pengaruha antara kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement  terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. (2) Untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja serta employee engagement terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya SemarangPopulasi pada riset ini yakni seluruh pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang yang terdapat 122  orang. Sampel  pada  riset  ini  yakni  karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus sampling, yakni teknik Penentuan  sampel memnggunakan seluruh populasi yang ada guna dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 122 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis regresi linier digunakan pada penelitian ini.Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil penelitian yakni Kualitas kehidupan kerja menghasilkan pengaruh positif terhadap OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang. OCB pegawai di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang dipengaruhi positif oleh employee engagement. Resistance to change memoderasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap OCB karyawan di lingkungan KPP Madya Semarang.
