Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out how profitability, liquidity, leverage, and activity have a partial and simultaneous effect on financial distress. To collect samples, the researchers used purposive sampling. This research uses secondary data from the triwulan financial report of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk for the period 2013-2023. The study uses a descriptive and verification approach that includes descriptive tests, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the determination factor tests show that profitability, liquidity, leverage, and operational influences 90.20% of financial distress, and 9.80% are influenced by other factors not considered in the study. It can be concluded from the hypothesis test that partially Profitability, Liquidity, and Activity have a positive and significant influence on Financial Distress, while Leverage has a negative and significant effect on Financial distress while simultaneously Profitability, liquidity, Leverage, and Aktivity have an influence upon Financial Distress. Researchers recommend using different research objects and larger samples, not just that for further research it is recommended to use measuring tools that project different financial distress such as using the Springate, Zmijewski, or Grover methods

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Service Quality, Customer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction on the Customer Loyalty in Cetarip Health Center Patients both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were patients at Cetarip Health Center, totaling 100 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was non probability sampling technique. The method used in this research is Quantitative Method with data collection techniques used are interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS program. The results of the study concluded that: (1) service quality have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. (2) customer trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. (3) customer satisfaction has a has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. (4) In simultaneous testing, service quality, customer trust, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty in Cetarip Health Center Patients. The magnitude of the influence of Service Quality, Customer Trust, and Customer Satisfaction is indicated by the Adjusted R Square value of 71,9%% and the remaining 28,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Performance is the attempt made by a worker to fulfill a duty assigned by the organization. Performance is a critical factor in determining a company's success since, without it, the business will struggle to meet its goals. This study investigates how work discipline, cooperation, and communication affect output. 56 workers from a single company in Sumedang City, West Java, Indonesia, made up the sample. Respondents are given questionnaires as part of a quantitative approach. Tests for validity and reliability were used to evaluate the study instrument. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The study's results demonstrated that discipline, teamwork, and communication all significantly and favorably affect worker performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is "to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT. Eksonindo Multi Product Industry". The study uses analysis based on quantitative data, this study attempts to identify the cause and effect relationship of the variables analyzed. Data collection is carried out through survey techniques by sending questionnaires to production employees. Determination of samples adopting the Slovin method with an inaccuracy rate of 10%, with a sample of 22 employees. The variables in this study consist of independent variables "(transformational leadership x1, organizational culture x2, and work motivation x3)" and dependent variables "(employee performance y)". Data analysis through several regression techniques using SPSS tools to test the hypothesis in this study. The findings of the study are expected to provide a complete description of what aspects influence "employee performance" of production, as well as provide practical recommendations to company management in its efforts to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turn Over, Quick Ratio, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin to Financial Distress with Return On Assets as an intervening variable in companies affected by the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic. in Indonesia. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2011-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return on Assets (ROA) Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Financial Distress (FD), while Quick Ratio (QR) has no significant effect on Financial Distress (FD). Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA), while the Quick Ratio ( QR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA).

This study aims to examine Current Ratio (CR), Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) to stock prices at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and resulted in one company with the 2012-2021 research period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data through the documentation method. Data was obtained from the company's official website, the length of the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting periods. This study uses descriptive analysis and verification analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 25. Abstract

This study objectively examines how financial performance metrics affect stock returns. ROA, ROE, CR, DER, and EVA are being examined. This study uses secondary data from external sources. This study used purposive sampling to choose a sample based on criteria. This study covers 2015–2023 Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) LQ 45 Index non- banking companies. Companies from the LQ 45 Index and Sri Kehati Index were carefully selected for the sample. The sample included 46 non-banking firms. As the best analysis model, panel data regression with fixed effect was used. Insignificant association exists between ROA and stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the E-Marketing Mix on E-Service Quality and its implications for Consumer Purchasing Decisions at PT. XYZ, Tbk using a quantitative approach. The population consists of 1.1 million users, with a simple random sampling technique applied to obtain 230 respondents. The results show that the E-Marketing Mix, which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence, has been well implemented. E-Service Quality, consisting of Efficiency, Fulfillment, Reliability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact, is also considered satisfactory. Consumer Purchasing Decisions comprising product selection, brand choice, place, purchase timing, purchase amount, and payment method are generally good. The E-Marketing Mix has a significant influence on E-Service Quality by 59.9% and on Consumer Purchasing Decisions by 18.1%. E-Service Quality also has a significant influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions by 35.4%. Simultaneously, the E-Marketing Mix and E-Service Quality exert a combined influence of 92.8% on Consumer Purchasing Decisions. These findings emphasize the importance of digital marketing strategies in improving service quality and consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study analyzes the relationship between public sentiment on the social media platform X and Bitcoin's global price volatility from January to October 2024. Using sentiment analysis supported by the BERT machine learning model and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm, relevant tweets were classified into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments. Model evaluation demonstrated excellent performance, with precision, recall, and F1-score for positive sentiment reaching 95.52%, 93.57%, and 94.53%, respectively. Neutral sentiment achieved precision of 88.61%, recall of 92.11%, and an F1-score of 90.32%. Negative sentiment yielded precision of 92.02%, recall of 91.05%, and an F1-score of 91.53%. The results indicate a significant correlation between public sentiment and Bitcoin price movements, where positive sentiment drives price increases while negative sentiment often triggers sell-offs. Moreover, the intensity of social media discussions significantly impacts market dynamics, as evidenced by a spike in activity in March 2024 coinciding with Bitcoin's price peak during the study period. These findings provide insights for investors, market analysts, and regulators to understand the role of social media as a market sentiment indicator influencing digital asset volatility.
