Abstract

Background - The purchase decision is a very important factor for the existence and development of the company's business. Viral Marketing strategies are often used by companies to market their products through internet access. Not all consumer trust in information that is disseminated electronically can be guaranteed to be true. Information can be obtained from reviews or responses that have been given by consumers who have purchased the product. Objective - This study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, trust and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions through electronic commerce registered with the Indonesian E-Commerce Association in Gresik. Design/Methodology/Approach - The population in this study are people who use and shop through e-commerce in Kebomas District. This study uses quantitative research, saturated sampling technique and uses probability sampling methods with the number of samples are 154 respondents. Findings - The result of this research is proven that the variables of Viral Marketing, Trust and Online Customer Reviews have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through Electronic Commerce which are registered in the Indonesian E-Commerce Association in Gresik. Research implications - This research can be used as additional information for e-commerce companies related to marketing management in improving purchasing decisions. Research limitations - This research is only conducted on people who use and shop through e-commerce in Kebomas District.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui strategi apakah yang diterapkan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa dalam meningkatkan penjualan jasa kontruksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Prima Megah Irsa yang beralamatkan di  Jalan Krikilan No 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 Kec. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif.  Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer. Sedangkan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) PT. Prima Megah Irsa memiliki strategi pemasaran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan produk jasa yang disediakan, 2) Strategi produk yang dijalankan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa mengfokuskan pada kualitas produk jasa dan proses pengerjaan proyek yang selesai sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan, 3) Strategi harga yang ditawarkan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan harga yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan harga di pasar, 4) Strategi distribusi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa merupakan sistem strategi distribusi langsung. Strategi langsung merupakan strategi yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pendekatan secara langsung kepada para calon pengguna jasa (klaen) baik secara formal maupun informal guna produk jasa yang ditawarkan perusahaan dapat berkembang dan dikenal lebih luas oleh perusahaan, 5) Strategi promosi dan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh PT. Prima Megah Irsa yaitu dengan cara melakukan promosi secara langsung kepada para pengusaha kontraktor. Perusahaan juga menjalin komunikasi dengan para pengusaha kontraktor lainnya. Yang tujuannya produk jasa yang ditawarkan lebih dikenal oleh pasar dengan cara word of mouth.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out what strategy is applied by PT. Prima Megah Irsa in increasing sales of construction services. This research was conducted at PT. Prima Megah Irsa whose address is at Jalan Krikilan No. 146 Ds. Krikilan RT. 013 RW. 005 District. Driyorejo Kab. Gresik. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources. While the data collection was carried out in this study using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that 1) PT. Prima Megah Irsa has a very important marketing strategy in increasing the sales volume of the services provided, 2) the product strategy implemented by PT. Prima Megah Irsa focuses on the quality of service products and project work processes that are completed in accordance with the specified time, 3) the price strategy offered by PT. Prima Megah Irsa is the price offered in accordance with the price in the market, 4) distribution strategy carried out by PT. Prima Megah Irsa is a direct distribution strategy system. The direct strategy is a strategy that aims to make a direct approach to prospective service users (clients) both formally and informally so that the products and services offered by the company can develop and be known more widely by the company, 5) promotion and communication strategies carried out by PT. Prima Megah Irsa, namely by making promotions In addition, the company also establishes communication with other contractor entrepreneurs. The goal is that the products and services offered are better known by the market by word of mouth.

Abstract

Perkembangan bisnis saat ini telah mengalami perubahan begitu cepat mulai dari era globalisasi sampai dengan era industri 4.0, serta era dimana bisnis beroperasi pada masa pandemik Covid-19. Kondisi tersebut menuntut perusahaan harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan tersebut agar kinerja perusahaan dan kinerja karyawan tetap terjaga dan dapat meningkat. Secara internal peningkatan ini dapat dimulai dari pola komunikasi dan orang-orang dalam organisasi tetap memegang budaya organisasi yang kuat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi dan budaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sumber data primer, pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dikumpulkan dari informan pada PT. Baja Stainless. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Adanya komunikasi yang kurang baik antara karyawan dengan karyawan dan juga antara karyawan dengan atasan, yang dapat berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) PT. Baja Stainless memiliki budaya organisasi yang dapat berdampak positif pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance allowance factor on employee performance, especially at ASN Helath Center X in Gresik. The health center has provided performance allowances, but employees work not optimally seen from work productivity and work discipline which have not experienced significant changes and tend to remain. The approach used is quantitative descriptive analysis with explanatory research. The population is all employees of the Helath Center, totaling 60 people, then sample selection using purposive sampling is carried out so that 36 people are obtained. The data used is primary data obtained directly collected by questionnaire. This study uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5 for the measurement of research variables. Data analysis used instrument test and simple linear regression. The results showed that the performance allowance had a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN employees at Helath Center X in Gresik. The existence of performance allowances causes employees to be motivated to work optimally so that it affects the performance of employees at the agency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Advertising Creativity, Advertising Attractiveness, Brand Ambassador Credibility, and Trust on buying interest in the Tokopedia application. Researchers used quantitative methods and used Non-Probability sampling technique which was determined based on purposive sampling. Sampling came from 100 respondents of UMG Management Students class 2018-2021 by distributing questionnaires. Tests using the SPSS method, and analysis testing using test instruments, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that advertising creativity, fish attractiveness, relying on brand ambassadors and trust have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in the Tokopedia application.

Abstract

The background in this study is that the behavior of financial management at ASN Diskoperindag Gresik tends to be less good, which is influenced by several factors, namely financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality. This study aims to test the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and personality on financial management behavior at ASN Diskoperindag, Gresik Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 75, while the sampling used the Probability Sampling technique using Non Probability sampling. The reason is because the population is below 100, all of them are taken. The sample studied by the researchers was 75 ASN Diskoperindag Gresik Regency. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis test. For test tools using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior, and personality has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the fast-growing skin care industry, especially MS Glow. As a local brand whose name continues to grow until now, it has established many beauty clinics throughout Indonesia. At the same time, efforts are needed to continue to survive and compete with other skin care products. Moving on from these issues, this research is here with the aim of studying further about product quality, price, and promotion of purchasing decisions at MS Glow Gresik Branch. The population in this study were visitors to the beauty clinic at the Randuagung branch. From this population, this study obtained 90 samples who became respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely the data collection technique used by distributing questionnaires. The results of the study show that product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions. However, prices and promotions influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: MS Glow, Product Quality, Price, Promotion, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the performance of employees at PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa has decreased. This study aims to test the influence of motivation, work environment, and workload on the performance of employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa Production. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the production employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa, which amounted to 85 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling from a population of less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 85 employees of PT Bumimas Multikarya Perkasa. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that motivation, work Environment have a positive, and workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Word of Mouth (WOM), advertising using Selebgram, dan Paid Promote to purchasing decision at Ayam Geprek Mang Soetta Gresik. Effective marketing is one of the keys to the success of a business. For this reason, this study was conducted to determine several variables related to marketing and purchasing decisions. This type of research is quantitative research. Using a questionnaire method with incidental sampling techniques and with a sample of 100 consumers of AGMS Gresik. Testing using the SPSS method. The results show that word of mouth (WOM), advertising using Selebgram, and paid promotion have a positive influence on purchasing decisions at Ayam Geprek Mang Soetta Gresik.

Abstract

The current era of digitalization makes people shop without using cash, this can then be related to the convenience factor that can encourage consumers to behave impulsively when shopping or without planning. At the same time consumers are also faced with a situation of ability to self control, for example when they see a new product discount and so on. Such a buying process without planning or suddenly without thinking about the benefits and functions of the item or often called impulsive buying. Another factor that can encourage is the ease of transaction. The sample was taken on students, the analysis tool used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that self-control and ease of transaction affect the tendency to buy impulsively. Therefore it is important that in the future research is carried out on all factors that stimulate impulsive tendencies both externally and internally to consumers.
