Abstract

This research aims to analyze and test electronic word of mouth, specifically regarding price and the quality of a Skintific product, in influencing the decision to purchase. Data collection efforts involved distributing questionnaires through the application of Google Forms. The research applied data analysis through validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-testing with the assistance of the SPSS application. The results indicate that the variables of electronic word of mouth and product quality have an influence on consumer decisions to make a purchase. However, the variable of price itself does not have an impact on consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the extent of the impact of brand image, price and digital marketing on purchasing decisions for Tea Break customers. This research was carried out using quantitative research methods which can be interpreted as methods used to research certain populations or samples, collecting data using techniques such as observation, interviews, questionnaires, along with literature and literature reviews to test the hypotheses that have been established. The sample in this research was 168 Tea Break consumers. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The results of this research show that brand image and digital marketing influence purchasing decisions, while price does not influence Tea Break purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Currently, developments in the increasingly advanced business world have led to increasingly fierce competition. One way to maintain the survival of the company is to maintain good relationships with customers. Because from research results retaining existing customers is much easier than getting new customers. Very tight business competition will really require strategic steps to deal with it. Old customers must be maintained by paying attention to all customer needs and also satisfying customer service. For new customers, efforts are made to become regular customers, by building relationships with customers. Companies engaged in the sale of goods such as companies engaged in the sale of motorcycles are facing stiff competition. It is very important to know and meet customer needs quickly and precisely. The presence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be able to overcome the above problems because the purpose of CRM is to get the core of the unclear customer concept and put it in the application framework. One of the steps that can also be taken to deal with this problem is to utilize the technology and existing marketing concepts, namely the use of IT-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management). To be able to take advantage of this CRM needs to be built first in stages. The current condition of trading companies in the field of motorcycle sales will be explored and observations will be made on the need for services that can be provided to customers. In the process, CRM shows how marketing works and the system that is run must be able to support the company's environment with customers. Abstract

Unstable economic conditions during the pandemic resulted in several problems among Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), namely a decrease in sales turnover to bankruptcy due to losses. The customer's decision to take credit is a process of selecting several alternative credit options after considering the related factors. Factors that influence customer decisions in taking credit at financial institutions include location, service, credit facilities, interest rates, credit terms and procedures and promotions. This study aims to determine the effect of promotions, credit procedures and interest rates on customer decisions in conducting ultra micro loans at PERUMDA BPR Bank Gresik. The research method used is quantitative method, with a population of 602 ultra micro credit customers at PERUMDA BPR Bank Gresik. The sample in this study used purposive sampling, namely the method of determining the sample with certain considerations. The sample used in this study were 86 respondents, the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Decisions in Taking Ultra Micro Credit. Credit Procedures have a positive and significant impact on Customer Decisions in Taking Ultra Micro Credit. Interest rates have a positive and significant effect on Customer Decisions in Taking Ultra Micro Loans.

Abstract

Sustainable career development in college students requires an understanding of the psychological, cognitive, and experiential factors that influence it. This study aims to analyze the influence of Locus of Control, career motivation, human resource knowledge, internship experience, and self-efficacy on sustainable careers, including the moderating and mediating roles between variables. The research method used a quantitative approach with SEM-PLS analysis on respondents from human resource management study programs. The results showed that Locus of Control and career motivation had a positive effect on self-efficacy, while human resource knowledge and internship experience had no effect. Internship experience moderated the influence of career motivation and human resource knowledge on self-efficacy, but did not moderate the influence of Locus of Control or self-efficacy on sustainable careers. In addition, human resource knowledge, self-efficacy, and internship experience had a positive effect on sustainable careers, while Locus of Control and career motivation had no effect. Self-efficacy only mediated the relationship between career motivation and sustainable careers. Overall, the study concluded that sustainable career development is more determined by actual experience and self-confidence than dispositional and motivational characteristics.

Abstract

Meningkatnya tuntutan pasien asuransi dan non-BPJS terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih personal, cepat, dan nyaman mendorong Rumah Sakit X untuk mengembangkan inovasi layanan premium melalui pendirian Gedung Z. Gedung ini diperuntukkan bagi pasien asuransi dan pasien tunai dengan mengusung konsep layanan premium berupa one-stop service, jalur pelayanan cepat (fast track), ruang tunggu eksklusif, serta layanan pengantaran obat gratis guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pelayanan rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran inovasi layanan premium Gedung Z dalam meningkatkan patient experience pelayanan rawat jalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan dan wawancara mendalam terhadap petugas pelayanan dan pasien selama periode Agustus hingga Desember 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan jalur pelayanan khusus, optimalisasi Anjungan Mandiri, serta peningkatan koordinasi informasi antarunit pelayanan mampu menurunkan waktu tunggu dan meningkatkan kejelasan informasi bagi pasien. Selain itu, peningkatan fasilitas fisik serta penguatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui peran Guest Officer berkontribusi signifikan terhadap kenyamanan, kepercayaan, dan kepuasan pasien. Dengan demikian, inovasi layanan premium Gedung Z terbukti berperan penting dalam meningkatkan patient experience pelayanan rawat jalan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Local food security is a strategic issue in sustainable development, especially amidst challenges in food distribution, unequal access, and increasing nutritional needs of the community. Strengthening community-based food systems has encouraged the emergence of the Merah Putih Village Cooperative (KDMP) as a village economic aggregator and the Free Nutritional Meal Program (MBG) through public kitchens as food providers for vulnerable groups. The collaboration between these two institutions is seen as capable of shortening the supply chain, increasing the absorption of local products, and strengthening the people's economy. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation studies, and focus group discussions, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to obtain a comprehensive contextual understanding. The research findings indicate that collaboration between KDMP and public kitchens has significant potential to build a more organized food distribution chain, provide a stable market for village products, and create economic opportunities for local communities. However, institutional fragmentation, technological limitations, varying procurement mechanisms, and the lack of quality standards remain key obstacles. This study concludes that collaborative business models can be an effective strategy for building an inclusive and resilient local food ecosystem if supported by strengthened governance, supply chain digitalization, and cross-sector partnerships. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of collaborative governance and community-based business models by demonstrating that synergy between local organizations can increase food system resilience while expanding the role of cooperatives as community economic institutions. Consequently, local governments and program managers need to promote collaborative regulation, institutional capacity building, and investment in logistics infrastructure to ensure the sustainability of village-based food systems.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate differences in digital-based service quality that can be used as a competitive advantage in the B2B steelmaking industry, focusing on a case study of PT Ravana Jaya. This study examines the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, and assurance within the SERVQUAL framework and their influence on repeat orders from customers. The method applied is a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with five key informants, operational observations, and analysis of internal company documents during the period from August to September 2025, using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman. The research findings indicate that there are significant differences in the responsiveness dimension due to limited digital readiness of services, as seen from the reliance on manual communication without a CRM system or customer portal. This study emphasizes that digital service responsiveness plays a role as an important indicator of customer loyalty and competitive advantage in the medium-sized steel fabrication sector. From a practical perspective, these results emphasize the importance of integrating CRM and real-time digital services as a strategy to increase competitiveness sustainably.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify service quality factors and identify ways that can be done to improve service quality. This research was conducted at CV.Singoyudho Nusantara which is located in Betoyokauman Village, Betoyokauman Village, Manyar Gresik District, East Java. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data source used is the primary data source. Retrieval of data in this study using observation, interviews, and documents. The results that can be concluded in this study identify the quality of service that must be implemented by suppliers, namely being listed as a vendor who has AK3 and CSMS certificates, implementing 6 on namely on safety, on time, on scope, on quality, on cost and on clean, has work experience , the qualifications of the quality of the goods as evidenced by material tests and the speed of delivery and the payment system in the form of non-cash invoices. CV.Singoyudho Nusantara has implemented service quality, in the form of Reliability: levering accuracy, delivery speed is able to accommodate urgent goods. Assurance : polite appearance and in accordance with speech . Responsiveness: always responds quickly when problems occur. Assurance: always maintain politeness in both behavior and speech. Empathy: responsive and fast in communication. To increase customer satisfaction, the methods or strategies that can be implemented are to avoid miscommunication between CV.Singoyudho and customers, always respond quickly when contacted by customers and improve service quality according to standards in customer companies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the institutional performance of the Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP), identify factors influencing its performance, and formulate implications for institutional strengthening towards modern cooperative governance. The study uses a descriptive-evaluative approach. Data were collected through a multi-dimensional survey of six institutional aspects supplemented by in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies, then analyzed descriptively using quantitative and thematic qualitative methods. The results indicate that KDMP has a strong formal institutional foundation, including legality, organizational structure, and standard operating procedures. However, weaknesses remain in the aspects of services, infrastructure, human resource capacity, and economic impact on members. The novelty of this study lies in the multi-dimensional approach to institutional performance assessment integrated with the principles of modern cooperative governance. Theoretically, this study shows that formal institutional readiness is not necessarily directly proportional to the operational performance and economic impact of the cooperative.
