Abstract

Peningkatan prevalensi penyebaran covid-19 terjadi di semua propinsi di Indonesia, Kelurahan kebonsari kecamatan tuban kabupaten Tuban prevalensi postif atau terkomfirmasi covid19 meningkat. Data covid-19 terbaru puskesmas kebonsari pada bulan mei 2021 masih terdapat yang terkomfirmasi positif covid-19. Kelurahan kebonsari sangat konsen pada pencegahan dan penurunan prevalensi covid-19 sehingga mencoba berbagai strategi, salah satunya adalah optimalisasi petugas satgas covid-19 desa dengan edukasi informal. Edukasi informal yang dilakukan meliputi menjaga jarak, memakai masker dan mencuci tangan menggunakan sabun (3M). Kegiatan edukasi dilakukan oleh satgas covid-19 desa selama 14 hari dengan metode memposting poster 3M dan menyebar kuesioner terkait perilaku 3M, dengan tujuan warga disiplin menggunakan prokes 3M dan ada perubahan dari warga yang belum disiplin prokes 3M. Optimalisasi satgas desa covid-19 melalui edukasi informal 3M didapatkan mencuci tangan dan menggunkan masker 100 % dilakukan warga sedangkan menjaga jarak masih 8,7 % belum displin. Sebaiknya Satgas covid19 desa melakukan pendekatan intensive dan lebih maksimal pada pendisiplinan prokes 3M sehingga upaya penurunan penyebaran pencegahan covid19 optimal.

Abstract

Di era digitalisasi yang semakin pesat menuntut perkembangan teknologi informasi sebagai kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk menggali berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan dan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan masyarakat. Kelurahan Sidomukti merupakan Kelurahan padat penduduk yang mayoritas berprofesi Pekerja pabrik & Wirausaha dibidang makanan ringan (jajan pasar), Pengrajin Perhiasan Imitasi, kerudung & Tas yang membutuhkan percepatan pelayanan dari perangkat kelurahan. Serta terdapat situs giri kedaton yang merupakan sebuah “kerajaan” agama Islam di daerah Gresik sekitar abad ke-15 sampai 17. Potensi-potensi tersebut belum sepenuhnya terekspose didunia maya. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web untuk meningkatkan pelayana masyarakat dan mengekspose sejarah, profil kelurahan serta mengoptimalkan keberadaan kekayaan budaya yang ada di Kelurahan Sidomukti agar informasi tentang kekayaan tersebut bisa tersampaikan keseluruh pengguna internet sehingga bisa meningkatkan minat wisatawan dan memajukan UMKM dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dan desa.

Abstract

Tujuan program KKN ini adalah memberikan Pengetahuan kepada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Tambak Kecamatan Tambak Kabupaten Gresik, mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengembangan usaha mereka. Target khusus dari program KKN ini adalah memeberikan pelatihan dalam peoses membuat laporan keuangan mulai dari transaksi hingga laporan keuangan akhir, yang memanfaatkan aplikasi siApik dari Bank Indonesia. Untuk mendorong peningkatan kapasitas usaha dan akses pembiayaan UKM. Bank Indonesia telah menciptakan sebuah Aplikasi Akuntansi untuk Usaha Kecil Menengah berbasis Android. Aplikasi ini sangat mudah digunakan dan telah memenuhi standar akuntansi Entitas Mikro Kecil Menengah (EMKM). Metode yang digunakan dalam program KKN ini yakni dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pembimbingan mengenai tata cara pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana dengan aplikasi siApik secara daring. Kegiatan program KKN yang telah terlaksana terdiri dari sosialisasi program KKN, Menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan KKN. Rencana selanjutnya dari program ini yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi program untuk menjamin keberlanjutan dan pengembangan dari program KKN ini.

Abstract

Tujuan utama artikel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas kosa kata bahasa Inggris di MTs Nahdlatul Ummah Ketapang Lor dengan menggunakan media Pocket Book yang diharapkan dapat membuat siswa lebih tertarik dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran bahasa Inggris, penulis juga memberikan sebuah media belajar berupa Pocket Book. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris ini berjumlah 18 orang termasuk tenaga pendidik formal. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media Pocket Book, kualitas pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang di lakukan oleh guru lebih baik karena dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam kegiatan mengajar dan peserta didik lebih tertarik dalam belajar bahasa Inggris di kelas. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil tes yang diberikan setelah menggunakan media Pocket Book tersebut. Mereka juga lebih tertarik belajar menggunakan media Pocket Book sehingga proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas lebih aktif, effisien, dan mudah diaplikasikan.

Abstract

Changes that occur at this time, especially in real business both as individuals and organisations, none of them has not changed. These changes certainly must be positively addressed as an affirmation of following and increasing capabilities so as not to be crushed by these changes. Training with the elaboration of strengthening soft skills and computerisation is carried out as one of the answers to these changes, especially in improving the ability of technology-based entrepreneurship. Specific goals and targets to be achieved Entrepreneurial training through the elaboration of strengthening soft skills and computerisation are; a). Equipping participants especially youth members to have the right understanding in achieving success; b) Providing ability to make long-term planning; c) Provide motivations for success; and d) Providing ability with the use of technology in entrepreneurship. The method used for this achievement is a semi workshop wherein the initial stage of the activity is the provision of material related to the achievement of the first, second and third goals while for the computer workshop as the achievement of the fourth goal. The activity is carried out for two days with a duration of 16 hours face to face or every day. The implementation of these activities was carried out by the Karangtaruna team while from the Muhammadiyah University Gresik team as facilitators. This activity is also expected to provide material that is following the needs of youth members as partners in the present and future in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Community empowerment is Carried out in order to reduce poverty and unemployment, the which in turnwill lead to an increase of in community welfare. However, the data-based empowerment programs have not been done much. So we need the first step in the success of community empowerment, it must start with understanding the community and its dynamics. The understanding needed is an understanding of the social and institutional arrangements of the community and an assessment is needed to design a good community development programs, and in accordance with the needs of the community so that the program can Achieve the right targets. The purpose of this coding program is to analyze the characteristics, potentials and problems of the village, analyze alternative empowerment programs for the targeted village communities and analyze and implement alternative programs for community empowerment activities. Abstract

Problems that occur in partner tourism villages are that village tourism is still managed and marketed improperly so that it is less marketable that relies on conventional marketing with marketing knowledge resources that are still not optimal, the main problems are marketing management knowledge, marketing personnel, and mastery of marketing support technology. The purpose of this activity is to transform the capacity of information technology as a marketing media for tourism villages specifically, first; by strengthening institutional capacity and human resources (training and mentoring), secondly; strengthen digital marketing of tourist villages. Methods of implementing activities through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with POKDARWIS; the second phase is strengthening the institutional capacity of BUMDES and POKDARWIS. The result of the activity is that the BUMDES and POKDARWIS managers have been able to transform the 3-P strategy which includes segmenting targeting and positioning. Managers must be able to combine and internalize the 3-P strategy into digital marketing strategies. Suggestions for managers are first; managers must update the capacity on mastering the latest marketing technology so that they can keep up with the changing tastes of visitors' tastes. Service must be the package of activities so that the strategy to improve service quality becomes an inseparable part of all marketing efforts both conventional and digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study all consumers in Gresik Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer amounted to 150 people while the sample was 110 people and there were 10 people who did not meet the researcher's criteria, the method used by purposive sampling researchers with the provisions of respondents who had chosen an exelent building package and luxury home package at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Regression results obtained t count 9.495 while t table 1.985 therefore product quality affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The variable price has -4,180 while t table 1,985 influences consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. The service quality has a t count of 7.225 while the t table of 1,985 affects consumer satisfaction at Katon Ayu Wedding Organizer Gresik. Product quality, price and service quality variables have a simultaneous and significant influence on customer satisfaction

Abstract

Background - Innovation culture is a very important thing to be applied to a company with the purpose of maintaining the existence and survival of the company. The level of success in doing this innovation significantly depends on the ability, skills and interpreting the rapidly changing environment. In addition, employee involvement also influences the success of innovation. Innovation itself is often associated with KAIZEN or in Japanese terms it means "continuous improvement" which emphasizes human effort, morals, communication, training, cooperation, empowerment and self-discipline. Objective - The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy carried out by PT. Petrosida Gresik in motivating its employees to implement an innovation culture and to identify inhibiting factors in its application and what efforts must be made to minimize these obstacles. Design : This study uses qualitative research methods and the informants in this study are employees who are the originators of the application of an innovation culture in the company, and innovators who always innovate in their work. Validity test of the data by using source triangulation and member checking. Findings - From the results of this study, the researcher can conclude that the application of the innovation culture in this company has a positive impact on the survival of the company. Research implications - This study provides a contribution in human resource management related to corporate culture. Research limitations - Cannot interviews with the Manager of Human Resource Department because timing of the research during the Covid19 pandemic.

Abstract

Abstract Background – for service companies such as banks, customer satisfaction is very vital and basically every company, especially service companies, always strive to improve customer satisfaction. High customer satisfaction can increase profits. For this reason, in this study, several factors are discussed which are antecedents of customer satisfaction. Objective - This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, work professionalism, and service quality on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Design / methodology / approach – the population in this study were customers of Bank Jatim Hospital Dr. Branch. Soetomo Surabaya with a total of 2,400 customers. The technique for determining the number of samples uses the Slovin formula and from a population of 2,400 customers, 96 customers are obtained as research samples. The sampling technique used random sampling with a lottery system. Data analysis was done by using multiple linear regression test. Findings – The results of the study show that service quality, work professionalism, and service quality affect customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. Research implication – The results of this study can be used as a reference by companies, especially the banking industry to improve customer satisfaction by paying attention to antecedent factors in the form of service quality, work professionalism, and service quality. Limitations – The population of this research is limited to Bank Jatim, for generalization it is necessary to do research with a wider scope and involve several banks as the population.
