Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi digital kini menjadi komponen krusial dalam mendorong inovasi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan di ruang kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menelaah bagaimana penerapan teknologi digital dalam proses belajar dapat memperkuat keterlibatan peserta didik, mendukung pembelajaran kolaboratif, serta memfasilitasi pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal dan adaptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian literatur, dengan meninjau berbagai jurnal, artikel, dan laporan yang membahas penerapan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital termasuk platform pembelajaran daring, aplikasi interaktif, dan perangkat berbasis kecerdasan buatan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Teknologi tersebut mampu memperkuat motivasi belajar, memperluas akses terhadap sumber belajar, dan memungkinkan strategi pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan masing-masing siswa. Selain itu, fitur interaktif pada platform digital terbukti dapat merangsang partisipasi aktif dan kerja sama antar peserta didik. Meski demikian, penelitian ini juga mengungkap beberapa kendala, seperti ketimpangan akses terhadap perangkat digital, keterbatasan infrastruktur pendukung, serta perlunya peningkatan kompetensi pendidik agar teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of junior high schools (SMP) in Minahasa Regency and to examine the influence of teacher competence, learning resource management, instructional media, principal leadership, classroom management, and school academic culture on school effectiveness. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study was conducted in 103 public and private junior high schools in Minahasa Regency. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and documentation, involving teachers and principals as respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, preceded by classical assumption tests including normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests, with a significance level of α=0.05. The results show that, partially, teacher competence, learning resource management, instructional media, principal leadership, classroom management, and school academic culture have a positive and significant effect on junior high school effectiveness in Minahasa Regency, with significance values of p < 0.05 for each variable. Simultaneously, the results of the F-test indicate that the six independent variables jointly have a significant effect on school effectiveness (Sig. < 0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination indicates that school effectiveness is substantially influenced by the combined contribution of these variables, while the remaining variance is explained by other factors outside the research model. The study concludes that the effectiveness of junior high schools in Minahasa Regency is significantly influenced by teacher competence, learning resource management, instructional media, principal leadership, classroom management, and school academic culture, both partially and simultaneously. Therefore, improving school effectiveness requires an integrated and sustainable strengthening of these factors to enhance educational quality and achieve optimal educational outcomes at the junior high school level.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi mobile memberikan peluang untuk menghadirkan media pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan interaktif. Namun, pembelajaran Informatika di SMP Negeri 3 Tondano, terkhususnya di kelas VII, masih menghadapi keterbatasan waktu tatap muka serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan smartphone sebagai sarana belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran mobile learning berbasis Android yang dapat digunakan sebagai media pendukung pembelajaran Informatika bagi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang meliputi tahap concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, dan distribution. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa aplikasi mobile learning bernama DigiLearn yang memuat materi hardware komputer, video pembelajaran, game edukatif, serta kuis evaluasi yang dapat diakses secara offline. Pengujian dilakukan melalui validasi materi, validasi media, Uji Compatibility, serta uji usability menggunakan instrumen USE Questionnaire kepada 44 responden yang terdiri dari guru dan siswa kelas VII. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi materi memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 98% dan validasi media sebesar 96% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil uji usability memperoleh persentase sebesar 83,37% yang juga berada pada kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, aplikasi DigiLearn dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pendukung pada mata pelajaran Informatika, khususnya pada materi hardware komputer bagi siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 3 Tondano.

Abstract

This study aimed to design a grounding system in the Computer Center Building and analyze the feasibility of the building in the use of a lightning rod system This research was conducted at the Manado State University Computer Center Building by conducting a case study where data would be collected processed and analyzed The results showed that the ground resistance on the panel was 4 71 Ohm and the ground resistance of the lightning rod was 3 10 Ohm After redesigning using six electrodes both for grounding the lightning rod and equipment the value is 2 97 Ohms The results of the analysis of how important the use of lightning rods in the Computer Center Building is a score of 14 is obtained These results conclude that a lightning rod system is needed in the Computer Center Building < strong>< p> Abstrak< strong> Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem pentanahan di Gedung Pusat Komputer serta menganalisis kelayakan gedung dalam penggunaan sistem penangkal petir Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Pusat Komputer Universitas Negeri Manado dengan melakukan studi kasus dimana data akan dikumpulkan diolah dan dianalisa Hasil penelitian menunjukan tahanan tanah pada panel sebesar 4 71 Ohm tahanan tanah pada penangkal petir sebesar 3 10 Ohm Setelah dilakukan perancangan kembali dengan menggunakan 6 batang elektroda baik untuk pentanahan penangkal petir dan peralatan didapatkan nilai 2 97 Ohm Hasil analisis mengenai seberapa pentingnya penggunaan penangkal petir di Gedung Pusat Komputer didapatkan nilai 14 Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa sangat diperlukan sistem penangkal petir di Gedung Pusat Komputer < p>

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the results of the theory of vocational competency tests are related to the results of the vocational practice competency tests of TITL students at SMK Negeri 2 Manado In addition this study also analyzed how relevant the vocational theory competency test material was to the vocational practice competency test material The method used in this study is a quantitative method with 56 students as research subjects In practice the researchers found that some students already understood electric motors and some did not understand when the researchers gave practice; as a result these students did not understand when the researcher or teacher was giving theory to them When researchers teach theory and practice they often provide post tests or questions for students to work on to see whether they comprehend correctly The results showed a positive and significant effect on the results of the vocational theory competency test and the results of the vocational practice competency test In addition the results of the analysis of the relevance of the material in the theory of vocational competency tests to the results of the vocational practice competency tests were 70 in the relevant category < p>

Abstract

This study is expected to improve learning outcomes Electrical lighting installation for grade XII students using a contextual learning model during the 2022 2023 academic year The study was conducted in two cycles with planning implementation action observation evaluation and reflection as components of each cycle This study involved 30 grade XII TITL students The collected data were analyzed through test techniques It was analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques The results of the study showed that the average student learning outcomes in cycle 1 in the electrical lighting installation component were 67 4 in the moderate category which in cycle 2 increased to 80 in the high category indicating an increase of 85 66 Thus the contextual learning model has been proven to improve the learning outcomes of grade XII TITL students at SMKN 1 Tomohon in the 2022 2023 academic year < p>

Abstract

Proses administrasi tata usaha di SMK Yadika Langowan masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan berbagai kendala seperti keterlambatan layanan, risiko kehilangan dokumen, serta sulitnya pelacakan status pengajuan surat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi tata usaha berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Scrum. Pengembangan dilakukan dalam empat kali sprint menggunakan framework Laravel dengan arsitektur Model-View-Controller dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan sistem yang mendukung lima peran pengguna yaitu admin TU, guru, siswa, kepala sekolah, dan orang tua. Fitur utama yang diimplementasikan meliputi manajemen data master, pencatatan surat masuk dan keluar, pengajuan permohonan surat oleh siswa, surat panggilan orang tua (SP1, SP2, SP3) dengan fitur multiple siswa, mutasi siswa (masuk dan keluar), serta kelulusan. Pengujian blackbox terhadap 54 skenario uji menunjukkan seluruh fitur dinyatakan valid. Hasil validasi ahli sistem memperoleh rata-rata skor 4,45 (kategori sangat layak) dan ahli konten memperoleh rata-rata skor 4,43 (kategori sangat layak). Dengan demikian, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan dan metode Scrum terbukti efektif dalam mengakomodasi perubahan kebutuhan secara bertahap serta meminimalkan risiko kegagalan pengembangan.
