Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan permainan bola kecil dalam kebugaran jasmani. Subyek penelitian ini Kami memiliki 30 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian aktivitas kelas yang dilakukan dalam dua tahap. siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pengambilan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Mengumpulkan data hasil belajar siswa melalui lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa dan penilaian siswa Aspek pengetahuan siswa berdasarkan tes. Data yang dikumpulkan dievaluasi dengan analitik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran langsung juga dapat diterapkan pada pembelajaran PJOK. Meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berikut adalah hasil dari studi perilaku kelas ini: 1) Pada dimensi sikap, seluruh anak mendapat nilai ‘baik’ pada siklus 1, namun mendapat nilai ‘sangat baik’ pada siklus 2. 3 orang, jurusan yang baik sudah mencapai 27 orang. Penyetelan siklus 1 sekarang telah selesai. 2) sisi Pengetahuan Beliau mencapai ketuntasan 70% pada Siklus 1 dengan skor rata-rata 75,6, namun hanya pada Siklus 2. Selesai 100% dengan skor rata-rata 81,17. 3) Aspek Kompetensi: Siklus 1 mencapai skor ketuntasan sebesar 73,33 dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 77,01. Sedangkan siklus 2 mencapai ketuntasan 100% dengan nilai rata-rata 81,68.

Abstract

Kejuaraan ProLiga Bolavoli Indonesia merupakan salah satu acara paling prestisius dalam kalender olahraga bolavoli di Indonesia, yang menampilkan beberapa tim terbaik. Dalam kompetisi ini, penting untuk memahami efektivitas teknik yang digunakan oleh tim-tim terkemuka dalam mencapai keberhasilan. Metode analisis melibatkan pengamatan mendalam terhadap berbagai aspek teknis, termasuk teknik serve, spike dan block. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas keterampilan bermain Jakarta BNI 46 melawan Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tim Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank berhasil mendapatkan total spike 79 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 39 poin atau 48,2% sedangkan Jakarta BNI 46 total spike 90 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 39 poin atau 40,9%. Untuk efektivitas keterampilan teknik serve Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank total serve 74 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 3 poin atau 4,54% sedangkan Jakarta BNI 46 total serve 64 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 4 poin atau 1,92% dan teknik block tim Jakarta Lavani Allo Bank mendapatkan total block 56 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 8 poin atau 10,44% sedangkan Jakarta BNI 46 total block 47 dengan tingkat keberhasilan hanya 4 poin atau 9,30%. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis statistik menunjukan sangat rendahnya efektivitas kemampuan block dan serve dari kedua tim, sehingga Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pelatih dan pemain untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka dan mengembangkan strategi yang lebih efektif dalam kompetisi selanjutnya.

Abstract

One way to improve teacher professionalism is by encouraging teachers to write. The next step, once the writing is completed, is to publish it. Publishing before 2019 was still mostly done manually using printed journal books. Starting from 2019 until now, journals have begun to switch to online publishing. With online publishing, teachers automatically have to understand the procedures that apply in the open journal system (OJS) when sending articles. To bridge this need, Community Service is carried out so that teachers understand OJS which is now starting to become grounded. At least material on how to adjust templates, do submets, go through the process of review, copy editing, publishing and fees as a writer. This series of activities was given to teachers with the result that all teachers 100% understood the processes that occurred in the OJS journal.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the lack of use of interactive learning media in the learning process of physical education, especially volleyball. The purpose of the research is to create interesting, innovative, and easy-to-understand learning media, and to keep up with technological advances, especially high school volleyball material. This type of research uses the Research and Development (RD) ADDIE approach with the stages of analysis, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were students and teachers of SMA N 3 Pontianak, with random sampling technique. The results of the study from the WEB page show that this learning media is interesting, innovative, and easy to understand. The media were validated and tested by experts, from media experts it showed 97.5% and from material experts it showed 87.5%, so that both were categorized as very valid, as well as conducting a feasibility test for students and teachers, showing the learning media studied were categorized as very high with 82.75 % and categorized as high with 77.97%. It can be concluded that the WEB-Based Learning Media product is "valid", accepted and suitable for use in the learning process in schools.

Abstract

AbstractPardik (2021) The Effect of Plyometric Methods on Vertical Jump Women in Volleyball Extracurricular Students at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara (Supervisor I: Eka Supriatna M.Pd and Advisor II: Fitriana Puspa Hidasari M.Or). The problem in this study is the vertical jump ability of volleyball players at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara, who take volleyball extracurricular activities is still categorized as lacking and the plyometrix method has not been applied. The purpose of this study was "is there an effect of the plyometrix method on the vertcal jump ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara. The purpose of this research is to increase the vertical jump ability. The population in this study were 20 students who took extracurricular activities at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara. Sampling in this study using a saturated sampling technique, namely the technique of determining the sample when all populations are used as samples. The form of research used in this research is Pre Experimental Design with the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Desingn model, which is a research design that is given a pretest before being given treatment, so the results of the treatment can be known to be more accurate. Based on the calculated chi square for pretest = 4.958 and posttest = 7.62 smaller than the chi squared table (9.488), the distribution of the 20 athletes' statistical data can be declared normal, F count is smaller than F table 2.28 4.38 for F table 5%, it can be concluded that the variant of the data to be analyzed is homogeneous. The calculation of the T test obtained the value of t count = 6.955 t table = 2.093. The percentage increase in vertical jump exercise using the plyometrix method is 19.5%. Thus, the vertical jump exercise using the plyometrix method is proven to have an effect on the jump height of students who take the Volleyball Extracurricular at SMKN 1 Kayong Utara.Keywords: plyometric, vertical jump

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to prove the relationship between leg muscle explosivepower and eye-hand coordination on the volleyball block skills of the Rajawali ClubRajawali Pontianak Junior Athletes. This research is a correlational study. Thepopulation in this study was the male junior volleyball athlete of the Pontianak RajawaliClub. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique, the number ofsamples was 25 athletes. The results of the study (1) there is a significant positiverelationship between leg muscle explosive power and volleyball block skills, r count is0.832 r table 0.3961. The level of closeness in the high category, the relationshipcontribution is 69.2%. (2) there is a significant positive relationship between eye-handcoordination and volleyball block skills, r count is 0.533 r table is 0.3961. The levelof closeness of the relationship is in the medium category, the relationship contributionis 28.4%. (3) there is a significant positive relationship simultaneously (simultaneously)leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination with volleyball block ability, rcount is 0.542 r table 0.3961. The level of closeness of the relationship category ismoderate, the relationship contribution is 29.3%.Keywords: Explosive power, Eye-hand coordination, Block Skill

Abstract

This study investigates the practice of instructional leadership with qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to analysis. Involving principals, teachers, and teaching staff with a total of 15 respondents. The data collection method used is through observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques through data collection, data presentation and data verification. The results show that instructional leadership includes concrete steps in shaping an inclusive and proactive learning culture. These findings are in line with the literature emphasizing the positive role instructional leadership plays on teacher motivation and commitment. However, to evaluate its concrete impact on student achievement, further research is needed. The study recommends developing leadership training programs, strengthening teacher collaboration and participation, and developing supportive school policies. Periodic monitoring and evaluation is also proposed as an important step in ensuring the effective implementation of instructional leadership practices. Through the implementation of these recommendations, it is expected to continue to improve the quality of education and contribute to the development of the literature on instructional leadership

Abstract

Football shooting is a technique of kicking the ball towards the goal with the aim of obtaining winning numbers in a match. However, there are still many students who have difficulty shooting in football games. Therefore, it is necessary to have special treatment in order to get satisfactory shooting results in a game. This study aims to prove the effect of the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of shooting football. In this study, the type of experiment used was a pretest and posttest for one group. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII-A at SMP Negeri 2 in the 2022–2023 academic year. In this study, saturated sampling technique was used, so 31 students were obtained as samples. Data analysis in this study was assisted by using the SPSS Version 26 application. This study obtained a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and based on these results, the team game tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model has a significant effect on the learning outcomes of basketball shooting. The conclusion is that the TGT type cooperative learning model treatment has a significant effect on shooting learning outcomes, so these results can be applied to improve learning outcomes in shooting football games. The results of this study provide additional references for sports teachers and sports practitioners related to the TGT type cooperative learning model so that this model can be applied in physical education learning, especially the shooting material of soccer games.
