Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the application of Total Quality Management (TQM) and its relationship with businesses and organizations that contribute to the development of an organization's Business Process Management (BPM). The method used is a literature review of 30 research articles that can be accessed openly on Google Scholar with national and international indexes within the last 5 years. The conclusion was that TQM had a major influence on organizational and business practices in hospitals, educational institutions and companies. And has a positive effect on the dimensions of work motivation, innovation, employee performance, reward systems, organizational performance and other dimensions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of customer trust and satisfaction in the context of e-commerce business and to explore how these two factors influence customer loyalty and online purchase decisions. The benefit of the results of this study for companies is that they can improve their marketing strategies and e-commerce services to strengthen customer trust and satisfaction. The research method used is a qualitative approach using literature studies to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the variables under study. The results show that both satisfaction and trust have a significant impact in the context of e-commerce business.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the important role of Business Intelligence (BI) in improving the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of companies in a competitive market environment. The benefits of the results of this research can provide valuable insights for companies to use BI effectively to increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and achieve sustainable business growth. The research method applied is a qualitative approach using a literature study that focuses on the Business Intelligence domain. BI-related journal articles were analyzed using the PoP publication search tool. The findings of the research show that Business Intelligence (BI) has a very important role in improving the efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness of companies in a competitive market. Through comprehensive data analysis, BI helps companies to adapt more quickly to market changes, understand their operations better, and make more accurate decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indah Logistik Jakarta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden dan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variable motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Indah Logistik Jakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil Uji Parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari dua variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja PT Indah Logistik Jakarta. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a sample size of 60 respondents and using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously the variables of motivation and discipline influence the performance of PT Indah Logistik Jakarta employees. This is proven by the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of the partial test (t test) which also show significant values for the two independent variables which support the hypothesis. Therefore, the test results from this research state that there is a simultaneous influence between motivation variables and work discipline on the performance of PT Indah Logistik Jakarta. Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the influence of Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and BPOM Certification on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers at Sociolla, Mall Olympic Garden (MOG) Malang. The background of this research is based on the increasing role of social media and influencers in shaping consumer behavior—particularly among Generation Z, who are highly active on digital platforms—and the importance of product legality in building consumer trust. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents who are Generation Z consumers that have made purchases at Sociolla MOG Malang. The results show that partially, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and BPOM Certification have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Social Media Marketing was found to be the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, the three independent variables significantly influence purchasing decisions, the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these variables.The findings conclude that the success of digital marketing strategies, particularly through social media and influencer support, must be complemented by compliance with regulations such as BPOM certification to build trust and drive purchasing decisions among Generation Z consumers. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, BPOM Sertification, Purchase Decision, Generation Z

Abstract

Sharia mutual funds are viewed through the Net Asset Value or NAV. The NAV of Sharia Mutual Funds can be driven by factors from the money supply and inflation. Both of these factors are strong enough to increase the NAV of Islamic mutual funds. The purpose of this article is to analyze the effect of the money supply and inflation on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds in 2017-2021. The results of the study stated that the variables of money supply (X1) and inflation (X2) together have a significant effect on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y), the variable money supply (X1) partially has a significant effect on the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y). And the inflation variable (X2) partially affects the net asset value of Islamic mutual funds (Y)

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Generasi milenial khususnya Kota Malang harus diperhatikan dengan memberikan informasi terbaru tentang kasus yang sering terjadi dalam literasi keuangan dan pengenalan investasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi tentang literasi keuangan dan pengenalan investasi. Metode: Pendampingan, observasi dan evaluasi. Hasil: Generasi milenial perlu memiliki pengetahuan keuangan agar menjadi pengguna teknologi terbesar dan harus belajar cara mengelola keuangan dengan baik. Setelah pendampingan dengan melakukan postest mengukur keberhasilan tidak semua memahami tentang literasi perencanaan keuangan sebelumnya, tetapi setelah materi disampaikan, generasi milenial memahami konsep literasi keuangan dan investasi. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan ini bermanfaat bagi generasi milenial karena memberikan pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan dan investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of Koppontren and innovation of Islamic boarding school products towards economic independence with entrepreneurial motivation as a mediating variable in Ngalah Pasuruan Islamic boarding school. This study uses a quantitative approach with the technique of partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 students at Ngalah Pasuruan Islamic boarding school. The results of the study indicate that Koppontren performance and innovation of Islamic boarding school products have a positive and significant effect on economic independence. Furthermore, Koppontren Performance and innovation of Islamic boarding school products have a negative and insignificant effect on economic independence through entrepreneurial motivation as a mediating variable. This finding shows that the institutional performance of Koppontren and Islamic boarding school efforts in carrying out product innovation, both through product development, is unable to increase the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools if their influence is channeled through entrepreneurial motivation. This study contributes to empirical evidence in Islamic boarding school management and entrepreneurship, institutional economics, and Islamic boarding school-based social entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This community service program addresses a critical gap: low tax compliance among culinary micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) in Malang City, which restricts access to finance and weakens local revenue. We aimed to improve bookkeeping literacy and tax compliance through an integrated intervention—classroom instruction (tax fundamentals), hands-on simple bookkeeping, guided use of a tax application (Coretax), and mentoring—for 15 MSME owners. Effectiveness was assessed using pre–post knowledge tests, observation checklists of bookkeeping practices, and application usage logs as compliance indicators. Results show a marked increase in knowledge and self-efficacy (mean Likert score 2.7→4.2). Adoption of basic/digital bookkeeping improved: 85% of participants began daily transaction recording and separated business–personal finances. Most participants were able to compute and file taxes using the application, and post-training compliance reached 66.7% (10 of 15) based on verified filings within the evaluation period. The bookkeeping model promoted includes a daily cash book, separation of business and personal accounts, and simple records of inventory and production costs as the basis for tax calculation. These findings indicate that coupling financial literacy with accessible technology can shift administrative behavior and improve compliance. Replication should include follow-up mentoring and partnerships with local authorities to sustain results

Abstract

The progressive decline in rice productivity, currently reaching 7–8 tons/ha in Klaseman Village, is primarily attributed to soil fertility degradation resulting from the intensive and long-term application of inorganic chemical fertilizers. This environmental challenge necessitates a strategic technology transfer to remediate soil health and enhance farmer self-sufficiency through sustainable practices. This community service initiative aimed to elevate the technical proficiency and managerial capacity of the "Gotong Royong I" Farmer Group in the production and systematic application of Nano-particle Enhanced Compost (NEC). Utilizing a participatory approach, the program integrated theoretical socialization, hands-on manufacturing practice, and intensive field mentoring on a 0.5-hectare demonstration plot involving 25 participants. Empirical results demonstrate that 100% of the participants achieved mastery in independent NEC production, successfully generating 400 kg of the enhancer. Field implementation facilitated a 50% reduction in conventional chemical fertilizer dosage while yielding superior vegetative growth and improved soil vitality compared to control plots. Ultimately, this program effectively bridges the gap between laboratory innovation and community adoption, establishing a circular economy model that supports long-term agricultural sustainability.
