Abstract

AbstractThe creative economy sector is a sector that have the most impact due to in Covid-19 pandemic, namely msmes. Several factors limit msmes in Indonesia, one of which is that people must use the income they earn. It affects financial decisions that are useful in everyday life. Many factors can be obstacles faced by msmes in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial management bevahior of msme actors. This research uses a quantitative approach method with non-probability sampling method. The population used is 150. The data analysis method uses the smartpls program by testing the validity and reliability of the construct, outer model and inner model. The results of the study concluded that financial attitudes had a significant and positive direct effect on locus of control. Pengetahuan Keuangan and financial self-efficacy have an insignificant and direct positive effect on locus of control. Financial attitudes have a significant and direct positive effect on financial management bevahior. Financial knowledge, financial self-efficacy and locus of control have an insignificant and direct positive effect on financial management bevahior. Locus of control is not able to mediate the influence of financial attitudes, financial knowledge and financial self-efficacy on financial management bevahior in fashion sub-sector smes in Malang in 2021.Keywords: Financial Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control, Financial Management Bevahior

Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine the differences in stock returns on Monday to Friday, the Monday effect and the Weekend effect on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period August 2018-July 2019. Creative economy companies fashion subsector listed on the Exchange The Indonesian Effect (IDX) is the population used in this study. The sample selection used a purposive sampling method of 14 selected companies in accordance with predetermined criteria. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive statistical tests, normality tests and different tests (one sample t-test) for hypothesis testing. The results of this study are (1) there is no difference in stock returns on Monday to Friday on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) there is no Monday effect phenomenon on stock trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and (3) No Weekend effect occurs on trading shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: Return, Monday effect, Weekend effect

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of dividend policy, financing policy, and agency costs on company value partially or simultaneously. The population of this data is that banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period amount to 43 banks. Sampling in this study with a purposive sampling technique of 10 banking samples. Analysis used using Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the analysis of this study show that dividend policy has no significant negative effect on firm value, financing policy has a significant negative effect on firm value, and agency costs have a negative and not significant effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Financing Policy, Agency Cost, Firm Value.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has purpose to know the influence of number of credit given and Non Performing Loan (NPL) toward benefit rank to the Village Unit Cooperatives (KUD) in Malang Regency for the 2013-2017 period. This research is a kind of quantitative research which use multiple linear regression analysis. Taking sample of this research use purposive sampling technique which is technique of taking sample based on certain criteria and got six cooperatives from 31 cooperatives as population.The results show there is a significant effect between the amount of credit given to the level of profit. Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on the level of profit. Based on the results of the research obtained, it is suggested to the cooperatives to maintain their credit quality and more selective in providing credit to their customers. And then to put more emphasis on the principle of vigilance in carry out lending activities. So that, the credit provided is not a lot of failure or problematic which can lead to increased NPL value. Keywords: Amount of Credit given, Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Rate of Profit.

Abstract

Abstract               This research was conducted with the aim of partially analyzing the growth of the  Company, Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS) and corporate income tax on the company's stock prices in the mining industry sector.               The population used in this study were all companies registered with Manufacturing Companies during the period 2016 to 2018. The selection of samples used the purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria obtained 19 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the t test and f test.               Partial company growth has a positive and significant influence on stock prices. Total asset turnover (TATO) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Earning Per Share (EPS) partially has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, partially corporate income tax have a negative and not significant effect on stock prices and company growth, total asset turnover, earnings per share and tax rates simultan eously have a positive and significant effect on prices stockKeywords: Company growth,  Total asset turnover (TATO) and Earning Per Share (EPS), Corporate income tax ratessimultaneously have a positive and significant effect on prices stock rates and stock prices.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine how the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin had an effect on earnings growth.This research uses quantitative research. The selection of this research sample uses Purposive Sampling techniques using several criteria. And selected 10 coal sub-sector mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study that Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over did not affect earnings growth. While Net Profit Margin has an effect on earnings growth. And it can be concluded that the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over and Net Profit Margin jointly influence earnings growth. Keywords: Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turn Over, Net Profit Margin and Earnings Growth.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of the research was to find out the influence of taxation knowledge and religiosity on the compliance of individual taxpayers on creative economy actors of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Malang City. The determination of samples in the study is using purposive sampling techniques, so that it can be determined the number of samples as many as 50 respondents who meet the criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge of taxation and religiosity simultaneously have a significant effect on the compliance of private taxpayers on creative economy actors blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in malang city. The variables of tax knowledge have a significant and positive effect on the compliance of individual taxpayers in the creative economy actors of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Malang City. Abstract

Abstract             Thus study examines the impact of leverage, profitability, size, the proportion of institusional on tax planning. The population in this study is an manufacturing ompany listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2015-2017. The sample in this study is determined by purposive sampling with 10 companies. The method of analysis is using panel regression model. The result showed that leverage not be significant of tax planning (0.634), profitability not be significant of tax planning (0.888),size not be significant of tax planning (0.557),the proportion of institusional not be significant of tax planning (0.392).Keywords : leverage, profitability, size, the proportion of institusional, tax planning.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and leadership partially or simultaneously on employee performance. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a sample of 64 respondents taken using proportional random sampling. Data analysis using normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis test (F test and t test). The results showed that that organizational culture simultaneously influenced employee performance; organizational commitment partially influences employee performance; leadership has a partial effect on employee performance. Abstract

ABTRACKFor three years starting from the 2015-2017 period the joint stock price index experienced fluctuations. In this study the author will discuss Exchange Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate, Inflation and the Nikkei 225 Index which can affect the joint stock price index. The research of this paper uses Explanatory type. This research examines the population from sampling by using purposive sampling technique using two types of variables, namely Dependent Variables (dependent variable) and Independent Variables (independent variables). The results of this study are that the Exchange Rate variable has a significant effect on the JCI, the variable interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates has a significant effect on the JCI, the Inflation variable has a significant effect on the JCI, the Nikkei 225 Index has a significant effect on the JCI. Keywords: Exchange Rate, Bank Indonesia Certificate Interest Rate, Inflation, Nikkei 225 Index.
